Disgusting. Room was musty and smelled like someone had just smoked cigarettes in the room. Cancelled my second night and changed to a different hotel. Showered with sandals on because the shower had sand in it from the last guest and toilet paper in the toilet from the last guest. The water in the lobby had lemons in it that was kept in the lobby overnight. Had a nice slimy look to it. That alone helped me make the decision to eat breakfast elsewhere.

I was surprised at how nice and clean it was. You could tell no one had stayed in ur room often or recently, as it had that old closed up room smell… the smell is the only thing I would change. My husband said he would change the firm bed but it didn’t bother me. Breakfast was over the top. Juices, pancakes, waffles, a bunch of toppings for the pancakes and waffles, turkey sausage, pork sausage, bread, bagels, muffins, toppings for those, coffee with good flavorings and creamers, fried potato pieces, fresh yogurt, and lord knows what all else in forgetting… if u leave hungry, it’s on you… definantly love it!

There were bed bugs in our room. When we arrived, we checked the beds immediately and found bed bugs. We called the front desk and had them come to the room so we could show them. Obviously — finding BUGS in the bed, we would never stay the night. Had to pack our family up and find a room somewhere else. We demanded a refund because that is an absolutely inexcusable disgusting issue that is not our problem — but theirs. Instead of simply voiding the room, they DOUBLE charged TWO of our bank accounts, STEALING money from us. Telling us that it was only pending and would drop off within 24 hours, and then telling Expedia it would take 5-7 business days. Obviously this place is a joke, a group of lying con-artists trying to make a quick buck. Filthy, sketchy hotel that overcharges — 100% do NOT recommend!

The hotel offers good value and a location with easy access to both I-95 and the Space Coast. The staff is very helpful and responsive to guest needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, albeit somewhat dated in decor. The complimentary breakfast is basic and provides an adequate start to the day. I've enjoyed several multi-day stays at the motel and found it to be a good choice for my visits to that area.

Previously stayed in this hotel for work. It’s not a bad hotel, good for its price. However this time around, I was given a smoking room. So I went back to the front desk and asked to be given a non smoking room. They wanted to charge me $28 to change rooms. I booked a standard room, with non smoking listed in the amenities, but then had to pay an extra $28 to get moved to a non smoking room. I am very irritated and this is horrible business. Edit: The owner does not take ownership of any problems the customers have. You can go back and look at all the reviews for this hotel, and the owner has an excuse as to why it’s not the hotels fault every time. Plain and simple, it’s bad business and bad customer service.

We were able to get a room on spur of the moments notice. Shuttle service to Port Canaveral not what it seems. Told we would be the last ones picked up at the port and could take 2-3 hrs to be dropped off. Swimming pool needed to be cleaned, dirty floor of the pool and had little critters swimming in it. The room was sufficient for the night. Compared to other Best Westerns, the rooms needs to be fully updated not just part way.

Hotel was super clean. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast had great selection of hot, high quality items and coffee was amazing!

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We arrived late at night and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is decently close to the launch site and we enjoyed our stay. I recommend location this for a quick stay in the neighborhood.

This hotel is old and well used, holds water at the doors on the first floor. My room had cock roaches though they did respond quickly to spray poison throughout the room. The carpets were terribly stained, had an oder. During my stay someone took one item (med device) from my room, the owner and one staff member, told me they trusted there long running staff and called me a liar (to my face). I had to file a police report due to denial and lack of resolution from the manager. This was my second stay at this hotel, the second was not purposeful in fact a mistake. L am not pointing fingers at there staff but someone with a key was involved or blindsided by someone without, nothing else was missing from the room. Only respect and consideration were missing from this situation.

I live on Merritt Island, 20 minutes away, but far enough away for a large underprivileged family to feel like it's a vacation. 5 kids, single Mom. No relation, just doing something nice for the kids that don't have much. After asking a simple question as to whether I could be guaranteed 2 adjoining rooms and being on hold for almost 12 minutes, the desk clerk "politely" advised me that they only accept customers from out of town. I'm still shaking my head. This sounds like a Job for the AG. In all of my world travels I've never heard this one before, and I built the BW Premier in Haiti. How ironic is that?

