Horrible management. Bad customer service. And they rented our room while we were in it! we thought someone was breaking in! bad bad eperience.

We normally stay at Holiday Inn's when we travel but if I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and the hotel was clean. That is the only good I can say about our stay. The food was so so and the GM, Amber, was very, very rude! We appreciate the gentleman at the front desk but we will NEVER stay here again! It's a shame how inconsiderate and rude some people can be.

Excellent customer service ftom Jenna. My family of 5 stayed here last night after a long day of traveling. She was above and beyond helpful. Jenna was very busy with multiple people checking in/out and she still managed to handle all of us with exveptional customer service. Keeping us posted and up to date on wait times. Queen suit room was accommodating for all 5 of us with a mini kitchen area with a sink, coffee maker, and microwave. Would reccommend to other families traveling and looking for a clean, friendly place to rest your head. Special thank ypu to Jenna for being so kind and helpful.

The rooms were very nice and the pool was great! We actually had the pool to ourselves the whole time we were there.

Best hotel in town. Close to dining and gas. Not far from historic downtown. Clean rooms and friendly service. Complimentary coffee and water 24/7 and a great breakfast included with stay. Pool is clean and workout facility is basic but better than nothing. Closest Planet Fitness is in Warner-Robins.

Location was great. Right outside of Atlanta. The room was very clean and nice. Beds slept really well. A decent morning breakfast and an alright workout room. But overall a great stay.

I like the Holiday Inn Express. The staff has been kind and generally helpful. The breakfast is pretty good as well.

Very nice place though its sad that the majority of the maids you can tell are on drugs. A few of the girls had white powdery stuff inside of there noises. The others wreaked of marijuana smells. They dont turn the bed spreads or wash them. The girls rush thru the rooms. If you slide the refrigerator over its mounds of dust beneath them like it has never been cleaned… It seems to me that my personal things were rambled thru I specifically left my things a certain way to see when I returned if they were misplaced and ofcourse they were. Personally I feel as though the stay is not worth the amount they charge for the rooms. On the other hand breakfast was delightful.

Overall, this is a very good place to stay. From what I can tell, it is the best motel in Perry, GA as of this posting. Staff are friendly. Place is clean. Food is better than most places I have stayed. My only issue is the Wi-Fi. I have stayed here numerous times for work and I need Wi-Fi to do my job. It worked sometimes and at other times not at all. If you don't care about Wi-Fi then it is a 5 star motel. Can be pricey for what it is, and I recommend that you make reservations well in advance of your stay because it gets booked up for events at the fairground often. Also, the 4th floor is the quietest place to be if you don't want to hear kids running around on the floor above you at 6 AM! I love kids, but… :)

Had a great time the place was clean and I enjoyed myself at the event.

I am giving this place only 2 stars because, there is not a heated pool. My parents were attending a banquet in Perry Ga and me and my son went along because the hotel listed a heated pool along with the other ammenities. When we finally got there, to our disappointment there was, in fact, no heated pool as the website advertised. The lady at the check in counter was extremely rude about it too! Reason for only giving this place 2 stars, there were spit balls stuck on part of the ceiling over where our bed was (2 queen beds) other than the one staff member and the spit balls, it was a pretty nice place. The gym was small, but had everything you need for vacation exercise and the breakfast was also a nice surprise.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the attendant was very attentive and even cleared plates. Also, the convenience shop was well stocked. Overall it was an excellent experience. We would stay there again.

Clean rooms, excellent service, and staff went above and beyond! I forgot an item they quickly retrieved it and shipped it to me!

I went to an event hosted at the hotel. The staff was nice and the place was beautiful.

Very clean hotel with an extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Wi-Fi was fast enough for viewing videos at 1080p with no lag.

It is the closest hotel to the interstate. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Price was too high though.

Very comfortable beds. We had to ask for the pool to be cleaned. They skimmed the top and two days later, they cleaned the pool. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay. Warmly greeted at check in by manager who also kindly checked to see if biscuits and gravy might be there for breakfast… hubby's fav. Nina the breakfast caretaker made sure they were there and filled. Nice other breakfast selections with all kept filled and clean. Everything was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Room/bed very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

The hotel is a bit too close to the highway it isn't bad once you fall asleep but you can definitely hear traffic is you are on that side of the building. The breakfast was alright. And staff was friendly.

Room 219, double queen. Excellent room, price was a bit high, breakfast was good. Right off of I 75. Friendly staff.

I'll be quick to admit I'm a snob about lodging and had low expectations for a Holiday Inn in Perry, GA. This is a well deserved and earned 5 star experience. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is new and CLEAN! The room I had was a king which was very large and well appointed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice, new and clean place to stay, free breakfast should please most families. Staff was friendly. Motel has a pool but we did not get here in time to use it because the pool closes at 10:00.

Friendly staff, amazing room and king bed, the decor and atmosphere is delightful, breakfast delicious, conveniently located off interstate 75, cleanliness beyond measure. Will definitely always make this our first leg of our trip south :D.

Rude! I don't know why they are charging so much. They are not in ATL! I book Holiday Inn Express alot never for the cost this place is charging!

Best night's stay we've had. Amber, the desk clerk/everything else was THE most helpful, personable, and sweet young woman. The hotel was immaculate, decorated very tastefully. The rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious, fully stocked with whatever we needed. The noise level was very low even thought we were right next to the elevator. We highly recommend this hotel to any and everyone for an awesome stay. The only recommendation we can make is they need more staff.

First off let me say I'm completely OCD and a clean freak. As a mother of three young sons I'm very particular of what they are touching etc… But this hotel was wonderful! Clean, modern, wonderful staff, nice pool and a great night sleep. We will definitely be back when we need somewhere to stay! Recommend this hotel to everyone!

The rooms were very nice and clean. It took 45 to get checked in. The pool was out of pool towels. So they signed out bath towels to my room. Then for breakfast they were out of everything. Apple juice, orange juice, bisquits & gravy, sausage, hot cinnamon rolls, eggs. Trash cans over flowing and dirty tables. I think they need more staff! Beautiful hotel just lacking in service. Check in was the worst.
