I have such mixed feelings on this hotel. Some of the staff were rude, while others were accommodating and helpful We had to move rooms because we had roaches in the first room. Initially, none of the ice machine were working. When getting out of the pool, which was beautiful, and their best feature, we saw a raccoon climb out the trash. They have a good breakfast buffet, not you can't take any food back to your room. You have to eat it there, which I didn't particularly care for, because I wanted to eat outside and enjoy the view and the weather.

Loved it! The lady at check in was friendly, funny and was able to get me to check in early. Gave lovely suggestions as where to eat. I will return. And the pool oh my goodness it speaks for itself just heavenly! The kids side is marvelous.

This was a pleasant surprise on a recent trip to Busch Gardens. I was not sure what to expect for under $100, but the pool grounds are immaculate and there is a free shuttle to Busch Gardens that is very reliable. If you do not make the EAST restaurant before it closes there is a TGIFridays on site as well that stays open to the later hours. Overall an excellent stay that was well worth the money spent. Good free breakfast as well.

This place sucks, please do not let the reviews foul you. The bathroom was disgusting and had to move rooms. They aren't all remodeled and plus the area was super sketchy. There were people in the parking lot smoking w**d, blasting music, cursing, drinking, and just hanging out like it's their back yard. This is ridiculous. When I told the front desk they just said sorry let me try to move you. Why don't you kick those people out knowing they are doing something illegal on the property. Not worth the extra $20 you are saving a night that is for sure. Book some where else.

Came in town for a family event. Chose this hotel because it was near the venue and had hot breakfast. Customer service at the hotel is good. Hot breakfast was good as well. Had a king room with sofa bed. The room was clean and nice. The room had a microwave and fridge.

Currently here. My first room was horrible we are in Florida and they have all a/c off for they’re rooms so immediately when you walk in it’s about 90-100 degrees. When trying to turn the cold air on, it did not work went to call the front desk on the room phone can’t see the buttons because the bedroom lights don’t work. On top of it the phone didn’t work either. Walked to the front desk for a new room (paid for a king room) and front desk ask if we are okay with 2 beds “we would prefer a king” we said and so then he gave it to us… after we forced our door open we got into our 90 degree room to shower and have a/c turns out they have no hot water either! We are here for business and need Wi-Fi can’t seem to connect also no one that works here can help! Called corporate and they said they will call the general manager. Thanks for your help… not! I’m sorry but I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels like a red roof and have had a better experience. Not worth my 200$ I will never stay at a quality inn AGAIN. If I could give it a zero I would.

Somewhere between a motel and a hotel but it seems to be the norm for this part of the world. If you're looking for cheap and cheerful while on a road trip or short break to this area then its fine; its got all the facilities you need. If you're planning to stay in Tampa for longer then this may not be for you. Good breakfast, friendly staff (for the most part) and an underrated evening menu. Main swimming pool is nice and heated but the kids pool is freezing cold. Housekeeping leaves something to be desired. Carpets in the rooms are filthy (i like to walk around bear-foot indoors and my soles of my feet were black within a few minutes! ). Bedding and towels were OK but could be changed more frequently for longer staying guests. In need of an update, a deep clean and modernisation but not without its merits in places. I wasn't expecting the Hilton but I was expecting more.

The rooms were nothing like the pictures and definitely outdated. The hotel was almost empty looking and half of the people who were there were not good people. The staff was great though. The gym was definitely just there so they could say they had one the equipment was all about to break and looked like it came from a donation. The Wi-Fi kept going in and out so I could not do any work on the computer I almost went to a star bucks at 10pm with my girlfriend so she could take a test. Breakfast was terrible the potatoes were dry and everything else was not very good. The guy at the front would not let me leave to eat in the room because it was against policy. The room was crowded and tiny I had no interest in eating there but I sat down anyways then another guy had to sit with us because he could not find a table. I felt bad that I gave him a little attitude after I looked around and realized there were no more tables. I almost got up but I was half way done anyways and did not want the nice gentleman to think it was his fault. The pool looked nice but the gates need to be painted. This could be a nice hotel if someone took some care to paint and keep up with things. The policy on not eating in the room is terrible I will never be back and regret not just going out for breakfast. I will never be back to here I will stay at the La Quinta down the road or another establishment near bush gardens.

