Very clean and helpful and enjoyable.

Close to all our needs while we have a staycation. Parks, top golf, shopping and live the facilities and the breakfast isn’t bad either. Plenty of room in the suite for a longer stay. Plenty of room for multiple people and their stuff. Nice stairways too, I know that sounds strange but I take the stairs a lot in hotels and some are quite sketchy.

Kiki is great the hostess with the mostest.

Great hotel, but the bathroom was molded and shower rod was loose because it was installed incorrectly. The pullout couch is riddled with pee stains. The breakfast buffet is unorganized, but the food is great. No safe for your belongings. Stains on the carpet. Overall great customer service. Friendly staff. Great experience and price. Not to far from park.

Very clean, front desk was amazing, rooms spectacular, however I left something behind and I called immediately, well somehow the only persons with a master key said my stuff was not found. So, it's a great stay, but double and triple check before you leave because house keeping is not honest. I will say the head manager saved it and made it right with me. It would have been 5 stars.

Great place and location. Easy access on and off highway. The king suite was awesome. The bathroom had a separate shower from the tub which was very large. Only thing missing would be a safety bar in the shower and something to put shampoo bottles on. Location was closer to casino and other attractions if not going to beach. Will definitely stay here again.

OK hotel with good staff but DO NOT use their park and cruise! Trip to the port was fine. Driver said to call hotel upon our return. Called at 9:15 am. Hotel called back 10 minutes later and said the driver would be there to pick us up by 10:00 am. To make a long story short, we finally got picked up at 11:30 am. Recommend picking a hotel that runs their own shuttle or at least tells you the truth about when you can expect a ride.

We stayed two days. The staff were friendly and helpful at every turn. They went out of their way to make us happy, and they succeeded. We will absolutely stay here again. (There is a strange smell in the lobby. It is not moldy smelling. More like carpet cleaner, I think. )

Swell place. Great staff. Convenient to highways and shopping/restaurants. Works for me.

I loved the suite we were in. Due to Hurricane Irma we couldn't live in our house and not only did it give us a sense of home, the staff was amazing. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

I have never been so amazed by the staff, managers and VP taking care of a full house during HURRICANE Irma. They went way beyond my expectations during chaos with dogs, cats, birds and who know what kind of pet was brought in. But they met every need that I heard people asking for. All the chatter while we were mingling with other guests was the same as mine, that this hotel even though it did not have a generator it was the best place to evacuate to!
It was also very well built couldn't hear a thing outside. We couldn't tell a massive hurricane was on top of us.
They also kept this hotel very clean the entire time even with no power and employees were using buckets of water from the pool taking it to rooms for everyone to flush toilets so that alone is 10 stars! I hope this is seen for years to come because of this group of employees and management can handle 100s of people and pets during the worst of time imagine how great it is to be there when it's back to normal!

I Marriott and usually have no problems, but this time, 1 elevator was broken and the other would stop at the floor about a 1" to high. Also, the elevator is way to slow. The a. C. In the room was noisy and would cool down, but the minute it stopped, would get slightly warm they had a thermostat on the that was off and was using the fashion AC by the window you adjust.

When I travel mainly I used the Marriott hotels chain and, so far I haven't been disappointed. The SpringHill Suites Tampa is great the room and front desk service excellent including breakfast. My only issue my room had a funky smell when check in and when I saw a housekeeper she took care of it immediately. I'll definitely will stay here whenever I visit the Tampa area.

Location is great, there's shopping, food and entertainment close. Rooms are clean and a great size. Staff are friendly seems like they enjoy their jobs.

The workers are extremely friendly and helpful. The building and facilities are clean.

First let me say, this is the first bad review I've ever written. I stayed two nights at this hotel for the second time in six months — both times the auto deadbolts were sticking and require maintenance to come let me in my room. Maintenance came and took the deadbolts off auto, but when they did that, it would not let me deadbolt my door (not safe for single woman traveling alone) In addition, last night my air was broken, and the hotel was sold out so they couldn't move me into another room. I spoke with Jessica Cook the manager trying to resolve these issues, and she was in denial that anything negative happened. This could be a really great property because it has a very convenient location, and the ladies in the breakfast area were sweet as pie! But as far as everything else, I could not recommend this property!

Clean and modern facilty.

Just got in today for a full work week. Newly renovated, large rooms, VERY CLEAN! Excellent Staff, WOW! First Class Hotel at a GREAT Price! Stay here and you will NOT be disappointed! I'm loving it already.

Nice location. Pretty laid back. This is the lowest good rate with good quality. I was able to get for Last Sunday October 5'2014. Real good deal. That was amazing. They were kind enough to give time to check out late also — Very nice people. This is very close to I-75. If you do not want to stay in Tampa or prepared to drive few miles-this is ideal. This Spring Hill Suites has Microwave, Refrigerator-well furnished also. I stayed in Room 106. It was outstanding. To mention few good people are: The lady who checked me in Caitlin or Catlin or hope I spell her name correctly. She is very quick, sharp, very helpful. She is so matured at her age — she can talk on Philosophy and guide people. very nice person. Caring and very useful and she wanted to pronounce indian names really nice. her manager Jessica is really awesome. They both excel in the work, Sri.

I'm from Canada and stayed in this hotel from November 25 to December 4, 2013, hoping for a nice break away from our cold winter weather. My room in the SpringHill Suites Tampa Brandon had bedbugs; I found 6 bites on my body the second day there (origin of bites confirmed later by medical personnel). The manager brought in a person to inspect the room saying this person comes in to inspect rooms weekly. In a short time, cleaning staff came in stripped the bedding and put it in plastic bags which were removed. The manager moved me to a different room, gave two days free rent and reduced the daily fee for the remaining time there. The same person who inspected the first room came in and sprayed the second room (I assume with something to kill bedbugs? ). Three days later, in the second room, I found four more bites. I was afraid to sleep! The manager said I was the ONLY patron who had complained — which IMHO is highly doubtful. Outside there was a a half ton truck parked with what appeared to be 4 cu. Ft. Sealed cardboard boxes filling its box. They were taped with tape that said they were filled with hotel bedding and linens. Much more bedding and linen than from just one room. The front desk staff were friendly and competent, the breakfast buffet was fine, there was a washer and dryer available, and a small exercise room.

I stayed here on the 3 of September for one night on my government rate. I'm a government employee so I stay at many 3 to 5 star hotels. This was the worst experience I ever had at any hotel I've visited. I was rushing to catch a flight so I left at 9:30 REMIND YOU check out time is at 11AM. So I gathered all my things thinking I had gathered all of my belongings I notice from the airport I had left my 100$ bottle of Gucci guilty cologne and a Gucci business card carrier. Call the hotel from airport got the run around just to speak to the housekeeping manager. Was told they will contact me back after they look for my items. REMIND YOU I left it right on the desk in the room. Housekeeping stole my belongings. Stay away from here if you want to keep what you own because im pretty sure they take from rooms also. You have been warned other than that great hotel.

The internet speed here is laughable.
