I can't complain at all about your place… I might go back… Everything was clean and fresh… the staff Is great… the service Is Outstanding…

Excellent room w/usual amenities, and free continental breakfast. The desk clerk when we arrived was very nice and friendly and made sure we knew where our room was. Minor problem with keeping the curtains closed in the middle where they come together. The A/C worked very well, as my wife was snuggled up to me most of the night! :) After traveling all day, that soft pillow mattress sure felt good! :) Enjoy their hospitality for a change.

If there was a possibility of giving this hotel a negative five star (-5), I would. I made last minute reservations, and when I arrived there at 11:30 pm, it was like walking into Jumanji. My experience was so horrible that my spouse and I couldn't stay. We asked for our money back and rented at the Marriott. Beautiful hotel by the way. We encountered so many different LIVE INSECTS in that room it truly felt like a jungle, but the worst part was the massive amounts of RAT FECES around the bottom edge of the walls. There were spiderwebs in every corner, and walking SPIDERS on the wall. Live grasshopers, crickets and roaches everywhere. A horrifying experience. Can you imagine the BEDBUGS?

Front staff very helpful and friendly. No elevators was inn hard considering I was on the 2nd floor and suffer back issues. Pool hours aren't convenient though only open dusk to dawn. Not accessible if you have day plans and want to relax in the pool. Been in hotels where the pool is open till 10 pm. No sitting area to smoke, that would have been a plus. But all in all my stay was good.

Great budget motel… one of the best value for money motels I have been in. Lovely, clean pool area. 10% discount at IHOP. You can tell the owners and staff take a pride in it… spotless. Excellent for the money. Oh… super comfy beds too!

We were supposed to be able to check in a 330pm. We arrived at 530pm and rooms were not ready. Had to wait about 45 minutes. The facility both inside and out was just trashy and dirty. Liter was all over the place. Lobby was nice but that’s about it. The pool wasn’t maintained well. Our room had ants which they came and sprayed. THEN we ran across 2 roaches. The lady next to us was a chain smoker so when our air unit was on the smoke would come into our room. This place needs a major remodel. We stayed at the Quality Inn across the street and it was the complete opposite. Do not recommend at this time!

An old-fashioned Motel that would need a good renovation. But the staff are friendly and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. The price is in line with the service so it's OK…

This hotel was SO NICE, and clean! We went during December and I was a bit chilly due to the weather and the hot water here was AMAZING and really got me relaxed. The beds are super comfy and all the linens were really fresh. Even the laundry center was affordable and you can't beat that there's an IHOP sit-in connected to the lobby. Love it and will definitely be going again!

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. My friend booked the room and we stayed here together. The room itself was fine, but the building was scary. We were put in a room around the back which had almost no lights, and felt very unsafe. We made sure to walk to our car together. The way to our room included walking through a dark alley, or walking in a dark parking lot at the back of the building. None of the lights surrounding our room were working. It just didn’t feel safe to be outside at night.

Rooms are updated. The staff are top of the line. I would like to thank Ashley and Melissa for going above and beyond to make sure my extended stay was awesome. The housekeeping staff are awesome as well. My room was kept very clean. They have a hot breakfast that is second to none. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Titusville Florida.

It's good for when you go for a quick ride. And breakfast is free.

Very good. Definitely one of the best options in Titusville. Very close to everything. The truth is one of the best Days Inn I've been to.

Very rude Staff. It tells Me that there are no rooms available. Then I tell him that on booking there is. Magically pops up the room and offers me room at $130 but on booking is at 90. It tells Me that I can't book on booking because it's past midnight. I'il Show Him it's possible. It tells Me that the reservation arrives after 3/4 hours and that so I will not give the room. After 10 minutes I booked on booking at the near Best Western. No problem 5 minutes and I had the room.

IHOP was build in it Its huge The pool was nice and neat The beds were soft.

The lobby and our room was very clean and had a pleasant smell. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel was a last-minute choice because our normal Hotel was booked. We were able to stay 2 nights for what the price of 1 night would have been at our normal Hotel, pleasantly surprised!

Good non-'budget busting' hotel in close enough proximity to Port Canaveral to make it a great place to stop on the way…

I stay in the a couple years ago and I didn't like it, it was dirty, but now with the new owners they are renovating, and giving free breakfast, the place look a lot better now, I'll recommend it to anyone.

It is an OK hotel to stay a few nights. Don't expect too much but for the price is fine. If you are too fuzzy, this is not the place for you.

I made a stop in Titusville at night to rest and chose the Days Inn, I am very satisfied with the service, the room I was assigned was very large and the bed very comfortable, also everything was very clean. Plus, all the staff was very friendly. When I asked if breakfast was included they said they still did not have that service, but had a coffee station available. I would totally recommend.

We checked in at 1 AM. Carpets weren't vacuumed, dried urine on the toilet seat. Hair in the tub. So tired. The sheets seemed clean so we got ready for bed. With our socks on. And climbed in. Two minutes later a cockroach crawled up the headboard! Pulled the beds away from wall. Found dead cockroaches. Socks and filth that had been there. Years! Squashed bug on the wall. We took pictures and took to front desk to get our money back. He said he wasnt authorized to do refunds if we were there more than 20 minutes! Told us he would take it to ipper management and they would call me next day. No call. I called back 4 days later. Had to leave a message. Still no call back. Contesting charge on my card. NEVER go there. Reasons why all other hotels were full up and they had plenty of rooms. Gross.

No ac in first room. Only one lamp worked. Outlets didn't work and had black soot around them. Bed bugs in first room. Roaches in second room. These were the only two open rooms on the east coast of florida almost. Needless to say the five of us and my buddies puppy had to sleep in my small ford focus for 2 nights. What a vacation.

Stay anywhere but here. Rooms have an odor, both beds in the room I had the mattresses were broken in the middle. It was a $10 room, not the $129 they charged.

I travel allot and have stayed in nearly every different kind of hotel. No, this isn't the Hyatt, Hilton or Marriot. But if you don't mind the basic and essential necessities, this place is for the frequent traveler who doesn't care about a 5 star rating. Yes, the air conditioner is loud by comparison to other more quieter units. But I like kind of loud AC units. I've never stayed in a hotel that was perfectly sound proof, even when I payed $179 per night. But the ambient noise is ok with me, because it drowns out the outside noise. Hotels in Florida don't seem to be built very well, and everyone complains about the paper thin walls and windows. So loud AC suits me find. The beds are soft but firm, the covers and sheets are clean, without bed bugs. The chairs, pillows, carpet, bathroom, table and everything was clean without stains or smells. We had 3 tiny ants walking around on the bathroom sink, but who cares. Really? Florida is insect paradise. At least this place didn't have roaches. One wall socket didn't' work, probably a tripped circuit breaker. The toilet flushes kind of violent like the water was in a rush to go somewhere. It kind of squirts out the toilet. Lol. But not on the butt when sitting down. Strange. We had some people talking loud next door, but when I poked my head out the door, they volunteered to talk a little quiet. Then went away. They were very respectful. The hotel staff Gloria was very nice, calm and patient.

Hotel rooms are okay needs some repairs door locks were not the best still have the old chain latches. The major problem I have had with this location the bathrooms are never really cleaned. There was hair in the tub and the drain would stop up a little had to wait for the water to go down. The bed was comfortable would be the best of it all.
