You don't just get those tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion, they have dispensers of these items. I've been here 2 days now and have no complaints except for the key cards not working. Every time that I left the rm and came back, I had to call the office to let me back in. Today, someone from housekeeping told me what the problem was. Did you know that those key cards get demagnetized by stuff in your pocket or something in your hand? While she was explaining, she noticed that I had my pod (vape) in the same hand that I was holding the key cards. So I learned things today.

We checked in 8/6 at 9:00pm — upon arriving we decided to go eat at a local restaurant — no restaurants were open due to a water problem in the area — ecoli in the main water — we were not told about it when checking in. Then got in The nastiest room I’ve ever seen. Beds were gross — had hair and black stuff in them. Had front desk bring more sheets. Couldn’t shower cause of water problem — brushed teeth with bottled water we purchased at Publix — had the management on duty told us it may of been A LITTLE better but the absolute worse experience ever in a hotel.
The room was damp and smelled!
Overall — a 1 star!

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The saying “you get what you pay for” is proven by this hotel. The room was “clean” yet the sheets were dirty (dirt, hair, and what appeared to be blood), the sink faucet had dried toothpaste where someone had spit it out, the sink had hair all over it, the toilet had hair in it, the grout in the bathroom looks like it’s never seen cleaning products, ants all over… I could go on and on and on. If there were any other rooms available in this area, I would demand my money back and leave. At this rate, I’m thinking about sleeping in my car. Pass this place right up if you’re in Titusville!

So comfortable needed a rest got one then I grabbed breakfast and was on my way room had phone cable t. V. And Wifi there was a pool a small workout room and a small pond perfect to catch some southern wildlife love how Best western keeps nature preserve could even BBQ.

Great Place to stay if visiting the Kennedy Space Center and local Historical landmarks. Great Price. Located just off I-95. Starbucks across the street. Love the Free Breakfast.

No smoking! Smelled like smoke. Worse than smoke. Breakfast room was for ants. Rooms were small as well. I recommend you do not stay here.

I am a front desk employee at B. W. And this review is my opinion of my first stay as a guest at Best Western Space Shuttle Inn. My stay at this B. W. Has been absolutely wonderful! Everyone working was super nice and attentive, they were caring and made me feel comfortable. My room was up to par (clean linens, bathroom, etc. ), the property was clean and I felt safe. I traveled alone so that particularly made my stay amazing! The FREE hot breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast lady was as sweet as pie. I will definitely stay at this location again in the future!

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel is old but the rooms were freshly painted. The ceiling/floor is kind of thin because I could hear the rather large kid upstairs running around until midnight on the first night. The second night, right after we turned off the lights, a roach flew across the room from somewhere and landed on my chest. I tried to talk to the manager as we were checking out but she just gave me a thank you and turned to do something else since the room was prepaid. The homeless guys from the gas station next door soliciting us were also a nice treat.

Great experience. The staff were amazing and kind and very helpful. Breakfast was good with variety. My only complaint was the comfort of our bed. It was very hard, as if we were laying on a board.

We called and booked our room several months in advance. Called the week prior to arrival and added an additional night (Friday night) the 3 other families we were traveling with were all arriving Saturday. We were all to have adjoining rooms. When we arrived late Friday night we were given a room that smelled, not adjoining to any other rooms and when we woke up Saturday we found BUGS in our room — GROSS! I called the front desk and asked to be moved — the front desk attendant was not helpful at all — her response was they had no where to move us and that she would need to wait for housekeeping to arrive for the day. I asked about the adjoining rooms we had requested she said that is not a guarantee, that is a request. She was happy to tell me that the other 3 rooms were adjoining just not our room. We were the lucky ones… we got the smelly, bug infested room and we needed to stay there until housekeeping arrived and they could find us another room, but it would not be till later in the day. If we had not purchased a package, because we were leaving Sunday for our cruise I would have left and went to another hotel. My recommendation — do not stay here! smells, bugs in room, front desk is rude not to mention the rooms are dated!

I don't know how this is considered a 3-star hotel. The staff was friendly, and there was breakfast which was nice, but the fact they are charging over 100 dollars for a room just because its a 3-star hotel is beyond me. It was basically a motel with "best western" written on it. Don't waste money, stay at the days inn or somewhere else nearby that's also not the best but at least cheaper.

Hotel was clean and nice. The staff was superb, I have to point out that Thea at front desk was a stand out employee who really went above and beyond for us. She is friendly, pretty, set me up on rewards. She is the reason I have a Loyal member! The breakfast was very nice and I believe Liz was her name, stayed on top of everything. Hot and clean. I will be back, and they are also going through renovations, im excited to see the outcome!

