Reviews of Hilton Atlanta Airport 4*
I feel like I'm being pampered! the room is amazing, the shower was phenomenal and this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
Great service beautiful hotel.
We love this place! It’s doggie friendly and the service it’s wonderful! Everyone it’s so nice and welcoming!
Front desk friendly, efficient and helpful staff.
The hotel ambience is out of this world.
Feel the customer service displayed after check in was horrible. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never had these issues. Upon check in I found the ice container broken and the ice machine on my floor out of service. I called the front desk only to be told in a nasty tone I can come down stairs and use the ice machine there. I explained I cant even do that because the bucket is broken. At this point instead of replacing the container I was sent a garbage bag full of ice. I have pictures If needed. If this is the service I am supposed to get I will have to use my Marriott account more.
Great location near the Airport with Free Shuttle. The Hotel was very busy this weekend but everything was ok. It is an older Hotel but is ok.
It's nice, clean, comfortable, and the staff is awesome.
Great accommodations, friendly staff.
Enjoy my stay there every year. Beautiful rooms with very helpful staff.
Clean, awesome staff
. Thank you Mr. John for the excellent greeting and assistance! Franklin in maintenance, you promptly handled the situation in our time of need. To the humble gentleman wearing a with the clipboard… I saw you everywhere. ✍Leading the way for a successful establishment, Ladies at the Front desk excellently professional, appearance and attitude… Thank you all, hope to see you next year or soon… God bless you all.
Front Desk Staff is VERY Friendly & Accommodating. They also offer (besides the shuttle to the domestic terminal) an hourly shuttle to the International Terminal, something many hotels in the area do not! A real perk!
The hotel itself was nice The ladies at the front desk were efficient HOWEVER The shuttle from airport not so good. Poor poor. The driver was RUDE and DEMANDED a TIP! It was close to midnight and a tip was last thing on our mind as our flight into Airport was delayed and missed our flight. I literally pulled my last dollar and change out of my pocket to give to this rude unprofessional man. The bus was packed and I didn’t expect this.
Nice hotel, right next to The crab spot, one of my favorite places to eat in ATL. The staff was friendly, professional and made sure I was safe when standing outside all by myself late at night. Very eager to help me find a taxi or ride share if needed. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient. Also, the shuttle took me around the corner to pick up my pizza for free! Great hotel, great price and they put me on the quiet floor :) so I could sleep during the day.
This is one fabulous place to stay. I have never received such care and attention as I have hear. Everyone is so kind and professional. I couldn't have thought of one thing that could've made my stay any better. I highly recommend staying there and I will there again when business brings me back to Atlanta.
Beautiful room with a view of the planes touch down and take off. Grandkids love the indoor pool as it was raining outside.
Totally sucks that my husband, a long time Hilton Diamond member and avid, loyal Hilton traveler who plans events at Hilton’s frequently for a major corporation, is stranded in the Atlanta Airport, is coming home to major flooding, and needs a room for five hours. Hilton Atlanta Airport just called me at 12:15 AM to say they have a room for him. The online rate says $120. They tried to charge him $250. Thanks for nothing, Hilton.
I mixed up the reservation but they had a room available which was appreciated. No free coffee except in the room, no wash cloths in the room, charge for parking your own car. Food expensive; next time will check out one of the other nearby hotels.
Great airport, has a train connecting terminals. Has lots of places to grab a bite or have a meal. However, surprising there is only one clothing store here — — which was under renovation till last week. Not sure if it has opened since. Delta lounges are comfortable, some of them have a spa in them which can be used with Delta miles if you like. However, most lounges shut at midnight and only one of them is open till 1am. So, of you have a delayed flight — you might need to make your own arrangements.
The shuttle was easy to get to and runs on a regular schedule. I had to stay overnight in Atlanta for a flight and the shuttle to and from the airport was perfect. During most hours it is every 15 minutes. The check in was really easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and even though the hotel was sold out my room was quiet and there was little to no noise in the halls. I didnt check out the pool or anything since my stay there was very short but the sports bar on the lower level has good prices on drinks and the food is pretty good as well.
Very easy to find, great check-in staff whom were very helpful. Luggage was whisked up to room. We a a spacious double twin, fridge, coffee making facilities, never have kettle in these American hotels (just an observation). Check was smooth and if you ask they will take you to the international terminal at Atlanta international airport (normally they only go to the domestic terminal) good experience all round.
