Rooms smelled n look clean was disappointed the continental breakfast was nothing but danish fruit n coffee.

Even though my key card wouldn't work it was a nice day.

Privacy, not loud, great last minute reservation, clean pool, clean room. No surprise billing or cost from what the site quoted. Helpful person at the "front desk" (due to COVID19 we couldn't go into the lobby) but regardless, nice person behind the glass that checked us in. Only complaint is we didn't have a microwave, but I might have misread the room amenities…

This property was clean and comfortable, and had adequate amenities. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. It was well prepared and set up nicely. The owners apparently take pride in their establishment. The staff was exceptional, they were friendly, and professional. I recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Price and easy check in. Booked online before leaving VA and arrived just after midnight. Room was comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was fabulous and had quite a good variety of food. I will easily choose this hotel next stop in St Augustine.

The front desk was nice. The rooms are a basic hotel rooms that you would expect at a basic lodge. The rooms were clean, but the rooms could use an update to the bath and sink. The air conditioner didn't get the room under 73 degrees so for 3 people it would get hot. But fair for the price.

Breakfast was great eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruits, coffee, juices, cereals, waffles, variety of toppings for waffles, toast, bagels, biscuits… Pool area was great. Very family safe property. Literally a light away from the outlet shopping mall. Tons of fast food restaurants right here. Right off the hwy. So close to all attractions. Great price very affordable. Clean comfy rooms and bed. A tub for kiddos✌

Stayed hear with a class field trip with was shocked about the smell. It was obviously damp and reeked of mildew. Had to keep my door open for hours and adjust the temp to get some fresh air. Spoke with other chaperones and they had the same issue. I suspect the lack of fans in the bathroom is the major contributor, and since every family had the same issue, there was no where else to go. I have learned a valuable lesson though is humid geography, as about fans for enclosed room! Aside for that the continental breakfast was fine, they could use an extra waffle iron though. The staff was friendly and the overall cleanliness was above par.

We stayed at this Hotel for a mini vacation and it was pretty good! The customer service was very nice. Although it didn't have the best view, I enjoyed the pool and amenities. Location was good because its next to an interstate that leads to cool restaurants and shops, etc. Overall, very clean hotel with comfy beds. Nothing to complain about! For sure if you want something great, reliable, and affordable, I'd recommend staying here!

This was a regular BW Hotel. But it"s also a clean hotel and good staff. I had a good night's sleep during my visit in St. Augustine, Fl. It was hard to rate this hotel since I usually book GW Plus and/or Premier Hotels, which I have rated Five Stars… I would come back again.

Stuck us in a handicap room. Shower flooded all over bathroom during each shower. Small hard pillows. Didn’t clean room on last day. Nice pool. Decent breakfast.

Good place if you're looking for a clean, affordable, no fuss type place. Staff was very friendly and gave me no issues about my dog. If you can, though, bring your own toiletries. The bath soap seems more like hand soap. Breakfast was ok.

The room was clean… Nothing great or fancy, but okay for the price. The shower was hot and worked well. The beds were slightly uncomfortable. Three AC unit also worked well. The breakfast was good with several food options. Overall a good place to stay for a night.

The place is terrible. Arrived after a long drive to be greeted by a very rude lady. Had the handicap accessible room since my husband has mobility issues. The water didn't stay in the shower which made it dangerous for him to get out of bathroom. No hand rails to help. Toilet seat barely on so you could use it. The room next to ours and ours had connecting door. Our room was a smoke free room (due to my asthma) theirs was not and the smoke would come under the door into our room. There is not room for a wheelchair between bed tv/desk area. Electric outlets did not work. Breakfast there's not much to choose from. Came back from my sisters funeral and the air freshener was so strong we had to leave the door open to air it out. Eggs are like rubber. Motel needs some updating.

The hotel is very nice and the price is not good. It's more of a motel than a hotel.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They rarely pick up the phone and when they do its after the phone rings 20 times. I left something in my hotel and called them around 7pm the same day that I checked out. Then I was asked to call back the following morning even though I called 5 times earlier that day and they wouldn't answer the phone. I call the next morning at 8:43am and was told that housekeeping isn't in yet and that they'll look for my item and then she'll call me back. I finally call them at 3:35pm since I didn't receive a call back at that time and they said that they didn't find it. Mind you I left a body pillow for pregnancy so those things are huge and I left it right on the bed so how could they not have found it! They displayed no empathy and just acted as if they didn't care. This is my 2nd time staying at this best western while visiting st Augustine and I will say that it is my LAST staying at this hotel chain in general! Terrible service and terrible people.

In spite of being on I95 it was relatively quiet. The staff were friendly and professinal. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was extremely small and could do with a proer exhaust fan in there when showering. A nice pool area. Close to the outlet shops etc. Breakfast was the only let down — the eggs seemed to be always over cooked and dry. But a pleasant stay.

Hotel is a 2-story building with no elevator access for those that are handicapped. Also the night desk staff do not see a problem with having to carry your non-mobile family members up and down stairs due to lack of elevator. We were told there weren't many stairs to climb. Housekeeping doesn't work beyond 3pm and I'm guessing not all rooms are cleaned every day, so room availability could be lacking.

The room stayed was ok. The bed was a bit soft for my liking. Very small bathroom. Spacious room size. The carpet seem a bit dirty. It was close to the highway and down the street to the outlet. Walkable distance to Ruby Tuesday. 15 min drive into town of St. Augustine. They had a pretty good free breakfast: danish, toast, muffins, yogart, waffles, chocolate chips, berry spread, honey packets, juices, coffee, tea, jams, apples and bananas etc.

