Pay attention to your GUEST REQUESTS/COMMENT REPORTS AND PRINT THEM DAILY! Housekeeping COMPLETELY FAILED on my arrival notifications and there was hair in my shower that did not belong to me. Absolutely inexcusable for a Hilton property. Dirty room, but good customer service from the 2nd shift lady who checked me in.

Worst. Doesn’t feel five-star, instead feels like a discriminative environment with Caucasian women who turn their noses up at people… the nerve.

Nice quiet hotel at decent rate near the invite energy center. Got the room I wanted and the service was great. I'd come back again if I'm in the area.

We made no complaint to the front desk because we were not looking for any discount but Customer service was fantastic! We were booked for 2 nights at $160 a night AFTER military discount! There was no complimentary breakfast, which at that price is a bit absurd! The king sized bed was so uncomfortable and rock hard. One side was even harder than the other with a slight ridge in the middle making it impossible to get comfortable. The bathroom fan was broken. We pulled the comforter away to get into bed and the sheets were off the corner so we had to halfway make the bed before getting into the hard-as-a-brick bed. We checked out early and went to Courtyard by Marriott down the road because we normally go Marriott but thought Hilton would be just as good-boy were we sorely mistaken (literally, our backs were so sore all day after sleeping there! ) Side note-Courtyard by Marriott is a 1000x better. AND A WAY BETTER PRICE! Save your money (and your backs) and stay somewhere else. Hilton has gone down hill for sure. Very disappointing. Just get some new beds Hilton, and it would have been a great stay. A little pricier than we like but you would have won us over for some return stays but no more until we see you've made some updates!

Hotel was convenient location to my work on Satellite Boulevard. Many choices for food are nearby. The bathtub in the room did not drain properly. I notified staff. Hopefully next time will be better. This hotel needs a refresh.

The hotel was clean and we got a very good deal. The location is very convenient if you have an event at the Infinite energy center. There's plenty of free parking as well. Check-in/check-out experience was super fast.

Stayed over night for a wedding. Even though we were not supposed to get a shuttle bus they accommodated our party. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was helpful and polite.

Checking in was OK because we did get an early check in at about 1:45 instead of 3pm however… when we checked in the room it smelt like urine… so I found a cleaner and asked if they would spray some disinfected and air spray… she politely did… but then we inquired about the pool and hot tub which we were told they had and they did but the hot tub was not working… so customer service was alright just a little misleading.?

Light on the amenities but great in terms of quality and cleanliness. Great continental breakfast with major or omelets. Fast and easy shuttle service.

Those who are working on a budget this is actually a decent place to stay they have people who cook your breakfast in the morning and Specialty orders you're able to take back a little extra if you want and save for later or lunches the room was awesome very clean the staff was very helpful but ultimately the thing I looked forward to the most with some quietness definitely coming back and to the staff working here thank you for the extra tea and coffee for my room.

My family and I stayed for a week at this Hilton location. We had a wonderful experience with everyone! Incredible customer service! Mary Helen went above and beyond for our needs. Housekeeping is on point! Highly recommend starting your day with breakfast it's the important meal of the day! With a big smile and a welcoming good morning from Kim and the kitchen! This is a excellent team of people! From our family to yours THANK YOU!

Great place to stay for business. The made to order breakfast, snacks throughout the day, and drinks make it feel bit less like your traveling.

Not a bad word to say about our stay! The front desk clerk was a delight! The room was very clean. The beds were so comfy. The pool/hot tub were relaxing and well maintained. We were very happy with our stay! Check in/out was a breeze!

Toilet had issues even without much volume just saying. Platform bed not my favorite. Good breakfast. Super staff and servers.

I stayed here for 3 days and I have to say that it left a lot to be desired. I’m a Hilton Honors member and love the Hampton Inns/Doubletrees and expected more from the Hilton. The pool was smaller than other hotels of this size. The location is great and the staff is extremely helpful but the rooms definitely need to be updated. There were not enough outlets for connecting laptops and phones or other technological devices. The room smelt of mildew and the bathroom tub/shower was old and needed to be refinished. To their credit, they were understaffed but still managed to give superior customer service. Unfortunately I will not stay here again in spite of the great location.

Totally love the staff at this hotel. They make a world of difference in Customer service. The shuttle driver is the best.

Welcoming and clean lobby area, comfortable king platform bed in a clean and organized room. The only thing I would change is to improve the lighting quality in the bathroom — bulbs are the energy efficient fluorescent, which is great, but they took several minutes to warm up enough to be at all useful; also no light over the shower.

Just so you know, you should not plan on coming to this hotel if you are under the age of 21 and/or do not have someone over the age of 21 to check you in. It obviously does not matter what they tell you on the phone, as I called on TWO separate occasions to confirm that the check-in age was 18. The woman at the desk explained to me that, after driving 123 miles, "They will say anything to get you off the phone. " That looks great for the Hilton, huh? Thanks, pal! So, you better watch out and you better not cry. I'm glad I found a room down the street at the much more accommodating Holiday Inn Gwinnett Center.

The hotel lobby was clean and the staff was very polite. The facility seemed well-suited to handle business travelers' needs.

Nice property. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Several restaurants close to the property like Marlow's, California dreaming, Tin Lizzy's, Jim and Nick's, Chikfila.

Very nice place, training was held on-site. Catered breakfast & lunch. Would stay again.

Good location for nearby companies. Hotel is old and rooms desperately need renovation and cleaning. Breakfast is okay — nothing great to eat but the service is pretty good.

