They have a bathtub! hotels seem to be doing away with them! nice.

First I'd like to say the room was dirty when they checked in. The front desk person hector j hernandez was a dick and completely offensive and unnecessarily unprofessional. Furthermore my company has done a lot of business with these folks, but never again will I or any of my associates recommend this hotel to anyone. Matter of fact I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it first hand… the audacity of professionalism these guys demonstrate is astounding.

Ok for the price. Elevator was a little scary. I have a mysterious 20 charge I wasn't told about. Breakfast was average. Pool was small and dirty. Room was kind of small and smelled like mildew.

Stayed as a last minute reservation through priceline, got a small queen bedroom for 2 adults. It was alright but room had a musky smell and a/c was struggling to keep the room cold, thankfully we only had the room to crash after a night out in town, if I had to spend more time in the room I might have asked to be moved of the room. Brekfast was decent (egg, sausage patties, toast, oatmeal, waffles, juice, milk and coffee)

It had beautiful inside, polite staff, great breakfast and only issue was a pill cutter and meds were found by my daughter. They also found two gross rubberbands. We threw them out so no one will be hurt. Just when turning rooms check in those areas. But, I felt safe and a great continental breakfast!

I love the Marriott chain of hotels. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff are very pleasant.

Great location. Less than a minute from the interstate & 5 minutes to the mall. Plenty of dining option in that vicinity, as well. Somewhat hidden, but, therefore, private. Easy to get in & out of the parking lot with front & back entrance & exit right off the main road.

It was clean enough and nice enough, but a bit older property, I'd guess. It's fine but not great.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield. Rooms were clean and not too small, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were quite pleasant and helpful too.

Definitely issue with humidity. Room smells horrible. Beds feel wet. Lobby and staff were nice. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast should be served earlier then 630am … 5am is a good time for those who have to work early or catch a flight. Staff was great n room was comfortable.

The building and room we stayed in had a strong mold smell. The walls seemed thin as I could hear everything in the hotel. Service and check in was great.

This is the worse Hotel in this chain I have stayed ever… rooms are small… old… need big renovation… the carpet has that smell… there was a running coacroch when we walked in… cofee maker not working… bathtub old and rusty… and on top of that, I felt my watch in the room when I check out, called them 20 times and still waiting to hear back from them. Stay away of this overpriced, dishonest and outdated hotel.

Beautiful room, comfy bed, after our long travel we slept so good. Front desk was amazing they gave us some suggestions of where to go eat in town. Breakfast here was yummy. Great selections. Scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, choices of pork or turkey breakfast sausage, salsa, cheese, bagels, english muffins, breakfast pound cakes, fruit, make your own waffles, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fresh orange juice and apple juice and fun toppings for your waffles. Heidi is over the food and she was wonderful. This was the best hotel stay. When we come back to florida we will definitely come back to stay here.

I mean you sold our room" "I can sell you another room but I can't comp you" Alright cool thanks. I mean the clerk seemed nice enough he's just doin his job I guess. Update: I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars. The above still happened, but I happened to leave my shoes in my room. They offered to ship them to me, but they got lost in shipping so they bought me new shoes. So I can't be mad. Thanks Fairfield.

I use to work at marriott in tennessee and every time I go to a hotel it's gotta be marriott if it's affordable for me.

Great room even better deal on the room. Comfy bed and soft towels. Can't wait to stay there again.

It's a beautiful hotel, with wonderful staff and a great location. I highly recommend staying here!

Had a pleasant stay here. Was easy to access from I-4. Room was very comfy and decorated in a cheerful modern style. The beds were not too firm nor too soft with comfy pillows. The curtains kept out the light in the morning and the balcony was nice to let in fresh air. All in all a wonderful two nights and will definitely return.

Great customer service and comfortable rooms. In the morning an above average hot breakfast. Beds are comfy rooms are clean and showers are awesome.

I really liked the hotel there were very friendly workers I received well local was well clean they also served breakfast the other day the pieces were nice as the bathroom and also as the Fornitura was close to the casino and I would recommend this hotel to other people In the future because I had a good experience.

Very nice room. There was a baby in the next room who kept me up most of the night, thin walls. When and told the front desk at 3 a. M. He called them and she said she was trying to keep him quiet so the front desk was very understanding and accommodating other than that it was a very delightful stay I highly recommend this place.

Nice enough hotel. Very friendly folks at the front desk and working the breakfast buffet in the morning. The room was a bit small and had a slightly musty odor. Really, though, it served our needs quite well.

Nice location.   Don't plan on working out though.   They have two cardio machines and no weights or machines.   The hotel is older and there's only one elevator which means it can takea while to get to your room.   Rooms are nice enough and the lobby appears redone.   Staff was nice and breakfast was typical. Location is great, close to much food options and the highways.

We reserved 2 rooms. They were both clean and equip with a coffee maker and refrigerator. The continental breakfast was fresh and tasty. We've stayed at Marriott properties in the past and this one did not disappoint.

Our car club, Enchanted Dreamz, stayed there 5 years in a row during the Lowrider Magazine car show tour in Tampa. Great place friendly staff. A+

Rooms at the Courtyard, directly across from Fairfield Inn, were clean, cool, comfortable, and very well stocked. Staff was courteous, the houseman, M. Mercado was very accommodating even though very busy. Mr. Mercado made sure every need was met. My only complaint was with the front desk associates' attitude 9/11-9/13 3pm-11pm. Overall this was a pleasant stay after hurricane Irma. I will stay here again. Courtyard Marriott.

