Very clean, organized hotel. I loved my stay with my family.

There was no elevator visible (not sure if there was one but if so there was no signs), corridor of rooms smelled like wet dog, breakfast was gross other than prepackaged stuff and the pineapple was good but the honey dew melon (those were the only fruits) were still frozen. Bed was not comfortable it was lumpy!
Overall not a great experience!
I will say though that the room was clean as my way of being positive :)

Good hotel for the price and location. Isabella was who dropped me off by Energy Center she was great very helpful. She was more helpful than the front desk.

Stayed here on the way back from Texas on our way home to Virginia. It was very easily one of the nicest and well-kept Courtyards that I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel pretty regularly for work. I’d gladly stay here again.

Service was amazing! I was in town for Big 3 games this past weekend. Very friendly and helpful with any questions about surrounding areas. Will definitely visit again.

We always enjoy ourselves with @shoppingparty and @krazioverheelz At The Courtyard by Marriott. The staff and the guest are always so friendly and full of energy and welcoming.

Clean & cozy but fun too! Convenient to many of the area attractions! The shuttle dropped us off at the arena & since it started raining, they picked us up after the concert! The only downside is that the snacks in the vending area are really expensive & the food in the lounge was not very tasty! Otherwise, I definitely would recommend staying here!

The Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta is a wonderful hotel, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. I went to a concert at Infinity Arena, and the hotel provided shuttle service to and from. I didn't have a chance to use any of the amenities, but the hotel boasts a heated pool and fitness area. Both places looked nice as I walked around the hotel. The room was nice, with a comfortable king sized bed. I would be happy to return.

Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and heat (sounds silly but is a big deal). Wish the AC was a bit cooler but overall a very nice stay.

Wonderful customer service, very accommodating. We got in really late and ask for a late check-out and they granted it without any problem great experience we will be returning to one of these.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel they were very accommodating and hospitable. They allowed us to have a late check-out when we had checked in very late and had young kids who needed some sleep. That gave us time to play in the pool and get ready to go. Very friendly staff. We will return.

Very helpful and inviting employees. The room was really nice! It was extremely clean including the bathroom. The only minor issue was that the water in the sink took forever to drain. It seemed that maybe it was slightly clogged or something. But everything else was close to perfect.

Great view of the area. Staff is very friendly. We got a good deal on the top floor room with view. Highly recommend.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Great weekend. I was in town for a wedding. Check out was at 12 noon, but cleaning staff came knocking on the door at 9am, asking what time are we leaving? WTH… I'm sleep, preparing for a 14 hour drive home.

Do NOT stay at these hotels! I used my Reward points at the Atlanta NE/Duluth Sugarloaf location and was charged $250 for a smoking violation. I do not smoke and I never smelled smoke on my hall. Only was in the room from about 12:45 a. M. — 9:30 a. M. When I turned in my card key I was told everything was good then received a change on my credit card. When I called the hotel the manager there stated it did smell like smoke and I was charged the violation along with another Rewards Member on that hall. Seems funny that 2 rooms that used points were both charged and it was the night of the U2 show so rooms were probably at a premium. Can hotels just charge anyone these days for these violations? How do you prove you didn't smoke? Have been a long time Marriott Rewards Member and stay at their hotels all the time for work and now feel like I can't trust them. Case is being investigated but it's outrageous and it shows you how little rights we have as consumers since their agreement states they can charge at their discretion. Will do everything in my power to try and have my company stop using them as a preferred vendor if it is not resolved and I am not reimbursed.

Do not ever stay here. When I booked this room online the meal plan was included in my rate… I was assured by 2 different staff member that I wouldn’t be charged for the breakfast so me and the 3 other ladies I was staying with got breakfast… the next day I was charged nearly 40.00 so I called the hotel, explained the situation and after going back and forth several times and being treated like a moron they agreed to refund me 2 of the meals until I said no I’ll be refunded ALL of the meals… I would NEVER pay that much money for bland food that you’re not even allowed to make changes to other than to remove items… (how hard is it to remove meat and add tomato to an omelette) … again after quite awhile they agreed to refund me for all of the meals… come Wednesday the charge is still on my account so I called the hotel to find out what’s going on with the refund and this “gentleman” has the absolute nerve to consistently laugh at me again like I’m an idiot. I’ve never dealt with such rude, incompetent staff before.

The staff is friendly and hospitable. The lobby has very updated decor and cleanliness and the general feel of the place is chic and modern which is a welcome change of pace from the typical spots you find in this area of Duluth.

