This is my favorite hotel in the Tampa Bay Area. Amenities are great. Food is phenomenal. Beds are always comfortable (been staying at this hotel for over 10yrs). Recently renovated the lobby, hotel bar and Restraunant is well appointed. Love the views from the rooms; boardwalk strolls to the docks to watch the sunset or have a cocktail and dinner along the bay at oystercatchers are all a must! Cocktails are outstanding at oystercatchers. The villas remind me villas in the Caribbean with vaulted ceilings and beams. Staff is friendly, kind, most of all helpful and prompt. Check in is fast. The bar is the lobby whole well stocked, if you ask for something off menu even though they have the ingredients isn’t as outgoing/adventurous as oystercatchers-they won’t make it.

We have stayed here several times and love this hotel. The historical aspect is very interesting to us. The location is fantastic and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are quite large and we have enjoyed the restaurant and bar several times. We just had all of our out-of-town guests staying here for our daughter‘s wedding. Everyone loved it!

Very nice location if you prefer being away from the city in the quiet and peaceful proximity of the bay.

Not enough lighting in the rooms and they allowed guests to host loud parties at 6:30 in the freaking morning. AND to top it off! They charge for parking, I can understand visitors, but if you’re paying over $250 a night for a room, parking should be included.

Bartender was great with information even with covid in the way, friendly and respectful staff and the entire place is so clean and presentable. And the staff is very quick to fulfill requests for items needed in the room I fully recommend this hotel. It's a perfect 10/10 just wish all the features they usually have (prior to covid) were available.

Beautiful views of Tampa bay, the hotel restaurant is not open yet, the one choice is a walk away from the main hotel building by the water and it has amazing views as well. Self parking available, no valet yet, and no pool bar serving yet.

2. Broken room safe
3. Torn shower curtain liner causing water all over bathroom.
4. Light in mirror not working.
5. Room cleaning after 3:30 after calling for service twice.

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Tampa for vacation. Was a great stay. From the people at the front desk to the maid service, we were treated like royalty. Our tub water was going down slowly, and they came immediately to correct it. Not only did they fix it, but they left a chocolate wrench and a complementary bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Recently was visiting for a weekend conference and was very pleasently surprised at this hotel. Beautiful entrance leading to a lobby and check in that was comfortable and classy. Rooms were nice size and the view of the bay was beautiful. The outside spaces on the property have breath taking views. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to come back.

Hotel is nice. Management (front desk and higher management) will lie to you about what you will get when you arrive even if talk to the GM… He came from Texas and isn’t helping this hotel. He should be managing a Hyatt Place. Hotel has poor management all around. Being an elite member I would expect that housekeeping would be able to read and figure out my preferences. I was wrong. I had to call down daily because they would forget something or not do it in general. Property is nice. I would recommend staying here IF they had a entire new management team.

The manager Ms Barbara who takes care of the outside pool area made me feel very special, she overheard me talking that it was my birthday and she immediately ran over to wish me happy birthday, and brought me and my mother complimentary drinks. I also would like to recognize Riley who is a young man that works at the front when you check-in he was very professional and upbeat he made me feel special on my very special day. Thank you Grand Hyatt.

Great hotel, so much to do we couldn't do it all in 3 days. I thought the breakfast buffet was a little pricey and was not explained. There are 2 different to purchase. There was also an older lady who say us that was rude. She yelled at me for asking for a menu said I should just get the buffet, which she didn't explain. Everything else was great! Our room was large, comfortable and clean, the staff at the front desk and bartenders were more than accommodating and friendly! I was a little sad on a Saturday night they didn't have the fire pit going on the beach, and the jacuzzi never had the jets going but the pools were fantastic and very clean. Overall it was a good experience. I'd come back!

My husband and I stayed here a few days for the 4th of July and the hotel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The view from our room was incredible! We got a little bit of everything from the view… the city lights at night, a partial ocean/bay view even watched planes taking off and landing. When the fire works started it was wall-to-wall views of beautiful lights! :-) VERY NICE! The staff were very nice and professional, hotel room was clean and spacious. Room cleaned & fresh towels brought daily while we were out. The ONLY reason for a 4 star review were the beds not being very comfortable. They were VERY firm and made sleeping pretty uncomfortable. As much as we loved our time in Tampa, we were glad when we could get back home to our own soft bed… Other that that, WONDERFUL!