We used the workout room a lot. Asked for the stability ball to be inflated but they never did. Said they couldn't find the pump. Stationary bike needs maintenance. The free breakfast is very good. Peaceful setting. Easy access to cocoa beach. They should add sitting spots in the courtyard outside the pool area. It would be a nice place to sit and relax. Nice grass areas for it.

Stayed here overnight preparing for a cruise the next day. Desk personnel were polite and a pleasure to interact with. Room was dated but nice. Breakfast was good too. Obviously not a high end hotel, perfect for what we needed. Would stay here again.

The desk clerk, Daniel, was extremely helpful & friendly making our check in very pleasant. The hotel is an older building, but upgrades have made everything great. The place is near I-95, but very quiet. Our visit was very nice. We'll probably stay there again in the future.

This is a very clean and well-maintained hotel. The beds sleep well and all of the basic amenities are included. I recommend for anyone looking for a clean family friendly affordable hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast… nice rooms, comfortable.

Hotel has potential but not there yet. The neighborhood behind it is kind of shady but we stuck to our car and were fine. It's a convenient location right off 95 beach is about 10 miles down road. It is a very old hotel and the rooms show it. The lobby breakfast area and fitness center are all beautiful and appear to be newly renovated. For the price we paid we did not feel it was worth the money definitely toward a motel 6 quality rather than a comfort inn. Also the cleaning staff appears to only want to clean the rooms not the hallways stairwells etc. And does not report broken items or odors to the management or the management did not care not sure which it is, but they have a dissconect somewhere. We would not stay there again pay 10 more and go to the Hampton or Holiday Inn express.

Good value for the money. Very nice staff. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but for 1 night it was great. We left our car there for a week while on a cruise. Recommend!

Our experience was great! Check in agent accommodated our request to put my sister next to me in a room with an adjoining door. So nice! Breakfast was truly one of the best I’ve seen around, tons of little “extras” you do not find at other hotels. Very nice… even a pancake machine! Wow! Definitely recommended and will stay again! Only thing I don’t like, while they allow smoking in some rooms, they don’t accept pets. : — (

Excellent choice, when cruising. This is a well run motel, which was very neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the grounds were beautifully kept and the staff was very friendly. They also provide for a shuttle to the cruise ships at a very reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again, when cruising from Port Canaveral.

First of all this is NOT a four star hotel! I had read the reviews before booking, and it looked promising. The location is bad, it's right off of the freeway on a very busy street. It's noisy, and at night the area can get scary as it's also next to a truck stop. The hotel grounds are beautiful, however the rooms need updating, are dingy and dark. Hard to find an outlet for phone/tablet/ computer. TV is confusing (no TV guide). Bed is uncomfortable, not the typical BW comfy bed. The real kicker was there are no individual soap/shampoos, just a jug of soap attached to the bathroom wall and shower. Odd, very odd. The breakfast was wonderful, the homemade salsa was delicious. What kind of ruined the semi good feelings I had, however, was when the lady in front of me checking out told of bugs falling on her head and had reported this to corporate. That's all folks!

Although the room was clean it wasn't a good stay for us. We needed a king bed but they had them upstairs & the ones downstairs was smoking rooms. My boo is handicap and the stairs wasn't an option for us. The double beds in the room is just so small for 2 adults unless u wear 200 lbs or less together.

Just don’t do it. This place and all its employees advertised they are pet friendly but when my dog arrived two days after my check in, the manager told me the dog was not allowed in the room by herself even if she was in a crate. He told me to take her to work with me everyday. So when I asked him for a pet policy, he told me that he was not going to show it to me and immediately got loud with me and kept interrupting when I was trying to talk to him. The more I tried to reason with him, it seemed like he was coming up with more restrictions such as she was over the weight limit (which she is not per the online pet policy) and when he saw her, he immediately said she was going to destroy his property. I called corporate and they said they were not pet friendly and it was up to the managers discretion. Customer service was able to cancel the remainder of my stay but were basically useless when It came to removing the pet charges. Just… don’t do it.

Fine place to stay the night. Clean, good water pressure, 42" TV, hot breakfast and easy in and out for a Big Rig w/53' trailer.

