Very good for resting smoothly.

Stayed here recently. It is now the Appalachicola Bay Inn. Not our first stay and definitely won't be our last. Clean comfortable rooms, pool, Wi-Fi and friendly service. A breath of fresh air. And the room rates sealed the deal! As stated we will be staying here as often as possible and would recommend to family, friends and even strangers.

Rooms are very clean, friendly staff. I stay here when I come to Apalachicola on a regular basis. Close to downtown.

The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and professional. On the outskirts of town, but still conveniently within a short drive of restaurants and Oyster Bars. Only downside is the seemingly inevitable rude people who don't mind being loud and boisterous until late night, or early morning. Otherwise, we loved it, and will be. Going back. Probably off-season.

Me my nephew and a friend came this weekend. We arrived friday. We went out fishing today came back tonight to find we did not get any room service. We have no towels beds were not changed and floors was not cleaned. This is the first time ever we have had this problem.

Your basic hotel great for a night. Clean and quiet we even enjoyed the pool.

A really good place to stay for transit.

Nothing fancy but room was quiet, clean, comfortable and had everything the high cost places had (swimming pool, iron and ironing board, microwave, fridge and coffer maker. ) So if you are going to stay in Apalachicola it's a great place to stay.

Great location. That's about it though. Our door stopped locking and after we told the manager, he could care less about the door he was pissed because I hit my vape inside. Continued to downgrade us to a smaller room with no refund of some sort.

Clean room, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. The only thing I was not crazy about was the soap was very drying and the shampoo/conditioner in one made my hair feel really course. I usually bring my own but found myself short last night. They do have an outside pool but I was too late getting in to take advantage of it. Also, they do have coffee on in the am but NO food other than vending machines.

Terrible place to stay. Dirty rooms and away from the beach. They charged us a $200 dollar fee for smoking. But no one smoked in the room. Before we left we were smoking outside with the door open. When we checked out they made us wait while they checked the room and said it smelt like smoke. He hustled us for that fine. Don't stay here!

Pleasant surprise. Typical vintage style old Florida motel with upgrades. Very clean, excellent friendly staff and reasonable price.

This is a basic motel, Most definitely not a chain motel. Quite clean but laid back Florida type of Florida motel where folks sit on chairs outside their rooms and become friends with strangers passing through. There is a pool and a convience store across the street for snacks. Downtown Apalach is a few miles away so it is not walkable but an easy drive. The rates are good and the owners are very nice and helpful. Knowledgeable about the area. I have stayed there several times and never needed reservations.

Rancho is the best place in Apalachicola for your dollar. Best hosts in the panhandle!

1 st room the air conditioning did not work. 2nd room the vath tub was not clean. I did not shower the 2 nights we stayed. My skinny husband did, since he can and not touch the walls. Otherwise beautiful head boards. Descent room.

I might be one of Rancho Inn's better customers since I stay here at least once a month and have for the past couple of years. The rooms are always immaculately clean and certainly nice enough. If you want something better, you can probably find a couple places that charge $250-300 per night… but why would you. My thanks to Mr. Patel for charging the guest for smoking in the room. I wish everyone did that.

In the middle of nowhere, beach and fishing community… but This Rancho Inn was very clean and cozy. The room smells good. The best shower I ever took in a motel because the water was soft like if they installed acwater softening system. Great cable channel line up. Flat panel TV was crystal clear and many channels to choose from. Internet was smooth with no glitches. The Rancho did not let me down.

Nice place to stay in St. George's island. We went during July 4 long weekend, it is easy to find, the house keeping was good. Overall good.

We were very impressed with this motel! Mr Patel, the owner was awesome and has a great sense of humor! The rooms were immaculate! There is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room which was very convenient! The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well! We will definitely be back!

This is perhaps one of the best and most reasonable places to stay in Apalachiciola! Mr Patel is the owner and one of the nicest people we have met and he has a great sense of humor! We came in late and we were looking for pizza as a quick dinner. He took the time to recommend a place and it was awesome! The rooms were immaculate and the decor was great! The pool was clean and refreshing! We will be back!

Rancho actually turned out to be a really nice motel. The rooms were very nice, and the AC was even nicer. The shower was very nice, and the TV provided numerous channels. Rancho is across from Best Western, and provides a pool.

Clean rooms. Conveniently located. We were able to secure 2 rooms on the spot for the same day. The Chinese Bistro next door had amazing food. Gocery store and Burger King less than 5 minutes away. For a family of 8 traveling from Valley, Alabama on a weekend getaway this was a good location with basic accommodations.

My husband and I came here for our anniversurary an ended up getting SCAMMED. On our way home we checked our card and saw some charges we didn't make they ended charging my card 200$ for smoking in our room when we didn't smoke in there. We were adamint about not smoking in there we didn't have the extra 200$ For the charge. When we called they were rude saying we did smoke, I asked for the owner he wouldn't even give me the name, I asked him to check the camera and he will see us going outside for the whole 2 hours we were even at the room. He wouldn't do so saying we were drunk and don't know sh**. I don't know about y'all but I don't like being scammed when trying to have a nice one day vacation with my husband.

Clean, quiet, safe, affordable. Owner Barack was very friend and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Very convenient to the lovely old town of Apalachicola. New management very helpful. Rooms clean and remodeled. Plenty if restaurants in town as well as those within walking, or enjoyable bicycling distance. Quiet also.

A great place to stay. Quiet, cozy and minutes from downtown Apalachicola.

The amenities listed above say pets allowed. This is absolutely NOT true. There is a huge sign on the door that let's you know that. That is fine I suppose but after booking the room online and driving four hours and finding this out at check in is unacceptable. The desk clerk was not helpful with the situation and was borderline rude. There were no other rooms available in the area and we ended up driving four hours home.

Very nice for the price. Nice area and plenty to do!

Have stayed here for two weeks, If you have ever stayed in the past, You would love staying here now. All the rooms have new furniture, beds, paint, carpet, and some have new tubs and showers. Every one here has made my stay feel like hone. I will. be back again for a other two week stay Home away from home… Just wished we were allowed to cook in our rooms. Thank you for the pleasant stay. :)
