Very clean room. Close to the state park. Hot breakfast.

Checked in around midnight July 20, 2019 walked in the room went to the vanity to brush my teeth seen a cockroach walking around went to go grab something out of my bag on One of the beds seen a little baby cockroach then I started panicking turn my flashlight on my phone and scanned the room and seen multiple roaches walking on the table legs on the table that’s in the room went to the front desk they put me in a different room both rooms smelled Bad as well and the only thing they did for me is give me a $20 discount.

I was here for one night. The hotel is nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Great guys working there. I would come back here again!

Horrible… went into room. It smelled like someone sprayed a bunch of poperri spray. Made me gag… I should have immediately went to managment… but after driving fir 8 hrs took crying kids for food… gone 1 hr can back to talk with them. And they refused to refund… and so I left the stinky hotel and went to a much nicer one about 1/2 mile away… my loss $125… oh well I will NEVER stay at a extremely POOR QUALITY INN! 1 dissatisfied person. In the end the other hotel will get my money f I r next 1-2 weeks I am here in town…

Clean! Large rooms! Comfortable! I can honestly say that I was very impressed with the room! Breakfast was crowded and tasteless but was better than expected! Great location for the park!

WARNING! This place has bedbugs! The room was clean besides a bit of mold on the shower rod. Some of the towels had black spots on them, so we went and got new ones. A little gross, but what was worse is finding bed bugs. I found one on the shower curtain and my husband found one in the bed. My husband told the lady at the front desk, but she said she couldn't do anything. REALLY!? This is beyond disgusting! Acting like it's no big deal should let people know what trash this place is. We went through all of our things to make sure we didn't bring any home and left early.

Not a bad experience. First room had an a/c issue. Notified the staff and they switched the room. Rooms were both clean as to be expected. Staff was friendly and the area felt safe especially for a family. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were iffy but it there were waffles and other items to choose from. Not a bad price and worth going back to.

My elderly parents were staying at this hotel last week to visit me and my family. They were in Room — handicapped room. I cannot brag enough about the quality of service they received from this hotel. My father had fallen, and because he was on blood thinners, it created quite a mess. The young lady who cleaned their room was so kind, and good to them. What a helpful employee. EVERY establishment needs help like her. She definitely DESERVES a raise. She only works there part time. I live in the area and plan to come up there and give her a big tip. The ladies over the breakfast bar — first rate. The maintenance man who got the snake for us, that was in their room, with the young lady who provided service to our room — first rate, along with the young black lady that worked at the desk. (Don't panic — just a Florida ring neck baby) Their last day there, which would have been Monday, May 14th, 2018, there was a lady in the office who was a BIG CRANK, and was quite rude to my mother. It's a crying shame that a wonderful stay was dampened by the CRANK! My mother tried to get her name but she had no name tag on. I would recommend this hotel.

A motel that has been pretty much over the years, and does not captivate with its cleanliness and tranquility. The bed linen was not clean. It is located right on the street and is very noisy. Wi-Fi does not work at all. Breakfast is also very poor. Refrigerator was defective, the coffee maker also.
It's just like that for one night!

Over all a good stay. Pros pool was clean, cheap rates, good normal breakfast. Cons mini fridge didn't cool, stains on carpet and chairs, going to to front desk at night the side doors are locked and have to walk throw the garden to get there, also. The tub wasn't clean. Put down a bath met towel they provided. Not sure if we will be back Or not.

The staff is very friendly, even the maintenance man was helpful with our needs, the complimentary breakfast was awesome. My room was comfortable and pet friendly. The location is awesome with grocery, liquor, and variety stores a block away not to mention pizza and drug stores. The pool was crystal clear and had new lounge chairs. I will be back!

Very comfortable, the size of the room and the bathroom suitable for two people! Clean towels, daily toilet, exquisite breakfast and very complete! Extend parking and friendly attention!

We were here 4 nites last week. The beds and pillows and comforters were ssoo comfortable I am trying to find out where to purchase them now that we're home. The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable.

Decent for a 2 star. The roooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good. Its usually pretty quiet and have never had any trouble with people or "neighbors". Maintenece is a little behind. Our shower drained slow and the upstairs shower leaked into ours. The pool was dirty but I guess they dont clean it the first week of march. This was our second stay and will likely return on our next trip.

