Avid Hotel is quite nice, clean, and most of the staff seems friendly and helpful. They are very generous with the breakfast items, and the fresh fruit is a nice treat.

I stayed at this hotel and with son for his 24th birthday as I was taking him to the Brevard zoo. I got him his own room as a special surprise.

The hotel overall is amazing, from the rooms, how clean the rooms are, and the staff. Don't forget the free breakfast!

From the minute you walk in this hotel is super clean and you are greeted by a friendly customer service attendant. Our room was very spacious and spotless! Loved all the amenities.

I was expecting a lot worse based on the reviews, but to my surprise, I did not regret my stay. Rooms were clean and do not smell bad. Paint was peeling from walls and doors due to wear and tear.

Nice experience, staff was pleasant and helpful. My opinion for what you get, it's a bit pricey, the rooms and they were not overly cleaned. The breakfast was what you'd expect.

I spend 2 nights in this hotel here are my thoughts: The location of the hotel near the motorway is great you can’t hear the cars at all and the hotel is surrounded by the shopping mall.

I have chosen to give 5 stars to the Holiday Inn, Viera despite having a complaint which had me saying I'd never return.
