Horrible. Told them the ac is making noises lights are not working. No sorry no nothing. Got mad because we put our bags in the room. This is not how you treat your guests DoubleTree Hotel you need to fix this.

Our family travels to Atlanta every 6 months to attend Emory and this was one of the BEST stays that we’ve had in the last 9 years. We were able to check in early, the room was spotless, the pool was relaxing and the staff were super accommodating. Katie, the manager, brought my daughter a huge donut float to enjoy at the pool during our stay. We enjoyed a nice dinner at their restaurant (Southern Grove) as well. This will definitely be our “go to” Hilton from now on when we come to Atlanta. Keep up the good work!

The room was clean & big. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the sliding door that is the bathroom door. No privacy. You can hear everything going on in there & that's not cool. The staff was very nice but the bar closed at 11 on the Saturday night we were there. There were many people drinking & it seems like they would want to make money because we sure wanted to spend it. The ice machine was broken & the elevators were broke when the bar closed & we had to use the stairs. All in all we enjoyed our time there.

The two ladies Ariel and Charmaine that checked us were wonderful. The breakfast was ok, glad it was already included by the local Alumni chapter. Not sure it would have been worth paying for it. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for a convention. I loved it. The staff was awesome and they have a restaurant in house. Somethings you can't do anything about is the traffic. But all in all a great stay.

Events planned for weekend. Mgmt decided to work on parking. Only half parking available. Event host were not notified. Two people fell one of them broke his arm because handicap ramp had been removed. Breakfast was horrible. Head of management needs to be looked into. Bad decisions on handicap ramps. Also heard he was just given promotion.

One of the worse hotel experiences I've ever had. I couldn't check in because their system was down the WHOLE day and night. Charged my card 6 different times. When I finally got checked in my wife and I waited 20 minutes outside of our door for someone to let us in our room. Packed our bags and checked out that night without staying in the room. Poor customer service.

Attended second conference here and the staff was excellent. The bar opened a little early to accommodate a group of 15+ and they were extremely hospitable. Food was fresh and the Doubletree cookies are addictive. Concierge staff are extremely helpful. Parking is not covered and no light in or out of facility can make coming and going during rush hour a challenge. A great location for anyone looking for an easy on and off from the top end perimeter.

Great hotel, very accommodating. Easy highway access with Starbucks, McDonald's, and waffle house right across the street. Ample parking and fitness center available. The cardio machines are high tech. Good for conferences.

Mold in bath tub… The toilet paper holder was broke and tissue was just propped on handle to continually fall in garbage. Knocked at 8:00am supervisor of housekeeping. 9:00 am & 10:00 am by maids for checkout that was not till 12:00pm. Complaint was wasting time of female desk clerk who was smiling at supervisor of housekeeping… Credit card numbers not patrons! We are on way back for last day of check out surrounding east coast trip and not looking forward to paying more for less!

Breakfast was pleasant and had a pretty good selection. It was pricey but I had an excellent server, Hatka. I’m not a morning person but she made it enjoyable. I recommend her as a server.

It's nice hotel only that I didn't like is when they clean the room yesterday they didn't leave any towels not a one not even one to dry my hands on the left a hand written note saying get towels from the front desk for real that's what you tell your customers!?

Rooms are clean, modern and with contemporary furnishings. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The beds have pillowtop mattresses but for me are still a little too firm. I did eat at the onsite restaurant — food was good. There is a charge for breakfast. If in the area again I would probably stay again.

The common areas were modern and clean. Our room was fantastic, very clean and comfortable, as well as stocked with complimentary items. All staff that we encountered during our stay was friendly and welcoming. We experienced several issues during our stay, that we opted to address after our trip. We had some odd charges on our card, but their finance manager contacted me IMMEDIATELY and the situation was resolved. They did not make an error, but the way that my card was charged was unusual — It showed 2 pending charges for amounts I did not spend — that added up to the amount that I did spend — which was totally weird since it was just 1 charge. But that part was handled. The rest of my concerns were absolutely never addressed. So I'm going to just go ahead and post them here. Our entire floor reeked of marijuana pretty much for the duration of our 2 night stay. It was over powering when walking through the hallways. Which we actually did quite a bit of… since the elevator in the center of the building was out of service for a significant portion of our stay, and we were on the far end without an elevator. No, we aren't just lazy — my husband is a disabled veteran. So we had to walk the full length of the floor to access an elevator, or use a stair well that smelled of urine. Our room as advertised as having a microwave, which it did not. The food we brought from home went to waste, and forced us to incur additional charges. The prices for soda and beer were outrageous!