We went and Recervamos at night that we attended PESIMAAA person do not return to this place ever in life or recommend it to anyone is a service junk that sorry I could not remember the name of the person.

Excellent! Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, modern with the usual amenities. The facility had two pools, one for adults and one for kids. The children's pool has a pirate ship and waterfall. The adult pool has attendants offering drinks and food from the Japanese hibachi grill located in the hotel. It's was a great experience and we extended our stay for another night with no issues. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service (3 miles) that can take you to Busch Gardens, etc. I would definitely recommend this spot to friends, family and anyone looking to stay in the Tampa area!

Stayed there 3 years in a row. Fabulous pools that are great for kids. Great breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff. 5 minutes from Busch Gardens. Offers a shuttle to and from Busch Gardens. We'll continue to stay at this hotel for every visit!

Rooms were very spacious, a lot of space in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating even upgraded our room due to a mishap on a third party booking site. Not to mention the in Hotel restaurant "East" with a little something for everyone, the menu has dishes from just about every culture from pizza and nachos to coconut shrimp and miso soup. The free continental breakfast had a modest selection, but was more than well prepared. Being that breakfast is served buffet style in the restaurant there are no paper plates, only restaurant flatware. The Quality Inn & Conference Center is located within 5 minutes of Busch Gardens Tampa and also sells tickets to Busch Gardens and has a convenient shuttle bus to take you back and forth. Definitely a five-star stay at 2 Star prices. We liked it so much we decided to stay an extra night!

I enjoyed my weekend and my kids had a great time, even with the roach crawling on our wall the first night. Even with one of my sons burning his hand on the waffle iron while making his own waffle (because that’s what you have to do here for breakfast) and even with the breakfast staff being rude with me because of the way I served cereal to my autistic son but we enjoyed because we were on a surprise getaway with the kids. The rooms were nice and the pool was decent. The cleaning staff friendly. But the deal breaker happened when the $100 security deposit the hotel took was lost somewhere in the galaxy. The hotel said it was released. Yet the bank has no record of a hold, they see no money going in, and the hotel got free money while our statement dropped $100. The manager isn’t available until the morning because apparently a hotel can’t have a night manager AND a day manager.

One of the best Hotels I have been to. Staff is friendly and very accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Even the pool is crystal clean and well-maintained. Even the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever seen. Location is also great since there are many restaurants and parks nearby. I definitely know my choice if I'm anywhere in the area again.

Great beds, good A/C, large LED TV, cramped bathroom, bad shower curtain, friendly staff, slow check-in, above average hotel free breakfast, creepy walkways, nice pool and slightly below average cleaning staff. The place has an overall dirty feel to it. It’s hard to put a finger on the reason. It’s partly that the common walkways & stairs are outside and dirty, and partly that things just seemed aged. I rated the cleaning staff below average because they didn’t change our sheets (or some towels). I usually don’t care one way or another about that, and usually don’t notice, but the bed sheets were stained when we arrived and so I know that we slept on the same sheets for the 3 nights we were there, without specifying that as a preference. Usually there’s a little sign that’s let’s you decide if you want to keep using the same sheets & towels or get fresh ones. Here, I guess they just assumed that if you don’t throw them in the floor that you want to re-use them. That’s a different default behavior from the norm. Aside from that, I slept good and ate good. I wouldn’t recommend spending your vacation here but if you’re traveling and need a decent place to stay, then this is a solid option. Suggestions to Quality Inn: — Break open the purse strings and do something to spruce up the exterior walkways and stairs. — Adopt the common practice of changing the sheets and towels unless indicated otherwise by those little placards.

The only good thing about this hotel is that the bed was pretty comfortable. Other than that, there is nothing really positive to say. We had to get new key cards 3 different times because they would randomly stop working and we couldn't get in our room. The rooms just looked and felt dirty. Check in wasn't until 4 and when we arrived at 4, we still had to wait on a room to be ready. The worst part is that there were always sketchy people hanging around outside. We were constantly worried that our room would be broken into while we were gone. And unless you are going to Busch Gardens, this hotel is not very convenient to downtown Tampa. Also, FYI, the pet fee is 30-50 dollars PER NIGHT which is just insane.

Was a nice place to stay. Our room needs to be updated. Kind of small. Ask for a courtyard room that over looks the great pool area. The breakfast is good. Patti at the front desk was very nice.