It was a really wonderful stay! Such a nice clean room! Everything up to date. Breakfast was hot, eggs, bacon, fresh baked waffles. Pool was clean and area nice. Electronics were up to date. Over all we plan to use this location again! Thank you to the staff for being wonderful.

It was nice and the rooms were clean and the people and work people were nice.

The lady at desk Felica was very nice and goes all out to make the stay lovely.

Everything was great I stayed there for a couple months. The last month though I noticed I was being charged twice daily. Mohammed (owner) said didn't have time to look at my invoices or check his. Needless to say after a few months of fighting I didn't get a reimbursement. They could've at least offered me free nights. I did spend $5000+++ for my time there. I didn't get a cheaper rate or any perks for the stay. They threw me out once they realized I called my bank to get my money back. Which I didn't since I had prepaid card at the time! Other then that I LOVED IT felt at home and they treated me like part of the employees… (Now I know why $$$$. ) BTW not many options around unless I wanted to stay at druggie hotel across the way.

Very good price on rooms and if you have a dog, plenty of area to walk them.

Floors are dirty, continental breakfast was not very yummy. Eggs were disgusting. Beds were so-so. Front desk staff was nice and there was plenty of parking.

The beds are comfortable and room was clean. The 2 rating is because the front desk clerk was helping guest with her cell phone in one hand and waffle in mouth at the same time. She was carrying on about bacon being a food group very loudly while making her breakfast… the continental breakfast area packed.

Clean hotel. Staff are excellent. Vey happy with the week we stayed here.

When I arrived I was told the rooms I booked online we're not available. I checked into the hotel anyway and was told a micro wave and frig would be put in room next day… that never happened and the manager was rude and told me they were not putting it in my room. I had two rooms and was staying for several days on business… my employees and I really use the frig. My credit card was authorized three times for three different amounts. When I checked in the clerk was on the phone resolving someone else's credit card charges. Should have been my first clue. We checked out early and went to microtel and had a wonderful stay. The bed was hard as a rock. Rooms are out dated. The management are rude and unwilling to anything to accommodate their guests. I would recommend avoiding this property their are several other much nicer places to stay less than 2 minutes from this property.

Stayed here to go to Weeki Wachee Springs, which is less than a mile from the hotel. Price was good. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and helpful, and the free breakfast wasn't too bad either. Overall a good experience. I would stay there again.

Great night stay close to Weeki Wachee! My granddaughter enjoyed swimming in the pool. I left her swimsuit and beach towel and I received it back! I highly recommend this hotel! Our room was clean, the beds were clean and I inspected them. Great management! Thank you Quality Inn Staff!

My experience here was outrageous. I was sitting in the parking lot for probly 35 minutes talking to my boyfriend on the phone I had previously stayed at the hotel earlier in the day-and had checked-out at $176 for 2 nights the woman the night desk clerk comes to my car and tells me that I need to leave that this is a private property. I then tell her I have a reservation at the hotel and that I have previously stayed there earlier she did not seem to care and was very on edge I don't know if it was the color of my skin or what. She still told me well what are you doing you need to get off the phone. I told her that she was being rude and if she harasses all of the customers like this I don't think I would like to stay here. I then Immediately come into the lobby with my ID and debit-card ready my reservation. My knowledge Of the reservation and how it was made. What and allow me the Check-In until 3:00 p. M. Even though it was already after 12 she then informed me of their policy. I decided to pay the high rate of $88 just for a couple hours Even though it was already a new day she then told me no I don't want you to stay here I said excuse me I agrees to pay for tonight I was really tired just came from gym and just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep this woman was so on edge and so afraid of an African American woman she told me she didn't want people like me staying here and I said excuse me She said yes you won't be staying here I'm canceling a reservation.

Was greeted by a wonderful woman named Cindy who quickly checked us into our room without an issue. Clean room, very soft bed, great service. Wish there was a microwave or fridge in the room but that's okay because we still had a great stay. Will definitely be coming back next time we go to the springs!

WHAT A GREAT STAY! Both front desk employees that I dealt with (Yvette & Melissa) were very friendly, helpful & patient. (credit card issues) I would also like to mention my housekeeper… I understand her name was Margaret. Margaret was most accommodating & made sure there was nothing I required & she moved on. Maybe it's "her job" to others, but she handled herself & her work professionally. (her supervisor was a little snippy but Margaret was great! ). I will definitely go back!

