Decent room, clean, current furnishings. Lobby areas nice but a little smallish. Breakfast area was packed with high school age kids on some kind of group trip who were also running around in the evenings.

We had reservation at another hotel. Once we arrived at our hotel we decided that we didn't feel safe staying there. So we called the Holiday they were more than happy to help us out did a great job room was awesome we will stay there again.

My wife and I booked a room here for a small weekend getaway. It was a great experience! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience, no complaints.

Very convenient location as it's just off the highway. The room I stayed in had AC so I was okay for the night. Room service would do anything you'd expect. Their breakfast seems to be okay but you're better off going out for dinner.

My mother stayed here years ago for 1 month. The staff were wonderful. Try the mahi tuna wrap in the Bistro, if they still have it! Best wrap I've ever had!

The personnel was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well groomed, even the landscape. The on site restaurant was so convenient. The location was close to shopping, beaxhes, and tourism sites. I enjoyed my stay!

Upon entry everything seems great. But the hallways and room another story. They smell old and like dogs have been everywhere. Carpeting is definitely a major issue that apparently has never been clean. Beds had sinks in them and the air conditioner… please! I'll know for next time is all I can say.

Room was nice, bartender and front desk staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Two issues I had, the heated pool was really cold and 3 of the 4 laundry machines were broken. Not deal breakers, but issues I hope are resolved in short order for future guests. I would stay again.

Great little bar/restaurant. Friendly staff and food was tasty. Convenient if you don't want to leave the hotel.

Standard 3 star. Rooms are cleanish. Nothing fancy. Priced competitively though I thought you'd be able to get something like this for 110 a night and it was 150 all in.

We found ourselves in Titusville looking for a place to stay for the night. We checked and online booking app, but called the Holiday Inn before booking. We got a better rate and the clerk answered all of our questions. Since it was late and we just wanted to relax, we ordered Cobb salads from the hotel restaurant and had them delivered to the room. They were delicious!

Excellent hotel & staff, room very clean & spacious. I wish they have a free Breakfast, but nevertheless it was delicious and service was great. Location perfect, really close to NASA. Highly recommended.

Great location right off of the interstate and convenient no matter where you're going. Beautifully maintained hotel with friendly staff. Spacious rooms with mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, desk, arm chair… complete comfort and I had a standard room. Highly recommended.

Good local hotel for Kennedy Space Center visitors. They are a bit under staffed at the front desk when we visit. But the service was good, room was clean and well equipped. I wish they have free breakfast as well. But it was a good stay.

A rocket launch was announced when we were just in Florida.
We didn't want to miss that!
Since the start date should be at 6 o'clock in the morning and our holiday house is about 4 hours away, we have reserved a hotel room.
Unfortunately, the start was postponed in the short term and so in the short term we could not have cancelled or rebooked. The hotel was super accommodating and has rebooked the room at no extra charge.
So on the second date we drove to Titusville the day before. First we looked around the site and followed some tips on the Internet, from where you can see the launch of the rocket well. Because we didn't want to wander around in the dark the next morning.
Then we checked in at the hotel.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.
We were also greeted very nicely and then received 3 vouchers that we were allowed to take breakfast for free.
The hotel room had 2 queen beds (for 3 people). It was not very large, but sufficient.
Equipped with TV, writing desk, refrigerator and microwave. There was also free coffee and tea.
The carpet was not very fresh and the armchair made a not so great impression.
The box-spring beds, however, were great and we all slept very well.
We paid for the room about €100.

Room was clean, location was convenient to go to the KSC the next morning, only downside was there was no breakfast the next day, but they tell you that so it delivers what it promises.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. We had a family of 5 and we had to get extra pillows, blankets and sheets because they were not prepared for us. Also, the printer was out of ink when we needed it. However, nice hotel overall.

Came here for dinner at the restaurant because the wait at Durango's was like an hour. Nothing special, really basic menu (I hate huge menus, this one was a reasonable size) with steaks, fish, sandwiches, etc. I got the Monterey Chicken with a double portion of steamed broccoli. The chicken was good, but I received very little broccoli.

Clean and affordable. Great breakfast options in the morning at a reasonable price.

The rooms were very clean and well-kept. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the air conditioner. It wouldn't keep the temperature set and then wouldn't turn off over night. It was 59 in the room by 5 am. It was set to 74.

The employees are very nice and the room was pretty great. The only bummer was the Keurig coffee machine in the room that didn't work right. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was very clean and includes breakfast. Staff was also very nice and courteous. Located pretty close to kennedy space center and the beach. Would stay there again when I am in the area.

Easy check in and nice facility. Our room had wet carpet from the A/C leaking but they promptly moved us to another room. Nice exercise room, pool, and on-site restaraunt! Hotel is at end of a street with a few hotels and Cracker Barrel, nice and private!