In February 2005 I went to this hotel when it was called the Clarion. Never heard of them before and I really liked this hotel great for kids! And their staff is so professional! The breakfast was awesome as well! I am from Michigan btw, it was a great trip to Florida! ❤️❤️

This hotel has come a very long way with customer service and accommodations. Such a pleasure staying here. Incredible staff and amazing new sushi restaurant! With out a doubt we will be back! Try the spider roll!

They are in the middle of rebuilding this hotel and are making their way through some ups and downs. Had a complaint about loud and vulgar workers the first night, they took care of it and the rest of the vacation was great.

Supervisor sent an insincere apology saying that she was sorry that they did not exceed our expectations. Our stay wasn't just a failure to "exceed" expectations. Expectations weren't even met. Being told to f off by your staff when we ask them to be quiet at 7 in the morning was beyond unacceptable. We were told that management has been talked to about the construction noise on several occasions and is not going to do anything about it. If that's the case then don't rent rooms to people. The room was filthy. The only reason we stayed was because it was only a few hours that we had in the room to begin with. I wish we never did. I would like a refund. I have many photos of how filthy the room was. The vents to the room were covered in years of dust. We also had soap that had been opened and used and left in the room for us when we first arrived. The mold build-up in the corner of the bathroom was unexplainable. How someone could clean that bathroom every day and not notice or fix the problem is unacceptable. I know I continue to use the same words over and over again but I work in hospitality and I've never seen anything like this before. Not only that but I've never been treated this way by staff before.

It used to be called the Clarion Inn. The outside is worn down, but our room was recently renovated, so it was very nice on the inside. They also just redid the pool area, so we were bummed it was too cold to use. There was a shuttle that went to / from Busch Gardens, which was great to have. The staff was also all very friendly. Word to the wise: don't go to breakfast at 9 — that's when everyone went and it was really crowded. We'd stay again if we needed a place near Busch Gardens.

We paid by almost $600 for a week for this: 1. Staff in fairy nonchalant about problems and complaints 2. Customers are out late at night standing around smoking weed cursing and yelling. 3. Cars riding through the parking lot late at night throwing flares under people's cars by their gas tanks. 4. Someone keeps going around late at night taking do not disturb signs off of people's doors. 5. AC went out in the room twice on 2 different days. Nothing seems to be a big deal to the staff or the managers. Very casual and nonchalant about everything.

Very clean room that are updated. Plenty of channels to choose from on the tv. The beds are so comfortable. My family and I got a much needed good night's rest! The staff is very friendly and the security guards they have make it feel so safe. Will be staying again!

The rooms were clean. It had a mini fridge to use, and a microwave as well. The pool area is very nice. They were painting and doing a lot of remodeling, but for an inexpensive hotel… it was well worth the money.

A motel, slightly above the expected average. Spacious lobby. Quick and prof check in. Very helpful staff! Rooms large, clean and renovated. Refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV all available. Outport is undergoing renovation. I had a room to the pool on the upper floor. Very quiet and beautiful view to the two pools and garden. A large pool for adults and a pirate pool for children. Many parking spaces in det facility. Restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Prices very well for these amenities!
Minus: Air conditioning very noisy and breakfast unfortunately only average.

Breakfast is good. Large clean pool open until 11pm.

Stayed at hotel due to Hurricane. Every staff member that I spoke with was knowledgeable and patient. Felt safe. The reason for only 4 stars. Because hotel was older the rooms were a little smaller. Pet friendly was a must for me. Thanks Clarion employees for making my stay less stressful.

This place is mid-renovations. In the past, was a kinda shady place, but they are doing beautiful work on it. It has a gigantic, clean swimming pool that is open until 11pm AND it has an additional shallow play area for kids equipped with pirate theme climbing structure and water slide. They do serve hot breakfast, but get there early, as it is a sit down service and they only let people in if they can be seated. We showed up at 9am and waited in a 30 person line, and it was over before we got seated. They also do a shuttle to Busch Gardens and it is really close to USD and walking distance to many grocery stores and chain restaurants. Over all I would go again.

First night of three, and happy with it. Obviously it is not brand new, but they do a good job maintaining common areas and pool. Has lots of great plants and flowers. Rooms facing pool are definitely what you want. Breakfast… Well all the trimmings offered, but refilling buffet and juice was a little slow. Staff is very accommodating and full time security walking the property at night. For a very economical price it's worth it. Really don't have anything thing bad to say, yet.

