Comfort Inns have come A LONG WAY! I've seen the commercials but haven't stepped into one until today. The front desk staff was thoughtful and kind, and the room was clean and smelled good. The lobby was inviting.

We had a room booked for Jan 23-26 and had a family emergency come up so we had to cancel our trip. Their cancellation deadline was 7 days out and we are 5 days out. I called and explained the situation and was basically told oh well you can either find someone else to take your reservation or you have to pay for the first night. I’m at a loss of what to do because we are unable to make the trip due to family needs and are already loosing money and we are having a hard time finding a random person to take our room, so we are stuck paying for a night that we aren’t going to use and they will most likely sell anyways. I called choice hotels and they told me that it was up to the hotel and they could wave the one night charge if they wanted to, the hotel reservation/booking manager just isn’t willing to work with us. I will not be staying here ever again (we visit Perry often) and I will or be recommending this hotel to any more friends because I would hate for someone else to be in a bad situation that is made worse because of a hotel that will not work with clientele. I’m extremely disappointed by this Comfort Inn location.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. View of parking lot, not so hot, but hotel is in the middle of the city. Breakfast, typical hotel fare, but was plentiful and hot.

My father was a guest there. My family came by to visit with him. There was a nice area in the lobby to sit. Somewhat private. The lobby was very nice, clean and inviting.

The pool and hot tub area was covered and nice. The lobby looked like it had been redone recently. Our room was a little dated. Sink was separate from shower and toilet. The bed I slept on was was a little saggy but things were mostly clean. The breakfast was ok with sausage, biscuits, eggs and gravy as well as grits, oatmeal, make your own waffles and the regular continental breakfast fare.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff… the only complaint I would have is the Wi-Fi. My kids wanted to FaceTime their mom for a goodnight and say they would see her tomorrow… it was like watching a 1970s Kungfu movie.
So I did a quick speed test on hotels network as none of the electronics seemed to work on Wi-Fi.

A horse drawn buggy could ride to ESPN headquarters in NY and back to provide me the latest news before the info would download to my phone. Had to get on LTE to post this otherwise you might not see review until July of 2023…

Last resort. Comfort Suites in Cordele had a water problem so they decided not to let anyone know that had a reservation and everyone that came in for a good night sleep wound up having to travel farther than expected to get a room for the night. They wanted to keep it in the Comfort Suites family so they called their sister Suite and booked us a higher price room for an old unit that won't be used again. All the Comfort Suites in Cordele had to do was let us know and we would have gone to one of 100 places on I-75 and been happy. They didn't and we had a large, dark, musky, poor towels, pealing toilet seat, bad air conditioning, not very appealing, under construction Suite to stay in. At least it had water so that took care of one necessity of a flushing toilet. Not real happy with Comfort Suites family for handling this the way they did. Recommend if you have a reservation with them, call before getting there to make sure everything is good. Don't wait till you get there to be surprised like we were about having to move to a higher price room at their sister group. We would have been better off to have stayed in another newer hotel in Perry or Macon, GA. Check before you arrive or it may be too late.

Clean room, quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable. Decent breakfast. No issues, pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.

Service was excellent. Room was fantastic.

Great place to stay. Peggy has the lady who checked is in. Super friendly and funny. Good price with senior discount. Clean and comfortable. Great free breakfast too.

So glad we made advance reservation (4 hours). Hotel totally booked. Front desk person handled evening very well even with people still booking reservations for non existent rooms. Hot water, good bed not great. Breakfast generous with choices. Will definitely choose again.

The building may look a little dated but it is nice inside. Everything is up to date. Great rooms, clean. The indoor pool was great.

Nice hotel, rooms clean, service is good, the only complaint is that they have cheap nozzels in the shower, water pressure is poor, they need some decent nozzles and it would be good, other than that nice hotel.

Had a huge room with a good bathroom. Breakfast was good, the usual sausage and biscuits which I don't eat so I can't comment on them. Staff was pleasant, pool looked nice.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Perry, GA. My room at this hotel was great and the service I received was exquisite. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Not a bad hotel for the price. Room was clean enough & the free breakfast was pretty good. However, the orange juice had a mildewy after taste like the inside of the machine needed to be sanitized. The only other downfall was the hot tub. The temp was just warm and for being an indoor hot tub it was dirty. Hair, bugs, & debris floating in it. Maybe filter was broken. Even so, I would be willing to give it another try if ever in the area again.

The amenities at this location make it a great value. The indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi is amazing. There is a wonderful gym and sauna also. The rooms and grounds were immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My granddaughter left her brand new roller when we checked out. The staff called immediately to let us know they found them.

Lots of fast and hard footstep noise from 2nd floor late at night and early morning. Bathroom//shower curtain smelled very musty and like an old washrag. Expected better for $$$. Won't stay there again. Good coffee.