I had the best experience at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay! The hotel is so classy, extremely spacious and very chic! The suite was unbelievable! Marble on the floor, the bed sheets were irreproachable, extremely clean and pleasant atmosphere. And the view is to die for… Unlike other hotels of this rank, there is a huge free parking garage which give you the opportunity to save some money. Evidently you still have the valet option, but you don’t have to pay for parking. I stayed there for my graduation weekend and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms and amenities. Great staff. First time in many hotels I truly felt the room attendants (cleaners) were well trained, skilled and managed in their profession compared to other hotels — I’m a bit of a hygiene freak, so well done! Pay that extra few $$ for the bay view, it’s worth it. You cannot fault this hotel. I’ll be back soon.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for our destination wedding, as well as about 90% of our guests. When we first started working with them they seemed like they were in a transition and were having difficulty answering our questions which made us a little nervous. Not long into the process, Nicole, an event planning manager, started working with us. Nicole was great! She always answered any random question we had very promptly and it was great to know we had someone to go to with any questions or concerns since we had such a big group there. She even left us (bride/groom) a card, champagne and strawberries in our hotel room the night of our wedding. It was such a great surprise after a long day. The property was great and had so many options of things to do. The rooms were clean and updated. The views of the bay were amazing! The guests thought the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great experience here!

Great place to stay! Very classy and great location. We stay here everytime we come to Tampa. Unbelievable military discount (State & Gov too) extremely helpful staff and room service is great. Always clean, always polite, and always worth it.

This is surely one of the better Hyatts. Super nice swimming pools, a nice restaurants on the ground floor, and Armani's on top floor. The hotel also had a pathway, sort of a trail leading to the bay area waters. The evening at the end of this trail felt surreal. The hotel also has a restaurant, I think it was called Oysters, which is 5 minutes away from the hotel. You can go around and chill there in the sun. It is not very far from the Airport, and hence is a good option always.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Nicely appointed with great amenities like Wi-Fi and toiletries. Comfy bed and bar/restaurant is nice and classy. The staff is really nice and awesome pool areas with a stunning view of the bay from some rooms with no extra charge. Would definitely stay here again.

On arriving I was told that I was a "security risk" because a different member of our party had booked the room even though I was handing them my credit card and my ID and explained that the others in our party were 10 minutes behind us and we had travelled a long distance with a 3 year old. I didn't appreciate being referred to as a security risk. Staff was obviously poorly trained. Not a great place for families as the hotel lack some amenities. Clean, difficult roads to navigate around Tampa Bay with several exit and lane changes needed at high speed. Close to the airport. Good windows, quiet rooms. Went to Armani's, to check the menu while still in travelling gear (shorts, t-shirt). Wasn't greeted by staff — they ignored me and greeted the guy behind me. Pretentious for hotel staff probably earning under $30 an hr.

My primary hotel option when traveling to Tampa for business. The hotel is very close to the airport and office. There are two good restaurants on the property as well as a standard hotel bar/room delivery option. Rooms are standard for a Grand Hyatt. The Grand Club is fine with excellent views of Tampa Bay! Self parking is free. Shuttle for airport runs is great as well. On premise gift/snack shop is really over priced. It seems like they charge 100% markup on local retail prices making it necessary for me to make a stop off property for needed items.

I spent so much time trying to pick the perfect hotel for my boyfriend and I because we were going to Tampa for our anniversary. We stayed in a room with just one king bed on the bay side, the picture attached is a view from our room — it was beautiful. We also purchased the “romance” package and were given a bottle of champagne upon arrival, and had complimentary breakfasts delivered to our room. Food was delicious! (Also included valet parking but we didn’t use it) the late checkout was also nice, as we didn’t feel rushed in the morning. The hotel has a boardwalk through trees and water that leads to a gazebo on the bay which was amazing. The boardwalk also leads to a restaurant and a second pool. The main pool has a lot of different seating areas, including a swing by a pond. The staff was all beyond helpful & pleasant. I will mention though, we did feel slightly out of place as I didn’t see another “casual” couple the entire weekend. Everyone seemed to be there for events or business and we were definitely the only people strolling through the lobby in our sweatpants at 11pm on our way outside to the pool. (This is not a complaint — simply an observation) Overall — an amazing experience and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful place even with kids for kayaking. Staffs are super friendly, water around the port is quite shallow, safe for kids! But if you go farther you can feel the waves from deeper water. A definitely go option, but do remember to book the jet ski in advance as they only have two available.

