Great stay here! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. We arrived late at night and Daniel was the employee that checked us in. He was so kind and welcoming to us and our dog, Buddy. He even gave him some doggie treats at check in. Buddy was happy about that! We will be sure to stay here whenever we are back in the area.

The inn was nice, very friendly staff. However, the rooms weren't very clean, and the pool tables and deck were not cleaned. The breakfast wasn't very good, and it didn't have any variety. The rooms were cute, and the beds were pretty comfortable, but it could've been much better.

The staff was very helpful at resolving a reservation issue. The room was VERY CLEAN, I dare to say SPOTLESS. I will be looking to book here for the company retreat!

Awesome! Lobby so pretty with coffee available all the time. Room so clean. First time I ever felt so comfortable sleeping away from home. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful place, only like 3 minutes from busch gardens and adventure island. Very friendly staff and housekeeping super respectful towards your privacy. Rooms are cozy to stay in. Pool is a good size and hot tub was small but very warm.

Basic, no frills, good for the price. No real complaints. There *was* a dead cockroach in my room (I have pics for proof! ) but honestly… it's Florida. There are roaches. It kinda comes with the territory. I won't taint the Google maps page with the photo unless it's really necessary, lol.

Staff has been very polite and helpful. This hotel is pet friendly which is a great plus for animal people. I would definitely use this hotel again if/when I visit this same area!

Great location and wonderful staff (including Housekeeping! ). We had 2 rooms and both were very clean, plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner in both rooms! We had requested a late check out due to my Granddaughter having an early morning appointment at Shriners Hospital. Both the front desk and Housekeeping staff (and yes, Housekeeping DOES speak & understand English and were very friendly! ) were extremely accommodating to our situation! We had our service dog with us as well, and there was plenty of places to walk her. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It was clean and nice. Staff was great house keeping doesn't speak English and aren't the friendliest. Everything else was great. If more than one person in the room you will need to request extra everything for showers. No conditioner just shampoo there. Beds great. Wall outlets don't hold your plugs unless u prop them.

A room in good condition, odor free even though this hotel accepts pets. Not enough outdoor space for dog walking. Half mile from busch gardens. Great value.

Unfortunately we cannot stay here again. We stayed for 12 days. We were not told in advance that it was a pet friendly hotel, which for certain rooms that is fine. But all rooms we found out can be rented out for guests with pets. We found out by being surrounded half way through our stay. We had dogs barking on one side and across the hall and they were barking at each other through the doors and in the halls at late hours of the night. My husband has asthma, and thankfully he did not have an attack.

Ideal location, most attractions are within a few miles. They have ample parking, a swimming pool and a bath tub. The building from the outside seems a little old and unassuming, but that's the only odd thing about it. The room as well as the bath was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels, bedsheets were clean, plus there was tv, micro, fridge, coffee maker, and iron in the room. Oh and their free breakfast was pretty decent with waffles, bagles, and more. The administration was very courteous and helpful. I wasn't expecting all this for an affordable price.

Front desk service was very welcoming… everthing else deserves a 2.5 to a 3. The beds were very uncomfortable. The A. C. Runs loud like an airplane is about to land in your room. The pull out beds are very hard my kids complained the whole time. The small refrigerator did not cool off the drinks. Instead ice built up in it and did nothing to keep our water cold. I would not recommend a family stay here.

I would stay at this property again. Reception was a pleasure, greeted by a warm smiling face. The room was very clean and quiet.

If you like stale bread toast… this is the place. That's about all the hot breakfast you get.

The Hotel is close to Busch Gardens Park. The service and the rooms were very comfortable. It'S Economical. I recommend It.

Super friendly staff from Kitty at the Front Desk to John the General Manager. Very Welcoming! Accommodations are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of wonderful selections. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Tampa Area.

Good location, good value for your money, clean rooms! The only part was the bed had a divot in the center so clearly some new mattresses are needed. Otherwise the staff was nice and accommodating.

Good value for the price paid. Very convenient location for visiting nearby attractions (sun done, Busch gardens. ) Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast left something to be desired but there are plenty of restaurants nearby for dining and drinking options.

Very nice, if brief and unexpected, visit. Rooms are large, clean. Water is hot. Breakfast of waffles, eggs, coffee and juice was good. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The staff is gracious and caring. The breakfast bar was well stocked in the hotel. The laundry machines worked. It allow pets. This a big plus especially for a hurricane. I am very impressed with La Quinta.

Location was perfect for our stay just across the street from the entrance to USF. The hotel is clean with nice amenities. Breakfast included with room consisted of bagels, juice, made to order waffles, yogurt etc. The outside pool area is nice and scenic. Rooms are spacious with 2 double beds, refrigerator, microwave, desk, TV. The only complaint is the room seemed a little musty but fine once the a/c was turned down. Beds are comfortable plenty of pillows and clean.

Stayed in the double bed room. Clean & roomy. Staff friendly. Grounds clean, enjoyed the pool. Would come here again.

Breakfast was yummy and fresh! Location was very convenient for my daughter's tour of USF's campus.

Stayed 5 nights… room and bath were both pretty spacious. We had a king room with a sofa. They also have 1 bedroom suites. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean, grounds are very well kept. Staff is outstanding! Kudos to Hannah and her staff! They even called our room after we checked in toassure we were satisfied. I definitely recommend this establishment. It is close to everything. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the lack of a restaurant on site, but I knew that prior to making the reservations. Yes, they allow pets as do all the LA Quinta's. People that write bad reviews because of the pets are not being fair to this establishment, blame the pet owners, not the establishment. Personally, I was more annoyed by the kids running up and down the halls and the noisy ADULTS getting the dogs all riled up, That is the lack of good parenting and and disrespect, not the fault of the establishment. Try and request a room that is away from a room with a dog.

The king size room we stayed in was clean and spacious. The mattress was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The check-in process was easy — we were able to get keys in hand in less than 10 minutes. The room was on the 3rd floor and I did not have any problems with noisy neighbors. My only complaint was that the cable was out of order and I couldn't watch the game.

The hotel had our reservation until we got there very late, friendly staff, clean rooms. Nothing luxurious but a good place to stay. Breakfast lacked heat, like seriously this place would really benefit from a hot breakfast like like eggs and breakfast meats. But the continental breakfast was decent. Overall would stay here again, price was great and place was okay.