Best sleep ever! The bed was so comfortable! I love how they pay attention to detail… u don't see that in other hotels! Huge soft towels! The kids loved the pool it has neon lights at night! Best continental breakfast I ever had at a hotel. The kids had such a fun time we had to stay another night! And we worked out in the gym it is small however it has everything u need and all the equipment is new and in excellent shape… (whoever that person was that wrote a review saying the equipment is falling apart lied! ) if u don't get a full body workout in that gym than u obviously don't know how to work out… js… we stayed in the west wing side… we will be back!

I highly recommend the Clarion Hotel. The rooms, the bed are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff is great at the desk and the workers always polite and ready to help. The pool is awesome. At night, the lights are blue, tropical trees and foilage around the sitting area. A huge children's pool with a pirate ship they can climb on, spouts water. Breakfast is ready at 6:30. The food is good. Great hotel!

Staff are excellent. Any mistakes promptly corrected. Flexible with our person needs/requests. There is a shuttle to Busch Gardens or other close places. You sometimes have to be patient waiting for shuttle, but it is free. The pool area is beautifully maintained and makes for fantastic entertainment for the kiddos. Awesome kids pool play area. Awesome free breakfast buffet. Downside is that this location is in disrepair, but there is always some construction going on — you can see that they are trying to restore it. You can't beat the value here though — we will continue to return for each of our Busch Garden Adventures!

Looking at the pictures you would think this hotel looks pretty nice. However it is Absolutely no where near as nice as advertised. The room was outdated and one of the pieces of furniture wobbled so bad it looked as if it was about to break. Also every time we walked out of the room there were people smoking within a couple feet of our door. So in the morning my boyfriend wanted to go to their "gym" for a quick workout. We walked in and we're shocked. The "gym" was about the size of our hotel room. There was one mat and about five basic machines. Which may have not been so terrible if they weren't literally falling apart. They looked as if they were picked up off the side of the road and just thrown in a room together. After that we figured we'd run up and grab some of their complimentary breakfast. Once we got there we quickly realized it was just just a tiny room with a few tables and whatnot thrown together. So we went in anyways figuring we'd just try the food and if it was terrible we'd just go grab food elsewhere. After we got the food we figure we'd head back to the room to eat considering the room was jam packed and there was barely any seating. We were informed we were not allowed to leave that it was dine in only. So we sat down at the only table that was open. As more and more people got their food there wasn't enough room so we had random people coming up asking to sit with us. Which we couldn't really say no considering there was no where else for them to go.

Not a bad hotel. The breakfast in the morning is a pain, not exactly because of the hotel staff but because of the typical patron not having any sort of common sense and the staff not doing anything about it. The line just ends up building up and becoming a waste of time.

Staff was great! Free upgrade. Clean rooms. Fluffy towels. Kiddie pool and heated pool open until 11 pm. Free hot breakfast. Welcoming lobby. Gym. Great location. Will definitely be coming back.

So noisy! Do not expect a relaxing stay if you come here. We have been here three nights and for the third night in a row, kids have been running up and down the hall screaming. There is a young football team staying here that has been playing football outside my door while screaming at the top of their lungs. Hotel staff has done nothing to quiet the screaming. We have gotten no sleep. I do not recommend this hotel! Let me also had that at 9:30 pm all of the fire alarms went off for a good ten minutes. When I called the front desk to ask about this and the chaos, they informed me that they were testing the fire alarms (at 9:30pm). The party continues outside our door late at night and then at 6am we wake up to people banging on our window and screaming. Thank you, clarion, for putting us in a room in a block of random uncontrolled boys.

Great, convenient location. Friendly staff. Good, hot breakfast. Beautiful pool. Not sure why this place has any bad reviews. We had a great stay!

My girlfriend and I just vacationed here for my birthday week from Atl. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had a problem with our initial room located around the side of the building The hotel promptly accommodated us with a better room pool side. It was clean, comfortable, awesome. Housekeeping was outstanding. We had one issue with Busch gardens tickets we purchased, but Paul fixed the issue without hesitation. I'd recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located to everything. Pool is lighted, clean, and gorgeous. Breakfast good.

