I am amidst fighting for half a refund because the room and the experience was not satisfactory. I will be attaching photos of the room to show how bad this experience was. To begin, front desk lady was not the nicest, wasn't rude but wasn't welcoming at all. We walked into our room after check in and the first aroma that hits your sense when you walk into the room is… moldy pee. So I asked do they have another room to switch, when they obviously did and they said no. So we sucked it up and then that is when we started noticing the little things. The dryer was messed up anytime you plugged it in a spark shot across the wall. Wondering why they had a fire, huh? This is probably why. The sliding glass door to the room was not connected at all to the frame so any time that you pulled the glass door it would separate from the frame and it could fall out at any minute. There were a lot of extended stay customers and they were shady as hell. We also had, Domestic Abuse Daryl, in the room next to us. Who repeatedly beat and cheated on his girlfriend. How do know this because the manager had multiple complaints and was too afraid to call the police. They fought in their room and fought in the hallway. Awful. Then there is more. The building was never secure at all. The door were always wide open, followed by a staff of people that don't look trustworthy and to top it off the door lock wasn't even connected to the door. It was on the verge of falling off.

Good spacious, clean room. Excellent breakfast. Such a great value and only a 10 minute drive to sights.

Conveniently located just by I-95 at St. Augustine area for a few hours to few days' rest. Prices are relatively cheap and worth as per service. Also, they have deals offered by hotel booking websites so you can find better seal than phone booking or walk in price. Building looks a little older but rooms are well maintained, clean, and organized. Breakfast hours are long enough to adjust to your schedule.

Ok for what we paid. Had to request a small fridge to put our insulin in because not all rooms had them. No microwaves, either. Got to meet the local first responders at 5 am when they came out to extinguish a one room fire. They were awesome!

The staff was amazing, front check in to housekeeping to breakfast and check out! Very clean and updated rooms! Family friendly as well as pet friendly! The front desk staff goes above and beyond to make our stay the best! Will definitely stay there again!

This was the very worse place I have ever stayed! $70.! We walked in and there were people hanging out in the hallways… It was so dirty I thought we would catch something! This place should be shut down! We thought when we locked the door but when morning finally came we discovered the dead bold lock was missing! I can't warn people enough… don't go there! Beyond discusting! Felt very unsafe… I have one star because it made me…
