So far so good. Rooms are very nice and roomy. They were very accommodating with my dog. Based on my check in so far, I’d stay here again.

Nice service. The people at the front desk are extra nice… love that it is pet friendly… they even have dog treats there also…

Bad customer service. We renewed our room for a second night with the manager, they never once discussed price with me, just swiped my credit card. Come to find out the second night was $100 more than the first. When I tried to call and get an understanding as to why they wouldn’t disclose with me the price change before charging me, the manager said “I already had given you a good rate”. Not sure how that relates to my concern here.

Loved how they had motorcycle parking. Great place to stay.

We stayed here numerous times while we were house hunting in North Port. Clean, quiet rooms, good breakfast, and affordably priced.

The location is very convenient. Cracker barrel and waffle house are in walking distance. The gas station has a Dunking donuts. The rooms are clean. If you have a large vehicle like a bus, camper or truck with trailer. (Not Semi) their are only 4 slots. It's a great place to rest close to the highway.

Sleeps inn is located right by interstate i75 with access to stores and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious also included everything you need fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer safe in closets. This hotel has a wonderful free breakfast and the stuff all the way around is a delight. Best place for your money to stay in Port Charlotte.

One of the best hotels I ever slept in. I spent 5 days and loved every night. Nice little breakfast with the best orange juice. Will absolutely stay again.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Everything seemed new and everything in the room worked. Bed very comfortable and soft. The check in clerk on duty was a bit unfriendly, very short with us. Unhelpful when we requested a rolling luggage cart to bring 5 days of luggage to the third floor. We had to wait about 2 hours before we could find one. Although the hotel is near the interstate, we could not hear any traffic in our third floor room. Guests in next room were a bit noisy one night. Hotel lobby was very nice and clean.

We had the best and worst experience there! Let me explain… The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of items. However, I was highly disappointed that the pool was broke down. We used a discount coupon which we picked up at a rest stop. We stopped overnight at Roanoke Rapids, NC. We sadly (shocked) when we woke up to BED BUGS! The manager reimbursed us for that one night, but it took us hours/money at the laundry mat… grrr! Fortunately, we were able to continue our vacation AND return back home without bugs or eggs. Thank God!

Most of the time I would give this hotel 5 stars. I'm a elite diamond member and have spent a lot of time here. They allow pets in certain rooms. Beware pets rooms — do smell like pet rooms. They have a good array of breakfast choices. Most of the staff is pretty good. We have had a few big issues — but the manager or choice hotels generally fixes immediately. It pays to sign up with choice hotels. They book fast — so if you know in advance you'll be here. Try to book in advance. Cracker Barrell, Waffle House and Burger King are all in walking distance from here. Parking — wish they had more of. They have a pool and hot tub. Even a workout room. The handicapped accessible rooms are nice too. If you have a question ask — pretty close to most things you'll need. If your here for the baseball game in PC off 776/veterans — even with a straight shot a little drive. But, there is only one other hotel I'd stay in — in PC so… This is pretty nice. Enjoy.

It was very accommodating especially handicapped-accessible the room was big refrigerator and microwaves included or quite a bit of had a nice breakfast in the morning time could be open to a little bit later or longer or earlier not exactly sure. The right off of the interstate was very accommodating.

Great place. Clean, great staff, very helpful, large rooms. Very comfortable beds. Wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back of I'm in the area.

Quite a rate hike for what it is. Overall experience was nice. They were hospitable, the room was clean & breakfast was good. Would stay there again, hopefully for a cheaper price!

The room is clean, the entire hotel is clean. Front desk staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for more. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful and very spacious king executive suite which included a pull out sofa. The bathroom was spacious with a nice size shower. I was very very impressed with the "Breakfast Medley" that included biscuits and gravy as well as sausage add eggs! The employee who was taking care of it did an awesome job and she was VERY thorough.

For $110 night busting no more than 60 should cost this room.

This was the nicest motel we have ever visited. From the moment we walked in, tired from our flight and drive, we were welcomed and treated to coffee and water and our room was ready. Susan and Shannon were very helpful and kind. Our room looked EXACTLY like the picture online. The whole place is spotless.