Inside, the people working there are spectacular and helpful. Lovely interior, nice looking rooms, and a room parking lot. Very classy. The pool, unfortunately, was awful. It's pretty and has a pretty pool area, but they need a new pool guy. The pH was seriously off. The water burned my eyes so badly it took 3 days to clear up my vision, and I only opened them once. After we got out, we we're all itchy. I had to lather four times in the shower just to be comfortable enough to sleep, and I still itched. My skin felt like I had a rash or a sun burn, although I never broke out, thankfully. Whoever handled their pool chemicals was terribly incompetent. With a place that nice, I'm assuming it was a one time thing. Hopefully.

So far the management has been poor. Tomi is rude and unprofessional. They have consistently ran my credit card for almost $600 of unauthorized charges. Called my room at 11pm after specifically being told not to call me due to having up for work at 4am. Being a Loyal Holiday INN customer, I'm less than impressed. The general manager is non existent and doesn't bother dealing with problems in his hotel. My rating will change If my trip gets better. So far, I would suggest one of the two other hotels on the street. update to 3 stars; was offered/given points to help accommodate for the mistakes made with billing. Although Tomi was still unpleasant, Donny was and always is friendly and accommodating. He really made both of my stays very pleasant. Bob is always very friendly and pleasant to be around. The rooms are good and the beds are comfy.

I'd rate the cleanliness of the room and the amenities there in 5/5. Restaurant looked decent but I didn't eat there. Room wasn't exactly cheap and breakfast didn't seem to be included. Nothing in walking distance except for another hotel and a Cracker Barrel. Obviously great location for the Kennedy Space Center.

Located at the end of a business park but right across from the main roads it's a good location but the traffic noise has been underestimated and soundproofing not installed. The King rooms are large enough for 2 with suitcases to be open on the floor and the beds are quite spacious and comfortable. The room facilities were nice, the shower was big and had good water pressure. The room also had a fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine. Parking is free.

It's clean. The rooms look modern. It's a little tucked away, so quiet. I left my Samsung tablet in the front lobby, and the front staff tracked me down 30 minutes later and returned it … I didn't even know one of my kids took it out of the car. The breakfast was a little average. I would've preferred some healthier options.

The restaurant Bopas in the lobby is a great place to grab a beverage or two in a professional setting. Service is typically pretty good because it doesn't get very busy.

We were allowed to check in early to put our luggage into a room, we went to a sporting events a few exits down the highway. It was hot out! When we returned the whole hotel was hot. Our room wouldn't cool off, and the ice machine was broken. The bed was still made, no towels were used… We checked out, and I called for a refund. They gave a refund, and then charged me again. The manager Joel was a complete liar, and tried to say we were there all day. It's just not true, we were at chain of lakes… His attitude is despicable, I will never use holiday inn ever again. The only reason I gave two stars is because the nice lady that let us check in early to put our luggage in the room.

We had booked our room for 6 days but checked out on the 4th day. First day there Curtis who works in the restaurant on site told me very rudely that my son was not allowed in the restaurant with his knee scooter. I informed him it was for his broken ankle that he could not walk and he argued telling me it was a toy bike. When he finally dropped the attitude a little and realized he had a bright green cast on he said we could sit at a table not set up. Thanks but no thanks. So we ate at cracker barrel right next door every day. Then every time we went to the pool their were no pool towels had to go to front desk to get them. Funny being that the hotel was practically empty. The rooms were alright but the maids never vacuumed. Again had to ask front desk everyday to having them vaccum. Pool was closed 2 out of the 4 days we were there. To many other choices to put up with all of this. So we packed up and went to Hampton Inn across the street.

Beds were really hard but the rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Staff was great and fast with request. Overall enjoyed my night stay. Would stay again.

I was here for a professional event. Very courteous staff and tasty food. Sound setup was clear, room was clean as was what I saw of the rest of the hotel. We will host our event there again.

We had a lovely surprise lunch at Bapa's Bistro for my mother's 65th birthday. Everyone at the hotel was awesomely efficient and accommodating. Highly recommend them!

Modern and clean. Friendly staff always helpful, not always the most knowledgeable. Room is great, all updated and well kept. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Fitness center is just machines (1 elliptical, 1 stationary bike, 2 treadmills), 'business centre' is just computers in the lobby. Laundry was convenient and cheap, however the front-loading machines have not been properly cleaned. Lots of nicely gardened outdoor areas to relax. Staff always helpful and friendly, even when correcting a mistake (review your bill on checkout just in case).

I had a great stay here. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked the bathroom. It was very modern and the shower was large. The breakfast was excellent in the morning. Will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Hotel is modern and up to date. Rooms was roomy, beds were comfortable, bathroom floors were dirty. Check in was a bit of a cluster, not because of the 2 staff members starting their shift but because of the woman who was getting off her shift. She was rude, loud, and provided terrible customer service. An issue arised with a guest in front of us and she was making their matter very public. She spent a large amount of time trying to prove they were wrong instead of finding a solution.
