This hotel was very, very friendly. The staff was super nice to my mother and I. We were there on the fourth of July and it was ideal for being near the downtown area (only 6 miles away). We were there for three nights. The room was very clean and comfy. It was pet friendly also! Housekeeping rocked! Those girls were very nice and do a great job keeping the place looking good. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again if in Savannah. Glen, the manager, is a nice guy and will definitely help you any way he can. I definitely suggest considering this hotel if you need an affordable, clean room while staying in Savannah. Thanks again for the awesome hospitality staff folks!

All of the doors had been jimmied open, my friend had bugs in their tub. The carpet was stained and dirty and I didn't feel safe here. I took one look and left for a better hotel. Don't go here, you will regret it.

Decided to do an impromptu mini-vacation in Savannah from Jacksonville. Found this La Quinta off the road. Seems nice, got a decent king size room for the price especially considering it was father's day. Would recommend. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was nice. Everyone was nice. The only things I didn't like was we couldn't get a king bed. I realise there weren't any available. We didn't get our goodie bag when we checked in.

Overall the stay has been nice. We are in a 1 bed king size bedroom. Location is just 20 minutes from river street.

There's a lady that name is Tina Harris she's one of the most amazing people I've ever met in my life she's like the general manager or something just ask her she's a great person to talk to she'll help you in any way she can visit the La Quinta on 204 and 95 you will be satisfied!

This motel is very clean and the staff is super friendly! The breakfast is good and the price of the stay was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again and recommend this motel to everyone!

This is a good, basic hotel. No frills, but it’s clean, in good condition, well run, and an excellent value. The staff were amazing. We ended up staying longer than expected while waiting for a car repair. Lisa, Cathy, and Kayla at the front desk went the extra mile to help us out. Dorothy in housekeeping always made sure we had everything we needed.

Very pleasant 6 day stay. Informative and friendly staff. Quiet for sleeping. Pet friendly. Clean rooms. Shuttle service every day. Restaurants and convenience store in walking distance.

Nice, clean and convenient. Only minutes from down town. Kathy, our reservation specialist, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We would return.

The staff was really really nice and nore than willing to give us extra bedding. Saw one of the women who worked there complement a couple's attired while we were walking in one day. Honestly they're just a bunch of good folks. The room was spacious, Wi-Fi was fast, everything was clean. Only bad part was the shower felt more like a misting than a shower but I'm now about to get finicky over that.

Good budget type hotel. Rooms are basic but clean and quiet. Staff is great, friendly and attentive. Breakfast is very basic. Good location near shopping and restaurants. We stay here a lot when in Savannah.

Even tho my room had no hot water they were amazing and got my room for free. Over all great service and the manager was a sweet heart.

A good place to stay near Hunter Army Airfield if you need it. Good rate. Not clean rooms. I come to midtown once a month and it’s hard to find a clean room for $100 or less. Bugs, hair, and mold in the room during my December stay. Very good size rooms. Mini fridge. Good TV selections. Comfy beds.

Reservations were at another La Quinta, switching them was no problem at all. The staff was great, especially the front desk and housekeeping.

I stay here all the time. Great rates! Rooms are always clean. The front desk staff are the greatest… always helpful and friendly!

I was very impressed with the service and the rooms! I actually work in hospitality at a busy Bed and Breakfast so I’m all about checking things out and as I stated… I was impressed!

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our dogs and would go here again if we are in this area. Only reason to not give them 5 stars is because locatiin is on a very busy street.

My husband and I were checked into a room on the second floor while with a tour group visiting Savannah. When we walked in, we noticed cigarette ashes on the ventilation unit even though there are signs all over the lobby area declaring it a 100 percent non-smoking facility. We informed the front desk as we had to leave for dinner reservations and a show with the tour. We were informed that someone would clean them up in about 30 minutes. When we returned at about 11pm, the ashes had been wiped off the unit and onto the floor. Being late, we decided to just go to bed since we had to be out early the next day. I climbed into bed and my foot hit something that turned out to be a latge piece of calloused skin under the sheets. I had to sleep in a bed with my husband which was too small for two adults. Aside from the ashes and skin, there was trash under the dresser and the room smelled badly of cigarette smoke and urine. When we spoke to the manager the next morning, she said it was a newly hired chamber maid who prepared the room. No apology was offered, and we left swearing to never set foot in another La Quinta. We had a bad experience in another one up north and would not have stayed in this filthy hole had we known before hand. I take back my one star. I have pictures.

I was skeptical about staying at a La Quinta Inn as I had never stayed at one. I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The friendly staff called me by name and were overwhelmingly gracious. Everything was great. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a great time! The La Quinta Savannah Southside was in a good location for us to easily access Downtown Savannah (20 minutes) and Tybee Island (30 minutes). The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean & comfortable. Best part, pets stay for free – What a great business model :)

I was really surprised at how clean it smelled! The room was very clean. Staff was super friendly even at 12am when we finally got there! If we're ever back down there with our fur babies or not I'll consider staying at this one again. I'll give it 5 star rating.