I have stayed at this first class hotel several times and the experience could not have been better. The hotel lobby and staff are inviting. My suite was spacious and the king sized bed was more comfortable than the one I sleep in at home. The bath towels were so soft and absorbent that I felt like I was at a spa. From the front desk to the housekeeping and maintenance staff, no request was ever too much. If I could give this hotel 20 stars, I would! It is conveniently located to major roads and the Interstate, and has a Cracker Barrel right next door.

Nice first impression. Clean environment well kept room and bathroom excellent customer service. Loved the ice cream and beer at hand very accurate and accessable pool area and exercise overall great expedience.

Great bang for your buck. Quick check in and incredibly friendly morning staff. Very good continental breakfast included. Not many options but they had SAUSAGE GRAVY! Yum ;). My pillow had a visible stain that had been washed, should probably been thrown out.

Pleasant, complementary Breakfast awesome. Hospitable & has a home feel too the experience. I had my three month granddaughter with me and they got us a crib the drawback is they are under construction right now. Also there was an incident that occurred, someone had gotten into & robbed vehicles in the parking lot. I guess personal vehicles as well but that could actually happen anywhere. No that was just a quirk because that actually happen anywhere and does. I guess be it 4 stars ✨

First time staying at a Sleep Inn Hotel. I have no complaints. Hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. Great choice for the money.

ANTS, ANTS, ANTS! We planned a baby shower for months. Reserved the meeting room to hold over 30 people. Within 20 minutes of decorating and setting up the food and drinks, our food was covered with ANTS! I went to the front desk to complain and she sent the maintenance guy in with bug spray and an attitude. When I told him there was NO WAY he was spraying bug spray around the food, he was very rude and blamed us for the ants. DO NOT spend your money on this room, because you will be sorry!

What a pleasant surprise. It was a busy weekend and we were lucky to find a room. The room was clean, comfortable and Berri nice looking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they had a full delicious breakfast. Will come again!

I think this hotel is very clean very friendly and I am enjoying my stay here as is my dog who is having her very first time in a hotel. So happy we chose this hotel. I highly recommend it. Great location as well.

Accommodations were great; the staff were friendly, cheerful & very helpful all the time. The manager was the best I have ever seen in the business. Facing the calamity if Hurricane Irma — pressure was never an issue when dealing with greedy & rude guests, staff & management handled everything with amazement. One guy got got unruly Monday night & accused the clerk of being nasty etc. She didn't, he made up the situation & got carried away with his bullish attitude, trying to cause a scene. We laughed at him The clerk was very nice & handled herself in a calm professional manner. I have already begun recommending this Hotel to many, including on Facebook. I would give this hotel definite 5 star rating.

My husband and I stayed at Sleep Inn with our 2 dogs during hurricane Irma. We can't say enough about the kindness of the staff and how they made us all feel welcome and safe during such a stressful time. Everyone talks about the heroism of First Responders during such situations; I can't express enough gratitude to the staff for their warmth and composure. Every one of the staff we met was kind and compassionate and I can only imagine they must have been concerned about their own loved ones and families. That's heroism as well, making all the guests feel comfortable during this difficult situation. We thank you sincerely. Caryl and Joe Carbone.

We have stayed at Sleep Inns all up & down the east coast for years. This sleep inn is one of the finest, cleanest, customer friendly ones ive ever been to. There is a cracker barrell right next door and a dairy queen across the street. Port charlotte is a beautiful place to visit.

We had a Christmas party. Service was. Great.

The room I stayed in was very clean and well made up. The woman working the counter was also very polite and quick in helping us get a room.

My sister and I have been staying here for 6 days now. We have really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are extremely friendly and this place is very clean. The free breakfast is really good and you have a lot of choices. The pool and grounds are wonderfully kept. Our only complaint is that the brochures for things to do in the area was in the room off of the exercise room (we didn't see it until our stay was almost over) and not in the lobby.

We came to spend the weekend while waiting to move into our new house. Long story short it ended up being 9 nights. The staff was amazing! Especially Trucker, Dana and Sue we we granted late checkouts and everyone there made us feel so welcome. Thankfully we found our new home and are settling in. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome ❤

This hotel has a wonderful staff from the lovely counter lady to the breakfast lady. The friendliest hotel I have ever been to. Especially impressive since we were dressed in biker gear after a full day of country riding. They are the only hotel I have seen with motorcycle parking. I will be booking sleep inn hotels for a long time thanks to this location. Also very clean, affordable, and exceptional shower.