Is not handicapped friendly. We waited at the Airport for almost 2hrs before the shuttle bus came to pick us up.
Great location, convenient to Interstate. We were skeptical about selecting this hotel from reading the reviews on cleanliness, but our room and other areas throughout the hotel was clean. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The shower offered a spa like experience. The front desk staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again.
Great hotel, ambience, amenities, EXCEPT, carpet in room by the window was WET & had slight 'pet odor'; we reported this. The room otherwise was nice (17th floor… GREAT VIEW. ) Hotel Staff = AWESOME! They were friendly, helpful, & full of smiles! Also, the automatic gate when we departed (for our big event) & when leaving, never worked correctly! Another guest had to assist in ringing the front desk; we held up the line of cars waiting for the code to respond. This happened to other cars, as well. As HH-Honors members, we expected better. The rating could've been a 5, if it wasn't for the carpet & other irritants mentioned. (When we mentioned carpet, gate issues, nothing was offered for our inconvenience. ) Please FIX the issues, KEEP the COURTEOUS STAFF.
Had a day room booked after a 9 hour flight to relax before another long flight this afternoon. After sitting in reception for over an hour and a half been told my room still not ready! This isn't good enough! In fact they should offer a discount considering I paid in full but still no room available!
I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. I chose this hotel based on what was advertised on line. The hotel brags about having three restaurants, two of which don't open until 5:00 PM. There is no room service unil 5:pm even though it is advertised and in the guest information book that room service is available 24/7. Also, most hotels, especially 4 star hotels have complimentary coffee. We asked for coffee packets to be sent to our room. They never arrived. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was no place to sit while waiting for the shuttle. The rugs in the lobby as you come in were dirty. An unpleasant experience from start to finish This most definitely is not a 4 star hotel. I expect some sort of reimbursement for this stay at this at this hotel.
Great place to stay when catching a flight. Four of us stayed before our early morning flight. We came in late and left early. I can't speak much of any amenities, but our room was updated and nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We put in for an early morning wakeup call and it was on time, with two separate calls to assure we were awake. Shuttle bus was on time and the gentlemen was very friendly. He loaded and unloaded our bags, and got us there on time, while driving safely. We did have to call for some extra towels, and they were brought promptly. Would definitely stay there again. **The only issue we had was that the 4th floor ice machine was not working… not a big deal.
I wish there was a way to give zero stars. From the moment we arrived things seemed… off. We pulled into the lot to check in and there was nowhere to park. We had to block someone in (unintentionally) to go check in. It was then we were told just to park at the hotel we were paying to stay in was $19. We thought “um ok that’s weird but I guess it’s ok since it has airport parking too”. So we go to actually park and the signs led us to a parking lot was blocked off so we had to go back around the building and park. When we got to the room it was nice, but you could see how it was well used and in need of some tlc. There was a card that said there was as a refrigerator and when you opened the cabinet there was nothing, just a hole. The shower was nifty but it didn’t close all the way and got water on the floor. We went to check out the room service and there were three additional charges on top of the price of the food. I’m sorry I’d rather struggle with postmates than pay three times the amount for the possible sub par food. My boyfriend left to run to the gas station and found out that to just leave the parking lot you need your keycard. The design of the hotel was poor and confusing. Nowhere does it explain that the lobby takes up the first two floors and the third floor is technically the first floor, which opens up right into the lobby and you can hear rowdy people downstairs at 2am.
Accomodoations were great. Linens, towels, floor were all clean. Stayed on the 15th floor which give a decent view of downtown in the distance. Also attended a professional event in the conference center. The food was 4 of 5-very good, but not the best. Service was 5 of 5.
Great hotel. Its right off the airport and very well located. Service was amazing as you can think. Nicely sized rooms and full amenities. Highly recommend staying here.
The room was great, well-furnished with a comfortable bed. The shower was HUGE. AC didn't get as cold as I'd liked. Excellent hotel overall. I was put up here overnight by Delta when a mechanical delay caused me to miss my connecting flight. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was quick and convenient!
