I'm a contractor here in town. I'd rather sleep in my car. Honestly. I left there last week (beginning of augAug) because of cockroaches, and moved over to la Quinta. Guess what came out of my suit cases this morning. Bugs. You guys are disgusting. Youd think with 40 of your family members living there you'd have the place ran decent.

I Do Not recommend staying at this hotel. It smells Terrible! (Really BAD) The room we stayed in was quite dirty. Super dusty & found dead roaches in there as well. I have no idea why health inspection haven't shut it down. This hotel shouldn't be open, it's extremely filthy.

Do not stay here, rooms have horrible odor, beds are terrible. Husband booked without reading other reviews. Place is plain nasty. It had a picture of a nice swimming pool which is closed until further notice. We like to swim reason he chose this motel. I have seen nasty motels but this is the worse.

Only hotel in Milledgeville with a pool, plus it's a Saltwater system. Ms. Lisa at the Front Desk, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to help. My family and I are looking forward to seeing the Super Inn and Staff again soon.

It was pretty clean and quiet. The next morning the front desk staff let us go ahead and get b-fast even tho we were runnin alittle late which was nice.

I was so excited on finding this place because Wendy who works there booked my room ahead of time and got the owners approval of me staying til evening time instead of leaving at 11am. I was satisfied with the room. Could use an upgrade though. The housekeeper was banging on my door at 930am even though I had already got approval to stay til the evening because I didnt check in til almost 7am. Then he argued with me about leaving. My biggest disappointment was there was no sign saying the pool was not open and I guess the owners wife came out there yelling at us and asking us what room we were in. If youre not gonna have the pool open then you need to drain the water. The Wendy lady and other desk attendants were really nice but the owners and their family were rude.

Great customer service. Very clean and bed was okay.

Horrible experience and we were only there for 10 minutes. Not clean!

Rough area. Probably got drug dealers in the area, seeing as I saw a grumpy Police Officer leaving the premises this morning. Hotel was slightly clean, but not clean enough since nothing really smelled fresh.

Great service. Clean room. Could use cleaner towels. Other than that, good!

The room had a strong mold and mildew smell. The bed linen had cigarette burn holes all over it and the sheets and pillowcases were stained.

It is in no way shape or form a suite rooms are dated and the carpet has stains and some cigarette burns.

Filthy, unsafe, rude owners, overpriced and the owner broke into my car and stole my stereo. The owners wife tried to sell me some crack cocaine. I was rushed out of there an hour early and was eaten alive by bed bugs.

Didn't want to give any stars. This was the nastiest and grossest motel I've ever stayed at. My kids and myself stayed here when Irma hit and we were without power for 3 days. So we had nowhere else to stay the first day but we left early in the morning and went to a different motel. There were roaches everywhere. The lampshades where falling apart. The carpet was old and nasty. The curtains wouldn't close all the way. There was nasty stuff all over the walls. Dead roaches on everything. We laid on top on the covers fully dressed with hoodies on because we were scared something was gonna get on us. We didn't even pull the covers down because didn't know what there might have been under them. Ewww! The room smelled awful and was molded and rusted. They ought to burn the whole place down. I don't see how even a good cleaning and remodel would help this place. It's better to sleep in your car than this disgusting place.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting, there was a hole in the bathroom where someone could see you, the place smelled horrible, broken curtains, broken lamp and there was BROWN SPOTS ON THE COUCH BED, the mircowave didn't work, walls and roof looked horrible, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.

Room had like a mildew smell. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Pillow cases wasn't clean. Window curtains had stains on them. Looks like the only thing that was renovated was the TV and carpet. Never again!

Mildew smell, not very clean. Nice staff. Housekeeper woke me up to ask what time was I checking out or was I going to stay at 9:32 a. M.

The rooms were well kept, breakfast was available, prompt service and very polite. The rates are very affordable, and competitive. Stayed a week, and got quite a deal. The only problem was the smell of the room I was staying in, very musty, strong enough to be a problem the whole stay. AC unit made alot of racket as well.

Some of the Staff does not work with you and some get rude with you. Mr Harry is co owner is very helpful and trys to work with you. But some of his staff need more training and learn to treat me as ppl.

I only gave one star because it won't let me leave zero stars! Horrible smelling rooms. It's the smell of filth that can't be washed away. We arrived at 3 am while traveling. They still made us pay for a full days stay, and check out by 11am! When we first pulled in, there were obviously strung out people from different rooms opening their doors and coming outside, like they were expecting someone to come give them drugs. Everything inside the room was sticky, like it had never been cleaned. The smell never went away. Worst hotel I've ever been in. Avoid at all costs.

Nice staff but horrible room. The beds were sunk in and it was a king size with TWO pillows. I asked for more and they said they didn't have any! First they gave me a key for a room and when I walked in it was a unmade bed with trash everywhere. They didn't even know what rooms were clean and what ones werent.

OMG it's the best and the bed it was comfortable.

I am not an employee or affiliated with this hotel. It was the worst stay EVER! I booked two double beds for my family. There was three of us staying in the hotel. When we first walked in there was a horrible smell as if animals had peed in the room and wet mold. It took a while to get over the smell. One of the beds could not be slept in because all you could smell was pee. Even putting the comforter over the sheets you can only smell pee. There was no clock in the room to set for an alarm and the bathroom floor was sticky. This is not Americas best, it is Americas Worst. I would never ever and I mean never stay at this hotel again. I would sleep in my car first. I told the front desk about the smell and all they could say was " I will get on it" Right like that was believable. No I am sorry for your stay or nothing. Beware bad place to stay.

This is a great hotel, you get the quality and comfort of a former Holiday Inn for the price Americas Best Value Inn! The management team is great and friendly and the property is awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Came to the hotel late one night and the front decks was the nicest person I've have ever seen in a hotel. They helped me get my stuff in the door and it was a great help. The breakfast was great. I will be coming back in the future! LOVE THIS PLACE.

This place is in fact old. It used to be a Holiday Inn and was a happenin' place in the 70's and 80's, and was sold in the late 80's, I believe. The office staff is very freindly and courteous, but, the place is old and in need of work. I used to stay there regularly 2005 — 2006. It hasn't changed much. If I didn't like the room, I got another one. At times, I get non-smoking rooms, walk in, and find there is a cigarette smell and find an ash tray. Does that mean the person last staying there hid smoking in the room or was allowed? Obviously, the clean up person didn't remove the ash tray. For the cost of one night here versus the cost at other M'ville hotel/motels available and what they have to offer, it is accepatable. Other than the Holiday Inn Express and the Hampton in Milledgeville, every other place is about 30 ot 40 + years old, so you get what you pay for in Milledgeville. Some people need to be more knowledge able about things before they sour up a review. This place isn't the best by far, but again, look at the prices for each hotel/motel in town and figure it out.