Clean rooms. Stayed 4 days. Only negative problem was with the key card. But I did have it in my purse next to phone So don’t do that.

Stayed here as a stopover for a cruise the next day. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, great staff, breakfast, and location. The guest next door wasn't desirable but I don't fault BW for their behavior. That being said, the hotel definitely needs updating. My expectations were not very high because of the low cost especially considering that the cost to park my vehicle and take a shuttle to and from the cruise ship location were included in this low cost. I would not stay here for an extended stay but would stay again as a stopover for cruising.

The reason I booked this hotel was mainly for its close proximity to Kennedy Space Center. I got a good deal for 60$ a night and Id say it was worth it. You get what you pay for. The rooms are very basic which isn't a bad thing. It served it purpose. It was a comfortable bed to sleep in at convenient location. The free breakfast was nice and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms where clean and honestly that's all you can really ask for. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kennedy Space Center.

We had booked a 2 queen beds room. The amenities listed in the booking included fridge. But there was no fridge or microwave in the room. The front desk staff was not helpful regarding the matter. The place is not so great either.

Average motel. Bathroom very tiny with toilet paper holder positioned so close to toilet it jabs you in the side while you are using commode. Mattress definitely needed replacement as we could feel springs through it. Was quiet at night but room was extremely light during night because of bright spotlight right outside our door to light up stairway —and curtain was too short to block out intense light!. Like an airport runway in our room! Great that it came with a refrigerator —but ours had clearly not been defrosted in quite some time and ice lined the whole back wall of it. Scant bathroom amenities— one tiny bar of soap provided, nothing more. No shampoo, no conditioner, no body lotion etc… otherwise a convenient overnight stop that’s near Walmart Denny’s McDonald’s etc. AC worked fine. Several channels listed on guide were not available on the TV…

My stay at BW this past weekend was excellent! Was visiting family in area & have previously stayed at two other hotels in area that don’t even compare. The room was clean with plenty of space. Loved the soap dispensers by sink & in shower. Only knew there were 4 kids next door because I saw them outside, but never heard a sound at night. The staff extremely helpful from getting extra coffee for room to carrying my luggage up & down the stairs. Would highly recommend & would definitely stay again.

Large and clean rooms. Free parking in front of the door adequately available. Breakfast was OK. Pool and fitness room available. Shopping facilities, food and gas stations in the immediate vicinity. Kennedy Space Center easy to reach.

This Best Western property was disgusting and it really doesn’t deserve the one star I gave it. The room I was given was dirty, dingy and in need of repairs. The front door no longer fit properly in the frame. There were large gaps between the door and the frame. The security latch for the door leading to the adjoining room was broken. The room had a musty odor. I would strongly recommend that people stay away from this property until it is completely remodeled.

Place needs work. Clock and phone didn't work. Bathroom door wouldn't shut. My son found a previous guests bike shorts in the corner. Breakfast was actually pretty good.

The staff was very friendly but the place is showing age and lack of maintenance. The buildings are motel style and look like those sketchy motels that rent their rooms by the hour. There is a small walking trail in the back that was littered in beer bottles and trash. Our room smelled like smoke (non smoking) and had lots of ghost ants everywhere! I don't mind ants too much but it makes you assume there are other bugs you cannot see if you know what I mean. The blankets were disgusting with cigarette holes and stains. The bathroom has mildew in every crack and grout line and the coffee pot still had someone else's coffee bag in there! Gross! I would definitely not recommend. This place gives you the chills!

When you are on small animals in the room. You're right there. I was 10 minutes in my room and I was looking for a new hotel. The hotel fragrances do not bear the name of Best Western. It's embarrassing for the brand. I've never seen a dirty room like this before. Even the bathroom was smeared with feces and blood on the walls. And from the predecessor was even the key in the room located.

Had our annual full, warm, safe for homeless vets their. Like every year, the staff and everyone was awesome! Thank you Best Western!

Had dinner and drinks at the restaurant in the hotel, Durangos, enjoyed the atmosphere and the wait staff was pleasant and attentive. My meal was prepared exactly how I wanted it, but I felt that the cut of meat was a little tough. It was two for one drinks on some very tasty wines that I enjoyed.

The staff was super friendly and sweet. Once we pulled up and our neighbors were a bit loud outside but when we were inside the room I could barely hear them. The cleaning staff did a great job. And I personally found that it was the best price for our stay in the area.