This is not Hilton quality. We arrived late on an international flight, we missed our connection so we got a room here. We ordered food to-go at the bar downstairs it was actually good with good service. The lobby is full of loitering people, I don't feel safe there is no security and the elevators don't require a room key. We came upstairs to eat and get some sleep before our early morning flight. The room is not clean at all! Disgusting actually. I pulled the covers back to find hair and stains, we are sleeping on top of the covers and using the blanket we brought for the flight. There is dust everywhere and the tub looks grimy. As a hilton honors member and delta skymiles member I know what hilton usually offers. This is not it. It's free so whatever but I won't be vacationing here by choice.
Overall a very good night. Food at Finish Line was very good. Only downfall was no USB ports. Bring your own. Staff was the best.
Very helpful.
Excellent hotel well located in the city of Atlanta is very close to the airport.
If I could have rated this ZERO stars I would. I have never felt so discriminated against in my life. From the moment we arrived and received attitude from the attendant, refusing to give directions and acting as if I was a annoyance to her, then asking another employee who appeared to be in management and receiving the same cold shoulder. I am a early 30s white male and both of the employees I was asking for help from were African American. I over heard them being very accommodating to the other couple who were checking in who happened to be African American as well. I could have picked any hotel to stay at prior to our flight, many options less expensive but have always had good experiences with Hilton so we chose this facility and I can assure that we will never stay this location or any other Hilton if at all possible. We travel extensively and this is the only time I have ever encountered such blatant racism. This is a disgrace to the entire Hilton Brand, DO NOT STAY HERE.
Delta put us up here after a flight issue. Real friendly staff and clean room. Front desk provided us with free toiletries. A simple but much appreciated gift being we didn't have any of our luggage.
I've stayed at this hotel twice on business and it was very comfortable. When I arrived during one stay, the computers were down which delayed check in. I was tired after spending an extra 5 hours in traffic for a 20 minute trip but they were kind and patient. It was worth the wait because the beds were extremely comfortable. Next door to our banquet room was a small bar area where some of the employees partook in adult beverages. Due to it being a business trip I didn't get a chance to really check out the hotel in it's entirety but the parts I did experience were really enjoyable.
Very good hotel very friendly staff.
In town for a seminar and booked a room here. Had a company dinner and got back to my room around 10. Got to my room to take a shower and found there is no hot water. At no point did the front desk notify anyone that hot water is out. Called the desk and asked about it and all they could say is that it's out and have no idea when it will be back. The best they can guess is maybe by 6 or 7 the next morning! I have to be up at 5 and get to take a cold shower… my compensation you ask? A whole $20 dollars off my room. I don't recommend staying here unless you want to find out there is no hot water AFTER you check in! Very disappointed.
Booked a stay here last minute because of a delayed flight. The room and surroundings we're a bit dated but everything was cleaned and seemed well maintained. The bed was comfy and I was happy that they stock Peter Thomas Roth products in the bathroom. Overall, a good experience.
Very disappointed, I was charged an extra $60 on top of my stay which was $20 for parking (ridiculous) and if I decided to eat breakfast or order room service. The clerk was very stand offish and wasn't very helpful at all. My room was decent I ordered a single king size bed but when I got to my room I had a double full size bed. I was so tired didn't make since in complaining I just wanted to go to sleep. Unfortunately I was ready to go once I arrived at the check in desk. I expected so much more from a 4 star hotel.
We arrived at the hotel using a Delta voucher at 3 am following an injury suffered in the airport and hours in the ER. The staff immediately found a wheel chair and whisked us to a room where we had time only to clean up and take a nap before boarding a connecting flight. 2 hours later, the same helpful young man arrived at our door with the wheel chair to help is make the shuttle and thereby our connecting flight. This was 10 star service, and made our ordeal much better in the end. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. I highly recommend this hotel.
My company uses this hotel when I come to Atlanta for training. The rooms are nice and clean. No smells. Breakfast is not bad. Only tried the food at the grill and it was decent.
Yet another example of a very run down and dated Hilton property. The lobby area has been recently renovated, but the common areas, halls, and elevators are badly worn and need of a touch-up. The elevators were filthy and the concierge lounge was far too small for a hotel of this size. However, the rooms have been updated and are fairly clean and appointed well for a business traveler. The workout area is newer and the equipment was in good repair, but the pools were shut down for "maintenance" and there were no workout towels. It is definitely a location based higher rate hotel to the ATL airport, so be mindful for what you are paying for.