Switched to this hotel from Midtown and ecstatic that me and my wife did. Midtown was horrible but the rooms here are clean and the air is breathable unlike Midtown where you need a mask walking into your room. Aside from the complementary breakfast which leaves a lot to be imagined, this hotel is in a great location, has comfy beds, cold A/C and quiet rooms.

The staff is always nice and the location is just perfect. You are maybe 10 mins away from the savannah mall, and you are in the center of many stores. The room was nice and the water pressure and temperature was perfect. The only thing I'd have to say about this hotel is it does need a little updating, but besides that it's a perfect get away.

Room smelled like smoke. Teeny pillows. Loud out dated hotel. But staff was very nice.

An older LaQuinta with an excellent staff. I hope this location is considered in the next round of LaQuinta renovations.

I've had nothing but excellent stays there. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean.

Very dirty place. The tub was full of mold. Paid a high rate, 250 for a night! It was our first time in this hotel and will be the last.

Giving them one star is giving this La Quinta to much credit. For one there is no early check-in not even 15 min. So we have to wait until 3:00:01 to even be able to start our check-in. To top it all off there is no running water. Not in the sink, shower, and unable to even flush the toilet. Customer service completely non-existent. Please save yourself and take your business elsewhere. On the phone with their corporate office now because this is completely unacceptable.

This is a slightly outdated La Quinta, but was very clean and nice. Check in/out was quick and easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was disappointing with only cold items available. The distance to Savannah tourist spots is only about a 15 minute drive.

Only good thing about this place was the staff, which was very friendly. Came to check in, was already upset about the shadiness of the area (someone even warned that my car might be stripped in the parking lot over night), went inside our room and immediately had to check out. Not only did the non-smoking room smell like someone had recently smoked a carton of cigarettes in there, but everything was yellow from the smoke as well. This hotel was in such a scary place I actually cried, and the cleanliness really needs to be improved. We couldn't even stay there one night.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here 3 nights for our spring break! front desk was really nice and helpful and very lenient, price was fair 352 for three nights not bad! rooms are decorated nicley, Comfortable bed. Sheets could be better! room is very small but nothing major! Great service, hotel was kind of noisy at night but, most of all very nice decent hotel! Breakfast was good. If they could improve anything I would say breakfast. They made the same food every morning! Will come again though, great hotel friendly service (: great house keeping. Also, near the mall, restruants and all fun places are only 2 miles or less.

I loved staying at la Quinta because they alowed for us to have our animals in our rooms and their bathrooms were great they also had great varieties of lunch.

Guest across the hall left dog unattended for over and hour. The dog barked and howled the entire time. La Quinta front desk refused to move us to a different room. We always rent a room at La Quinta when we come to town for work. However, this will no longer be the case. Furthermore, there were several unoccupied rooms available that we could of been moved to. Very dissatisfied and will not be staying here again.

Service is fine at this location. Convenient to a lot of locations. Lots of old rooms and equipment, several rooms lack even HDMI hookups on the TVs.

Extremely rude. When my husband asked for a room the woman bluntly replied, "No" and refused to say anything else to him when he asked further questions. Yet when I called them and asked if they had vacancies a man named Chris told me they had rooms available. This occurred at 5:30 pm. Management should replace this woman.

This will be my last stay with LaQuinta. The hotel was filthy. I couldn't wait to leave. Even though I requested a nonsmoking room, the entire third floor wreaked of cigarettes, and the stench was overwhelming. There was a spill on the entrance floor from the day I checked in (Saturday) until the morning I checked out (Monday). All staff walked over it, no one bothered to clean it up.

Room wss hot air did not work. Asked to cool room off, no one followed up sfter we asked 3 to 4 times. No one called back, no one came to check.

Tried to get room had kid at counter lost a full weekend reservations horrible.

This was a great place to stay. Room very clean and there was a option for smoking or non-smoking rooms. On separate halls of course. Internet great but the cable sucks only had a few channels most were blocked.

Me and my wife and family members stayed at the La Quinta Inn in Savannah Georgia across from Chuckie Cheeses for almost a month due to our child being sent to Memorial Health after she was born and there is no other motels that compares to La Quinta Inn. Glenn Carter Jr.

I loved it! To start, the guy at the front desk was extremely pleasant! Found my reservation and had me a key in 2mins tops! He even had treats for my dog! The room was beautiful, I loved the color choices (and the samsung hdtv) Got a good deal in the room! The bed felt great, room was clean and smelled good. Had plenty of covers/pillows so no need to call front desk. Breakfast was a little tight. There were about 50-75 people trying to eat at once. Despite the crowd, they kept everything stocked so there wasnt a food shortage at all. My only other complaint was that they only have one elevator. The location is great. Its right by a mall so there are countless dining/ shopping options. I ate at sticky fingers and sweet potatos! I recommend both, they were great! (I posted pictures of the room).

I stayed a couple of nights at LaQuinta in November 09. Must say the staff was pleasant and made the stay enjoyable. I arrived a littel early and the crew rushed and the room was ready within 15 minutes. There was one issue with the room and Tyrone (a staff person) resolved the matter within the hour. The staff also recommended the visitors tours as this was my first visit to the area. Well worth the cost of $25. Great location with two malls and eateries within the area. Will definitely stay at this location again and recommend it to friends. Keep up the great work.