I personally was not impressed and it was all related to the smell when I walked into the lobby. It smells like a wet cellar that never had a chance to dry put. They have obviously just redone the bathroom in our room and the room was clean it was just very dark in color and didn't give me a warm feeling.

The staff was charming, the pool was clean and inviting. The room had a musty oder but was free of any visible mold and mildew. We stayed based on the reasonable rate and appearance however my allergies we're in full swing by the morning.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at, as far as I can remember. The one staff member we saw was very friendly and nice, but in my opinion, the room was very overpriced for the quality. We walked into the room and the AC was completely turned off and smoldering. Had to have been 85°. We checked in super late (around 11pm) but obviously had to wait for the room to cool before being able to lay down. The beds were soft and a comfortable at first, but the following morning my back was demolished. Will not stay there again.

It was awesome place to stay. Very nice swimming area with hot tub which is nice after long drive. Staff very helpful. No dog's are allowed. Which we did have a barking dog next to us. When we told the front desk they immediately took care of the problem. We were moved to another area and the people were alerted about seeking in their dog. Rooms are very spacious.

Pleasantly surprised by this Comfort Inn and Suites. The room was very clean and newly renovated. I liked that you could park in front of your room, but also had a door in the room, opening out to an interior hallway leading to the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent. (Although there's a Cracker Barrel right next door). I'll stay here again if the need arises!

The rooms are very nice, and the receptionist is pleasant, though she did hang up on me when I called about the a. C. It wasn't working but came on again while we were on the phone, so she cut the call. (We were offered a different room if the air wouldn't work again. ) My Mom purchased the room for the night because we had car trouble (on 75, scary), and the Kia dealership is across the street. She was charged the "senior discount" of $99. I saw the advertised price, after Mom paid, of $71. Don't make our mistake! If I had booked the room sitting in the parkinglot, we would have paid less through Expedia! We won't make this mistake again. An eighteen dollar difference might not seem like much, but for a senior on limited income it could mean the difference between a full tank of gas and a week's worth of groceries. I told Mom that I would go in and pay for the room. (Yay, smart phone. ) She insisted because she gets the senior discount. (We're on our way to St. Augustine to help my oldest move into the dorms at UCF. I paid for five days on St. Augustine beach, so Mom wanted to help. ) If we hadn't had car trouble, we wouldn't be here. It's a blessing that this nice, clean hotel is across the street from the service station we need. They offer a breakfast from 0630 to 0930. The pool, wirkout room, and sauna are open until 2200. Additional towels are provided. So, other than the price discrepancy, this is a very nice place to stay.

Location was excellent. Service decent. Room was okay. They was alot of dust throughout the room and the king suite only had an extra pillow for its queen sleeper sofa. As well as the mini fridge door liked to pop open if you put a 2 liter bottle on the door. And the hot tub was overly chlorinated and seemed very heated. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Not very clean and there was a GIANT roach in the hallway outside our door but the beds are comfortable, the rooms are big, and the breakfast has a lot of good options.

Two stays here so far this year. Very nice property. Very nice and most eager to help staff. Good hot breakfast. Reasonable rates. What's not to like? Recommend it.

The beds were very comfortable, but we stayed in an adjoining room and we could literally hear our neighbor's entire conversations. The lady at the front desk was not the nicest person I've ever dealt with and it would have been nice to have some medicine up there as I got very sick on this stay and ended up having to drive to go get medicine.

I am not someone who typically reviews any type of services but after my family's experience with this hotel, I felt compelled to share with others. My husband is a youth wrestling coach and this year's state tournament was held in Perry. The state wrestling association worked with local hotels to offer a discounted rate to those of us who were traveling from out of town to the tournament. A team mom booked our room for us, but my husband wanted us to pay for it since he felt the team's parents had already done enough for us. The team mom called to have the room switched to our name. Upon arriving, I noticed the rate was not the one advertised by the state wrestling association. I, of course, inquired about the difference and was told only the manager can change rates once a room is booked. I thought this was completely understandable and told the nice woman I would wait to talk with the manager. The manager of this hotel was not only rude but completely unprofessional, and made no attempt to help. I have never felt so disrespected and wronged in my life. My family was not in Perry for a vacation. We were there to coach and work with children who are not our own as a part of a much larger network who happened to bring this hotel tons of business. Even the owner refused to change the rate. I am writing this review because I still do not understand why you would agree to give participants a certain rate and then refuse them.

We have had Britney's birthday parties there since she was 4 or 5 and she will soon be 15. Goodness! The girls love the pool during the winter. The breakfast is always the best. They always treat us like family we love staying there. I always recommend family and friends to stay here.

It had nice room's! Nice Comfort Inn and Suites place to stay! LOVE the kids and me like the pool and hot tub! Great breakfast in the morning! We love it! We would stay there again!

The breakfast was good, the staff friendly, and the rooms were nice. There was a slight problem with our smoke alarm beeping, but that really couldn't be avoided as it was just a battery problem. Overall the stay was good and the beds were comfy.
