The hotel was overbooked so we ended up in a double room instead of a king without any pillows. We were only able to get 3 pillows from the front desk. The lobby was full of flies. No ice machine. The bathroom area was filthy with facial hair clippings and toothpaste in the sink and other hair in the tub. Will not stay again.

Beautiful room. Everything is nice and clean. Staff was welcoming. Overall stay was great. Only wrinkle, not much on the breakfast side. Only oatmeal, nature bar, muffin, and coffee.

Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Had no problems with check in or out. Will stay here again.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. Almost everything worked in the room. My only complaint was that I didn't have a working light in the bathroom. I requested to have it replaced but it didn't get replaced. There was another light in the area beside the bathroom so I just used that to see into the bathroom.

Staff was great! Very helpful and accommodating! The room was a different story. I’ve stayed at a few different Extended Stays but I’ve never experienced a room this filthy. The rack in storage area for clothes was literally falling off the wall. There were chips, clumps of hair, dirty tables, fake eyelashes next to the Bible and a scratch in the TV screen. I was highly disappointed in the room.

The customer service is excellent. The staff is super nice and friendly. The rooms are really big, clean and very comfortable. The staff has been great.

So far this hotel seems to be a lot better than it’s sister hotel next door. The staff appears to be abit nicer. The rooms are bigger. I prefer this one to the one next door to it. The location is great. Easy access to Hwy 85, plenty of places to eat and shop. Stay here for a week and I have only good things to say. I highly recommend it. I didn’t like that they came into the room to spray for bugs, I don’t think that guest should have to breathe fumes from pest control, but I guess they have to do it sometime, I have just never experienced that anywhere else, funny thing is after they sprayed I saw a roach for the first time. I enjoyed the exercise room. I have no idea why this one is so much better than the one next door, they are the same but it is much better.

Good service, most staff polite. Clean hotel any issue arise they usually handle asap. Pia & khalia is a breeze of sunlight to this establishment.

Really awesome rooms w/kitchens available. Good location and a great rate. Close to places to shop and eat!

The front desk was extremely helpful and the room was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff and management is wonderful and understanding. Unfortunately I've been at this location longer than expected but I am fortunate to be in a location where it is safe for both myself and my kids and the facilities are nice which makes us feel at home.

Nice sized room, with full kitchen for a decent price. Very convenient location, will definitely come again. Slightly small parking lot.

The gym is great, simple but meets basic workout needs! Also if you need something to grab and go to eat in the morning they have oatmeal, muffins, granola bars, and a few more things. I also love how close stores are restaurants are, some are even in walking distance.

Management and staff are friendly and exhibit great customer service towards their guests. Plenty of parking space and convenient daily morning coffee, with a grab and go breakfast (granola bars, oatmeal, grits, etc. ). I feel at home as a guest here!

The lobby is clean and inviting and the rooms are spacious and nice. The free breakfast was a bit of a let down, just some coffee, tea, granola bars and oatmeal. Not a bad overall experience, would stay again.

It was a nice and cosy stay at Extended Stay America until their ROACHES started river dancing on our toes and their ANTS started trying to cuddle in the bed with us to escape the cold… In my honest opinion it is unacceptable to have such pests in your guests room. But to top it off they weren't willing to do anything about it. They acted offended when we asked them if they had some bug spray. They didn't even offer to change rooms for us. But I digress. Breakfast, according to them, was from 6am to 8:30am. Which was a lie because at 8am nothing was out. (who is up at 6am while on vacation is a mystery to me) But we didn't really miss anything because breakfast consisted of coffee and a free granola bar. So there's that. On a good note, the pillows and bed were very comfortable. There was a full sized refrigerator, microwave and two-burner stove top that were all clean. So if you are cool with starting a Congo line with the ROACHES and ants that live there, I recommend this hotel. But if you'd rather not risk bringing home a new family member or two in your bags, steer clear.

