Excellent service and very nice rooms! Definitely recommend it!

When in Milledgeville then stay here cause the breakfast buffet is truly great and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Clean room, extremely friendly staff.

For a 2-start hotel, it was good — above average. Staff was friendly, helpful, and really seemed to care that our stay was good. Bed was fine, room was clean. Free breakfast not so great in terms of freshness. Couch was patched with color matching duck tape. Shower was missing water proof liner, so floor and rug did get soaked but the water pressure was great. Work desk was good, Wi-Fi signal good, Ethernet hookup available. Rooms had plenty of lamps. Lavatory could use better lighting in bathroom. I would stay again but would personally consider higher star-rated options first.

This place is right here in milledgeville GA told me and my family of milledgeville GA that they don't rent to locals why are you here then if you can't rent to local people.

It is rather nice. Beds as comfortable. Staff are helpful. Unfortunately the pool was closed but it is still a decent hotel.

The room was great I loved that it was non smoking and the beds were really soft.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I made business reservations and actually used the wrong date and they still honored them and did not charge me extra. Would recommend to anyone passing through.

Friendly staff, large spacious rooms, and extremely comfortable beds. Decent breakfast selection and great snack/drink selection in the alcove next to the front desk. Clean and quiet. If it hadn't been completely booked I would have stayed a second night. I love that the lamps on the nightstands have built in outlets.

Unfortunately when I made my reservation there was only one room left. When I arrived at 2 pm my room hadn't been vacated so the front desk attendant said she had only one other room available but it was a "handicap" room and her words "this will be a good compromise" I'm not sure what that meant. As I entered room 108 I noticed it smelled very musty. My initial thought was the AC was not properly set. I had no time to do anything but get ready for the wedding I traveled here to attend. I quickly lowered the AC to 72° and grabbed my shower (by the way the shower floor was squishy like the sub floor underneath was rotted) and took off to the wedding. When I returned that evening the AC hadn't cooled the room nor did it lesson the musty smell. I had to go to bed, I had a long drive tge next morning. When I got up besides having the sniffles from the mildew I found mold everywhere on the furniture in the morning light. So disgusting. All over the wood furniture, the headboard, and has obviously hadn't been attended to at all. MOLD DOESN'T GROW OVERNIGHT! I let the desk attendant know I was highly disappointed and disgusted by the mold. She said she wasn't aware and would have the room cleaned. WHAT? Doesn't it get cleaned daily or at least after guest checkout? I told her that mold cannot be cleaned off — you have to get to the root of the issue which is the AC not working properly. She then looked at me and said "I know".

The hotel was a very decent stay. The pool was nice and cool after a long day. The customer service was very great they helped me as much as they possibly could. I got a great rate and with promise of same rate next time. The shower was nice it had a lot of room and and all functions was completely operation. Nice clean towels and soap to wash with. The fridge was operational and I used it to keep a few drinks cool. The bed was nice and comfy however the pillows were kinda small. Tv was operational Nd with multiple channels to view. The internet was nice and a good strong connections everywhere in the room. The noise levels were very low I could not hear anything from other rooms nor outside. I will be staying here again. Also in walking distance to any food places!

I was pleased with this hotel. Upon arrival, our room had a "damp" smell, but it was clean and comfortable. All of the staff we've encountered have been very professional and friendly.

Just got here. Check in went smooth. Rooms are spacious. Clean, comfortable, breakfast (waffles, eggs, grits etc)

Very nice room with a very comfortable bed. It is as if you were floating on a cloud.

The Milledgeville, GA location has very nice rooms for a decent price. Staff is friendly. Could do with some better noise insulation.