My husband and I can not say enough about this magnificent place! The grounds were gorgeous, the hotel and rooms were immaculate, the restaurants were top notch, the pools were gorgeous, and the staff were the best I have ever experienced. I was there for a conference and stayed on a few days after for a little mini vacation. My husband came along with me and he was treated royally! If traveling to Tampa this hotel would be so worth the price! We never had to leave the grounds to have a good time! Even though I was there for work, I couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing stay! Thank you for making us feel so at home! We’ll be back some day!

My fiance and I came here for her birthday for the weekend. We stayed in one of the Casitas. Had a fantastic time, everything was PERFECT! we dined at Armani's and enjoyed the rooftop lunge and a glass of wine after dinner. Everything was great! we try to get back here a few times a year when we can.

Omg, I just love the hotel. It was very elegant inside and out. The rooms was very clean, comfortable and very spacious. The staff was very professional. The view from the roof top restaurant was amazing. All I could see for miles was beautiful sparkling water day and night. The airport was only 5 minutes away. You can see the planes fly in and out from the roof top. The stake and oyster hotel next door was awesome! We can't wait to come back.

Just recently stayed here for a work function. The rooms were wonderful and beds super comfy (at least to our tastes). The hotel over all is very large and the common rooms and areas are very large and welcoming. You do not get the feeling you are crowded. The restaurants on site offer lots of selections and room service runs throughout the entire night. Rooms are spacious and ours offered amazing views of the bay at sunset. Bathroom was large and shower was decent too although water pressure did seem low — starting to see this more often in our travels. Staff was very friendly and the ones upfront will never let you touch a door if they can help it. Will certainly stay here again when in the area!

The hotel was very beautiful and clean. Staff was amazing and friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful. The lobby and gathering areas were clean and welcoming and the rooms were spot on. The view of the bay was great at sunset and the location was close to plenty of things for entertainment and dining.

Attended a work related dinner at Oyster Catchers. The food was amazing. All seafood was very fresh and perfectly prepared. They had a very nice wine selection and the service was very good as well considering we had a large group. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Cool hotel directly at the airport.

I was invited to attend the Grand Hyatt for a job interview with a company that had a conference room there. The hotel is really big and I had to ask for directions to two different employees. The employees couldn't have been any more helpful. Also, place looks amazing better looking than any other hotel I have stayed before.

I went in for a meeting that I was responsible for table decorations. I put out a dozen flowers on three tables in vases. I also had white led lights decorating the tables. Between the meeting and a dinner that was about an hour and a half to let the staff change out for dinner. They took all the snacks we had

Very nice room, excellent service. The view was fantastic for the room, easily one of the best I've had. There's a little trail out the back area that has a beautiful view of the sunset, so definitely check that out if you have the chance.

This wins the best customer service of all time award. I was here for a board meeting and I was sick and coughing in the meeting. I asked the server Anita if she could skip me for lunch. She went and found chicken soup. As if that wasn’t good enough, when I got back to my room she had tea and hot soup sent up. I stay at about 40-50 hotels per year and this one is now number one for me! IMPRESSED!

Okay, I stayed here once in 2016. It was incredible! The staff were very friendly, and the lobby was very clean. I loved the pool area, and the whole nature trail. The cottages and the pool over there were amazing. The nature trails were very tropical. I loved the gift shop and the dining options. The pool bar was amazing. Ariamis had the best views ever! 1853 was amazing, also. The rooms were very clean, and the views were simply pristine. This is one of the best Hyatt locations ever!

Outstanding service, excellent room, very comfortable. This is a swanky hotel, complete with shuttles and 24/7 valet. They also boast 24/7 room service. There are 2 restaurants/lounges and one limited access private floor. The views of the bar are spectacular, the pool is small but well maintained, and access to and from the freeway is nearly immediate. Complimentary bottled water in the room.

An amazing hotel, great service. This place has a convenient location next to the airport and a pool that makes it feel like your at the beach. Their are jet ski rentals and food and drinks by the pool and multiple restaurants all with good service.

The property and hotel are beautiful. We stayed in the cacitas and they were so pretty. The pool is nice, right by the bay. We rented a jet ski from a very helpful girl. Dennis at the front bar was awesome. The bell staff picks you up and takes you where you need to go. Wayne, Alex went above and beyond to help us. I'd highly suggest this hotel.