If possible, try to stay away from the 4th floor and room 406. That floor stinks and big cockroaches. Nice sshower, but the bedding does not smell fresh.

I wouldn't even give this hotel a 1 star I only did so I can make this review! I saw 3 Roaches at the same time in my room & the room wasn't properly cleaned when checking in didn't have soap towels rags shampoo nor conditioner never staying here again.

Staff is always kind the rooms are immaculate and spacious. Sometimes guests make the staff jobs hard by placing garbage outside of the room but for the most part, I have had a wnonderful stay.

I stayed here for a week when first moving to the area and had a really good experience. My room was clean and in good working condition. The thing that stood out the most was how helpful and friendly the staff were. One of the staff (maybe Justin? ) was extremely friendly and greeted me by name on several occasions.

Justen has been exceptional. During my check in he was quite busy but never got flustered. He stayed professional and handled my check in as a professional.

Early check in is $25, but I had no issue paying it. We were in the king suite and the air was awesome. Bathroom is very small and confined with poor lighting. Pool was nice. You have to ask them to bring you dishes and such to the room.

Thieves the maid service stoll cash from my room. Under staffed. Unfriendly. Filthiest Newly remodeled hotel I've ever stayed.

Disgusting Hotel. Smell like garbage, rooms filthy, stains on the mattress, hairs in the sink, and tub. Last two day they didn't clean my room. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. The AC you have to choose between hot or freezing.

Cockroaches! Some Indian dude acting like he is black at the end of the third floor. He keeps saying racial slurs. He said he was Poonsabin. He kept crying every night so loud I couldn't sleep.

Nice people at front desk except for Sharon. This person is the CANCER OF THE HOTEL… worse receptionist, unprofessional, bad energy, inconsistent, never smiles, finds every reason to be of no value to the hotel or guests. She's rude and tries her best NOT to assist the guests who are paying her salary. When you need something good luck dealing with her… She's ready to report her coworkers for her own faults. I don't know how they can work with her. I know they must hate every second. All she does is sit around and make excuses and irrational decisions, she makes no sense, I really don't know why the hotel keeps bad employees when it keeps good paying guests at bay. Watch your car, beware of cleanliness, small bathrooms, check sheets and padding, inspection is the rule here. Well I'm a paying guest and I demand respect and satisfaction. I also have inside contacts when I'm not treated fairly I just contact my sources. Note to corp management: GET RID OF THE CANCER BEFORE 2 ** BECOME 1

The lady working the desk ALSO cleaned our room and ALSO was the manager and ALSO was the one mad when we wanted to leave. We get to our floor and there's an overwhelming smell of weed, and a call girl walks out of a room. Windows wouldn't close, cigarette burn marks on bathroom sink and kitchenette counter, phone didn't work, bed felt dirty, smell was awful. Bathroom was dirty and had pubic hair on counter. We had 4 rooms and they were all like this. We got out of there immediately.

I was here 5 min when the staff asked if they could survey my room for upgrades… To be honest I've stayed at business hotels that aren't as nice as this! I had a nice, clean room, big TV, plenty of space and very friendly staff. My only suggestion would be that they check rooms for informational items as well as toiletries. I had plenty of soap, shampoo, etc but no tv-channel list, 'table tent' with kitchen items available or local restaurant guide (found the last 2 at the front desk). Those things would have been helpful but not in any way a reason to avoid this hotel. I recommend Extended Stay and I will probably stay here next year for my conference.

Our room included a mini kitchen, which included a stovetop, fridge, and sink, which is pretty cool. The bathroom is pretty small, but can't really complain about anything in the room.

Very unprofessional This place was awful. I do not recommended anyone stay here. Upon checking in I was told that there would not be anyone cleaning our room. Every time I asked for clean towels I was told to call back in an hour after the third time of calling I decided to go down myself to the front desk. I was told the reason there is no towels etc is because no one is returning them, so she said for me to bring my things down and she would wash and dry them which I did. We will! NOT! Be returning.

Only good, nobody speaks Spanish.
