Nice small hotel in the middle of nowhere. Room was comfortable enough for 5 person and depending on where you are you can park you car pretty close to your room. There is a huge American flag so you can find your hotel easily from the main road. Breakfast is very basic.

One of the better hotels in the area. Clean, friendly staff always asking if I had enough. Didn't hear too much of the other guests. The Wi-Fi was slow. I didn't eat the breakfast bit it had a the cheap hotel classics, waffles and bucket-o-eggs. The pool was a bit cloudy. The bed was nice, but the pillows too big, like good to prop you up but not to really sleep on. The AC was killer, I kept having to turn it down. The room key always worked. Location is pretty good, hard to see from the road if you're not looking, it's set back abit and has a business in front. A lil disappointed by the view of the storage facility in back but for the price this was a great stay. Spend the extra money and stay here over the motel 6. You're welcome.

Excellent place to stay, all staff are very friendly and accommodating, breakfast is great too. Only giving 3 stars because one day a few friends n I went in the pool to swim n apparently the pool guy put too much chlorine in n all our suits discolored When we notified management they said they couldn't do anything and it wasn't there responsibility it was the pool companies responsiblity. However when we spoke to him he apologized for his mistake, he admitted that he did overload the pool with chlorine because it was cloudy n no one was in the pool at the time. Yet he wouldn't give us the number to his company either. So the 4 of got screwed with our new bathing being ruined n no one taking responsibility.

Very clean, but very disappointed. Drove 14 hours straight my husband and my two children age 12 and 14. Woke up at 6 this morning to kids and the next room slamming doors parents screaming and cussing the child had to get out of my bed and go and see what was wrong chaos all down through the hallway I will never stay here again. The walls are paper-thin. So if you're planning on coming for a good night sleep this is not the place for you. I went down and told the lady at the desk this morning she told me I'm sorry that's all she said. I'm very disappointed in the service.

Great location, very clean, helpful and friendly staff, very competitive prices. Good amenities including pool, workout room, business desk, free breakfast and coffee in the mornings. Close to Weeki Watchee Springs and restaurants.

Great place to stay great staff helpful needed a last minute place to have a birthday party for my son and they allowed me to use the picnic area with my friends and family free of charge I highly would suggest this place.

This is considered a no frills hotel but I give them 5 stars. I booked a room online and check in was a few minutes. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located my husband and I were able to relax and get plenty of rest that weekend. The best part was the shower. Its something about the shower head together with the water pressure. It was almost like the water was beating you, like a water massage. It was awesome, we could have stayed in the shower all day.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were meeting friends for breakfast so didn't partake in the breakfast, but we did look it over and it was more than adequate. The only downside was the noisy neighbors, but that happens sometimes. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Friendly staff. Better than average breakfast. Large clean rooms. Mattresses were a little soft for my taste but comfy enough for a good night's sleep. Convenient location. Far enough from the highway so that traffic noise is not an issue.

Perfect for the price… good food. Professional staff… very clean room… accepted our pets… I would gladly return if I'm ever in that area…

Cleaner and nicer than other microtels. I don't understand why coffee stations in hotel lobbies are tucked into weird corners so that people must uncomfortably que to get coffee. It's not just the que for coffee. The cream and sugar occupy the same space. I have for a while taken cream and sugar away from the coffee station to put in my coffee. Most people do not. They make their coffee at the station while the que waits. Some people try to jam together or reach over each other. It's gross. It's weird. Put the coffee in more than 1 spot as well as the cream and sugar. Put cream and sugar where you must collect it and cannot mix it in until you sit somewhere.

Very clean, reasonably priced with nice sized rooms. The free breakfast was okay. Beds we're comfortable, pillows less so.

Reminded me of the cute European hotel we stayed in Amsterdam. Only a little smaller 8) Everything was clean & bright with a fresh modern feeling. We had plenty of towels, fast hot water and a laundry room right across the hall. Very convenient yet quiet, we had to keep checking as you couldn't hear it running. The only thing I was missing was a mini fridge, but a few buckets of ice in the sink works ok in a pinch ✅ Bonus: Pet Friendly.