Our stay was great. Our breakfast during our stay was wonderful. The wait staff was very hospitable and attentive. I recommend the breakfast place. Great cookies too.

The staff is very friendly and patient with questions that we had. Also, was greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies which my kids loved! This hotel is very clean and was extremely quiet which was a plus for getting good sleep. The rooms are very modern and accommodated all our needs. During entire stay the staff was very accommodating of all needs and friendly while doing it. Would definitely stay here again. Great hotel!

Great stay so far, still here gorvtwo more days. One problem with dinner. Under staffed but meal comped with no questions asked. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel itself is nice, and clean. The problems have to do with management that set ridiculous prices for food and beverages. I attended an event at this hotel and they wanted $11 for a mixed drink, and $4 for a can of pop! That's right if you wanted anything to drink including a bottle of juice from the front desk it was $4 a piece. That is insane. The staff themselves are great, and attentive when it comes to customer service. The issue here has to lie 100% with ownership, and management only stay here if you want to be gouged for everything.

I thought it was pretty nice corporate hotel. Rooms were updated and had a nice bathroom. Bar area was big and modern. Meeting room was nice. The one meal I had was delicious.

The hotel looks nice but the room service said they would clean are room in 30 minutes we were gone for one hour and a half and are room wasn’t clean then we had no towels and while I’m writing this review it’s been 30 minutes since we Asked for a towel. For breakfast pineapple was dry the bagels were frozen. And don’t get me started with the Wi-Fi.

The beds were very comfortable and rooms and common areas were clean. The breakfasts left a lot to be desired. We were also told it was not an option to check out at 1 instead of 12.

One of the most relaxing hotels stays I've had in a long time. The walls were a little thin but overall everything was very modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff is nice, the bar area is very chic and the breakfast was fresh and filling. Convenient to Peachtree area, a little far from downtown (relatively speaking) but a good valve for business travel.

Staying at a Hilton hotel has always been a pleasant experience because of the staff, quality of service, and the rooms. And staying at this particular location, as can be expected, was great. With it's close proximity to the highway, at first I was a bit put off by it; I was worried about the noise from the street. But although close, the hotel was tucked away which silenced the noise yet provided a very convenient experience when I needed to move around Atlanta. Overall, I was truly satisfied with my stay.

Just a really nice stay… Newer DoubleTree and the rooms were ultra clean and the decor was pleasing to the eye… Nice brightly lit bathroom, excellent water pressure in the shower… Friendly efficient staff as well… Will use this hotel again…

The hotel rooms and common areas were newly renovated and nice. The location is outside of the main areas of the city but still convenient because of is proximity to the highway.

Great stay and tasty food. Stayed here to ensure we could open our store up the street and they did a good job managing the harried travelers and folks coming off the snowy roads. Melvin and Jessica are wonderful in the restaurant… mmm, try the Cheddar and Gouda Mac n Cheese with scallions and applewood bacon. Got that with grilled prawns as the protein — awesome!

The hotel's ambiance is conducive to networking and socializing. The staff is very cordial and professional. The facility is clean and inviting. Restrooms are clean and odor-free. All I all it is a wonderful place for any event.

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was large and recently renovated, with a nice new TV in the room. We had a loud neighbor (after midnight) and asked the front desk, the following morning, what their policy was on the matter. We were told she was checking out that day, but if she stayed they would move her, which was much appreciated. Rooms were very clean. The downside to the renovated room was the lack of a bathroom fan/exhaust. The bathroom got very muggy and hot, very quickly while showering.

Rooms were extremely clean and great staff. I did not receive house keeping service the first two days but then found that it's every three days. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the stay.

The rooms were nice but I had a few problems regarding my card. First night, my friend and I split the cost for our hotel thinking we paid for two nights. That day, when we were out I noticed they charged me 21 dollars (tax included of course) so I called and a guy told me that it was for the security deposit. Ok, cool… so I looked again and saw that I was charged $120, we spoke to someone once we got back to the hotel and they told us that was for a second night. Here it comes, Tuesday… I’m looking at my card to see the other charges and they also charged me $107. I kept calling to make some sense of this but they keep saying the same thing, giving me the run around. I ask to speak to a supervisor and the lady never gave the supervisor the phone, instead she keeps telling me the same thing. We only spent 2 nights. I’m highly upset and will not be staying here again, I will also be filing a complaint.