I'm a frequent business traveler and the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay has been the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at for business. Staff is amazing, several have stayed with the property over 20 years. Property is super clean with great amenities. I would certainly choose to come here again when I need a place to stay in Tampa.

This hotel has beautiful aesthetics on the exterior and it's 1st floor. The health center is top notch. There is a smell on the first and second floor that was divine. However, I was a only a bit set back about the room. It was not horrible but it did not WOW me. I guess the double beds are full size and not queen because they were a on the small size and hard. However, I guess hard is my sleep number because I woke up well rested and my back didn't hurt. I would definitely stay here again. If I could rate at 4.8 out of 5 stars, I would. All the staff I encountered were friendly as well.

We had a free night from family as a wedding gift. We were in the villas and they were amazing. The lounge bar was great with good selection. The room was a surprise so we were prepared, so we called some toiletries but the first time they came by all they brought was coffee. Had to call a second time, when the guy answered he sound like he didn't want to be there. I would give 4.5 but can't so 4 it is.

I was at Grand Hyatt to pick up potential clients in order to take them to dinner. The hotel was extremely clean, and the bar was well placed as you entered the lobby. The bar in the lobby was busy. I also noticed the nice pool area that seemed a bit small for the size of the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it's just a few minutes from the airport, but due to it's location on the water, it feels extremely secluded.

Wonderful staff. 12th floor extras delicious and worth the extra cost. Beautiful bay views. Nature walk educational and rewarding to see all the shore birds. Fabulous stay. Not on the beach for those who are looking for beach vacations.

I actually really liked the hotel. It was great venue for a conference, but if you are staying some place for a vacation I don't think it is the correct place. The city of Tampa and the beach are nowhere close. However, if you had a rental car, it would probably be an ideal place.

This place is very nice. Rooms are big and fancy. The breakfast is good and restaurant and bar good. Seriously enjoyed my week stay here. Only complaint it there is nothing near the hotel.

Beautiful hotel at a great price. It has two out door pools, one is a little more private, and a nice walk along a boardwalk to get to. The room was clean and very nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel. Free parking, but $14 for a glass of wine. We were a group of 8 and all staying in different rooms but we brought food back and wanted to eat on the patio together and no outside food allowed, but nothing was open at the hotel to order food. Upscale hotel. Not really casual.

Location was very convenient to the airport and right near the water. Lots of fun restaurants near as well Rooms were clean modern comfortable and convenient, bed was very comfortable. Service was prompt helpful and friendly.

A beautiful hotel, the rooms are wonderful. I was here for a conference and it was a great location. The food was a bit sub par but otherwise I really enjoyed it. The property is in a great spot. Airport and freeway are very close. And it has some stupendous views.

I really liked this hotel, it's really nice. You can tell me he rooms are older but still very nice overall. The staff is great l. My only issue is the cost of food is over the top. I got some tea and 2 fried eggs and that's was almost $12. That a little ridiculous considering there wasn't anything special about either.

A top-notch Grand Hyatt property, with sleek updated and modern rooms, and spacious pool area, and a huge and open-concept oriented lobby for lounging. It's about 5-10 minutes to/from the airport, but fare warning, getting Uber service from here can take a little time, so count on a pre-arranged car service or a cab when departing the property.

We dined at Armani's to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. From the views to the service to the food, I understand why this is rated a top restaurant in Florida. A must if you're looking for a swanky romantic dinner!

Furnitures were very dusty. We are talking about thick dust. I woke up with new bites since first night there. Stayes for 3 nights.

The bay view is fantastic! You can see an unforgettable sunset from your room or from the terrace restaurant The breakfast is delicious! Smoked salmon. And everything else from there and up My husband and I loved our stay and we're going back soon.

My friend was visiting from out of town and stayed at this hotel. We ate downstairs at the bar. The service was good. The atmosphere was nice and quiet very upscale. She had a room with a view of the bay which was outstanding. The rooms are nice well appointed and very comfortable.

Everything was great! Perfect location and view. The pool is nice and quiet. Clean rooms also. No complaints.

Dinner at Armani's. The view was very nice, the service was friendly. There was only one hostess staffed to work the hostess stand, which caused a delay for a few guests in seating. The chef's selection of antipasti was well chosen and well prepared. We both ordered the veal scallopini per our servers recommendation, which was prepared skillfully, however somewhat lacking in flavor. The description mentioned truffles, though no discernable truffle flavor was present in dish. We did not have desert, though other tables around us did and they looked great and were completely devoured.