We stay here for 3-4 Days every couple months. We live in Key West but our son and his family live here so this is the cleanest hotel in the area, so we always stay here. This hotel chain isn’t even a part of our Marriott Reward points, but when it comes to cleanliness, we have no choice but to stay here. Until this trip. We checked in and there was black pubic hair all over the bathroom floor and long dark hair from a wig/weave/head. Everywhere! whatever. We are here to see our granddaughter and are just sleeping here. We had a double bed this trip though our daughter stays with our son so we only slept in one bed. Last night, our daughter came to sleep in the hotel. I woke up this morning and after she got up, I noticed 10-15 black pubic hairs on the sheets in her bed. We checked ours the night before. I had to clean our shower because there was 4 black pubic hairs in the top left corner of the shower. How the hell do you get anything up there?! I am disgusted and grossed out. I am not a perfectionist by no means. I understand things can get missed but whoever cleaned 221 walked in, made the bed and wiped the bathroom counter. We stay here all the time so this had to have been a single employee isolated incident. Just because one person is a bad employee, doesn’t make the whole team bad but they need to find out who it is and get rid of them!

THE HOUSEKEEPERS WILL STEAL YOUR VALUABLES! My friend stayed there and made sure to leave the Do not Disturb sign up,. The housekeepers still went in, left coffee all over the place, went through all her stuff, and didn't even empty the trash. Definitely wouldn't recommend leaving any valuables in the room as they do not respect the Do Not Disturb signs and will leave your bags and closet open, without even hiding it. Sheets weren't changed, floor wasn't vacuumed, empty tissue box wasn't replaced, and a large bag of trash was left in the room. No attempt to clean was even made, yet 8 coffees were left and all personal belongings were went through. Definitely would not recommend this hotel, and the housekeepers are to blame!

Nice staff, convenient location to restaurant's and the springs, clean pool. Good food in the morning for breakfast!

A great place to stay! Extremely friendly staff, immaculately clean and well kept rooms. Breakfast included in your room price AND hot cookies in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall not a bad place to stay but I did find a bloody towel under the bed left over from previous guests I suppose. I nearly scrubbed the skin off my hands after I touched it. A. C. Unit had a nasty rattle but other than that, not a bad place to stay.

Rooms clean, stylish, property clean, staff I have no complaints. Thankful to this property and it's management as they participate accepting FEMA reservations. The state of Florida does not have many so kudos to them. Good deeds done here.

Great local place to rest your head, after Weeki Wachee. Clean, reasonable priced, Friendly staff. HOT COOKIES in the afternoon. I can't say anything bad about the experience, But One thing the hotel has no control over, the location of & access to the Pool… Seems not planned out by the builder. But Pool was clean and well maintained.

Nice, clean room with modern styling. Free breakfast serviceable, but not very diverse with selection of items. Pet friendly, which is a plus.

Location was a little off the road behind a storage location so it was a little tough to find. Was very close to a bunch of places to dine and shop at. Room was nice and the pool was open late.

Stayed here to go to Weeki Watching Park the next day. Room was clean and price was right. Breakfast was good with a good variety of baked goods, sausage gravy for the biscuits, waffles, cereal, a bunch of dairy like milk and yogurt, and even breakfast burritos. Something for everyone and super close to the park. Would definitely stay again.

At first glance it seemed alright with decent size room and an updated look. But getting up in the morning I noticed a HUGE BED BUG on my pillow and quickly took it to the tub where I smashed it and a whole bunch of blood squirted out. I'm sorry to be this graphic but I would hate to have this beast feast on anybody else and if I can detract one person from this place I would feel a sense of accomplishment! It took us another hour to go through all our clothes and bags to try to shake what could be in them. When I brought this napkin to the front desk and asked them for a refund the lady didn't even flinch and refunded us everything! It's like this stuff happens on regular basis. I would not take a chance when there are plenty of other hotels within 10 min of this place.