Good location within a mile of shopping and Medieval times. Chick-fil-a within walking distance. Cookies every evening by the counter. Rooms have small microwave and fridge which is great for leftovers. When I had an issue they were quick to resolve it.

My daughter was getting married nearby and we blocked rooms for the wedding. My first experience was with Lisa Lloyd. She had done an amazing job in organizing everything for us. When we had glitches and changes, she happily helped us. I never felt like we were a burden to her. I had called and her emailed her many times and didn’t feel like I was bother. She was quick to respond to anything I asked. She made this area of the planning effortless for me and I had no stress. It was very pleasant. When we checked in the staff was friendly. All throughout our stay, the staff was very accommodating in every area. In the restaurant, we had so many people, that when some ordered at one table, they moved to a different table and the waitresses went with it with a smile the whole time. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming into town. All the rooms were very nice and very clean. They were beautiful. It was stress free from the time we arrived to the time we left. After the wedding when we got back to the hotel, it was so nice and easy to just relax and hang with family from all over. Thank you Lisa and staff for making this a wonderful experience for us. ❤️ I can not say enough how much Lisa went out of her way to help me. ❤️

Do not listen to the positive reviews. The staff here was terrible in so many different ways. We arrived last Friday and I had booked/paid for the hotel using Hotwire. The lady at the desk had no idea what she was doing and charged my card even though I had already fully paid for the hotel stay. Had I not checked when we left, I would have been charged twice. During our 4 day stay the staff had coffee out maybe twice. Hilton is known for having coffee at all times in the lobby for guests. Our last night staying at this hotel, the internet was not working and the staff made no effort to fix the problem. Any time we had a problem or question, our inquires were met with hostility and rolled eyes by this staff. We had to stay here due to all other hotels being booked, however there are several hotels in the area that are much better than this one. Please take my advice and do not stay here.

The decor is gorgeous and the staff we very polite, but there were a few issues. One, the mattresses on both beds were AWFUL! I take medicine to help me sleep and because of the mattress I may have gotten 2 hours of straight sleep. The 4 hour drive home was filled with caffeine and phone calls just to keep me awake. Second, while my friend was looking for her headband she found trash under the bed. Plus we noticed the mirrors hadn't been properly cleaned (never mind the cobwebs by the curtains). Lastly, the shuttle service was nice to have BUT the driver was so rushed he did several 'rolling stops. ' I literally was fearful we were gonna be in an accident. I'm an Honors member and love staying at Hiltons but the price did not match the experience.

First time staying at this location. We received superior service. Our rooms were clean and the service was amazing. We thank Andrea D and the staff for a wonderful stay and fun time. We look forward to coming back soon.

Bed was very lumpy. Fridge was only able to be set on frozen. Elevator was of questionable quality rooms clean. Breakfast was good but limited. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. We stay there for the Joyce Meyer conference which was right around the corner from the Infinite Energy Center. The hotel bus took us right to the center which was awesome. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice, the hot tub could've been A little hotter, but the breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. I will very definitely be back.

Very nice! Staff was very helpful, especially Andrea D. So convenient to Infinite Energy Arena plus free shuttle to the arena. My choice of hotels when I go back to a concert there.

Good location very close to I85 and the surrounding conference centers. Good sized rooms kept very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was my fiance's birthday. Went to Medieval Times. Took the shuttle there. Very convenient. Booked the romance package which included champagne and breakfast. It was nice. The Jacuzzi was awesome. Overall great experience.

Bed was comfortable in room 111. It is right next to the maintenance room do you can hear noise from what I assume is the elevator. I wouldn't stay in that room again for simply that reason. Staff were friendly and efficient.

I thought the hotel was very clean and accommodating. The lobby was beautiful and I really appreciated getting two free bottles of water! The check in and check out process was also super easy.

The rooms are okay but beds are too small in the double, coffee is awful, front desk seems unfriendly, the pool wasn't available during my stay for the days, the coffee machines didn't work the the times I've stayed here and the place just seems unfriendly not warm or welcoming. It's over priced for meals. There are some nice hotels in the area that offer free breakfast and the rooms are nicer with larger beds, staff are friendly outgoing and pleasant.

I enjoyed the clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows (Omg soft) they looked and smelt clean (I inspect everything) and bathrooms being clean are a must! Yes hang your "Do not Disturb"sign on the door because housekeeping do knock early, but they were very polite, the workers in the hallway all spoke and the breakfast wasn't free but the price not bad at all for "on the spot" request and buffet was very good, waitress very pleasant (she had on a boot_post surgery) I suppose but she didn't mind getting you what you asked for and more! Staff very polite and professional, pool was amazing and hot tub was awesome, didn't want to leave, it will definitely be me and my family's first choice when we're in the area from now on! Great experience!

I've always loved this hotel from day 1. It is well managed and they take excellent care of me. I appreciate them so much. I recommend it to everyone who comes into town.

My wife and I stayed here to help at a multi-day event at the Infinite Energy Center. It's at a great location to easily get to and from, was quiet, spacious, and had a fridge and microwave in the room (including a Keurig-compatible coffee machine). Only downside is that you have to pay for your breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

It was a beautiful hotel. Really close to the places that my church needed to be (especially Chik-fil-a). The staff was really nice and the price for the snacks were somewhat reasonable. I would definitely stay here again!

Great service and very comfy beds! They only had one type of pillow but offered to get me another one so I could have two for a more firm pillow. I would recommend them for sure for staying at if you are going to anything at the Infinite Energy Arena (used to be Gwinnett Center I think). It's just a short walk and not bad at all!

The location is great it was close to the mall which is why we were in Atlanta GA the service was the best and the breakfast was awesome iwill definitely use the them again.