Very good Hotel Clean, and with the amenities necessary to stay in place.

Would not recommend hotel. Haitian lady at front desk was rude and unpleasant. She was to busy making personal phone calls to her mother to attend to guest questions or needs. Was very rude. Internet service was horrible and did not work. Room smelled of weird odors, bathroom was unclean and in need of repairs/updates. Beds were hard. I have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns over the years and this was by far the worst ever.

The staff was reception and the breakfast was very friendly, the morning food very rich and hassle free.

What a disappointment! I was sucked into the low price, but you definitely get even less than you pay for here. The rooms are so run down (old paint touch ups in the wrong color, broken knobs, corroded bath fixtures, etc. ) that I felt dirty the entire time I was in the room. The breakfast is SO sad (the bacon nearly raw) with minimal options other than stale cereal, stale bagels, and make-it-yourself waffles (which weren't bad). It's like they aren't even trying! My expectations were not high to begin with so I was surprised to be disappointed. Next time I will GLADLY pay a few extra bucks to stay at a more acceptable hotel. Trust me — you can do WAY better than this. You've been warned…

A very friendly staff, went out of there way to help guests. The breakfast was kept clean, hot and fresh. Food was always available. Rooms well kept, and clean. Prices are fair. Also pet friendly. I took my two pugs with me,. Will stay there again soon.

Located near the outlets and restaurants. For a one night stay it has a good price. I don't recommend for a long stay.

Just checked into room. It smells, feels dirty and only 1 outlet to use in the room. One outlet is falling out. Beds are old and not comfortable. I feel I made a bad choice in picking this place. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Wish I had refundable fee so I could find a more decent hotel.

We booked two rooms for our family of 6, one king, and a double queen. The room was very clean and nice. It was chilly when we were there and for extra blankets with no problem. The continental breakfast was pretty good for what was offered. The waffles were great, but I'd stay away from the eggs if they were like the ones we had. Overall great piece for what we got.

Nice hotel with reasonable rates for the area. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great continental breakfast. Didn't use the pool while here but looked very nice.

The front desk was very helpful and polite. The room and the beds were very comfortable. Ruby Tuesday (one of our favorites) was a short walk away.

The room was nice and clean. We stay for 2 nights. We enjoyed breakfast and it was great the has variety. My son love waffles and OJ, my husband and I enjoyed eggs, sausage, and coffe. All the food was delicious and the lady working at the breakfast room was hard at work and very friendly.

Great hotel. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were great. I experienced no issues at all and was able to sleep great. We would defniitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will come abck when we visit again.

This place was disgusting. We booked a stay there for our vacation in St. Augustine and upon arrival it looked jankey compared to the photos online. Just before we left for dinner on the first day, we saw bed bugs crawling on the bed and we were so disgusted that we had leave. Upon inspection of the mattress, we took the sheets off to find one of the most stained mattresses ever. The mattress was practically stained in its entirety. When we brought this to attention to the front desk lady, she showed no regard and could care less like this happens all the time there. We couldn't believe how she reacted to our complaint of BED BUGS. I highly recommend booking a stay else where.

The place is kind of old school, but it was recently updated so everything was in very nice shape. The pillows were excellent. The room was very clean. While it is a little awkward to get to it was very quiet and extremely close to I-95. There is a Denny's restaurant right next door which was nice after driving 600 miles. The staff was very friendly also. I felt very safe staying here.

Every time I've stayed it's been a good stay. Great access to highways and outside of downtown but only 5 minutes away from everything you need to do and see in St Augustine. I would recommend this hotel especially if coming in town for a concert because it is far enough away where you pay a correct price for the type of room you get which have all been redone but also far enough away where you don't have to deal with the traffic and you are centrally located to see everything and anything you need to in St Augustine for me 9 out of 10 for location to San Agustin for places and events to see.

The hotel was good. My only complaint was having to change rooms 2am in the morning due to really noisy guest next to us. Hotel took care of it for us which was great! The breakfast was great and I loved the waffles. I love how taco bell, Denny's, crackle barrel and TGIF were all in the same property. Over all we really enjoyed our stay. If your in St Augutine and need an inexpensive hotel to stay at, this is the place. Thank you.

Room rates are less expensive on Priceline than calling front desk The curtains in my room did not close for privacy-I used a wastebasket to keep the curtains close. The TV remote did not change channels though it did adjust the volume. The light switch on the room entry door frame did not operate anything. The A/C was noisy. You can hear every sound outside while inside the room. The motel is old and clean. The breakfast room is designed poorly. It's too narrow with all the food and coffee close together. The breakfast offering was not appetizing. At 9 AM, Eggs were old, bacon was barely cooked, no yogurt, fruit did not look good.

Great value for the price. Friendly staff. Great location. Clean and nicely appointed rooms. Will definitely return when we drive back and forth to Florida. Also our pick for several days visiting St. Augustine. Thank you Best Western for upping your game in the past few years. Now one of my favorite chains. Nancy.

This is an excellent place to stay near St Augustine if you don't want to pay a lot. My family and I rented 4 rooms for 3 days, and though the rooms were small (they barely fit the 2 queen beds that furnished them), they were in good condition. The free breakfast is great, but come early if you don't want to be crowded. The pool was great, though we barely used it because we spent so much time at the beach or the historic district. The staff was nice.

Hotel rather outdated. Very good breakfast. The staff listens and tries to please us. I don't think I'm going back.
