Made reservation 2 weeks in advance for 2 rooms and asked rooms together. When checking in. Was told no two rooms available close together. Reason was when guest came in and paid with cash they were given rooms! Mind you, my rooms were paid in advance. Then my brother and wife’s was farthest away from us. Also many rooms together that were empty. After receiving rooms, my brothers air stopped working and temps were 80 plus. In our room, the room had a dog smell and found hairs round toilet and mold on bath tile. Ridiculous cleaning for a room costing 80 plus a night. Will NEVER stay here again and will inform travel industry of status of this hotel. And to mention, Robert and Angela were of no help and very rude!

Great place for 4th of July.

Only come to this hotel if you want to be bitten up by bugs your sheets not cleaned and your beds not made and have bad customer service by somebody named Jessica. Please run you spend your money and it's really not important to them that you have a comfortable stay. Hotel from hell.

Room was decent.
Price was decent. however, as someone who is on the road (OTR ride along), I never expected to stay in a hotel that I got an hour more sleep, while on vacation, than I do while on the road. trust me, I won't be back.

Room was clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast items were appealing.

Very clean room and front desk staff super friendly. Stopping for the night in the way to Disney. Very satisfied for the price.

BED BUGS! Hotel is outdated, shower hardly works, no in between with hot & cold water, no water pressure, moldy showers, unclean bedding, a/c didn’t work, room was hot & moist feeling, can’t use a fire stick on the tv, TV got 5 channels, not enough towels & took forever to get more when we called down for some, breakfast is subpar, no towels at pool, no cleaning service even though they advertise having one, and we got bitten by bed bugs & brought them home in our luggage after staying here 4/12/19-4/14/19. I recommend spending the extra money for a nice hotel. Steer clear of this place & room 210!

Great room and nice staff!

This hotel is not for those looking for a luxury stay. It is a very simple hotel. We booked a King bed we got two doubles instead. The decor is alright and the light over the refrigerator does not work. It is great for an emergency night or two but not longer than that.

Room service was amazing. Everyone is so nice and compassionate! Room had roaches hiding in random places!

Overall the room was great, however there was a roach on the wall behind the bed and an earwig in the bed I slept in, didn't find it until the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly really good.

It was so bad that I was afraid to eat from the continental breakfast they serve every morning because of the carelessness that goes on at this property. We are still waiting for the manager of that property to give us a call in regard of our issue. If you like inexpensive and clean, this is NOT the place you want to go!

Ok for a mid-level hotel. No frills. Good stay if you're a family on a budget or just need a quick place to lay your head down for the night like I did. The bathroom was clean but no shower water pressure which was disappointing. The bed comforter had a stain on it and the bed was not comfortable. The room was clean overall. The staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. My eggs and sausage were a little cold but the selection of food options was decent.

If I could give them a 10, I would. My mother and 2 young kids stayed here (originally for sat and sun night). We got there a lil early (about 30m) and they receptionist allowed us to check in. Our room was nice and clean and there wasn't any spots or stinky hotel smells. The hotel was literally in the back door of the valdosta mall (which we enjoyed). The breakfast was pretty decent. It wasn't no IHOP but for it to be complimentary, it was well worth it. We decided to stay an extra night and the receptionist on duty that night was very helpful. If you want a decently priced hotel right in the middle of the city, and around plenty of restaurants and gas stations, I highly recommend this hotel! We may even come back before summer is over.

Reasonably priced with a nice warm self-serve breakfast included. The room was clean and a reservation oops (my fault) was cleared up quickly at the desk to get the room we needed.

We were only supposed to stay one night but my Father ended up having to go to the emergency room and we had to stay a week longer. All of the staff were wonderful, asking about my Father's health every day. My sincerest gratitude to Steve the manager who took care of our every need (also a big thank you to Kimberly the maid who recommended an excellent hair salon! )

Just a basic room. No frills. Love I can bring my dogs! Clean!

It's OK friendly staff but be aware that there's different rates for rooms with/without fridge and microwave.

A basic, clean, comfortable, inexpensive room with breakfast is all we require when stopping for the night on long road trips. A perfect location close to the interstate with a good choice of restaurants & mall shopping within walking distance of the hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The booking in desk staff were very friendly & helpful, we were especially impressed with the manager stopping by our breakfast table & personally asking how we enjoyed our stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and my room was comfortable. HOWEVER … The only reason why I'm not rating this hotel a 4 or 5 out of 5 is because of the lack of professionalism that stemmed from one of their employees, Amanda. The breakfast was delicious and my room was comfortable. Every Quality Inn that I've ever been in, I was always welcomed in a way that I felt at home. I travel a lot due to work, so I truly appreciate the staff and the work they put forth in making their guests feel welcome. I didn't feel that way this time. She was really dry, and not the nicest person. When I checked in, the keys were not given to me in my hand. They instead, were tossed in my direction on the counter. I called and asked the front desk for towels and I never got them. I am 100% sure that she was the person who answered. These may be small things to some, but I always lodge with Quality Inn and I must say that this was the first disappointing review that I have ever written.