The Hotel room and bathroom was very decent and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the linen smelt fresh. Breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of good choices to feast on. Lunch was very tasty as well. All in all I would give the hotel a 4.5 stars.
Lighting in the room and bathroom was way too dim. Staff was Wonderful! NO cockroaches either. My room, the hall and all common areas were very well kept. Food throughout was excellent. I would stay again.
Spacious rooms and good service… although they are somewhat slow in the check in…
Very swanky motel. Of course I’m used to motel 8s and the like. Very nice rooms. I like how the rooms have no carpet and laminate floors instead. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a really good gym with fruit even. An exceptional indoor outdoor pool. I dropped a star for the restaurant. They don’t open until 0630. Ate at the Starbucks in the lobby. They’re breakfast is lacking for choices anyway. Other than that a nice place to stay.
Easy, quick check-in. Friendly front desk associate. Room is clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Two restaurants and a little fresh food market inside the hotel. Super close to the airport. Enjoyed my short stay.
If I could give it less than one star I would. Horrible service. Cancelled my reservation at 8pm on the day of arrival reinstated with lesser room. Went to grab a bite to eat and the hair I found on my bun was darker and longer than any I've ever seen. 1st room was not made at all. 2nd room had sticky stuff all over floor and hair in the beds. I'm done. It's after 1am and I have an 8am meeting. The best alternate they have is a Ramada inn. Here I come Marriott. And I don't blame the night staff. They walked into this and are just trying to accommodate.

Great staff and facility. Feels a little dated but things seem to be in the process of being updated. Breakfast was good with wide variety of selection to choose from. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel is very convenient and offers several different options for dining in the hotel, along with a complementary shuttle to other options. The rooms are beautiful and the beds comfy and the shampoo was a higher quality than most hotels I've stayed in; the soap was not so much. The reason for rating it four stars instead of five is that the coffee in the room was the worst coffee I have had in any hotel ever, and I've stayed in quite a few hotels of varying quality. Because the Hilton is reasonably nice in every other aspect, including service which was very prompt, the fact that they failed in this one aspect makes it that much worse. Overall, I recommend staying here; just purchase your code from the little store in the lobby.
I generally come here for conferences and to telework in general common area near front desk (it's my remote office so to speak). It's close to home and generally quiet in the common areas. It's a very busy hotel, being so close to the airport, but the staff is very friendly and personable. I've never actually spent the night in a room here so I cannot attest to how comfortable the beds sleep. There is a coffee bar, restaurant, and concession area. Prices on anything are at least 20% higher than what you would pay at gas station one block away.
I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Always a pleasant experience. I had not been there to stay in a couple of years, but was excited to stay this week. I didn't get to my room until late due to meetings and didn't thoroughly check it when I first walked in, big mistake. The shampoo (luckily I pack my own) was missing, the bath soap was missing and only 1 towel and 1 washcloth. Had to make a decision about washing my face and using the 1 left to use versus saving for the morning shower. The following morning, get ready to shower (gonna use the face soap — has to be the same stuff, just labeled different) and wait 15 minutes with water running, no hot water. I had to just go ahead and jump in and shower as quick as I can. When you have long hair, washing shampoo and conditioner out takes time, needless to say, I ended up with oily hair and a NO SHAVE LEG DAY. Went to the front desk, politely let her know about my room conditions. She stated she would send someone to fix. Got back to my room very late the second night. Should have not trusted the Hilton team, the next morning, no hot water. DAY 2 NO SHAVE LEG DAY! I haven't had to take a cold shower since three hurricanes crossed over the state of Florida. My Hampton Inn hotels are better than this service. Wont stay there again!
Very poor quality for the price; the only good thing is the proximity to the airport.
I went to eat at Magnolia Grill. I heard that he had a buffett very good, but he had not. The food menu was ok. If I return to this hotel, I'm going to try another restaurant before you return to Magnolia.
Lovely hotel. It's very clean and modern. Refrigerator in room. Comfortable bed, great shower. Located close to many food options. The staff is always kind and will ask to see if you need anything.
Recently we spent one night at this hotel. We left some personal items behind when we checked out. Unfortunately, now of the items were recovered. I strongly recommend customers not to trust cleaning crew or leave behind any valuable items. I have inquired the hotel staff to ratify such behaviors. As Hilton Gold Honor member, this is the first time I experienced such dishonesty, that will not reflect the good name of the Hilton Hotel.
