They closed 1st 2nd floors so all guest are put on 3rd fl in older rooms. New rooms on 1st, what a waste. Unfortunately in this time for social distancing all guests are forced to share the same elevator and using same call buttons also harder for those handicapped. Not the best Decisions for their guests.

Overall a nice and centrally located hotel.

Great place to stay, convenient, newly renovated! We love having events & meetings there…

Call before you book. The webpage was beautiful but when I got there are 4pm on May 6th 2019 the place was under total construction. The lady at the front desk saw my expression and she questioned me if I did not know that the hotel was under construction. I told her that the webpage did not show that and she replied that it should have. NOPE! I went to my room and there waiting for me wast most gross chair I have seen. Pick up my bags and signed my self out to another Holiday Inn. 14112 Cortez Blvd Brooksville. Much better location and Rena was very understanding and helpful. At this time I will not recommend because of construction and nasty furniture.

Everything was nice and good. But we couldn't get the air to go higher so we were freezing. Breakfest was good.

We loved our stay for two nights. The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. The room was just right and we used the pool both nights. The breakfast was great and the staff went to great lengths to make lots of options available. Thanks!

Holly who checked us in was great. She asked what brought us into town and I told her we were going to go to Weeks Wachee Springs and she advised us to get there a little after 8:00 because they close the springs when to capacity. Nice place to stay.

Very good place to stay. Full breakfast, pool, and comfortable rooms with refrigerator. Staff was really nice and accommodating. Only minor thing was could not tune in HBO in our room. Technician checked and it appeared to be the TV.

Although I didn't use the facility for sleeping purposes I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the service of using a meeting room to host a repast each and every member was professional and courteous and all that they did I would recommend this facility to anyone.

A hot and cold breakfast from 6:30 to 11 included and ice machine free there very nice cheap vending machine the bathrooms are big beds are very comfortable nice view very good for family very close to weeki wacki if ur going there I would rate this 10 outta 10

Nice clean rooms, good breakfast, close to weeki wachee springs state park and homosassa springs state park is 30 minutes away. Close to major restaurants. Nice staff.

Very nice, except pool is out of service for whatever reason. We are not happy about that. Issues should be disclosed upon check in.

I was visiting family who was staying there. The person at the front desk said Welcome back to them. I thought that was nice. The room was clean, and had a little couch. The downside was the elevator was small and rickety.

Clean & suites have jacuzzies in them. The Spring Hill Express is conveniently located near Weake Wachee Springs state park & close 2 fishing piers, Birding & hiking trails,

The beds were comfortable, the A/C kept the room cold. The pool filter did not seem to not be working. It was full of debris, leaves and such. Breakfast was decent. A nice variety of food.

Room was clean (even under UV light). No desk to work at, but they did have a table. My room way next to the elevator and vending machines, but I never heard them. Would definitely go to this location vs the other location on Hwy 50!

I've stayed here several times in the past year. Usually when I need a local vacation away from the stress at home. The continental breakfast is very nice and the room are always very well-kept and clean.

Had a party with friends. Clean facillities and happy employees. General manager Ryan is very personable.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast and staff was great. We stayed six nights and everything was great. Front desk answered all of our questions about the area, nice and friendly. Price was right.

We stayed 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Express Spring Hill for a business trip. The staff was all very helpful and accommodating, both at check in and the morning breakfast crew. The room was very cold and even altering the air conditioner settings did not seem to fix this. They bed was a little lumpy but not awful and there were plenty of pillows but no extra blankets, which was a problem since the room was so cold! The continental breakfast was okay, the eggs were dry but the sausage gravy and biscuits were pretty tasty. I didn't try the waffles, but they looked pretty good as well. Overall a decent stay.

I have never been to this Motel before but the people made the difference, it was during hurricane Irma so my thinking is that if they do such a great job during a hurricane I can only imagine the greatness of a good stop in and stay. I was truly impressed with the breakfast they serve every morning, all the help new everything about all the immineties they offered. Thank you Holiday Inn Express on 19 in Spring Hill.

We give this Holiday Inn Express 5 stars Staff was most accommodating and very pleasant. Room was clean and fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was better than restaurants I have been to. Thank you.

We evacuated to this Holiday Inn hotel from Bonita Springs to escape the wrath of Irma. Our home lost power and it hasn't been reestablished 9 days later! The personnel have been so gracious and understanding, allowing us to stay on a daily basis. This hotel offers a great breakfast and spacious rooms. Thank you Ryan, and thank you to all of the wonderful staff!

Wonderful staff, Ryan and all his employees were amazing. Hotel extremely clean, nice breakfast selection. If you are looking for a hotel in this area, this is the one. Thank you Ryan for taking such good care of us during such a stressful time with hurricane Irma. I told my neighbors at our clubhouse this is our new storm refuge. I cannot even begin to say how wonderful Ryan and his staff were during Hurricane Irma. Anything we needed they were there. Kept us updated as much as possible. They did their very best during the roughly 12 hour power outage to still provide a cold breakfast for everyone. They even provided sandwiches and snacks for lunch for those that needed food. Rooms were extremely clean and smelled so clean. I would highly recommend them, and will stay here again for sure!

Real nice room but bathroom needed some work vent fan did not. Work hot water was not very good and not much pressure. Pool was real nice breakfast was good very clean.

Great friendly service. Clean rooms with good temperature control. Amazing yummy breakfast. I even had a hand written note from Amanda slipped under my door thanking me for staying with them on my trip from NJ. Just a very pleasant experience.

Very impressed! Nice hand written card waiting the morning of checkout. Free continental breakfast was more than expected… with eggs and cinnamon rolls.

This place was great! I need a little vacation from life and it was the best choice. The room was clean the pillows where the best ever one was so nice I even got a hand written more thanking me for the stay 10/10 would stay again. Thank u guys for a nice night.

The experience was great. Just arrived tonight and the room was clean. The bathroom was nice but only one disappointment. The website amenities say that there is a hot tub and pool, but there is no hot tub. Only pool. Just wanted to let you know. We will not be using these, but wanted it to be an honest review. The area is a little dated, shopping etc. But we found Chili's to be a great place to eat. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant but the manager did not seem nice. When I asked about the hot tub, he said some of the rooms have them, and that is why they advertise it. Ok. Bhave a wonderful trip. Hope this little review helped.

Very close to weeki wachee. Very friendly staff. Usual hotel breakfast but can't complain. Adequate room.

We have stayed here many times and have never had an issue. The rooms have always been clean and the staff have always been friendly.

Very nice stay last year 2015. We will be staying here again this year! :) very clean and good breakfast. We checked a lot of motels and this is the best one. People who worked there are very nice also. We had a good vacation knowing we had somewhere decent to stay.

Thank you for a nice place to stay while we were visiting our grandchildren for christmas… the staff was great, the hotel is clean and service is great… we had a great stay and will return and / or reccomend to others… the hotel is only minuites away from dozens of eaterys, and stores… easy to get to from rt 75 and easy to get to many attractions… thanks… the joneses.

Not the best hotel. Microtel was nicer but had smaller beds. Looks new from the outside but the inside is old.

The outside has the new look of a holiday Inn express but the room falls short. I travel a lot for work and this is the first holiday Inn express that I have stayed at with furniture that looks like it is from the 80's. It lacks the modern furnishings, better flat screen TV or the soft mattresses that I am usually sleeping on at a holiday Inn express. Also, the room smells old probably due to the ancient carpet. The only plus was the clean bathroom but that is not enough to bring me back to this location.