Worst western. The staff here was extremely unaccommodating. “It’s the policy, it’s the policy, ” she kept saying. Yes I️ understand that it is suspicious that 8 people want to use one room to shower. But worse things have happened in a best western. And we were willing to let you watch, so…

At first I thought it was a decent stay, but when I found out that there are some bugs that bit the hand and I was unable to sleep some more, my family and I figured that this inn does not meet to my expectations because of stray cats who wants food and some bugs that affect us and tossing and turning trying to sleep that does not help. My family and I definitely not recommend this. I would prefer near Titusville next to Kennedy Space Center and it's museums.

Room is clean, pool dirty looking! Housekeeping nice! But, they need to take off that they have a Lounge/Restaurant they have converted it to living area for 7 wives! Will not patronize again! Only reason for 2 star's is because room is clean and modern.

Best experience ever had at any hotel in Brevard County. Very understanding & helpful staff; "DID NOT lie to me about anything (no hidden charges or fees. No price gouging. No marketeers with a con just to get rooms filled. ) The first part of the hotel name "BEST" is not good enough, it should have been "GREATEST WESTERN". Extremely satisfied…

This is the second time we have stayed here. We live in Colorado but have grandchildren that live here in Cocoa. The employees here are exceptional. Friendly, clean…

As a frequent traveler who has stayed in all manner of motels and small hotels, this is an awesome motel! We needed a place to stay during Hurricane Irma 2017. When we arrived the staff was great. The motel was in very good condition. Though short staffed because of the impending hurricane, the motel was organized and helpful. Though I live near by I would not hesitate staying here again or suggesting this motel to family and friends.

I want to sing the praises for Best Western in Cocoa Beach Florida on 4225 Kings Street. In particular, special shout out and thanks to Raapal who helped me on the phone. In the midst of Hurricane Irma my sister and her husband were escaping from the storm on the Gulf Coast. They had been driving since the day before with a car full of their pets. Gas stations closed everywhere and I was trying to help from California. After calling dozens of hotels and motels, most of which had a recording or no answer, I finally reached Mr. Raapal. He was able to provide a room and accommodate their pets. They are there as I write this, happy, safe and sound. I love Best Western. Thank you for being there when we needed you!

Daniel was great and very friendly. He really went above and beyond to help us with reservations. He needs to be promoted like… yesterday! Next to the 5 star facilitys and rooms, he is why we will always recommend and will stay again! This place combines amazing customer service, 5 star facilities next to the paradise of some of the world's finest beaches and attractions.

This hotel exactly met the needs of my grandson and I, in town for a kayak adventure. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the breakfast was the best I have ever had at a budget lodging. Even the location was convenient. It is not a luxury hotel, but it was tastefully decorated and landscaped. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed here in mid April of 2017, we were going on a cruise. The entire experience was great! We especially liked the gal at the front desk, she was very polite and helpful. I left my vehicle at the hotel for the week we cruised, and took the shuttle to the cruise terminal. Very easy and seamless experience. We are cruising again in September and plan on staying here again. Thanks for everything!

Quiet room. Tho a/c could have been less noisy. Nice pool. Breakfast adequate. Good location. Good value.

The front desk clerk Daniel was so helpful. My sister missed her flight and if it wasn't for him she never would of gotten here. I will be forever grateful.
The lobby is newly renovated and is absolutely elegant. I love the color scheme so I would have it in my house. I told Daniel I was going to steal the rug I loved it so much.
I would stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it is you could tell they take great pride in their motel from the nice interior decorating in the lobby in the breakfast area the rooms are extremely clean, housekeeping does an awesome job PS thank you for organizing the bathroom counter for me the young lady at the counter was very pleasant and patient and they put out a decent breakfast, Young man maintaining the breakfast area was in there every 10 minutes wiping tables that were already clean checking to make sure everything was filled and was just very pleasant. The air-conditioner will freeze you out of the room. My only complaint is the tub is a little slow at draining or I would've gave them five stars the motel is definitely worth checking out and it's a very convenient location.

Very good value for money.

The décor of the rooms is a little older, but well maintained, the rooms are clean, tidy and well served by cable TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, microwave and refrigerator; Clean bathrooms with soap and iron. Breakfast is included, buffet style, with a lot of good food, from sweet to savory (with eggs, bacon, fresh waffles and pancakes, more juices, milk and coffee, muffins, yoghurt, milk, cereals and much more).
The Staff is very friendly and helpful and the ambience is very welcoming.
The hotel follows the rules on recycling and environmental protection.
I highly recommend it: It costs very little and offers a lot.