Super disappointed, first off we're Marriott rewards members so we like to stay where we earn points but this location was unsatisfactory. First they held $100 on the card and didn't tell us until we signed a "no party contract", I'm sorry you have issues with other customers but you should disclose this to your patrons before we book. Then we specifically asked for rooms near each other and instead were given 4 rooms all in different areas, 3 of which were all on different floors, 2 of us got handicap rooms which I feel was inappropriate in case someone needed those. Next when going into the rooms there was signs of water damage and paint peeling as well as a rock hard old bed. Later in the evening while out I was told about a shuttle, when I called the hotel at 1:45 am I was put on hold for 7 minutes, what could possibly be going on at that time? After we returned to the hotel via Uber the night desk clerk was just sitting there, didn't even say hello. The walls are paper thin as well as our other group members below us said they could not only hear us walking but also what we were saying. I'm disappointed in this location and will not be returning. The only plus side was 2 female clerks who were nice and courteous.

We stayed for one night with no problems. The rooms are perfect for a night or two and the hotel is in a good location to get on the highway. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast was good too. Always enough for everyone. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in search of a quick overnight.

Restaurant is a snack bar. My biggest complaint is that no one can answer questions from hotel issues to where a specific restaurant would. And none of them wanted to attempt to find out the answers. The hot tub was cold and the pool was freezing. Honesty there was one maintenance guy that worked his butt off to please people and actually new the answers to any of my questions. He's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars otherwise it would only be 2 stars. I was there with a large group of 60+ people for 2 nights. The snack bar people were gems to.

My only complaint is the $5.00 bag of chips… that's a bit much other than that the stay was great.

Called to notify the hotel that we were traveling for my child's 5th birthday for Lego land, and asked if they were able to put a note or something in the room prior to check in (as a parent we want every birthday to be as special and memorable as possible) at first I was told (rudely by Rosita) no, that they weren't able to do this, which I was completely baffled by, It was such a simple gesture that would have made a world of a difference. After speaking with Carly, the manager, she assured me that they would do something special for the birthday girl. Once we arrived, May checked us in and was absolutely delightful! When we got to the room we were surprised to see a card, signed by all the staff, mini cupcakes and a happy birthday balloon. Natalie, May and Carly truly went above and beyond! Clean facility, wonderful staff and comfy beds!

Location is pretty good, accessible to the major highways. The hotel itself could use an update. Rooms are definitely out of date. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is passable.

It's a Fairfield. They just went through a renovation. Breakfast is adequate. The pillows are actually really nice.

Do not stay here. Horrible hotel. Lack of respect and customer service for their customers from the moment we walked in we were not treated as we shoupd have been. I will never use this hotel or its partners ever again after the complete disrespect we (8u football team) received after spending a week there. The manager, Jeffrey was totally rude to the kids and adults, the nerve of you to remove breakfast when the kids were attempting to eat. The breakfast wasn't really great, but we made the best of it. The experience was one I'll never forget because of the lack of care and concern that this hotel had. For our organization to spend thousands of dollars and be treated the way we were, was unfortunate because they will never received our business again. This was not a kid friendly hotel as well. Rooms barely were cleaned and sheets were not turned over. My daughter threw up and it was obvious but the bed was just made over with the stains and sheets still there. My kids and I have a cold from the mold and dust coming from the a/c. I will take this higher and make it known that the experience we received can not and won't be tolerated by paying customers, something needs to be done.

My husband and I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving, (Th, 26 Nov-Sun, 29 Nov 2015) while we visited my family in Brandon. We had to change rooms four times upon our arrival on Th, 26 Nov 2015 (Thanksgiving Day! ) because they all smelled like musty mold. When we arrived to our fourth room, it didn't smell like mold but then we discovered the air conditioning didn't work. We had already unpacked for our lengthy stay, so my husband didn't want to move all of our belongings to another room. On F, 27 Nov, my husband tinkered with the air conditioning and finally was able to get it working. But, then the room smelled like musty mold like the others. I went to breakfast on F, Sat and Sun and it was very unappetizing. The round and hot dog shaped sausage was a gross beige and the scrambled eggs were hard. The only eatable item were the waffles. After our miserable stay, my husband and I ended up with a cold from the musty moldy smelling air conditioning. That ventilation just can't be healthy. I hope we don't die from Legionnaire's disease: As an Elite Platinum Marriott Rewards member, I am very disappointed with this stay. I am an unsatisfied customer and would like my money back.

A group of us spent a night at the resort in August as we were in the area for a wedding. We slept well and enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. I needs extra linen as there were three of us sharing the room and not only was it provided instantly the desk clerk walked with me and took the linen to the room. Thanks much. Theresa Lindo.

I stayed here for a week early October 2015. The housekeeping staff was awesome, the breakfast was good and the pool was beautiful. My biggest issue was that as I checked in we found 2 huge cockroaches running wild in the room. I complained about it but not much was done. This happened 3 times during my stay. Still at the end they charged me full stay.

This hotel is very high quality and clean. The continental breakfast is thorough and includes two bagel makers and tons of toppings. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No complaints here at all!
