Went to an event there on June 18, 2021, The conference room about 40 women… NO AC, no rooms were ready for the Platinum guests. They promised Lunch at 3, at 3:45 there served one scoop bowls of melted ice cream and apparatus did a buffet after 4pm (which the event was schedule 11-4. I would NEVER stay there, have a wedding there, or any type of event.

Staff is completely unpleasant
fixtures and furniture need updated.

Very nice, clean in hotel a great location! Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend getting the room with a hot tub in it was our wedding anniversary they surprised us with flowers and champagne in our room since, we are rewards members, it was so thoughtful! The bed was really comfy! We will definitely be back!

I hosted an event at the Space Coast Convention Center. The event planner Lori and her staff were terrific. The decorations and food were excellent! I look forward to booking more events.

I can’t say anything about the hotel itself but had the Turkey dinner there and even though I loved to see it spaced out and they took us early and the food was absolutely delicious the service sucked!

We all have asthma and lung issues. So first off, the room smelled so musty and like mildew that we couldn’t breathe. Then our toilet was broke. We were moved to different rooms but the smell was horrible still, the toilet now was leaking all over the floor and your receptionist was not only rude but racist. She showed no empathy and was straight up ignorant. My brother in law ended up sleeping in his truck with no refund. Horrible stay and will NEVER recommend! Fix your issues!

Mrs. Linda is the sweetest. Five star for her food service and hospitality!

Loved the jetted tub. The lady working breakfast was very sweet and nice. She kept everything cleaned tables wiped down. The only problem was the air intake was loud in the room.

My room was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Very clean. Has a Keurig, small fridge and microwave. Bathroom was large and there was a hairdryer. Breakfast buffet was good with decent choices. Located right off the interstate. No actual restaurant on premises but there is a McDonald's nearby as well as a Burger King if you are desperate.

Convenient to I-95. Very friendly staff. Clean property. Good coffee. Very nice rooms. 20+ minutes to Cocoa Beach.

I expected better from a place like this. Had to call house keeping cause the bed sheets weren't right, they had a lot of lint balls. They weren't as friendly as the other places I've gone to (Holiday Inns). They weren't able to help us w/the issue we had I felt very unwelcomed. That being said my husband & I was supposed to stay for 3 nights but we checked out the very next day. I guess we went at the wrong time.

This Holiday Inn surpassed my expectations! From the moment I entered the hotel, the front desk staff received me with a smile, upgraded my room and provided us with guidance on different local services tailored to our travel needs. The Sales Manager, Laura Mitchel and all of the staff, made us feel like celebrities. Truly recommend this hotel to all my friends, family and everyone reading this review!

Recently stayed here and really enjoyed ourselves. Nice room, very comfortable bed. Kudos to Taylor at the front desk. Always smiling and extremely helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Yummy food and Jill and Linda were very pleasant and made sure the food was replenished when needed. Only thing that could have made this place better would be a lounge where a person could get a sandwhich and a beer. Didn't enjoy having to get in the car to go searching for a restaurant. Would have been so nice to have something on site. Thank you, Tom and Marsha Lepola.

This Hotel is always a delight. Great breakfast. Great lunch. Wonderful pool. Soft beds. Wonderful staff and perfectly near I-95.

This hotel is very conveniently located whether you're going to Orlando or Cocoa Beach. It was clean, the staff are friendly and responsive to issues. The elevator was down one of the days we stayed here but I could here the staff working the issue every time I passed the front desk. The pool was fun and fairly warm. It also has a hot tub that wasn't heating up when we arrived but was fixed the next day. It has ample room for breakfast which was fully stocked and attended to all morning. I did miss having information in the room such as restaurants, local attractions, channel guide, etc. I don't know if it was an oversight or new way of doing business. I would definitely stay here again.

Omg these guys are awesome! DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE MORON THAT TALKS LIKE IT IS INSIDE A DUMPY TRAILER PARK! The trailer park is not dumpy. It is a gated 55 and over community. The hotel staff was awesome awesome awesome! The breakfast was actually really good especially considering it is the free hotel breakfast. Linda was super sweet! We are planning on moving here and will certainly be back.

Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were much larger than expected. The rooms were nice and clean however they could use a bit of a refresh. Would stay again if in the area.

People were rude and the food wasn't all that good and it tasted cheap. There wasn't a lot of parking on the nights of events and I feel bad for the guests staying there on the nights that they do have events, as it's rowdy and the parking does get difficult. The location is really convenient though so that's a plus but it's also in a little bit of a rough area.

Gorgeous hotel, not what you expect with "express. " Well maintained, nice grounds, beautiful pool. Bathroom recently remodeled, rest of room well within reason. 1 minute from interstate.

So nice! Attended a class in one of the ballrooms. Looks like a great venue for a wedding reception or any special event.