Terrible. Don't stay. Decorated in the 70s, cable TV not working properly and cold eggs and sausage in the morning at 630. Used to be a Red Roof Inn and the current owners couple not have put any money in the place since buying.

Dated but the cleanest Quality Inn I've stayed in. Price is great, pet friendly, nice breakfast. 2 stories with room doors that open to outside instead of a hallway. Checkout time is noon. Located in the mall parking lot, lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance, including PetSmart, Target, a country buffet and Cracker Barrel. Only negative issue we had was the Wi-Fi, which eas very spotty, but we were able to get online a bit. Quiet area except for a semi that ran generator all night. Very clean grounds and parking area, if your room is in front of handicapped spot, you are allowed to park there, and there are many handicapped spaces.

Breakfast included was good. Quiet after 9pm. Beds ok. Clean.

Left my charger in my room and they refused to go get it back for me. The first room they put me in had no air conditioning. Too hot! I wish we had checked out and not stayed.

I stayed there March 9, 2018. I was very happy. The room was very clean. The staff was super friendly. The loaction was great walking distance to the mall & good restaurants. The only reason I gave it 4 stars & not 5 is because the mattress was a little bouncy for my husbands back but ibuprofen fixed that.

Decent for the money. A little old but clean enough. Clean bed. Adequate breakfast. Nice staff. I'd stay again.

Great price. Hot breakfast consists of ham, egg, and waffles. Everything else is continental style food. The staff is friendly. Hotel is a little old but for the price you can't beat it.

The hotel was right beside the mall. You could walk from the hotel to various restaurants. The rooms are a little dated but clean and the beds are amazing. I haven't slept that good in a long time. Check out is at 12 and other hotels is at 10a. M. So there's no rushing to get out from fear of late charges. They have a very nice dinning area and serve free breakfast.

Not a bad place for the price. People were really nice, good shower pressure. Towels were pretty thin and only 2. Room was older, but clean. We liked having a room on the bottom floor with outside access since we were traveling with our dogs.

I was there to have coffee with friends who were staying there. They said they had a great experience there except for a reoccurring room key issue. It's not a particularly stand out place but a fine choice to spend the night.

Honestly, it was fine. It was an old place and not particularly fancy, but the rooms were generally clean and comfortable. I did have a couple of minor issues (my door stuck a bit and I had to yank on it to close it), but for a low-cost, older hotel, what do you expect? No, it’s not fancy, but for $50 a night, you take what you get. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was, again, what you’d expect from a hotel of this stripe: toast and pastries, a waffle maker, yogurt, eggs and sausage, etc. Tasted fine. My one serious complaint was that the internet was awful; I suspect they only have one router near the office, which isn’t at all sufficient for an entire hotel.

Breakfast was extremely poor. Maintenance is very poor watch out for doors not attached falling on you while pulling on them. Bed had wrong size sheets ended up in the morning waking up on a bare mattress ☹️

I was totally welcomed but, I wasn't happy with the room conditions! I rented 2 rooms, one my mom and son stayed in. It had mold in the bathroom and they both were bitten by something. My room had mold in the bathroom, TV didn't work properly, and we we're also bitten up. After I explained to the receptionist, she told me that we would get a full refund and she kept apologizing. I went to my doctor and he stated, that the bits look like bud bug bites. I'm furiuos because, I could've bought them home with me. As of 9 days later, there's no refund and my family still have bites on our neck, legs, arms and stomach. So do not stay here! The sad thing is they have a (A) when they should have a (A) for customer service & a (F) for cleanliness! Oh, checkout time said 12noon but, the housekeeper knocked on our door said 11am. She wanted us out to clean the room.

Nice place, no microwave in room, but they got us one. Very friendly and clean! Lots of Restaurants around. Very nice area!

Room 113 needs several repairs: weather stripping on door waving, privacy bar won't fit over the ball, carpet was wet and needs to be cleaned, toilet does not flush well. However beds were very comfortable, good shower and hot water. Would not stay there again. Breakfast was sub pa.