Filthy, unsafe (electrical outlets were all shorting and exposed, door did not close securely), and generally run down. We left at 2:00am after the final straw; the entire side of the hotel had a power issue which broke the A/C leaving us with the option of staying in 90+ heat or moving all belongings and 3 children to another room "somewhere, were not sure yet". We decided to leave and stay at another hotel after an hour of waiting. On top of this, the hotel refused a full refund despite being there less than 8 hours. I'll never stay at another Clarion hotel again.

Other than it taking an hour and a half to check in, the soda machines being out of everything to drink, the creepy bar and restaurant owner hanging out at the bar, the prostitue with kids at poolside, the colored people living in the rooms with 5 kids each running around all night, the drug dealers pulling up honking the horn at all hours instead of walking up to the door and knocking, the air conditioner not working, there being no toilet paper, the rude security gaurd, it was pretty nice. Lol. Spend your money a little further up the road. (west)

We stayed at the Clarion Inn and Conference center in Tampa, Fl 7/1/2016 — 07//04/2016 If I could give this hotel less than 1 star I would! Our stay was absolutely awful! The first night I had to call the front desk 4 times, due to the people in the room next to ours was blaring their music all night! 10:00 p. M 11:30 p. M 4:00 a. M and 5:30 a. M! I had a 3 year old that didnt sleep for 2 nights! When we went up to the front desk to complain, there were 2 others up there complaining about the noise. The front desk was not very apologetic AT ALL! The next night I had to call 3 times before anyone actually did anything about it! The pool area was disgusting! The light in the pool was hanging out and people were playing with it! We took the shuttle to Busch Gardens and they told us to call when we were ready to be picked up. We called 20 minutes before we got to the front just to give them enough time to get there. We waited 30 minutes outside the gates for them and they never showed, so I called to ask what the hold up was and they said they couldnt find the driver! They should've called and told us that before we had to wait 30 minutes thinking he was going to show up! Not to mention we had to wait in the rain with a 3 year old! This was such an awful experience and we will definitely not be back!, This was supposed to be a vacation but it definitely wasn't.

Nice looking room, had a great night's sleep, woke up to a decent breakfast. Had a broken lightbulb and got it replaced quickly. No complaints, friendly staff.

The manager was INCREDIBLY rude. Because I work at one of the hotel chains I am able to get the employee discount. I got a confirmation for my suite but when I arrived it was something else. The manager first said there had been a glitch in the system. Later in the conversation she stated that I wouldn't be getting a suite for that price, only if I paid full. I was so embarrassed I asked kindly to get whatever she could give. Walking to my room I passed at least 10 rooms occupied out of the 2500 that were there. All the unoccupied room lights were on. The room that I did get had blood stains and dirty towels along with a dirty sheet on the bed. This is by far my worst experience.

Very adorable and clean! We enjoyed our stay… Breakfast could use a little more variety! The court yard is beautiful!

Don't say I didn't warn you! They hire NON — English speaking people, they never consistent on cleaning. On many occasions I walked in s so called clean room only to find a staff member allowed someone non paying to sleep in the room. When I told Paul at the front desk he wasn't supersized! what does that tell you? On on day I brought in 20 towels that I clean my truck with, of course they were grease spotted, and very dirty, one Hispanic woman took my towels, as if she couldn't see the difference? Again I spoke to Paul front desk manager, and to Maria, the main manager, all they would say was there's nothing we can do now. So I took (2) towels that we used that day and they then claimed I stole them. What a dump, no principles, no morals! All they want is your money! Seriously it's a "hood" hotel in the middle of a HOOD! we found ROACHES! You've been warned!

Had a birthday event and it was nice. Had 2 rooms and the lady ms. Love don't have the hospitality to talk to a paying customer she came to our room we had a sign saying lay lay party and she yelling who is lay lay take this sign down oh there's too many people in this room and we have two rooms and we all was in 1 room and she talking to the kids with attitude and like they grown. So she threatened us like oh if there's a complaint there will be a issue. I better not get a complaint in the am. She said that the radio was too loud. And we complied room what she said but the fact is that she don't know how to talk to people with an attitude and non hospitality. In one room the shower drain was slow and my feet was in my own dirty water room 1093. And the light socket by the dresser we put in our phone charger in and it blow a fuse our room pitch black called for room service took them 10 min. But it did get resolved. Breakfast was great. Till 10am. Pool was nice just don't forget to wear your bands or ms. Love will be yelling at your kids about getting out the pool and put on there bands. It's just how she talks to people with no respect. Yes it's your job to regulate and manage the hotel but it's how you talk to people and how you say it.