The room was comfortable, the fitness room was cool and I loved sitting outside by the firepit, but the service is lacking. They told us they were short of staff. We needed sheets for soda bed, which was a twin. They asked us to come downstairs to get them. They gave us sheets for a king sized bed. The next morning I asked for washcloths. They never brought them so I called back 45 min later and the last at the desk said housekeeping was currently in a meeting and they will bring them or she may have to bring them. I was already running late. I didn't want to leave my son age 5 alone to go get them. So I waited another 20 minutes until a guy knocked and brought us the wash clothes. We finally received the correct size sheets when housekeeping came to clean (We had left and come back for a break). We all slept well though and lounged around comfortably between activities we participated in around the city.

The staff at the Marriott went over and Beyond to make my family feel very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

This Hotel is very upscale and pleasant at a reasonable cost. It's lobby is laid out nicely with swivel chairs and lounge chair for TV viewing. Has a nice bar and cafe area which is appointed very well, a pool and weight room, lemon water and popcorn near the front desk. Receptionist were courteous and friendly and the overall staff is great. On my list for return visit.

Friendly staff even at midnight checkin. Clean, nice rooms. Only negative is front desk staff offered breakfast hours without specifying that breakfast was not complimentary, which messed with my morning logistics. Need to be explicit about that.

Good property, nice location, am only giving 3 starts to them as they did not had any water bottles in their pantry and we had to drink from their tap water. Apart from that the stay was comfortable. No other complaints.

For me it was wonderful, great staff, VERY clean room, awesome bathroom, 4 thumbs up! But my wife cannot go to sleep for some reason, cause of the bed. We loved Marriott but this bed was not comfortable for her. But for me, I slept like a baby. It's depend on what one's like. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent check in process while checking in very late. Parking is extremely tight here though. Rooms are very beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice lobby with tvs, computers, and a restaurant/Starbucks. Six floor building with very nice and spacious rooms.

Clean rooms, newer construction, free (well working) Wi-Fi, easy walking to restaurants.

Gym with free weights and free headphones. Breakfast not complementary, and over-priced, but hearty and better than most hotels. Close to dining options, including a tavern in easy walking distance.

So nice! They have everything you could ever need. The rooms are the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed at the Ritz and Hilton before.

Nice and clean rooms. Modern decor. Lobby smells so clean when you walk in and hotel is nicely decorated. Free parking is always a plus. No free breakfast is somewhat of a drawback. Close to infinite Energy center.

Great decor. Nice room, toilet was broken though and toilet paper was not great. Location was 10 minutes from our event.

When we enter the room housekeeping could have been a little more cleaned, like the refrigerator outside was dirty on the outside surface, carpet vacuum a little more.

The rooms were nice. It was very busy and there were quite a few unruly children attending a basketball competition. I can't fault the hotel for being overwhelmed and busy, or for the conduct of other guests, but it did affect our stay. I would and probably will return.

Nice hotel and location! I was disappointed that breakfast ended at 9 and the front desk never told me when I checked in. Other than that, enjoyable stay.

Had a one night stay after concert at the Infinite Energy Arena. This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Came back around 1am and Gaius who was at the front desk made us coffee and was very nice. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. I travel frequently and he impressed me with genuine care for my stay and experience. I would 100% recommend this location and kudos for having such friendly staff.

I reserved 2 rooms over 2 weeks in advanced. I booked 1 studio suite w/ doubles and 1 studio with king. They allow me to check in early (thank you for that) & the lady told me 1 room wasn't ready yet. No problem, because I got there early. (Even though I did early check in from the app and got a notification that BOTH rooms were ready before left my house and drove up there. Anywho, I asked her 3 times & she confirmed 3 times that yes, I can still pay for both now. And my card would be charged once. I can just come downstairs later & get my key. She even told me my room was right across the hall from my other room because I wanted them together. My daughter was having a sleepover, so I needed the extra accommodations. I go back downstairs at 4 (after regular check in) there's a new clerk. He tells me yes it's ready but I've only been charged for 1 room. And no I can't pay for 2 rooms at one time with the same card. I was pissed! Because I specially kept a certain amount available for both rooms on my credit card. I didn't want two separate charges, with two separate taxed amounts & 2 separate holding fees. Needless to say when he ran my card for the second room my card didn't authorize because of course the 2 seaperate amonts were over my available credit, instead of the one charge. So I couldn't get my room because of a difference of 35.

Quite a bit of a drive from downtown Atlanta, but we'll worth it! The room was clean and quiet. There was no time that we had an "eww" moment touching anything. The front desk clerk was friendly and upbeat even at 1am. The only downside was no free breakfast, but there is a Panera not too far away. After reading the reviews of the two and three star hotels in downtown, I'm glad we chose to stay here. There was nothing with more than two legs in our room.

Amazing service… made sure I was fully comfortable during my stay and was able to provide the necessities when asked for. If I ever return to Atlanta, definitely come back here.

The staff here is very friendly, the lounge area is fun, and the rooms are incredibly modern and clean. I will definitely stay here again if I travel to the area for business!

Stayed in December 2016. Beautiful 5 month old property. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Marriott has really stepped up their room decor.
