I love staying with Hilton properties. You know that you are getting a nice clean room and friendly service.

The hotel itself is just OK. Breakfast food all tastes the same and the kitchen they prepare the morning food in… is unsanitary. Management is just hateful and really needs to be educated about the meaning of hospitality. They treat their guests with little value and no respect and scream at employees in front of incoming guests. If you are traveling down I75 close to Perry exit stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

Just off the interstate made it very convenient. Can tell it is a bit old from the somewhat musty smell. Bed was comfortable and complimentary breakfast is good though.

Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff. A little annoyed that breakfast didn't include any form of meat.

If you get put in the back of the hotel you are next to the highway and it is very noisy. I asked for a room up front and they put me is the room next to the highway The TV did not work and had to be reprogrammed before I could view anything. The Hotel is old and the breakfast was pretty bag. I remember when Hampton breakfast was good, when they actually had meat included. Apparently no more as it was not included.

Nice and clean place. Service was good. Breakfast was okay.

Staff very nice. Thank you. Toilet should be a bit higher for us older generation.

The people working there and running it, and working there are very nice, but they don't know how to properly staff and manage the housekeeping department. This was one of the DIRTIEST hotels my husband and I have ever experienced! We were in three different rooms. The first room we found a big wad of gum stuck to the floor and hair in the sink and the toilet was used and not flushed. The second room at first glance looked cleaner but under the bathroom sink was a garbage bag taken out of the garbage can just laying on the bathroom floor full of garbage. But I thought maybe the maid just forgot to take the garbage bag, so I checked the bed… I pulled back the covers and OMG so many pubes! By this time it's close to two in the morning we are on the last night of a three-day road trip from Chicago to Florida in a U-Haul box truck. Finally, we moved to our third room. I checked the bed, sheets, floor, bathroom and at a tired glance they looked clean (granted I didn't take out a UV light or anything), but we slept, we woke up, we left, and I still feel dirty. The front desk girl was very nice, apologetic, and embarrassed. She contacted the owner and immediately changed each room as we progressed through the grossness. And to the owners credit she did comp our room, all of which almost makes me want to give them one more star, but I much rather would've paid for a clean room than have slept in filth for free. I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures.

This is nice Hampton. While it is an older property, it has been remolded recently. The staff are friendly and professional. Nice fitness center and there is a pool outside. The business center sits in an open space between two buildings, so there is no door to close if you looking for that. It's right off of I interstate 75.

Stopped in this Hampton Inn on our way back to FL from TN on new year's eve. This was the hotel or Hilton honors club recommended. We paid a little more than we usually would hoping for a higher quality room with the holiday. We were very much disappointed. We stayed in room 108 and were instantly met with ants throughout the bathroom, mold on the walls near the shower, missing light covers, and a TV that didn't work. Other than the room, the other areas of the building seemed very nice and neat (the only reason for the extra star). Breakfast was good, and the lady working the breakfast was helpful and kind. All this being said, if we would have paid $50-$60 here, fine, but we paid over $130 with tax and expect better for that price!

Friendly staff and rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Only problem was the first room we were given the door wouldn't open so we had to go back down and get a new room. Not a huge deal, we were just super tired.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for years traveling back and forth from Ohio to Florida. Pulling in last night we knew there were changes. Hotel landscape looked unkept, exterior lights weren’t on. It’s obvious ownership has changed. The lobby is still okay. The welcome cookies were not all professional looking and not appetizing. There were children playing behind the front desk, interior looks worn and dirty, furnishings are stained, the hotel has an unpleasant, dirty smell. The room was not at all Hampton Standards. The tub faucet had apparently leaked for a long time, leaving an ugly stain, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the furniture was smeared with a dry crusty something, the television screen had something greasy smeared on it. The gentleman behind the front desk was pleasant, and there was a very friendly, kind woman working the breakfast bar, but please don’t stay here for the free breakfast. We need to find a new overnight stop before our next trip.

Newly decorated and redesigned facility that is nice with good customer service but NO cookies. Missed that. Wish you would consider bringing that back. If you do let me know and I’ll amend my review.