Beautiful hotel. Eric, the valet was very polite and attentive. Front desk also fantastic. Highly recommend.
I host a night, and had a business training the next day.
I was there attending a conference and the grand room. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff was courteous and punctual. And I can't wait until next year's convention. I'm coming back not only because the convention is special to me but the establishment was great. Biggest thank you the management she was absolutely attentive.
Awesome rooms, bathroom is great! The price is right considering what comes with a room, breakfast, pools, fitness center, ect. The only thing that I would say negative about this hotel is the outdoor pool looked disgusting. It was a nice size pool and a pretty layout but the water looked murky and oily. It had a film of oil on top of it. But overall it's great a great choice!
Missed our connection flight at Atlanta Airport, so Delta put us up in a room in the Hilton for overnight stay until our next 7:30am flight. The service at the hotel was very prompt and easy, and accommodating for our stressful flight situation. The room was very nice and comfortable, and we were able to find places to eat late at night within walking distance. Also the constant shuttle to/from the airport was incredibly convenient and we really had no worries. This hotel stay turned a stressful circumstance into nothing more than a slight inconvenience, and we are grateful for that.
Excellent facilities and rooms. Bathroom caulk could use some refreshing, was looking rough. The largest complaint is that food is rather expensive. Not ridiculously expensive but not exactly cheap. Would definitely stay again though. Concierge was very helpful, and the shuttle drive us to local restaurants. Pit boss bbq down the road is great.
Overpriced. Wait line to check in was 20 minutes. They charge for parking. The bar is a *very* slowly serviced waaaaay overpriced place with subpar food. The lounge/ rrstaurant took 75 minutes to serve lunch. My towel in my room had a hole in it and the slips heel on the bed was not over the mattress. The breakfast in the exclusive 17th floor was fruit (good) and fruit loops, frosted flakes and a weird colored egg. And they pre-charge $60 per night for incidentals. Stay somewhere else.
My room was filthy the house keeper in charge of that room did not clean it. She only made the bed and emptied trash. Everything was filthy and it smelled filthy and didn't seem clean. The thermostat also didn't work, I had to call for assistance and an engineer came and replaced the thermostat so that it worked. I've stayed here last year, and cleanliness wasn't an issue. You can always tell when A change of staff has come aboard. They need to train housekeeping to clean, some ppl think if they don't see stains they don't have to disinfect, or wipe surfaces. The staff were nice though. My visit in the past have been great, I notice a decline in cleanliness.
The hotel was very convenient to get to the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport was always quick and the driver was very courteous. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. All the staff was extremely friendly.
The hotel was extremely nice and clean. The staff were very professional and kind and service was excellent. The only irritant was housekeeping, attempting to come into the room even though the DO NOT DISTURB sign was on the outside of the door.
Our room was too cold but it was eventually fixed, we where here during a convention so it was pretty packed, overall pretty good however they really need to work on the valet services I would have preferred to self park and get my car in a timely manner than have to find then wait on the valet people and the front desk lady I originally talked to was very nice.
The rooms are very nice. Beds are comfortable, bathroom has great lighting and shower. The hotel staff are professional and very friendly. Excellent costumer service. The elevators are ridiculously fast. It gives me a head rush everytime buy it's OK. The only thing I don't like about this hotel is its location. There isn't many places to go to outside, only a few stores and restaurants.

RespondMy husband and I stayed at the Hilton Atlanta Airport for two nights and attended business meetings in the conference area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We brought our 8 month old along and he wet the bed. When I apologetically alerted the staff of the need for new sheets, they were very gracious and friendly. We would be happy to stay there again!
This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at. It's located on Virginia Ave in Atlanta, GA. Guest services answered every request I submitted. There was even a special breakfast buffet provided by the hotel for the event I was attending. Being located just off of the highway exit was very convenient for me as I could travel into the heart of Atlanta and back without much difficulty at all. The room I stayed it was elegant and modest. Standard hotel setup. What struck me was the bathroom mirror, the soft back lighting was a nice feature I haven't seen before. The beds were comfy but firm. I still slept peacefully though. Best sleep I've had in a while. I gave this hotel a 4.8 out of 5.!