The only reason I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1 is because we stayed there after hurricane Irma. And they had availability … please don't waste your time or money. This place was awful! The first room they put us in, the TV did not work so they moved us, and that room was worse still, there were flies and cockroaches. The carpet was sticky, the bathroom had mildew all around the bottom of wall and around the tub. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable and the door latch was broken. We could lock the door but could not use the security latch. The breakfast was just as bad as the room… and I will add. We took one of the cockroaches we found to the front desk and talked to the "general manager" he was so indifferent about it, and only because we complained about other things did he take 20 off our bill… I will be contacting "his" manager! Rant over…

We had plumbing issues with the toilet in our room and we informed the front desk immediately and they never came to repair it. The top bolt lock did not work which made my family feel unsafe. The box springs on the beds looked disgusting, stained saggy and old. Bugs behind bed and the carpet was sticky. Mediocre breakfast with boiled sausage. Overall, not worth the price.

Excellent service, great staff especially housekeeping and food service. I would highly recommend family and friends to stay at the Quality Inn at the mall. Also excellent management service Steve spitmiller is wonderful! Thanks again for wonderful service☺ looking forward to another visit soon. Keep up the good work.

This hotel was very clean, people were exceptionally nice and went out of the way to make the stay pleasant. It was an older property but well kept. Free breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable and quiet surroundings right by the mall. Very nice stay!

Staff very helpful, room very nice and clean, quiet area, great a/c, and free breakfast! We stay here often and you can't the price. Pool is nice too and if you need to shop, mall is within walking distance. Lastly the manager gave us a great lunch suggestion The Salty Snapper. Hungry? Check with him, he will steer you right!

I was very pleased with the staff service at this hotel. I manage a Sleep Inn in Tallahassee so it nice to actually comment when positive stuff is noticed. We are all so quick to complain about anything and everything so I would really like this property to know that they are doing great and customer service. I had never stayed her before and my only issue was no microwave or fridge in rooms which I just assumed they had but the front desk clerk had zero issue with microwaving the meals for the kids.

Me and my wife stayed a night. The internet did not work. We ask the staff to help us. They told us it was a privilege if we had the internet. Was not to happy that I paid for a room and for internet and did not get internet the next morning the landscapers were blowing into our door at 7 o'clock in the morning. Ask the front desk manager for a refund she promised me a refund and promised that I hadn't been charged but I never got the money back 2 months later would never go back.

Stayed here overnight. Staff was helpful during a booking issue. Accommodated us the best they could. Rooms are somewhat sketchy. Location is convenient to quite a bit of things. Breakfast is very good. If the room was updated… would prolly be 4 stars.

This place is one of my favorites. Its close to everything u need, food, gas, anything. Breakfast here in the morning is the best thing about any quality inns. Rooms r comfy n wont let u down.

We checked in to a room with a king bed that looked like it had a queen mattress pad and sheets on it. The sheets were half off when we folded down the spread, so the maid knew they didn't fit. We called the desk and advised the clerk. He was nice, but said housekeeping was locked up and there was nothing he could do. Had a terrible night trying to sleep on a dirty mattress with sheets that were only on one side of the bed. The room and it's contents, were very old and dated and much overdue for a remodeling. We spoke to the clerk when checking out about the sheets but she didn't seem to concerned. We used our choice rewards points for a free stay, so I wondered if they gave us the worst room because we weren't paying.

Bathroom was a little moldy, but overall very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the highway and the mal and lots of food options nearby. The continental breakfast was good as well.

Good place to stay while travelling from Atlanta to Orlando. Right next to the highway with free Wi-Fi and breakfast.

I'm a diamond member that stays in over 100 coice hotels a year. I always use my choice app and rapid book. I've never had an issue doing this. No hotel has ever pre charged whatever card is on file. But this one did. And canceled my reservation without warning because apearantly there was not enough money on that card. Which would have been fine, I had plenty of cash and other cards on me, but the cracked out desk clerk was so rude to me I just left. Leaving me out searching for a room in my semi at midnight. I may be searching for a new hotel chain for my business.

Hotel got my reservations wrong and when I told them about it they had the nerve to get an attitude. They actually told me that they could not accommodate me and to find another hotel after I had already reserved the room for 2 nights. All I wanted was a microwave and fridge! I asked to speak with a manager and he told the staff to tell me he was too busy! Will never stay here again. They had the nerve to charge me for the room and still got an attitude when I asked about the charge. Rude staff named Liz and manager is Mike. Both are very rude and should not be in customer service.

Clean, newer then most, soft beds nice sheets, even towels softer then most hotels. Very comfortable, workers extremely nice, worth every penny! ' Quality Inn now, not a Red Roof.

Definitely pay The extra $10 to stay at the holiday inn. The bathroom was dirty. There was someone else's food and Tupperware left in the microwave. Hair all over the place and inside the fridge. One of the towels in the bathroom looked used and smelled like the soap that they give you. There was also no remote for the TV. I felt extremely gross staying here. Don't want to sound rude but it was a waste of my money when I could have enjoyed myself somewhere else.

This is a wonderful hotel. All the staff is nice. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool is kept clean. And the hotel is in a wonderful location.