Managers are cold, distant like they are too good to put forth effort. The staff seemed bullied by management. Off the wall comments over heard are not appropriate for a work place. Room are clear and much of the staff are great.

Was an excellent stay! Jason in the lounge bar, Sebastian at the front desk and the gals at the pool bar just fantastic. Beautiful birthday stay thanks to the staff. Top accommodations and parking too! The view of the bay very nice.

I stayed there this weekend for a seminar. All staff were excellent. Food in the lobby bar-excellent. Food at Oystercatchers-excellent. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. One small issue — shower floor is slippery-use the mats they provide. I saw Armani's and the view and setting are really spectacular. We could not go in because one of us had sneakers on and it is fine dining-wish we would have brought nicer shoes-next time we will. Even the gift shop attendant was a nice boy on Saturday. All around very good hotel. Thank you.

This is a really beautiful hotel. Recently renovated. I stayed in the casitas and loved it. It is the nicest hotel I found in the immediate Tampa area.

What is above excellent? I say sheer perfection which is exactly what we experienced during our stay December 21 — 29, 2015. The location was perfect, the hotel and our room were perfect, the food was perfect, the staff was perfect, especially Katie Beach, who was so very kind to arrange for our party of 5 to 'crash' the Sunday Brunch without a reservation! We will NEVER stay anywhere else but at your sheer perfect hotel when visiting Tampa. Thank you to all!

My husband and I just completed a quick visit to Tampa. We spent 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt. Check in was quick and our bay view room was spectacular. Housekeeping and all the other staff was very attentive and friendly.

Really nice and awesome place especially for conferences and events. The coordinator, staffs, and workers are all very proffessionally trained.

One of the best experiences I have had at a hotel! We stayed here from Thursday to Sunday for my sister's wedding. The manager, Steve, was so accommodating and went above and beyond for our family and friends. As we were leaving, he walked us out to valet, thanked us for our business and gave us each a water bottle for the road. I have never received this much personal attention from a hotel. Every member of the staff was amazing and friendly, especially Glenn, who helped us move all of our wedding decorations from one room to another as we transferred from the main hotel to a cottage mid-stay. The rooms were clean and looked new, the food was amazing everywhere we went. We will absolutely be back!

We stayed here for the weekend. We arrived early, and the staff was very helpful to get us a room right away. The staff was friendly up beat and easy to talk to. We had made reservations for a Bayside room, and we got one with the most beautiful view of the Causeway and Clearwater. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nicely renovated, the room clean. We ordered breakfast in our room, it came on time was hot and very tasty. It was also a big portion. Wifi was free, so were the water bottles in the room. Valet parking was $12.00. I would stay here again, and I would also recommend it.

I love this hotel this where I go for a gateway fron the hectic life. From the room to the shower to the wonderful sun set by the pool to the gazebo I can go on and on. All I can say is that is the pkace to go.

We just left June 24, 2015. We thought we'd upgrade on this trip to Tampa. We live in Tallahassee and come to Tampa every month so we've been to most of the hotels on the beach and causeway. The room was very clean and the view was spectacular (about the same as any other hotel on the beach-double bed) but it literally smelled like a litter box! Check in staff was great but the rest didn't speak English. I phoned to have a complimentary tea package delivered to my door. It says, "Just dial 0 and we'll place the item in a plastic bag on you doorknob with a knock and you'll know your items have arrived. " So I jumped in the shower. After 5 minutes I heard pounding on the door. I had to get out of the shower to answer the door, dripping wet, to make it stop. I asked for them to leave it and returned to the shower to rinse. They did not! I had to call down again for the item. Apparently their paperwork is not correct as the staff cannot leave or serve anything without their tip! So much for complimentary. I don't like being bullied and the large price difference it is not worth this hotel. There are no restaurants around them without driving and their menu is minimal and costly. I'm going back to stay next door at the Sailport Waterfront Suites where you get tea, the same views, better service and a great balcony for evening sitting. There are 3 restaurants in walking distance. That's how we enjoy Florida!

