As soon as I walking into the lobby you could tell it was recently remodeled and they had something going that made it smell so relaxing in there. Upon finishing checking in the Lady on duty gave me a welcome gift with a hand written note on the bag. She was very nice and welcoming. The room was so up to date and clean. It did not smell like some hotels can. Bed and pillows were amazing! My daughter slept on the pull out bed and it was comfortable she could not feel the metal bars through it. Breakfast was good. Only problem was coffee was burnt and juice was a little watery but could be just because the mix needed to be changed. We show pigs and this is the first hotel in a long time that I could relax when we got back to the hotel I did not have to clean behind the cleaning person or call and ask for something they forgot. I will definitely book here again for future shows.

The room was very clean. It was updated and new. Rates were reasonable. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff is fantastic, they belong at at Hilton or Marriott! The parking is ok, but difficult if you have a large vehicle or trailer. The rooms are recently renovated and comfortable, but I found some bugs on the floor the last morning I was there.

It was a nice room, and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner was a bit finicky, though, and our key didn't open our room at first. Otherwise it was a pretty good hotel to stay at for a night!

They give justice to the name QUALITY INN as soon as you enter the room you'll see Quality in every thing whether it's cleanliness, mattress, pillow and all other things it's a good and relaxing place to be wonderful service and rooms.

Met Mrs Nikki at the front desk. AWESOME lady to talk to. Lobby area was spotless and well organized. I'd stay here anytime.

The motel is definably an inn. The atmosphere is basic and the room does feel a little packed. It wasn't like the room had large beds nor many features in the rooms either. The location want optional either. The inn would also be easily missed, as it is located right on the inside of a semi-blind corner. The inn is also right next to a major highway, so noise was an issue. However, the interior didn't match the exterior (in a good way). The fixtures felt good, the beds were comfortable and the whole place felt clean. The internet was also descent and the working desk was in good shape. The complementary breakfast was delicious for what it was as well. The motel was a great inn, but it is still an inn. Also, considering there are much better hotels in Athens itself, this stay isn't very high on my recommendations list. However, if you are rolling on a budget, consider this inn.

Great hotel with decent prices for being reasonably close to the downtown area. Franco is always very professional and helpful.

The room looked like advertised nice and cleaned. The room ac was not working properly we could only get ac but no heat. We called the front desk she came to see it and offered us a portable heater and it did the trick. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. When we called the front desk when things were not working they would call us back to make sure we were satisfaction. I would stay here again.

The room is comfortable and fully stocked, the staff is great. The only issue is that the hotel is tiny, and the double-bed rooms are a bit cramped.

Clean, beds were clean and decently comfortable. The walls are not good at keeping the neighbor's sounds out. Get a top floor room if you can. The people above us kept us awake most of the night. Can't necessarily blame the hotel for that. Decent breakfast. Coffee available at all times was great. Work out room was tight but new equipment was good. Would stay again if we could get an upper room.

So far no issues and the room and staff were very nice. I read the other reviews and I was surprised at the negative ones. The rooms are high quality like you would have at a wingate or Fairfield. Quality Inns are pot luck. This one is the jackpot. I travel frequently with my job and for me to impressed says a lot.

Great staff, responded quickly to fix my door lock. Though a modest motel, it was clean and well-maintained.

The lady at the counter was professional and succinct. Checking in was a breeze and the room was exactly what I expected. I slept well and the continental breakfast was delicious. Overall a good experience 8/10 meets expectations.

The room were clean and nice my only bad experience was with the lady at the front desk we get there at 9:30am to eat breakfast, she dont even said good morning and she even start cleaning and picking stuff up and we was eating, she turn off the waffle machine off, she was some how rude with us. Other then that the hotel was really nice and clean.