Not a good experience. I stay there for 4 days. Just left this am. And experienced Roaches crawling around the room. UGH… Also breakfast clean up started at 9:45am and should've lasted until 10am. So I missed breakfast as well, had to go out and purchase breakfast.

Center court yard and lobby were unexpected. Very nice. Multiple pools that felt like we were at a resort. Room was old but had been updated some. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Had terrible odor and fleas the pet rooms should be separated from the non pet rooms within 10 mins my children and I started itching the staff is very nice and immediately switched me to a much better room but overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center for a week for a competition. When 'we' arrived around 4pm, only two of our rooms were ready and the other two did not become available until 8pm that night. I had to go down and check several times with them and they continued to make the same statement saying "They will be done soon. " When I finally got them, the man at the front desk sat them on the table and didn't even make a statement at all. Through out the week we had half way done rooms. One day one of our room doors were left wide open with only one bed made. Several times the keys stopped working for the rooms so we had to constantly keep getting keys. The room always felt like it was wet and the ac did not work properly. The shower never drained and although maintenance was notified, nothing was ever done. We had someone go into one of the people staying with us drawers and their records that were just recently bought stolen. We had made a complaint and had to fill out some papers three days before we checked out, saying they will make the manager aware and that he/she will look at the cameras. We still haven't heard anything back and it has been days since the incident. I have made further calls since then to the hotel to claim stuff that was left in my room and to find out about the stolen stuff and I have either been hung up on and or no one answered. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean, heated pool. I have no complaints except that they serve the breakfast. The woman was questioning if the food was for me or the 2 toddlers I had standing right next to me. I thought that to be rude, innapropriate and common sense would have answered that without even questioning it. Toast, brownie bites, Waffes, eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwhiches, fruit, yogurt, milk and juice. The food is good at the resturant and bartenders are friendly. Kidmeals are 4.00 and they have half priced appetizers from 4 to 7. Served poolside. Kids loved the pool, yes it's heated. The pirate ship side however is not. Will Def stay again.

Pretty clean and simple. The pirate ship at the pool was cool! Definitely good for an event with a few hundred people, but a bit small.

Way better than it looks! The staff is great! Clean rooms, nice decor, comfortable beds, good food, free breakfast. I also left my medication behind by accident and the staff retrieved it for me and held it for my friend to pick it up. So awesome, it was a very very pleasant surprise :)

Stayed here for a week. On our last night as I type. From the beginning, even before checkin, things were messed up. Got the run around many times before we even arrived. "Do this" "you didn't need to do this" "do this". All over check in. Staff is not well trained and someone named Jo even admitted to this. Things were ok all week as we were barely at room due to work. Although I paid for a pool side room and got no pool view, were completely on the side of hotel and directly outside our room was the ice maker which was LOUD as hell every night. Then Thursday there was a significant electrical fire right outside our room, where smoke came into our room etc. We were never evacuated. Never told what was going on. My husband was actually bathing while power went out and had no idea. Then on Friday, when we finally asked a security man what happened he waived his hand, as if to dismiss us, and said oh yeah. It was a fire. Friday night we tried to get a roll away bed. Front desk told us 2X it was on its was up. Starting around 6pm. As of 10:15, with2 young kids, were told we couldn't and staff just didn't know. We could get whatever extra blankets they could find (due to fire destroying them) so our son can sleep on floor. I'm a travel agent, I will never recommend this place to anyone. In fact will tell clients to avoid.

Booked this hotel for 3 nights, left after the first night. There was only 1 person working at the desk and 1 group of ahead of us, and we waited 30 minutes to check in with a line forming behind us. We got in the room, and there was mold on the lampshade and a dead bug on my comforter. Bugs all/in around the sink. Just a nasty feeling in the room and even walking around outside this area. Sketchy people hang around and I feel safety is an issue. Do not recommend at all. Thankfully we told the front desk why we needed to check out early and they comped the next 2 nights.

It was nice just to spend a night, the beds comfortable, breakfast very good, in front of five gay, pizza hut, etc and diagonal to macy, s… to 2 buschgardens cudras.
