No wonder this location has such great reviews! The room is super clean and great size, you don’t feel cramped. Customer service was excellent! Bartenders were amazing! Patty and Shauna! Had salmon and risotto with spinach dinner it was delicious! I am pretty hard to please and these people did! Highly recommend!

Best hotel stay in a long time. I loved the breakfast buffet! The atmosphere is beautiful and there is lots of room to relax in the lobby with your own personal area. There is an area outside where you can sit and enjoy a nice fire. My family and I will definitely be booking again with this location. This hotel is 5 STARS in my opinion.

Unacceptable front desk management during my stay. Refused to honor the room I booked through booking. Com. I was made to call or pay a higher price and then once she saw it was taking too long she just gave the room I booked. But told me next time I need to book directly with the hotel. I will be emailing corporate.

Room wasn’t ready had to wait 45 mins for them to open up the premium suites Becuase they have been closed due to covid 19. The room wouldn’t get cold like we like. The room wasn’t clean there was stains on the sheets and ended up having to change our own sheets out with clean sheets and moved the mattress to put the fitted sheets on and found hair and crumbs and other stuff. I expected this to be a nice clean stay but we ended up leaving at 1 am Becuase we couldn’t sleep Becuase it wasn’t cold and we were disgusting and disappointed. Also we bought the $10 air purifier and 2 hours later it was out of water what a waste of money. We booked a few days in advance so they knew we were coming so the room should have been ready and spotless everything wiped down and clean. 110% wouldn’t recommend. What a waste of time and money.

As I lay in my bed at 12:14 am waiting for a manager who looked me in the eye and advised she would give me a call has not. Much to my surprise I called the front desk to find there was no manager onsite. Why do I need a call back at this hour you may ask. Because a hotel where I am a guest has zero places to park. The manager advised there was an on-site event happening which would end at 11:00 p. M. At which time she said she would call me so that I could move my car and park in an actual space instead of its temporary space. My husband just returned indicating there are no spaces still and no indicator of an event occurring. So one has to wonder does this hotel profit from parking when there are events at the arena? Why lie to guest indicating no control over parking when there is an event plus guest in the hotel. Why book guest and an event with more people than you have the capacity to handle. Simple math and simple truths are important. This hotel is beautiful it is clean it is centrally located. But customer service and care for guest is subpar. I was told over the phone the clerk had to go when I called into the hotel to express my issue with parking not a solution only “miss I have to go people are in the parking lot trying to have cars moved. ” What did I find a manager standing at the front door delivering nothing but excuses festered in lies. I am an adnate traveler Hilton honors member and card holder who will NEVER return to this location.

I absolutely loves this hotel after staying there last year and even recommended it to family and friends. However, after checking in this past Sunday and checking out yesterday morning, I can no longer recommend it. After checking in, my husband called for in suite dining and was put on hold for more than five minutes. I hung up and then called back, but the phone only continuously rang. I then called the front desk to see what the matter was, and was unable to get anyone to answer. I alternates between calling the kitchen and the front desk for more than five minutes, being unable to get anyone to answer. We decided to wait a few minutes before calling the kitchen, and someone finally answered. We ordered two cheeseburgers with fries and bow tie pasta. It took nearly 49 minutes arrive. The food was lukewarm. My husband called back to request that the red onions, salt and pepper, and pickles be delivered per the menu description and our requests, and they arrived nearly fifteen minutes later, after our food was getting colder. A young lady delivered chipped red onions (appeared to be leftover from some salad) and cornichons! They were gross, and we did not enjoy our meal. I’m so disappointed by the service that was rendered. We arrived just after some pageant was ending, but we don’t feel that should have negatively impacted what we expected to be stellar service.

This is a beautiful, and comfortable hotel … The free breakfast. And as was the free reception drinks & I like this embassy's hotels.

One of the nicest hotels of been at! Happy hour is provided and the staff was very accommodating. The only thing that made me unsettled was that I placed my 'do not disturb' door sign up each day and they still came in to clean. Other than that, AMAZING!

Hotel was great, and was the newer, better style Embassy suites with better, more elegant & modern rooms & without the audacious lobby atrium. Have stayed in this hotel 2 years on a row & the rooms were very clean & accommodating. The evening reception included plenty of choices. Will stay here again next time in town. However; I cannot give a 5 star rating as the breakfast buffet was not on par with other Embassy Suites. Stayed 2 nights this year & the bar had only turkey sausage, no bacon, gravy, but no biscuits (dinner rolls added next to gravy second morning… really? ), breakfast potatoes were frozen then deep fried, and the omelet station was missing several items from their mediocre list of ingredients. A young mother in front of me pleaded for a waffle, (listed as an option), for her toddler and was told the waffle iron sitting in front of her was not on. She kindly agreed she'd wait, only to be told that they did not have anywhere to plug the waffle iron in, after two staff members tried to plug in the 110 plug into an odd shaped plug on the wall. As if they couldn't have picked up the waffle iron and moved it close enough to another plug. I totally get the breakfast is no additional charge, but it has always been awesome at every other of the many embassy suites I've stayed at. All other staff members outside of the breakfast line were on par or above.