Location was nice and quiet. Close enough to restaurants and shops. I stayed with a hotwire rate deal and it was worth it. I didn't get the breakfast that is included because I needed to leave early. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I have stayed at least 10 times at this Quality Inn, dating back to when it was a Best Western. It has always been a pleasant experience! We stayed last night and everything was fine till my wife got up to use the bathroom at 1:00 a. M. She counted 12 roaches on the floor and walls. They were gone in the morning, not sure where they went. I think they need to improve on their pest control. Hopefully this is an "isolated' incident. Everything else was fine!

We had a great stay this weekend. Staff, especially Andrea (Andie) was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious, even though we had our Doberman with us. The hot breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Upside. The staff excellent. The room large and clean. Comfy bed. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of TV channels overall a great room. Downside. Very narrow bathtub, It could use 1 more towel, 1 more pillow & I saw 1 roach but the rooms face outside. A nuclear bomb won't stop bugs from coming in if they want in. But that's been the only issues.

The rooms were OK. They say the beds were queen size, but they're pretty small queens! But the pillows were comfortable and I liked the comforters. The a/c didn't seem to keep the room cold. The bathroom was nice, but the toilet didn't flush all the way. I was disappointed that there was no safe and it looked like the refrigerator was missing a shelf. All in all, I've stayed in a lot of hotels and these things are very minor to me. Housekeeping was very nice, the rooms were clean, no bugs, and the parking lot is well lit and well kept so I'd come back.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! My daughters & I came to this town and had to go home after 12 hours of misery. We arrived at around 12:30 AM on a Sunday night, after a 3 hour drive. We checked in and went to bed. The next morning, my daughter flushed the toilet and it wouldn't flush. I went to check it and flushed it again. It overflowed onto the bathroom floor. I turned off the shut-off valve and mopped it up with the 4 towels provided. We then left for breakfast in the lobby and I waited at the front desk for several minutes until a lady casually got up and acted irritated to have to move. (She'd been sitting at one of the breakfast tables, casually chatting with another woman the entire time that I was waiting there at the front desk. I guess she was hoping I would give up and just leave. I then noticed when she finally found the time to attend to customer service, that both women were wearing dark green shirts; so, apparently, they were both "working" that day). She slowly walked towards me and then raised her eyebrows in my direction, and flicked her chin upwards at me, as if to imply, "Can I help you? " I explained that we would like to request a room change because the toilet was not working.

The room was cool when you entered. The room was clean and neat. The bed was firm but comfortable the room rates included free hot breakfast. Coffee was good and served all day in the lobby. I would not hesitate to stay again.

I hope nobody gets in trouble for this, but a friend of the manager had a birthday party. The party was at the pool, and they invited all the kids that were there at the pool to their party. It was a really family-oriented experience. The rooms were clean but nothing extraordinary. A very basic room. Overall it was a great stay for a great price.

Rooms are on the small size of average. It looks like somewhere in the ball park of 20 to 25 square feet, though I'm not positive on those measurements. Rooms are fairly clean. Bathrooms appear to be clean but are a little small. If you walk barefoot, the soles of your feet will turn black from filth so wear socks. The room I stayed in smelled slightly like chlorine, cigarette smoke, and very faint body odor. The TV is a pretty decent HD TV. Towle are clean and white. Plenty of cups and little coffee packs and teas. The hotel supplied toiletries. The pool is clean, perfect for a little dip but it's too small for laps. The free hot breakfast was surprisingly good, the sausage and bacon were ok, sort of like the bacon you would get on a Wendy's burger. The eggs were nice and fluffy. The mattresses are firm and the pillows are comfortable, the beds look clean. The hotel is quiet so you'll be in peace at night. Staff is helpful and kind. This is a decent hotel. Not perfect but quite suitable for customers on a budget, or a quick trip. I'd give this hotel 3 stars.

It's a great hotel looked very clean on the outside and the oom waas great as well the pool area was nice andlookdwell kept.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The rooms were very clean, the pool was clean, the breakfast was wonderful, besides the bacon… not a fan of microwave bacon. The staff was wonderful! I was very impressed with Greylin. She is so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this hotel.

Their basic rate is $69.99 which is over priced for them their rooms which they are not that nice or new they need a remodel or at least an upgrade of their things oh and if you want micro/ fridge you have to pay$5.00 more oh the say you get free Wi-Fi but we where never able to get because it never worked for that just go down the road at the best western which it's way nicer and a little cheaper.