My family's stay here was awsome. Our rooms were clean and stocked with towels. There's a complimentary continental breafast which was not bad at all. It is located just of off the interstate. Some of the local businesses in the area includes Waffle House, Longhorn Steakhouse, Walmart and your choice of gas stations. Perry/Unadilla is a people friendly country area in Georgia. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Worst stay at a Hampton inn here. They have a serious bug infestation. I woke up to getting ant bit everywhere. There were ants making a thick and steady trail through my room. They were all in my clothes and luggage and bed and all over the floor and couch. Ridiculous. I didn't even have any food in my room and was a late check in. The front desk clerks gave no concern what so ever. Only said "ok I'll let them know" with a smile. Don't stay here.

Must say very disappointed my company uses this chain world wide over the phone we was told a rate and when we went to check in the desk clerk would not honor it. For that I'm making it known with our company to not use this chain anymore it's ridiculous how some ignorant rednecks behave.

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful with information on restaurants and other areas of interest. The room was spacious and clean. The king bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was typical of hotels but offered a variety of coffees. Parking was convenient and well lighted at night. Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Great place to stay free hot breakfast had beer and wine social at 7pm really nice room staff eas excellent had a problem with the A/C and maintenance came in less than 10 minutes and put a brand new unit in will always stay at the Hampton Inns from now on.

I love it Atlanta GA I rented a car from Hertz rental car in Atlanta at the airport to travel to Florida. To make long story short on the way back from flo the car tire busted due to hertz negligence to check their cars before handing them to renters. The rental place and road assistance unprofessionally left me in the dust. I was taken to Hampton Inn in Perry county I didn't even know there was something called Perry GA. In an unknown place the people here were the complete best. They are friendly and did their best for us they fed us even when it was not time to eat to make sure me and my children was not starving they let us stay over time because the people are Hertz rental did not take care of us as they said they were when I paid for the insurance. Hampton Inn in Perry County get 5 stars times 5 they are the absolute best. They helped me and my children and I love them for that. Thank you.

Upon arrival, toilet wouldn't flush, and was given a new room. No problem, it happens. New room's a/c wasn't working when I walked in (it's 95 and 85% humidity this week) and I was told by the desk to manually reset it by unplugging/replugging. Problem was, manual resets only solved the problem for 2-3 hours before unit shut off again. Was told multiple times that maintenance would look at it, but it's day 4 and still waking up every 2 hours in night to reset it.

Normally the extra money for a nice (or what we think is nicer) hotel is worth it for us. We didn't make it to Perry until 1 am and we were exhausted. We get put in a double room because it was the only one left and the AC didn't work. So, we ended up sweating all night in South Georgia July heat. We had to drive another 200 miles the next morning on less than 4 hours of sleep. Needless to say, it wasn't worth over $100. If I wanted to sweat to death I could have slept in the car.

Nice Hampton. Has a LongHorn Steakhouse right next to it within walking distance. Very nice with a pool. Parking is a little tricky but doable if you have a boat or similar trailer.

I stayed here on my way to Kissimmee, FL back in June of 2015. The hotel is small, two stories I believe. However the rooms are well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the place was perfect for me and my family as a single-night stay as a half way point for our trip. The surrounding area has a lot of restaurants, almost every major chain restaurant you can imagine! We ate at Longhorn Steakhouse which was walking distance from our room. Overall, a great stay.

3/31/09 — Cleaning staff did a great job but the front desk is understaffed and provide no service. I was overcharged at checkout and the person "acted" as if they could not correct the bill and promised to fix it and fax it. I gave my home fax number. Being that I was on a business trip time was of essence. I had to leave to finish my job although hesitant to do so without the bill being corrected. Of course when I arrived home late that night there was no fax as promised. I immediately called and the front desk staffer stated he was alone in a 98 room hotel and he took my number to call me back when he was not busy. Understandable? I thought so, but I was never called back. Seven phone calls and five days later I'm still being asked to call back tomorrow. Unacceptable! I need to submit for travel reimbursement from my employer. By the way a third of the time their main phone line is not answered.