Maids were courteous and so nice, pool was nice and clean, and rooms were decent. Behind the desk staff was absolutely awful. Went here for my wedding weekend (only about a half an hour from the beach) and will NOT go back again due to the TERRIBLE customer service. If I'm paying all this money to stay at your hotel, I expect to be treated with respect.

Professional and courteous staff! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was well maintained and not crowed. I really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this hotel. Oh, the beds were comfy and firm. The pillows were amazing too!

They tell people that AAA is already included with the price. They wouldn't honor the AAA card for my daughter. Check in or check out. How can you tell if they honored AAA on the receipt. There's nothing on there for it to be honored that's not wright.

Rooms were nice. Beds are not the best either are the tvs. But overall a decent nights rest.

It's an older hotel, no doubt it was considered very high end when built. Still it is very obvious the owners care lots about the property upkeep, cleanliness and the customers. All the management and workers were kind and appropriate when we had questions or needs. Or room was sparkling clean and plenty big. The Internet connection worked well, and the rooms were quiet enough too. We ended up spending extra days there. For the area and the time of year I was happy to get so much for such a reasonable price.

Between the hours of midnight and 3:00am, this is a great option when all other hotels are booked on a random Tuesday night because of the worlds largest soccer tournament that booked all of Florida hotel rooms. We are all so excited to see the completed renovations on our next 3:00am trip during the worlds largest soccer tournament. They have clean remotes, well at least that's what the box stand said. The bathroom fan is automatic when turning on the lights. Beds were a bit squeaky and hard. Our room had a two person dinning room table beside one of the beds. This is complete. No scrambled eggs nor bacon on the buffet.

Sucks big time. Wouldn't rent to a dog.

All I can say is shop the area and show me a better value. The rooms provide a microwave, substantial fridge, iron and board, coffee maker, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, good size flat screen HDTV. They are complete. The nonsmoking rooms do not, as so often is the case, smell as if they've been smoked in. All the little things we love are here and then there's the restaurant, pool and everything else done to the same high standard of cleanliness, quality and condition. By the way; the management reeks of professionalism. All this for under $100? Like I said: show me another like this. Not happening.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I can hear the thumping of the base from the bar playing music into the early hours of the morning. I have called the front desk and complained multiple times; it's useless. The Wi-Fi is incredibly slow. The TV freezes for a few seconds about once an hour so hopefully the climax of the show you're watching doesn't happen at that point. The maids when they clean your room will sometimes take your dirty towels and leave you no clean towels. It's so wonderful to take a hot shower and have no towel. The vent in the bathroom that turns on automatically when you switch the light on is caked in dust it looks like it's never been cleaned. I've seen police here twice for rooms that have been broken into.

So far, pretty awesome hotel right off the interstate. For all us real smokers left, this IS a SMOKING hotel.

Brilliant — most motels can learn from this place.

Don't ever go there! after being in the room for 20 minutes I called the front to tell them that not only dont I get Wi-Fi but I have no signal on my phone can I be moved closer to the front I was told that hey will reboot system and call me back I had to call back wen he started getting irate due to me complaining I preceded to tell him that at least im not complaining how nasty his room was so he told me that he wanted me to check out because he knows what im there for anyway. Wait did you just called me a hooker needless to say the officer's were called and this story is public records and a police report is on file please search if in doubt.

Perfect get away. My fiancée and I just wanted to get out of the cooler weather of Minnesota and enjoy Florida. When we landed in Orlando we decide to drive down to see the beaches and stop at any places we might like to visit. We stayed at Best Western Cocoa Inn, what a lovely hotel. It’s only about 12 miles from the beach plus many little locally owned restaurants and a few chain restaurants nearby. We ate at Grandpa Steak House only about 2 miles away – wonderful food. Cocoa Inn has a cozy feel…almost like being at home. The room we stayed in had a King size bed and a 42 inch flat screen TV. They also offer breakfast of pancakes/waffles, fruit, cereal and more. The hotel also had a large pool with lawn chairs to tan or just enjoy the sun. Our favorite part was being able to go down to the Lounge located next to the hotel lobby and enjoy a drink and some pool before heading to bed from an adventurous day.