Old rundown property, bed sagged, rust on the hangers, tiny TV all for $184 per night, staff was friendly however it did not make up for the rundown condition of the rooms. I travel often on business, this is the worst properties I have ever stayed in.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Cocoa what's short but Pleasant. We traveled to the hotel because we were playing the alternate reality game Ingress and discovered that there were two portals on the property. We stayed long enough to capture the portals and glyphic each one of them for gear. We were there for the total of 5 minutes, we were not approached by Hotel staff or anybody else on the property. It was quite Pleasant stay.

Was here a few years ago, this is not same hotel. Friendly, fast service. Great breakfast and again friendly staff. Beautiful quiet room. Will be back alittle more often.

This is my go to holiday inn express puts me in the middle of Florida truck parking always available the staff always wonderful thank you.

I attended a sewing retreat from friday to monday. The staff was so nice and helpful, they could not do enough for us. The cafe has a great little breakfast, the lady there was named Linda, she was very friendly, made us feel at home. You have a choice of muffins, toast, a pancake machine, cereal fruit, eggs, sausage or bacon depending on the day, cinnamon buns, juices, tea and coffee, I am sure I missed something! Everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, anyone you see, smiles and says hello. We already scheduled a return trip next year!

Really run down. They only had their "king suite" left. While it was decently priced, the hotel itself is a bit dingy and you could easily spot a few missed spots when they were cleaning. There's also not much around the area to do. The staff was all polite, though.

The room was very clean and nice. Great breakfast! The employees were amazing and helped us out in many ways. Our plans were cancelled and they helped us find a wonderful restaurant and entertainment while we were there. They went over and above expectations when I left an item in the room and helped in having it returned to me. I wish I would have gotten the names of the clerks that helped me because they rocked!

I travel quite a bit and try to stay at Hampton or Holiday Inn. I always de germ my room and I found I don't think my room was cleaned or been cleaned the past couple guests. Found 2 used bars of soap in shower and pee stain on toilet. Calling management now to see how they deal with this. It would have been one star but the staff has been top notch thus far and room is good sized. Part 2. Advised staff of condition and they immediately got into a room. As a side note they put in the room next to the one I complained about so I didn't have to completely repack. The staff is the saving grace here. Because they reacted the way they did I gave them another star.

Friendlier than normal staff (huge plus), rooms were sufficient and clean, beds are not the best and overall the room condition was fair to okay. Not a bad place by any means as compared to lower end brands. Perhaps we're use to much better accommodations but the rating above is spot on.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and our hotel room was clean and comfortable. I also liked the convenient location to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center, as well as Orlando. There were a couple of areas that needed improvement: The printer in the lobby wasn't working, and also the toilet in our room didn't flush properly. All in all, a great hotel if you're needing a quick place to stay a night or two. If I'm in the area again, this will be my choice.

Only because I'm not sure if I can give them NO stars!? No hot water to shower at 11, 30pm — no hot water to shave at 7.30am. Called twice and let ring forever… No answer no call back. Air barely enough fab speed to make the bedroom area acceptable if turned down to 65, the lowest it would go. Sofa area still uncomfortably warm. When checking out as soon as I ate breakfast I was asked how my stay was… When I shared the issues… There was no response, just handed me my receipt. Terribly disappointing! For me, they clearly didn't care.

This Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations in every way. Spacious rooms, beautiful decor, excellent breakfast; I highly recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay before a cruise.

My family desperately needed a room because we originally booked a room in a hotel that ended up being horrible. The staff here worked very hard to find us a room. The entire time we were pampered by friendly staff workers willing to help you with anything you need. The hotel is very clean and quiet and the breakfast is very good. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Long story! First we thought we booked Cocoa Beach, opps. So after spending hours and hours waiting on the launch at KSC, it was scrubbed. Had 3, 000 angry people being bused back… Drove to the beach to learn it's the wrong hotel… When we arrived at HI cocoa we were pretty well aggravated and exhausted. Mat at the front desk was so kind, witty and understanding. Had he welcomed us any differently our attitudes would not have been turned around! We enjoyed a cocktail by the pool, which was calming with the waterfalls, colors and overall ambiance. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fresh and good! Well, 2 hours into our drive back home I realized I left my wedding band in the room. Called them, Robbie took action and within 5 minutes had the ring in hand and provided instructions on how to get it back to us! We are very happy with the people at this HI obviously! We do suggest better window coverings as the white curtains do not block out all of the properties artificial light at night. Thank you all for saving our night and saving me from the beating of a lifetime from my wife!

Easy access from I-95. On the edge of town, but still easy to access restaurants, shops, and the beach. Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff.

The service was excellent, everything was very clean and organized. The breakfast was very good.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was free and very tasty. The Receptionist's were all very nice and helpful.