Terrible hotel experience first time to atlanta. Room was spacious and besutiful but not very clean. Used wine glass was left in refrigerator, maggot looking bugs were in the let out couch so (grossed out) we asked for a different room, downsized room had a large spot in the floor whiched looked of dried vomit, house keeper told us she leave the big rooms for her supervisor to clean but tried to change her mind when we told her we tip our house keepers (no thanks ma'am). Hot tub was not at all hot (broken), A dirty ring lined the mop water looking pool, and the manager was nice enough to get us tickets to the downstairs restaurant and some sort of refund, which by the way wasn't refunded entirely. Will not be stsying at this location again.
Hi, I was greeted by the front desk lady. Her name is Demi. Very nice, friendly and very welcoming. I told her I was a hh honor and I received my Wi-Fi for free and I was treated as a VIP. I love this lady as if she was my own sister. I was updated with no problem with breakfast and parking. She was very pleasant with me and all the others before and after me in line I would love to stay here again and love to be able to chat with her again. High five Demi, stay true.
There was an issue with checking in but the workers were nice and somewhat helpful. The room was decent, but definitely not the cleanest. The breakfast was pretty good. Atlanta was very busy and there were a lot of people trying to do their own thing which is why I think the service wasn't too great. Overall, it was a good stay, but probably not worth what I was charged or the hassle.
I traveled here for two days. My experience was great! I stayed on the 17th floor which is the executive floor. The room had a great view of the city and airport, the shower was amazing and was granite tile. The executive lounge was also available to me and they served food, snacks, and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic). The shuttle was also a great addition. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area.
My husband and I spent over $600 to stay here for the thanksgiving week and it couldn't be more of a pain in our ass. From our hotel room key not working, toilet paper in our toilet, hair left in our shower, fridge not working, water stains on the ceiling, Wi-Fi not working, parking key not working, ac that works for a short time and then kicks back up to 80 degrees. That's to name a few of the issues wrong with the hotel. I figured since this was a "4 star" hotel it would be a safe place and our stay would be incredible. I could've gotten the same issues at a motel 6! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone that plans on staying a long time. Apparently anyone staying one night is impressed but someone booking 9 days take your money elsewhere because the Hilton isn't what it used to be. I will never waste my money on another Hilton hotel ever again.
We were coming in for a Model UN conference held at the hotel itself. Most teams were staying at the hotel including us. We brought about 30 people. The only had two rooms available when we checked in at around 4. The rest of the rooms weren't available until about 8 pm. Other than that, hotel is nice. To be fair though, they did give us 2 corner suites when we got all the rooms. I'm not sure whether they did it to try to make up for the delay or becusse they were simply fully booked.
People here were vary rude to myself and my wife. From the first guy out front trying to argue with me about how to load my own lugggage on a cart, then the next guy inside the door at the concierge desk tried to tell me I had to leave the cart near him while I walk over to check in because it's a safety risk to bring it with me to the check in desk 50ft away. Finally getting to my room the ac is another issue. It claims it's 68F while I'm sweating just sitting still on the bed so obviously not. After asking for someone to check on our air or bring me a fan it has now been 20 minutes and still no one shows up. My wife calls down to the restaurant to order food and bar drinks but go figure the lady that answered the phone was rude to my wife and spoke unintelligible gibberish on the phone so after hanging up she calls down to the front to speak to a manager and one more issue, they said they were sorry and would get a manager on right away but after 10 minutes… nothing. I stay in Hilton properties a lot but I can't stand Hilton airport locations. Hilton Garden Inn gives the best treatment of any hotel I have been with including SPG and Marriott. Hilton Corporate will be hearing from me next.
Service could have been better. The check in agent didn't welcome me to the hotel. Then he puts me in a double bed room. When my company booked it as as a single bed. Room was ok. I found random hairs on my bed and tub tho. Decor for the room was nice and modern.
Very nice hotel. Good service.
View was awesome. Lobby was beautiful, donuts were tasty, and the pool was fun to swim in!
Very attentive staff, friendly service, thorough cleaning service. Rooms were very clean and spacious and the hotel was very conveniently near the airport. Downtown was just 20 minutes away and a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.
Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had booked an executive suite king room + the romance package for our WEDDING NIGHT months in advance. As we needed to catch an early flight Sunday morning we thought this would be a great choice of hotel. Upon arrival the incompetent staff informed me that our room was not available and we would be put into their only available queen room on the second floor. How is this even able to happen? Horrible customer service, rude and uninformed staff member that did not adequately know how to operate the computer system. When asked to speak to a manager or someone of higher competence I was given another bimbo that did not know what she was doing or how to make a situation better and please your customers. No discount was able to be given and when we arrived to our room there was no romance package. (supposed to include champagne & chocolate strawberries) would not even work to comp us anything after the horrible experience. Will NEVER stay here or another Hilton, nor recommend this chain to anyone.
This is my first time experience with the Hilton motel It's really wonderful experience moments with that's Hilton motel staffs and rooms are really awesome. Thank you.
Comfy beds, but some moderate inconveniences — parking is outrageously expensive, and while guests don't have to pay, they do when the barred gate is malfunctioning (which it often is).
Was very nice for the money other than the door to the fridge was broken and the windows were discusting from the outside.
My stay here was not great at all they over charged me on my card then I had to pay 10$ a day for internet access that was horrible and kept loosing signal on top of that they charge 14$ a day for parking I really should have just booked with the westin I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AT THIS CRAPPY HOTEL on the plus side nice views of downtown staff is nice also just too many hidden fees.
Nice hotel, the cleaning staff was very nice. That is appreciated. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
We hosted a small business event here last month and it was a very frustrating experience. We won't be coming back. The person in charge of our event never came to introduce themselves or follow up on our event at all. The only post-event communication we received was the invoice (which had charged us for something we never ordered, but they did finally remove after I pushed back 2 times to get the charge taken off). They provided us a rate for our meeting space, and then increased the price of the A/V equipment from $250 to $1500, because we had MORE people book a room for our event than planned?!?! So, we provided them with MORE revenue, and as a result, they tried to charge us $1500 to use the exact same equipment. The meals at the on-site restaurants are HORRIBLE. We were one of 4 tables in the restaurant and our food took over 45 minutes to arrive. So on the 2nd day, we explained that we were in a rush and HAD to leave in 35 minutes. Still the food didn't arrive until about 45 minutes later and we had to have it boxed to go. In addition to the obscene pricing for the snacks ($35/dozen cookies), we had to pay a 24% gratuity! For the person to roll the cart of food out and leave it there, then roll it away when we were done, we paid $500 in gratuity for 2 days. (And that was not for a plated meal. It was simply for a self-serve snack cart).
I have stayed at this Hilton over 20 times and I do like it. It is pricey if you are not with a group and parking is way overpriced. I love the fact that there's a Starbucks in the lobby. On my last visit we went to the Finish Line Sports bar and seated ourselves in a booth. For 20 minutes we waited and no one ever came to take our order. As we were walking out one of the servers finally acknowledged us. We asked for he manager and told him what happened. He took our order and promised to send it up to our room free of charge. We had a long day and were tired and hungry so I was glad he made it right.
We booked this room as part of a weekend experience in ATL. We thought we were getting a good deal — boy were we wrong! EVERYTHING cost extra there! You may get a room for $99, but add $14 for parking, $10 for Internet (REALLY?! ), $7 for a measly scoop of ice cream, and don't try to actually get a real breakfast — $15 for eggs! It is a scam that nickles and dimes you to death. Then to add insult to injury, the beds are tiny and uncomfortable. Our room was only cleaned once during the 5 day, 4 night trip. The staff is very friendly, but the management/owners of this second rate Motel 8 should be held accountable for their ridiculousness. In this day and age with people constantly online, you would think the Internet would be available for free, it is at Burger King and Dunkin Donuts! Also, to pay for secure parking at $14 a day, then have the car next to yours broken into. What a joke! Lastly, even boutique hotels in D. C. Offer a continental breakfast! To pay for some week old Krispy Kremes for the least of the offerings is just unacceptable. Oh! I almost forgot! THE POOL (both of them) is a cesspool! When I stuck my foot in to check the water, which was risky at best, it came out literally slimy! My foot was slick with some oily covering from just touching the water. There was a murky green cloud to the water — it was disgusting! There were children swimming in this! I wish I had read these reviews before I made my reservations, lesson painfully learned.