Very impressed! We had a suite that was immaculate! It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was also nice. I do wish you had a hot tub. I must say the breakfast was spectacular! It was one of the best selections I have seen in a while and we travel often. Great job Embassy Suites! Of all the different hotels we stayed at on our vacation, yours was our favorite!

Pros: Beautiful hotel, lobby and rooms. It was clean! Also, very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. They have a complimentary evening service with finger foods and drinks. There is a complimentary full service breakfast with plenty of seating. Cons: I did not have a good experience when I called the day before check in with a question. I felt like I was imposing on the customer service rep. The same thing happened when I checked in at the hotel and at breakfast. I personally did not feel any of the staff was friendly or helpful. That is the reason I didn’t give five stars.

Went here for a family reunion. The hotel surpassed my expectation from the room, pool, outside sitting area, complimentary breakfast and nightly reception to the individual sitting areas with TVs. The staff was very helpful and polite. The children had loads of fun sitting watching TV while the adults enjoyed the nightly reception. The old saying of "you get what you paid for" is definitely the truth, plus more. I would definitely stay there again and encourage my friends to stay as well. Keep up the good work.

Can't say enough good things about this property. The rooms are just awesome! I've stayed at many Hilton properties throughout my life and I have to say this one is the best. I used to think the Palmer house and Hilton on michagan ave. In Chicago was top. Nope! Kathleen I believe was the lady serving the evening snacks and drinks was extremely nice and professional. Very nice ambiance. Calming color scheme, modern style. The breakfast options are bland, the restaurant menu is the same as the in room delivery. Standard fare. Great bed!

We booked a wedding block with the hotel. Overall, our experience with planning for our wedding went smoothly. Hannah was excellent and very easy to communicate with. The hotel itself is beautiful and you can't beat an included full breakfast! The only issue we had was upon check in. The receptionist took 45 minutes to check us in because she said she didn't see the agreed upon discounts on our account. I asked several times if someone else could assist us and she basically ignored me or told me everyone else was in a meeting. A minor hiccup in an overall great experience.

This hotel is great for both tourists and residents who are planning celebrations. The hotel rooms itself are comfortable and good looking with clean materials and very cold and hot, if needed, shower options. The other bigger suites are very spacious and have great potential for smaller celebrations, parties, and other social gatherings. On top of this, there is an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, and fully furnished lobby for other curricular activities. Overall, Embassy Suites is a great place to either enjoy an evening or spend a few nights.

Very nice rooms and decor, but that's about it. Staff wasn't very friendly and were not very helpful either. Room next to use had room service and they left the good outside there door to be picked up but no one ever did and made the hall stink. Also the free breakfast wasn't that good either, milk tasted spoiled and fruit wasn't ripe. Just was not worth the price to me and I won't come back.

We checked in and our room wasn't ready, so we were upgraded to a premium room. Absolutely no complaints there! The room was perfect. Comfy beds, clean, hot shower, perfect! The evening reception was fabulous with snacks etc. Our family loved the pool. One of our children had seasonal allergies issues and we had to take her to the minute clinic the following morning. We missed their fabulous breakfast. As soon as I mentioned this to Jessica L. At the front desk she immediately asked how she was doing/feeling. She then offered to escort us to the Chick-fi-a across the street and buy us breakfast. Thank you for going out of your way to make us feel loved. We've been a part of the Hilton Family for a long time and this is the reason why! Hilton goes above and beyond for their guests! Thank you Jessica, You my dear made our day and our GA trip!

The new, modern room design was well thought-out as well as the lounge area for the complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast. The breakfast was the best brunch I've seen at an Embassy Suites. Not sure if it was because it was Sunday or if it's like that every time. A+++

We stayed the weekend of 2/16/18 This hotel surpassed our expectations. Really nice… clean and the food was Great! The lobby area was so inviting we just wanted to hang out… We Will be back. The only issue was we went looking for a restaurant +suggested by your staff that was not opened for business yet. You still get 5 stars.

I work at the hotel and I am a maintenance engineer and the rooms and hotel are always ready and in a very good atmosphere I recommend them on holidays or business.

Best Embassy Suites I have visited so far. The look and decor is miles above the others. Location is excellent with walking directly to the Infinite Energy Center.

The hotel lobby and bar area have been very carefully and well set up and furnished, even if the style isn't for me. Service is kind, and the atmosphere allows for a lot of socializing. Clearly a lot of work went into making the Embassy Suites a quality business travel destination.