Booked last minute and stayed during Hurricane Irma. Staff was friendly and gracious in a tough overbooked situation and went out of there way to take care of guests. Rooms were serviceable and adequate. Would highly recommend for anyone needing shelter, a good nights sleep, and breakfast.

We were displaced by the hurricane. Not only did the manager welcome us but welcomed our dog Breakfast was good. Eating out was close. The refrigerator was the only downfall. It kept freezing stuff but I forgot to say anything. When I needed help in printing documents the front desk allowed me to use their computer which was helpful. The maids were good and didn't get mad when our dog ate my husbands flip flop and they cleaned for us. Thank you so much for taking us in.

The stay in this hotel / motel was the worst of our holidays. From checkin to checkout. The rooms were not clean. The hot water was not running. There were people using drugs in day light and even more at night. I heard police coming to the hotel at night. I didn't feel safe at all. I was so happy when we left.

Very interesting hotel. Some people live in the rooms. Cops were there a few times during our stay. The ice machines are located in another building down a sketchy hallway. The parking filled up around dinner time for the hotel's restaurant. A free breakfast was offered and to my surprise they did have hot items like waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. However, I wouldn't stay here again.

We initially booked the Space Shuttle room at this hotel to surprise our kids and were extremely disappointed to find that the room has only one bed, therefore unusable for our family. The Space Shuttle bed was very old and dingy, and the entire room looked like it hadn't been touched in terms of updates since the 1980s. Also, having only one bed in a room geared for kids and families was just bizarre, not to mention it was way overpriced for what you got. The staff was very helpful in changing our reservation to a room with two beds. We ended up in a basic, updated, standard room that was a little overpriced but served our family's needs. The room did have an odor, as if it had once been a smoking room but was doused with air freshener to disguise the cigarette smell. The pool area is small and could use a little updating. The breakfast room was nice and the food met our expectations.

We booked a room through Priceline, and ended up with a 2 double bed room. The pictures online were representative of what you get. I'm glad that we got it at a discount from their normal price. We got in after 11pm so had to use their walk up window to check in instead of going in the lobby, but the night shift employee was quick and polite. The breakfast the next morning included yogurt and parfaits with a choice of toppings, make your own waffles, breads and pastries, and warm items like scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, and sausage patties. There was plenty for guests even though we are breakfast towards the end of the designated breakfast time.

This is an terrible experience. The room was dirty. Spiders in the corner of the room. There was hair in the beds. A toothpick half way under the sheets. Beer bottle caps under the bed. And caps from other containers. Had to change the sheets. And blankets. They tried to give us a new room. And there was blood and hair on the sheets. In the second room. All the person could say was I can't control house keeping. The toilet was dirty. And the microwave has cracks in the back and smelled disgusting. I used to work at a best western and the standards were so much better. I can even imagine that this is how they expect people to enjoy a vacation. After driving 18 hours of driving.

I walked into this Hotel with the most positive mindset possible for a good weekend. The staff that checked us in was great. However, the hotel itself needs lots of maintenance. We needed to switch rooms after I found water leaking from the ceiling onto the window still that was above the A/C unit. That room had a strong odor of mold in it too. The second room was horrible. The first night there, I woke up at 3 am to the woman next door screaming and arguing about drugs and witchcraft (which would explain the feathers that were scattered outside in the parking lot and the feathers sachets on her window still. To each there own if they are into it. ) For a moment, I thought they were fighting physically. I called up the front office and they said they'll look into it. The screaming and arguing went on until I left in the morning for breakfast. Upon returning late that night, the screaming continued (lowered but continue). It very much upset me that upon checking out after my second night there, the hotel staff was aware of the problematic woman there and they commented I was not the only complaint against that room. Nothing was done about the loud witch next door. The bathroom was also another matter. The second room provided to us, the shower head was facing the outside of the shower stall rather than the inside of it. I'm guessing it was like that for the purpose that they moved us to a handicap room since there was a seat and railings on the inside of the stall.

Excellent free breakfast though can get crowded quickly. Durango Steakhouse is the on-site restaurant and they are excellent. Best steak I ever had. Room could have been a little cleaner but it wasn't bad. Great price for what you get. I wish they would update the fitness room. The treadmill wasn't working and the bikes digital looked like somebody punched it. Nice pool area.

I've been here for a few months and everyone has been extremely nice. Housekeepers are very diligent and helpful. Rooms are very well kept. Anything I need all I have to do is ask. When its hot outside it takes a little while to get cool water out of the faucet but that's cause it has to push all the hot water out to get to the cool. Maintenance only had to come to my room twice and both were minor fixes. I'd recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Management is also very friendly. If I had anything bad to say it would only be that the key cards don't always work. But they work 90% of the time! I don't go to the steak house that's on property much cause its above my budget, but when I do, its always great food. I've had the wings, burgers and ribs and its all fabulous! Reasonably priced, I just can't afford it on a regular basis.

