I attend a Bible Class here on Mondays @7pm. Grace Believers Bible Class. It's casual and awesome. No judgement here just studying God's Word in a King James Version Bible. In the reception room. All are welcome. The staff are always friendly and kind. The accommodations are nice and clean and comfortable. I'm sure the rooms for rent are also fabulous. I recommend Country Inn & Suites on Harrison Ave. In Panama City, FL to locals and vacationers too.

I have lived in my car and a storage rental in my lifetime and both of those were a better situation than that hotel. The lady working at the front desk was rude. We were asked to wait over a hour to check in. Do NOT think that you can check in before 3:00 pm. It's not going to happen. The staff was not friendly. Very poor attitudes! I don't not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money there. Can you give negative stars on Google reviews?

I am not picky, but I would NOT recommend! I waited 30 minutes to check in because there was one person working in the front very slowly. I was told my room I booked with 2 queen beds was not available and they only had a room with a king bed available. Room service knocked at 8:45am and we declined it, and they never came back that day. We accidentally left items hanging up in the closet and called to ask them to check before the room was checked out to another guest. They notified that they would, and never called back. I called the next day asking if they had found it and they said they could not. Our keys stopped working the second day. Not thrilled at all about the service. Room was pretty clean though.

Very nice hotel. Convenient to everything except the actual beach, which isn't far and is not why we are here anyway. I would definitely come again.

Very nice calm and picturus place to stay within reasonable budget. Place is surrounded with greenery which is a treat to watch.

Staff was extremely friendly. The pool is smaller but was good for me and my son. The beds are a little hard but the rooms are very clean.

Quite good location to central business district… a little dated on decor. However bed was comfortable. I don't know what it is with motel pillows… why can't they get more comfortable ones… breakfast was decent.

There were alot of problems and this is the short list of them: It took three trips to the front desk till we could get working keycards, the headboard of the bed was not attached to anything and fell, the towels in the bathroom were obviously used and thrown into the rack, the corner lamp had nowhere to plug in so it was just there, iron but missing ironing board, broken stool thing, barely working tv, unkept and already used bed covers. The pool was decent with a Max of 4.5' and it had a great free breakfast.

I stayed while their lobby was under construction. I picked location due to cost. I have allergies to mold/mildew and got sick very fast. I luckily only stayed one night so when I left I got better but I didn't sleep well due to noise and my allergies going crazy! It was reasonably clean. Staff was Great.

Pubic hair on pillow. Bed had been slept in. Long hair on bed. 1st room TV broken. 2nd room no A. C. Front desk wouldn't make cookies even of asked. Paint all over floor. Stains on carpet. Business center down. Stairwell out of use (not elevator, main fire exit stairwell. Disgusting.

Beds were not comfy. Was only place we could stay near pcb. Service was good, staff of what we seen were nice. If this is the only place available, I'd stay here. But not any more if I can help it. Managers kids were in the pool at all times everyday, it was hard to relax in the pool with them swimming back in forth.

Best place in PC to stay in. Anytime we are there, this is the ONLY place we get. Very friendly staff and price is great for the quality as well.

Being renovated. My room had thin walls. I could hear lots of talking at night. Good breakfast buffet.

The room seemed nice but the AC wouldn't heat up when I put the heat on. But other than that everything was nice. The people were very nice I noticed that nobody else stayed there tho so I just thought that was kind of weird. I felt like we were the only people there.

We had a reservation for a room with a King sized bed. They didn’t have one available when we arrived so they gave us a double queen. The first room we checked into had stains and feces on the carpet. The second room they checked us into was already occupied with guests who were sleeping! The clerk at the front desk said it was the painters who were doing the renovations and that they didn’t tell her they were taking that room. The third room we got was okay but had water stains on the ceiling and paint chipping off. The website said all rooms have kitchens but that’s just not true. Tiny microwave and non-working refrigerator does not make a kitchen! Also, members of staff were outside near the rear door smoking weed and kept going in and out of the hotel letting the door slam loudly. Renovation began way too early and was a rude wake up call for us road weary travelers. Doesn’t even deserve the single star needed to write this review!

We arrived around 2:30 p. M. And weren't greeted upon arrival. We stood there for a minute while waiting for the front desk worker to acknowledge us. She called for another worker to come to the desk instead. She then told us that our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until 3 and that we would have to wait. At 3:15 we asked another worker if the room was ready and she was very rude and started asking us questions. We went up to the room ourselves to see that it was basically ready minus a sheet and a few cleaning supplies left. The cleaning lady was the nicest staff member, however she didn't clean the room while we were out, she only brought us new towels. When checking out my husband asked if anyone was back there and when they weren't he went around the desk which upset the worker, that said she didn't hear him. Overall it was very unprofessional, and I believe there's a woman living in the hotel. Definitely would not stay again.

First day there and the phone and TV were broken. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost which was a great accommodation but everything after that was horrible. Breakfast was so/so. The second day there they ran out of forks at breakfast! The girl didn't even act like they were trying to fix it either. How the hell am I supposed to eat eggs and a waffle with no fork? Every night that we have returned to the room, we have had to go to the front desk for new key cards. Cleaniness of the room was good but the outside had a huge pile of trash right by the door which was unappealing and the floors in the hallways were filthy on the first night. Won't be staying here again. Every night when we returned our roomed had been serviced but lwft woth only one towel and washcloth. How can a room with two beds be left with only one towel and washcloth? Not the way to run a hotel!