Value: If you can get this hotel on a promotion, it's a good value. Otherwise, spending top dollar might be depreciated by some of the following aspects. Room: (Standard King, non-smoking) The bathroom was clean and modern with a very nice large shower. The door to the bathroom was HUGE and requires a bit of creative problem solving to be able to close it once you're inside. The entry to the room was inviting and it was nice to have a single serving coffee/tea brewer as well as a fridge! The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. Unfortunately, the room was not impervious to hallway noise or conversations (I did not hear any neighboring room noise though). I could literally hear every word of the conversation a guest was having with housekeeping. Several times I heard a door open or close and I had to peek around the corner to see if it was mine! The doors do have an additional lock and stopper for security (I DID feel safe), and I didn't notice during the night (probably because people weren't moving about the hallways. ) I had a view of the water, which I was looking forward to watching the sunrise or the early morning atmosphere, but my window was filthy! Definitely in need of a wash for people to enjoy the view. Staff: A++ They were amazing. Laura at the front desk was incredible at check-in, she made me feel so welcome and was extremely personable. The room service staff were very kind and respectful. Everyone was kind and helpful :) Food: WOW!

Excellent service as soon as I arrived all the way to check out! The front desk staff (thank you Jenna) was wonderful, friendly and professional. I came with my wife for our anniversary and left with the intensions of not wanting to leave! If you are looking for quality hotel service and all-around great resort/hotel amenities, Grand Hyatt Tampa is definitely the place to stay! I will definitely come back. The room was beautiful, the restaurants on site were also beautiful, the pool locations were amazing, the gazebo, nature trail and private oasis-like beach was very appealing to the eyes and we enjoyed every minute of it! The views are awesome and the drinks (thanks to Andrew) were delicious! Definitely a hidden gem in my eyes.

I've stayed here countless times and it is a really nice hotel. The rooms are very large and have great views. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are large as well, although I think only offer showers (I've never had a bath in my bathroom). I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very convenient to the highways to get to downtown or west or south Tampa, as well as Clearwater and St. Pete.

Amazing hotel with great staff. They were able to accommodate us in every way during our Valentine's day weekend. Spectacular sweeping views on the bay from our room with lots of wildlife in view all day.

Let me start off by saying I have never written a review before until now. I stayed here from Dec. 26th through Jan 2nd. With the Auburn football team for the 2015 outback bowl with my husband who is on the team. Everyday we left the room and when we came back our room was not cleaned, we had to call the front desk to send housekeeping up to give us fresh sheets and towels and take out the trash, EVERYDAY. Then some days they wouldn't even give us fresh stuff they would just remake the bed with the same sheets and fold our towels on the floor and put them back on the racks. If they do that with us there how many times do you think they actually change and wash their sheets. Then when we left I left 2 bibles, a scarf and a box of earrings (I know I'm an idiot for doing it) but when I tried to go back later that day I was denied access to the room as other guests had checked into it and I was told any items found would be turned into the head of house keeping and I could call them the next business day. I did that and after being sent on the run around for 45mins between the front desk and some website they finally directed me to the head of housekeeping which I left a detailed message for. She called me back the following day and I was told they had BOTH bibles and a scarf but no earrings (which I let go of anyways) so I would need to send someone to pick them up since I was already back in Alabama.

Terrific location and a nice view from the room. Couples do some weird stuff in the pool as nobody monitors it. But, bad front desk workers. They stare and makes comments while you pass by. People really who work at front desk should be polite and respectful to their guests. Regardless of how big/good your hotel is your employees can totally bring you bad reputation. Every time, I had to pass the front desk people, I felt they were laughed at my back. I hate to give this review but I have to let others know my experience.

Disrespectful! the most annoying thing. Low class trick. i have been in hotels across the world for the past 15 years but I have never got so disrespectful like that. i went out side for the whole day and was making sure someone will clean my room. when I came back I realize that the house keeping went inside my room and put the dont disturb sign on the door nob. i never use it! i believe that the morning shift of house keeping f***** up. nice tiles nice room but its the small things that makes a diffidence. if you a manager make sure your employees are happy because they will kill your business.

Stayed here for a conference and it was wonderful! customer service was excellent and my husband and I would definitely stay here again. Highlights of our stay: beautiful hotel overall, excellent room with comfortable beds and an AMAZING view of the ocean, awesome service in the bar, and very well-equipped fitness center. While working out one day I was even given two free drinks at the bar from an employee! i've never experienced such friendly staff at a hotel. Highly recommend.