My husband and I were two of the many evacuees running from Irma. We were so glad to find this hotel, because they were one of the very few allowing pets (for a fee) for evacuees. Totally cool. The hotel is beautiful and recently remodeled. The bed was super comfy, but I agree with other reviewers… the a/c is super loud. I loved the edgy artwork in the hotel, but my husband thought the huge painting by the elevators was creepy. Haha The food was pretty good, but the breakfast is a little pricey. The best part of the hotel is the bar! Tiffany was awesome! Super sweet girl with a wonderful sense of humor! She was really so pleasant, and she made our stay enjoyable. We sat down at the bar and talked to her for hours. She stayed open extra late to accommodate people who had been driving in from Florida all day. We were bummed to see that she wasn't there on our last night. Thank you Tiffany! If we're ever in the Atlanta area again, we will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing. We stayed here to escape Hurricane Irma for 5 days. Very accommodating and the food is excellent. Super clean and comfortable. Very cute rooms.

Stay there for Dragcon and the hotel was great very. Clean and the kitchen staff was grade A team I very much so will come back the best thing was how great the service was only thing I didn't get was cookie for wife that she want because they said they didn't have any bit a great place to go.

The rooms were really great and we got a good price, also the staff was very friendly. Good shuttle service. The food wasn't that great, the $5 fries were not even real — like chic fil a has better fries. Neither was the calamari, terrible, plus not a lot of food options. But thanks to the shuttle we were able to eat out. By the way the cookies are AMAZING! Yum yum best ever.

Great service. Great location. Great drinks at the bar. What more could you ask? The rooms are updated and did not lack on cleanliness. This hotel is better than some supposedly 4 star hotels in the city. I would def return for a stay.

Our new favorite place to stay in Atlanta hands down. Prices are amazing especially for such a nice and clean hotel. Everything is updated and modern and the staff is extremely nice. My kids especially loved the delicious warm oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that they gave us at check-in! :) We will definitely be back!

Decent Hotel with comfortable beds. Quiet location with restaurants a short drive away. Breakfast buffet is 2 stars but service is good. Property is slightly dated but still nice.

Edit: Docked to 2 stars after the constant slamming of doors by maids Saturday morning. The room was a little dirty. Stuff on the floor. Noisy A/C. The window overlooked the bar, which we got a lot of noise from until midnight. Nice pressure in the shower though.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I feel the need to go ahead and review my experience. Positives first: The staff are very friendly. There is a keurig instead of the standard coffee maker. I ordered room service and the food was pretty good. Lastly, the bed is comfortable. Negatives: While the room seems to be "updated" the lamp, coffee maker, and mini fridge all share the same outlet, so you have to unplug one for the other two to work. The only ceiling light doesn't work (but there are lamps). There is a vent fan in the bathroom, but no way to turn the vent on so the room instantly steams up the moment you turn the shower on. The shower curtain won't stay closed so the floor gets turned into a watery mess and you have to use the (old, rough, stained, over used) towels provided on a wrack inside the shower to clean it up. The walls are PAPER THIN and you will here EVERYTHING (tv, conversations, sneezes, and door slams) from both rooms on either side and the hall way. After coming back to the hotel from going out to dinner there was NO parking spaces left! When I asked what to do, I had to park in the neighboring business's parking lot and then it was quite a walk back to the hotel. The employee we talked to apologized for the lack of parking saying it was due to the belly dancing convention.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were immaculate and had pillows of various firmness to fit my changing needs. They had flexible reading lights on the headboard as well as lights and outlets on the end table. A small rolling table and a large dinner sized table were conveniently stashed out of the way until needed. The television and refrigerator seemed brand new and worked perfectly. Every US sports network I know of was available along with the usual cable/network stations and HBO1 and 2. The bathroom was roomy and clean with fresh towels and a double hinged toilet set which was very convenient as my knee was immobilized from recent surgery. There was a real hair dryer next to the extra towels, as opposed to the usual junky dryers found in most hotels. I would give them five stars, but the workout room was anaemic compared to the other hotel amenities and the food at the cafe was pretty bland and overpriced. For the price it's one of the best hotels in the area and I would recommend for a great night's sleep.

Stayed at the Chamblee Dunwoody Holiday Inn Express for business. Nice clean hotel, comfy bed. I am used to the breakfast buffet and this one had a complimentary breakfast but you had to order from a waitress and it took too long, I prefer the regular buffet for the speed.

Decent hotel. I loved the location. Close to shopping and dining. Hallways are a little dated and when I stayed the two main elevators were out of order. Front desk staff were super friendly and dinner was very good!

Stayed here several times and each one has been awesome. Rooms are very nice. The bar features local brewed beers. Staff is always courteous. I have not eaten at the restaurant, so I can not comment on that.
