Love, love, love the pool and the patio courtyard area’s. Front desk gentlemen were very nice and helpful. Has 2 bars. The room was perfect and priced well.

This is an awesome spacious hotel with plenty of parking and a heated pool The breakfast could be done better but all in all this is a good hotel clean no bed bugs no roaches.

Great for dancing good food.

No elevator so makes getting to and from 2nd floor difficult.

My boyfriends grandpa checked in before I got off work. He’s a older man and went straight to sleep when I arrived I discovered that our room was not cleaned properly when I went to take a bath there was long black hairs surrounding the tub which I have short brown hair the surrounding of the toilet was nasty as well. When I went down there they told me they couldn’t do anything…. Who says that. I had to work the next morning so I tried to call them about the issue and no one answered! I go down there when I return from work and finally got someone to come clean our room…. Our coffee pot was missing pieces and I requested a new one and never received one. When we checked in we was told they aren’t doing breakfast and the restaurant was no longer open…. The Wi-Fi didn’t work either. None of the amenities that was included was even available besides the pool and a very very small gym. And let’s tight it all together our room had a big big roach in it. See pic! Do not stay here! We checked out a day earlier then we had too!

When I walked in the front door of this place I felt like I was entering a grand marble castle. It was so well lite and colorful. Very beautiful.
then came the staff. From the GM who checked me in to the room service. They were all so very professional. The rooms was online with "at home". There was a very relaxed comfort to this place.
the pool was well maintained and everything was very clean and well maintained.
I give this place a 100% approval.

I had issues with my hotel room yesterday when I got in. The first room had cockroaches on the floor coming out of the sink and refrigerator and a yellow stain on my comforter which I have a picture of. So I went to the front desk he gave me a different room. I got to that room and it said it was a non smoking room but smelt like an ashtray. So I went back to the front desk and he put me in a third room which is fine. The guy at the front desk told me to tell the person tomorrow who was working front desk because it would be better to hear from me. So I called up the front desk and got put on hold for like five minutes he finally answers and goes hello I said hey is this the front desk he goes yes I said well I had issues with my rooms lastnight and the guy wanted me to talk to yall. He goes ok what is your name and your room I told him and room *** he goes nope youre not in that room try again I said im in *** in my room now he goes oh I thought you said ***. He goes so what do you want. I began to explain what happened he cut me off and goes yeh then we put you in a different room it was smoky you didnt like that so we put you in another you we accommodated you and youre still complaining. I said sir im not complaining im doing what the guy told me to do he goes well what do you want us to do. He said we have it all documented and already know all of this. Next time you come you can get **% off. I said thanks and hung up. He was so rude to me.

Fun atmosphere. Enjoyed the crowd.

Walked in at 4am and got a room. Walked out to security gaurd having a personal dispute with spouse. I was tired and let that go, drive up to the room and there is a big group of people outside with loud music. Still very tired and just needed a rest from the road. Got in the room, which had a mildew smell. At this point minor things that I can overlook. I wake up a few hours later 9am and check my bank. I was double charged. Go to speak to manager that swears was an Authorization and swears she reversed it but it could take up to 7 days to see. Eat breakfast with my family, which was a good breakfast and leave to our destination. Come home from vacation 10 days later, speak to my bank and it was indeed double charged with no reversal. Called Clarion and man said I had 3 reservations, but only one went through? I honestly walked in from a 14 hour drive and made no reservations. He said the manager was not onsite but at a conference. I disputed it with my bank. I will never stay again because of everything. If you stay, pay in cash.

The place was beautiful and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Even the escort we met at the pool lounge area was pleasant to talk to. 5/5 stars, would reccomend.

You should really think about telling guests when there is going to be a loud party going on at the pool. It's after 11pm with no signs of it stopping. Completely inconsiderate of your other guests. Had we known we would have asked for a different room on the other side of the hotel or make other arrangements.
The room is clean, linens are clean but none of that really helps when I'm trying to sleep before the last of my road trip tomorrow.
Very disappointed.
If you want an actual good nights rest, spend your money elsewhere.

I had THE WORST experience with the front desk after getting my key card stolen, not lost, stolen. She would not deactivate the card until I arrived back, even though I explained to her how far away I was. Thankfully the person with the stolen key card, in the envelope with my room number did not go there. She showed no empathy or compassion to my situation. And told me that there was no manager at the property. It was very disheartening. A shame because I was impressed with the remodel of the hotel.

I am impressed. Clean and classy place to stay. My room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. They gave me a free upgrade on the first floor facing the glamorous pool area. Price was more than reasonable. I am happy.

My wedding was held here earlier this year and the staff were all so awesome.

The absolute worst experience of my life. This hotel has to be the worst on the planet. I had to call the front desk 3 times at 4am, 5am and 6am because the people in the room next to us were in the hallway talking like there was nobody else at the hotel. Loudly carrying on and smoking in the hallway to the point where it filtered into our room. Every time I was told Security would come down. The 3rd time I drove up to the front desk and talked to this "supposed" Security person. He act like he had been down there and there wasn't anything else he can do. Well guess what, there is something else I can do and that is make sure that NOBODY ever stays in your hotel again. When my family goes on vacation and decides to spend our hard earned money, it will be somewhere else other than the Clarion Hotel in Brandon/Tampa. Rest assured, this post will not only be going on your page but my personal page as well so my 800 friends also get the word of advice. We just came back from there today. We needed a handicap access room, my husband is a stroke survivor. The lady at front desk hesitated to give us a first floor room, she gave me a second floor of course my hubby couldnt go up. I went back to her and she asked me if my husband even tried to go up… It was 9:15 pm and I was so tired from driving almost brake down in front of her then she found out that she had one first floor room. Next day we went to the pool and the lifter was broken, they remodeled the whole hotel but the handicaped was left out. Hotel was beautiful service was very good over all but NOT suitable for people with severe limitations.

The pool at the Clarion Inn is amazing! My room was comfortable and extremely clean. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I understand that the breakfast menu has recently been revised and I enjoyed an excellent meal. I will definitely return when in Tampa.

The room was very clean and the staff is excellent. The little details to the building and pool area is neat. However, the breakfast not so great and the pool bar should be open a little earlier. It was closed when we checked in at 4:30 and was closed at 9pm when we got back from our movie. Other than that it is a good spot for a quick get away.

I hv been here a few times in the past. But, this experience wasn't this hat great! Sheets was gritty, our room smell like pissing and the A. C wasn't really working right. Very hot and humid in our room. The shower had hair in it from previous guests. This wasn't our best stay.