We had a great 2 night stay in this hotel. No complaints at all. Check out was easy, room was clean, Pool was awesome and clean, price is a great deal and breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice and quiet. Located right down the road from the publix/target shopping plaza. The hotel was clean… with the exception of our room smelling like old cigarettes… Aside from that I would stay again.

I rarely do reviews for hotels, I'm just lazy about it lol. However I had to come on here to leave one for this hotel. Excellent stay all around. The room was clean and fresh, as was the rest of the hotel. There were freshly baked cookies in the lobby as well as freshly brewed coffee regularly. Their free breakfast was excellent with so many choices! My favorite part was the lady behind the front desk. Shame on me for not getting her name, but she was so pleasant and SO helpful. She helped us to find the perfect place to eat and where we might want to shy away from. We were able to see wild manatees swimming because of her suggestion. I just truly enjoy a pleasant face behind the counter and it is because of her that I am writing this review. So thank you for the towels and your suggestion of Upper Deck!

I would like to start by saying this was a great hotel stay, very clean, good breakfast, and amazing staff. Next I'd like to say that my fiance lost her engagement ring somewhere along the way on our trip, I called the hotel and was greeted by Lisa to find out the room was already cleaned and no ring was turned in. A little bit later I received a call back from Lisa, and she informed me the ring was found while doing laundry. For someone to be honest in todays society is a feat on its own, we are out of towners, and she could have gone many different routes. But she did the honest thing. I hope management or Wyndham themselves reads this, so they can see that they have some pretty amazing employees here. Thanks again Lisa. Without a doubt will be the only Hotel I stay at for my many trips made to Spring Hill in the future.

Jonathon at the front desk was very accommodating and hospitable. Hotel was very clean. Rooms are comfortable and bedding provided for a great nights sleep.

The room we got was excellent with nice decor and modern amenities. I recommend upgrading to the suite; the extra room is worth it. Continental breakfast was on par with what I expected for a chain such as this, and was decent. Minor complaints: the Queen sized bed was not a queen, it was a full, and the desk worker did not know how to change the card we wanted to pay with. Kind of silly… You have one main job: know how to work the software to check people in and out and deal with other stuff. Overall, though, great room for a great price. We'll be back again next time we visit our friends in Spring Hill.

The service was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and a good size. The pool was not heated, but It was still nice. I would recommend this establishment again.

Was told one price when checking in for a week stay. But when we went to check out. Was total different price. Just beware! Yes are room was cleaned daily which was nice. But the front desk people very rude in the mornings … will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was very nice. We were on the first floor. It's a pet friendly place we saw good size dogs there but didn't hear a sound from them. But the room next store was nonstop noise til midnight! It was a shame. Then the free breakfast was so crowded we grabbed our coffee and yogurt and ate in our room. Hope they do better next time we visit.

Lisa at Microtel Inn in Spring Hill was the best! She made sure that we were taken care and that we were able to check in early. She made our stay special!

Very nice room clean no mini fridge in room but lived without it staff very nice out back steak right out front would recomend this hotel worth the money.

Booking this hotel over the phone was like ordering something from an infomercial. They kept trying to get me to sign up for random rewards programs, and then it continued via email as well. I didn't need a sales pitch at 2am, just a room for the night for my family of 4. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was unmade without blankets or sheets to be found anywhere in the room. We were able to get sheets from the front desk, but no blankets for the sofa bed. The comforter on the main bed had a large yellow stain with a bad odor, the floors were dirty, and there was a roach crawling around the bathroom. I also found various advertised specials, that I was advised were only valid if I booked directly through their website. If you must stay here, book online. You can save yourself 25% by doing so. Also, check out at the front desk and ask them to remove the safe charge. You will be charged daily regardless of whether you use it. It takes a while, but they will refund you if you wait.

Great stay! Affordable and clean as well as comfortable beds. Very friendly staff! If they get rid of the smoking rooms so the hallways wouldn't smell, we would give it 5 stars!