As soon as you walk in you're greeted with a vibrant lobby and welcoming staff. The rooms are very large so if Kids don't mind to sleep on couches or pull out beds you could easily pay for a 2 adult room and fit 2 kids as well. Everything is noticibly maintained and cleaned. The pool is heated and the gym is nice. The lobby hosts a 5:30-7:30 "happy hour" every evening as well. From my experience lots of guests attended and everyone mingles well. Overall it is a great time and you notice the amenities that you pay for. 5/5

Very nice Hotel. Clean, Modern and Large suites. Stayed here 4 days for business. They have a nice bar, great full complimentary breakfast buffet. Located near a bunch of decent restaurants if you want to go out for dinner. Had a very pleasant stay and nothing but good things to say.

I was in Duluth for a conference and had never stayed at an embassy suites hotel. This one is great. Newly renovated with a great lobby bar/ restaurant. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly, funny and accommodating. The best is they have a complimentary happy hour each night and a free breakfast that I have paid over $30 for at other hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Very elegant, spacious, and beautiful facility. It's new, clean, and in a great location! Breakfast was great, especially when we were greeted by the chef who engaged the kids and introduced us to the five-star hospitality we have come to attribute with the Hilton brand. Our room was modern/chic, and the rest of the facility was flawless. Well done Hilton!

This place is terrible! I stayed for two nights, checked out and paid my bill, after I left the hotel made another charge of $13.24 to my account. I called the hotel several times and was sent to a voice mail to a chap named Rick and would return in a week, the voice mail was three months old. No one returned my voice mail. I tried to call several other times to clear it up and was put on hold and no one returned to take my call! I am now addressing it with the Hilton head office. Update to my earlier review. After addressing the issue Hilton's customer support to Hilton Honors members (I had to get a phone number to call from the central reservation desk at Hilton Honors, there was not an obvious number to call), I lodged a formal complaint and they told me they would register this with the GM of the local hotel and he had 72 hours to respond. I received a response the next day that my $13.24 would be refunded. The entire process was very frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth, for a hotel to claim they can charge any item retroactively to your bill and not provide proof of the claim is totally unacceptable. Any hotel I have been in you need to sign your additional charges such as a restaurant tab. This is the first time I ran into this and it is an unacceptable business practice!

Best Embassy Suites! It's new, clean, spacious. I am a hotel snob. This one comes highly recommended. Will definitely book again. Breakfast was great. They offered peach cobber for breakfast and called it 'peach sweetness'. Best in the South!

This hotel is in a great location, it's new and very well designed, rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was good. The only thing that made our stay less than five stars was the fact that the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night while me and my wife were sleeping. I understand that most of the time something like this the hotel can't prevent, because a guest set it off or something. But after going down to the front desk the receptionist said that it was an employee in the kitchen that set it off both times. The hotel management brushed it off with a quick "Sorry". Things like these are especially frustrating when the you just got done with a 7 hour road trip are dead tired and have to work all day the next day photographing a wedding. The one thing you should be able to count on at a hotel is a good night's sleep.

Hotel is very nice and new. As always breakfast at Embassy Suites is excellent and included! Rooms are great size and quiet. My only complaint about the room is the bathroom lights were way too bright and there was no option for only some of the lights so it was blinding first thing in the morning.

The hotel is very New! The decor is tastefully done and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast selections are great and the light reception and cocktails is an added bonus!

The hotel was very nice. Everything was brand new and maids went out of their way to make sure the room was clean every day. The breakfast was nowhere near as good as other embassy hotels though.

We enjoyed our stay, but we had one issue. Someone was in the food service area with a pet which didn't have a vest acknowledging it as a service animal. Needless to say it wasn't behaving as such. Ruined our breakfast.

Super nice NEW location! Gorgeous hotel, free nightly reception, free made to order breakfast, lovely pool. Such a nice place.

BEWARE! Our first night there my vehicle was broke into. Thieves broke out the back window and went through my truck. Other vehicles were also broke into as well as one vehicle was stolen in the front parking lot per officer. The staff never asked if we were OK or if we needed anything throughout our entire stay after that, other than the maintenance man, Mike, who helped us clean up the broken glass and applied duck tape to the missing window area of my truck. He talked with us every time we passed in the walkway. Great guy! As far as the other staff including the manager, Paula, never once asked us if we were OK or needed anything. When I asked her why they have no security cameras or a security guard her reply was "inside the hotel is our main concern and you are safe inside the hotel". So my reply was, once I walk out the front door it doesn't matter nor does the safety of my vehicle in your parking lot. She said the parking lot is considered public property. All she kept saying was sorry! The officer told me that this was not the first time cars had been broken into at this hotel. So they know this and failed to warn us. I paid close to $400 to stay in this new hotel for 2 days and had my truck damaged, money and items stolen and the hotel did absolutely nothing except for Mike's help! At least they could of refunded our room rate or a discount during our stay.

This is a brand new hotel and it is gorgeous. The service is excellent. I was greeted the minute I walk through the door and was even given a tour of the new facilities. The chef, I believe his name was Kevin, made sure to suggest the best food on his menu and even accommodated our special request. I cannot wait to stay here again.
