Stopped here with my son. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and had me checked in fast. Walking into the room it looked clean but had an odor. Then I saw 4 roaches on the wall in the restroom yuck! So I put all of my things back in my car… I don’t want roaches getting in my things. I would have asked for a refund but it is the middle of the night so I’ve decided to try to get a couple of hours of sleep. I do think if they do renovations and a get good pest control that this could be a nice place to stay. The roaches and odor needs to be taken care of ASAP! I am editing this so that I can add that now there are roaches crawling on the wall in the room. I killed one and am totally grossed out! My son who is 11 can’t sleep and I doubt I’m going to get any rest with him waking me every time he sees a roach! I am unable to reply to the owner’s response but I would like to say that I have been reading reviews of this hotel that have dated back for more than a year and you have been made fully aware of the roaches! The hotel should have been closed immediately and the roaches dealt with instead of staying open and charging others to stay in such filth! I don’t know about your other guests but I maybe got 2 hours of sleep total. I can’t sleep knowing that roaches are running around everywhere. My 11 year old son did not sleep at all and woke me every time he saw one so that I could kill it…! Also under no circumstances should a shower in a hotel have a soap scum film on their shower! The shower is suppose to be cleaned after every guest leaves. I have decided to never stay at a quality inn again. My stay was horrible and not only did I not get any sleep but I feel that if a company isn’t going to resolve an issue when they get their first complaint then they do not value my business. I WILL NOT be paying for my stay. I have pictures and video of the roaches and am in the process of disputing the charges!