The room smelled moldy and killed our allergies. It is obviously an old hotel with kinda new paint. When we went for breakfast the woman shut the door in our face. It turns out that the front desk girl told us breakfast ended at ten but it actually ended at 9:30. We showed up at 9:34 and she literally pulled the door shut and held it so I couldn't open it. We spoke with at least 8 ppl who got to eat breakfast and they said the service inside was unbelievably rude. Between the dirty musty rooms and the "asshole" running breakfast we will NEVER stay there again.

I've been traveling for work over the past year, so I've had the chance to check out lots of hotels. Booked this place as a 3-star express deal on priceline. The first thing that hit me driving in was: this does NOT look like a 3-star place. The layout is that of a cheap roadside motel. That being said, it does tick most of the boxes; fairly clean, well stocked rooms, 37" TV (though without HD), clean fridge, and lots of breakfast options. The bathroom was clean but really small. No microwave in the room. Pool was deep and clean. Overall a good experience, but definitely not on par with Hampton or Holiday Inn.

Convenient to the connections, unfortunately the laundry service was not working. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms are fine, a bit small but they're okay. The air conditioning is pretty good, had to turn it down cause it was too cold. My room had a terrible broken bed, woke up with huge back pain. The food is great, there's free breakfast and a restaurant right next to the reception area.

Excellent motel! We travelled from Miami for 1 night to visit Kennedy Space Center. We arrived around 11PM and everything was ready for us so check-in was done very smoothly. I even borrowed the printer free-of-charge, as I forgot the tickets for the next day in Miami.

Decent free breakfast. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors very clearly (if you know what I mean… wink wink). Close to the beach, so it's a great location.

The room was very clean Staff available with possibility to check out at any time. It is the classic 2-storey American motel with access to the rooms from the outside balcony.

(Disclaimer: Central FL tourists who booked at Best Western from a Priceline option) BEING AN OUTSIDE HOTEL (you exit your room and immediately face the outside) many of the structures and road LOOKED A BIT WORN OUT but not in complete disrepair. But the rooms inside fared much better. The layout and appearance was typical of hotels in this range, but at least EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED AND DUSTED. The FREE Wi-Fi AND COMPLIMENTARY HOT BREAKFAST (Think Waffles and Sausages in addition to the typical Yogurt, Bagels, and Cereal) served well. GREAT VALUE if you’re not too picky.

My last visit at the shuttle inn was not a pleasant one. We ate in the ihop their was the people sitting behind us with a crying baby. It was screaming and they was doing stuff to it to make it scream, the bastards. We couldn't eat in peace, but these ihop bastard employees starting looking at me for some reason even leaning over the booth looking at me, and while we went to pay all the cooks and employees was just starring at me. It did tick me off because I didn't do anything, we just wanted those people to stop making that baby scream and we said something to our waitress about it. So I don't know what the other employees problem was with them starring at me. It was child abuse those people tormenting that baby. But all I wanted to know why was the other employees looking and starring at me. This was back in 2008 when we went to see the STS 126 launch. It has always bothered me the way I was treated, and I did nothing wrong to be discriminated like this.

Old looking property from the outside. My room was recently redone and had a modern look. Only stayed here since there were no other reasonably priced hotel in the area. Breakfast was very good.

Unfriendly staff would be a generous description of the Director of First Impressions. Best described as unpleasantly unhelpful and focussed on providing zero customer satisfaction. Unlike other hotels I stayed at, standard rooms here are smoking with extra charges for non smoking rooms. So if your a smoker this is a great deal for you.

The air conditioner works amazing but other then that the room is very out dated. I asked specifically for non smoking, as soon as I walked in the room the smell like to take my breath away. It was awful. I sprayed the room and the AC filter with an air fresher and it was okay to stay in for a night. The customer service at the front desk, and in the breakfast hall is not as friendly as you would expect. Overall it had good parking for pulling a trailer, but there were a few bums in the area so beware of your surroundings.

As in most Best Western, nothing to say everything is OK room and breakfast. And the reception is impeccable SIMPLE, fast… and friendly. You can book without worries.

Classic Motel, with the Pool and the Breakfast. Inexpensive, therefore, many students get groups here. Sometimes a bit noisy because of that. Breakfast is sparse and available only in limited quantities. Who comes at 9, gets almost nothing. Location to KSC: 20 Min. Travel. Also to Orlando it's not far.