Location is about 10 minutes away from UGA. Nice rooms! Ours had a king bed and was super comfortable leaving. The receptionist was very welcoming! Breakfast was also given from 6 to 10 am!.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I checked into my room at 8:30 pm and immediately went to sleep. I was awaken at 10:30 pm by a man banging on my door and demanding to be let into my room. I was startled and lay there for a minute thinking maybe they were knocking on the room door next to my room. Nope. A moment later, again loud banging on my door and demands to be let in. Now, I was in this room alone and this was incredibly unnerving. I walked to the door and asked him what he wanted. The man said he smelled smoke and again demanded to be let in my room. I told him through the door that I wasn't smoking and I wasn't burning anything and that I wasn't going to allow him into my room.
Again he started banging on my door saying the same thing adding the threat to call the police which I told he he could go right ahead but I wasn't letting him in.
He kept pounding on my door and finally, I got very angry and yanked open my door and the man identified himself as the manager and said he smelled smoke and needed to inspect my room. I lost it on him. I could not believe a manager would behave this way. I told him that I was sleeping and alone and that he would not under any circumstances be entering my room and if he needed to, to call the police. I asked him if he thought it was appropiate to bang on the door of a woman the he knew was checked in alone and demand to be let into her room.

Nice Rooms. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. They have a Fitness Room but no pool. They also serve complimentary breakfast. Lots of options to eat. My overall experience here was 5 stars.

From the outside, this place may look like an old motel, but the interior (at least the room I stayed in) looked recently renovated and clean. Friendly staff. I only needed a night of sleep before an event in Athens, so I wasn't looking for anything extraordinary. And this place provided just that; nothing fancy or extraordinary, but a comfortable night of sleep in a clean room.

The beds were way too high & I'm short. My husband had to actually fix me a stool so I could get on the bed. Also very noisy outside unless you kept the fan running constantly.

Front desk was courteous and very helpful. Quiet location just off the main UGA campus. Very reasonable price tag. I would stay there again for my next trip and look forward to the new hotel they are building.

We just visited friends staying at the Inn, but we're really impressed by the quality of the updated rooms. Outside screams motor lodge, but inside the furnishings and decor were top notch. The Inn is a little challenging to get to from the west side of Broad St, so keep that in mind if your stay requires you to go in and out numerous times. Bathroom is separated into toilet /tub room separate from the sink. I can't comment on the bed or noise, but it looked super clean and fresh.

Was only here for a few hours (got in late, left early), but the young man on the night shift at the front desk was extremely helpful and efficient with check in and directions. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice. Exterior was under construction.

Quality Inn Athens. Newly remodeled. Nice clean and affordable.

Rooms redone but done right. Exceptionally clean! Beds and pillows are super comfy! Staff was very friendly. There are microwaves, a fridge with freezer, and single serve coffee maker. Nice flat screen, free Wi-Fi. Counter tops very nice, makes room very upscale. I love the sink because the stream of water is far away from bowl — will post pic if able. Shower clean and — the remodel was done right. Nothing was just painted or 'puttied' over. Will stay here again if in area. I like that the parking lot surrounds the rooms (which at first was a turn off because it seems reminiscent of a motel vs hotel) because it made loading and unloading my vehicle (for a three night stay) close and convenient. I could remote start without leaving my room. Just a great experience.

Front Desk provided Excellent Customer Service & All info needed concerning our stay. Our King Suite for the night was immaculate/OMG Very Clean Room. We were very Satisfied w/our Stay. The inside of the rooms are very nice and the service was kind.

Clean and updated rooms, friendly and helpful staff great location. Close enough to downtown to enjoy all the downtown attractions with out dealing with all the downtown traffic. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

Updated with new furnishings. Free Wi-Fi and parking. However I had bugs in my room. Told front desk and she said she would tell manager. I took pics of 2 of the bugs. Yuck! I should have been offered money back for dealing with that. Also lots of street noise heard in the rooms. No elevators so must carry luggage up and down the stairs.

We stayed at this newly renovated Quality inn & Suites hotel before few days ago. Now, I have time to review it. As soon as we enter in the lobby, we knew that we r at nice place. Check inn was breeze… Rooms was totally new, I think they changed everything including walls. Nice contemporary hip furniture makes fill like we r staying at Express or Fairfield inn. we had ground floor room # 111. Exercise room was well equipped with water & towels. Breakfast was include hot sausage, Scrambled eggs, make your own hot waffle, fresh breads & sweets & other regular teams too. Miss Mamta was nice enough to give us late check out. Check out was fast. She even make us member of club & give us points too. Did I mention that even we forget to put DND sign & still maid did not disturb us cause front desk advice them not to disturb us since I had requested Late check out. Now that's good service. If again I have any problems at my home again, I will definitely come again. It's like 'Home closer to Home. ' I will send all my friends & relatives at Quality Inn & Suites.