Very disappointed because we stayed here a week while our roof was getting fixed and we loved the hotel and the workers but sadly one bad apple spoils the bunch, today is our last day here and this older woman I never seen before was working the front desk, no one was up there so I looked around n seen that she was in the kitchen I said "excuse me Mrs" n I thought she didn't hear me cause she didn't respond or even acknowledge me so I said excuse me again. Still nothing. So I said it a third time and without even looking at me she said "I been hearin u I'm right here what do u want? " I was literally dumbfounded oh how rude and disrespectful she was but I kept my cool and politely said "is there someone working up front? " And she said "you can just go stand up there and wait I'll get there when I get there" now if it wasn't for my 8 year old son standing by me watching how I handle this I would've cussed her out but I just walked to the desk n waited then when she came up there she just said "what? " I had to remove myself and just go to the room to cool down! This disrespectful classless woman doesn't need to be working with the public because she obviously wasn't raised right and taught to have manners, if you are gonna hire someone for the front desk that's making them the face of the hotel when it's their shift and this trashy individual definitely doesn't need to be the face because this stay went from a 10 to 1 smh.

Coffee maker did not work. No coffee in the lobby. Staff was rude. Room keys failed 3 different times. Looks like the did a buff job on a 50 year old roach motel.

This is my second Time staying at this locatuon and I am not happy at all. Great price, great location but rhe breakfast horrible and I got bit up by ants in MY ROOM!

Friendly service. Clean, large room. Good bed, have slept very well. Good breakfast, everything is fine. Have felt very comfortable.

I like the reasonable price, the comfort of the rooms. The staff are knowledgeable and professional.

I called to let them know that we would be arriving really late and the front desk was very nice. When we got to our room it was clean and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The breakfast was very good also. It was close to all the places we needed to be too. We will definitely stay again.

We had to ask for clean sheets. Dried nasal discharge on my sheet when we turned down the bed. The other sheet had hair all over. Hair in the shower. Mattresses were hard and worn out. Air conditioner did not keep the room cool. On the positive side, breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was friendly.

If I could rate this not using any stars at all I would because they dont even deserve one! This place is a JOKE! And im farrrrrr from "prissy or rich" been through and made deal with ALOT in life but this place right here shouldn't even be open. Nastyyyy! black mold everywhere!

Stayed at both locations in pcb this weekend. Beach location was better but the one in town was half the price. Would recommend either.

It was awful. The hotel had dangerous looking people hanging around the vicinity. I felt so unsafe traveling with my children and when I got to my hotel room these characters were outside of the hotel and thought it was ok to follow me to my room. There was no type of security. The rooms smelled and were dirty as if they had never been cleaned. The linen on the bed had never been changed. There was hair and dirt particles in the sheets from the last person that stayed there. The front desk person had to bring me new linen so that I could change my own bed. There were things on the floor and you could tell that the floors had never been vacuumed. My children wanted to swim in the pool but there were frogs and bugs in the pool and pool area. I was disgusted with the whole experience. My kids love going places just to stay in the hotel, but I wouldn't recommend this one.

The room smelled like mold and the bathroom smelled like a septic tank. The staff was very friendly and made the stay a little more pleasant, but the hotel needs to do some renovations because the rooms are awful. When you walked on the carpet or were on the bed you could literally feel the moisture in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the mold that has to be in these rooms.

Omg when I tell you today has been a day! To get to panama and check in our hotel room in it is dirty as hell! Fake eyelashes all over the chair hair everywhere ants all in the bathroom and all over the walls, spoons and trash behind the night stands trash all over the floor and not to mention the smell is horrible! So I call the front desk to complain so they say we are so sorry we can put you and another room well low and behold this room is worst then the room that I was in! So we look at 3 other rooms and those rooms was horrible! So then she calls us down to the front desk and was like well I can put y'all in a suit at no charge! Well I no damn well you not going to charge me anyway so I go look at the suit and it's shit all over the floor in there the walls is falling apart like ma'am are you serious right now! Give me every penny of my money back ain't nobody staying in this damn hotel! So we leave there and find another hotel hopefully tomorrow we'll be a better day! Lord knows we need it after today considering country inn and suits messed up the first day of our vacation!

Great staff, Mr. Willie was very helpful with our stay over when we needed to stay longer than planned. Convenient to restaurant. 5 miles from the beach. Great value. Clean rooms!

Very clean room, super friendly staff and breakfast with biscuits and gravy included in the price of your room. Short drive to the beaches in Panama City.

Near restaurants. Does not have laundry facility. Breakfast has eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, fruits, bagels & toast. A basic country inn & suites. Extra towels weren't available. Desk attendant seemed to be over worked; however the next day, Mr. Willie was a brisk of sunshine. Only one with a nametag. Breakfast attendant was very nice and attentive. Keys were deactivated and side doors are unlocked… no key needed.

The room was clean, beds comfortable, staff was friendly, a. C. Worked great, breakfast was very good great choices, close to quaint downtown area, and easy to get to shoppi, g and resturants. Wishes it had a pool.

My mother just stayed here and she came home with a series of bites on her arm and back. She has contacted management regarding the issue and they informed her that there was no issue. Her arm is swollen really bad and she had to seek medical attention. We will post on every site until something is done to resolve the issue because she is in bad shape. We would like to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. Check the beds carefully.

We spent about a week and a half at this hotel while visiting family. Every member of staff, from the manager to the night shift to housekeeping, tried their best to make our stay as wonderful as possible. They were kind and considerate, fixing even the tiniest of problems immediately. The breakfast changed a little bit every day so there was no getting tired of it. Last year we had a beachfront condo, but I actually enjoyed staying at this hotel more!
