When your whole hotel loses the hot water heater, instead of being up front and comforting, the manager hides! Was told to check out! BS.

Nice clean quiet rooms. Lots of options for eating around. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool nd spa.

Just checked out. The hotel when I reserved told me on the booking website that breakfast was included and there was no breakfast. Hot tube was ICE cold. The shower was super nasty. Pretty annoyed and would like to speak with someone.

Room smells musty and AC not cooling. Told we’d have breakfast and Front Desk used excuse of Covid for no breakfast, yet no one wearing masks around her (including hotel employees).

In booking. Com the offered breakfast and when you go to the property the greet you with a waiver stating they are not responsible for breakfast in the morning. This is gimmicks and fraud. They expect you to pay full price with breakfast included and not receive compensation for it at the time people make this decision. I filed a BBB complaint against this business. I hope it makes it to the news! They take advantage of peoples need and hard earned money. The shame is so big they even recommend you where to go eat. Their excuse is that “they are under new management” don’t fall for this fraud and dishonesty.

Once we checked in we immediately checked out.
I tried to get help at front desk no one ever came out. We packed up and found another hotel immediately!
There are no words to describe how horrible it was.
Mold, roaches, drugs, rooms were so dirty, bedding had pee stains everywhere, everywhere you looked was roaches. It’s a horrible thing to say but believe they rent rooms on an hourly basis.
Just needs to be shut down.
I am demanding a refund. Do not go by pics or even reviews. They have to be people that own it because never in my life have I seen anything like this.
I have email, called no response.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE CALLED!
Great place if you are looking to get drugs or robbed.

Slept the best ever. The hotel was very quiet. The bed was so comfortable and i've never woke up feeling so well rested. They allow pets. Clean room and very spacious!

Stayed here in August for one night. Good experience. Check in went well. There was ample parking. The room was clean, Good Wi-Fi, Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was filling and hot. Location was great. Thanks for a good nights rest.

Great place right off of I-75 and close to several restaurants and shopping. Stayed in a king room on the 6th floor. The room was very comfortable. There was, however, some interstate noise early in the morning (Monday) while the A/C fan cycled off and on. Not a big deal, just need to know. I will stay here again for sure, I'll get a even number room next time. The street this hotel is on is EXTREMELY quiet. NO traffic! Great for walking your dog, which is why I love La Quinta's to begin with. The staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub (heavy rain) but they looked very nice. The room looked to be fairly recently updated. Everything worked, was clean, no problems. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

This is one of the nicer La Quinta Inn's that we've stayed in. The location is great, just off of I-75 and near lots of restaurants. The room was very nice and clean and quiet. The check in was easy and simple. We will stay here again.

This was the second year in a row we stayed for baseball tournaments in Ocala. Nice staff. The staff understood that the majority of the clients had young kids and were there for the baseball events. The staff accommodated crazy kids running everywhere. They let them have a good time. They helped make it a great summer for multiple kids and families from multiple communities throughout the state. A lot of families got to meet each other and make new friends. Pretty awesome. Thank you.

We stayed there last week and will not use them again. We found roaches in the bathroom. We told the front desk at check out about it and all she said was maintenance will look into it and someone would contact us. Never heard from them. Also the desk person/ breakfast attendant refilled the bread and bagel products with her hands without gloves while touching the dirty front desk phone. The night before we stayed at country inn and suites for $30 less for a whole clean suite, bug free. Lesson learned.

Clean, comfortable updated LaQuinta, very friendly staff and our room on the first floor… 2 room suite, was so comfortable.

The bed needed replaced, the fridge didn't work but the hotel was clean and staff over courteous.

This room was immaculate and looked new. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the hotel and the whole place smelled fresh and clean. Two pets are allowed with no extra charge. But there were no pet odors either. I will definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed with the room and the grounds. After being in my room for about 20 minutes I noticed the smell of dirty dog or like laundry that has sat for a day without being dried. I had moved my stuff in and there was a scent they sprayed to try and cover it. I like animals too — but I spent a lot of money for three nights and I feel like I didn’t get the quality I paid for. I also was out by the pool and you could smell dog poop. I told the staff and they didn’t really offer any true solution — like a room rate reduction or helping me move my stuff. It was just an inconvenience. One guy offered to come smell it… but I’m not certain how that is going to solve anything. The lady said they would have to probably remove the carpet. I also paid an average of $160-180 per night and while I was there I noticed the rooms going for $109. Technically I should probably have been offered a return of $150.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, good shower, good breakfast, fair rates, what more could you ask for? I would definitely stay there again and will if I am ever in the area!

Love this La Quinta! I stay here at least 4 times a year. Great staff and well kept. PET friendly! You can’t go wrong stopping here!

Great for dogs and cats. It has free Wi-Fi, and a complementary breakfast. The pool is heted and it has a hottub. Overall great hotel.

Wow, never stayed at La Quinta before. So very nice. The employees were very helpful and sweet. I would definitely recommend you stay there.

Location is convenient to highway, but that means you can hear it too! Not to bad depending on what room your in. Continental breakfast is good and, multiple other dining options in walking distance.

Was clean except for the doors going into the bathroom. The back sides of them haven't been wiped off in a long time. The carpet was stained quite bad. But I see they were installing new. Good for you! I would stay again.

Pretty decent for an interstate hotel that allows dogs. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, Continental breakfast, good selection of local restaurants. I'd stay here again.

I always enjoy what La Quinta has to offer. Prices are always very competitive. This place is great. Large pool. Great breakfast close to most everything. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean and very good size! Great get away.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. A delicious breakfast was included. The pool was great! Thankfully they kept our reservation when we didn't arrive until 4:00 a. M.

The hotel seemed nice and updated. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. Being a coffee drinker I appreciated that they had French vanilla creamer. I would have liked more local attraction brochures and their brochure hand out instead of just Disney and Gators. Overall I was happy with my stay.

The front desk clerk, Andrew, was amazing. He was super helpful and worked with us to find the best deal. The room was super clean and minus not having enough towels, it was near perfect. The shower had decent pressure and the room was spacious. I would stay again.

Service great. Nice place to stop in for the night while traveling. Room was a bit damp and breakfast wasn't exactly impressive but overall experience was fine.

I love La Quinta and have stayed in them all over the state. I've been here for about 4 hours and everything seems the same quality as the others around the state which is really good I like it a lot. Great for pets.

My family and I, including our two cats, spent the night here after 10-hours on the road fleeing Hurricane Irma. In addition to being a pet friendly hotel to crash at for under $100, they were an overall great place to stay. The room was clean and cozy with nice soft beds and fast hotel Wi-Fi. They were conveniently located near I75 so we could quickly resume our evacuation in the morning. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the complimentary coffee helped wake me up when we set out early the next morning. It was a great experience during a difficult time, and we will consider them again for future needs. The one and only problem was that their room key cards were a bit temperamental, often taking a few tries to work, but this is a problem I have had frequently with hotel key cards.

I ended up at the hotel by accident. I checked in super late. The check in clerk was helpful. The beds are amazingly comfy. My room was large and clean. No fridge or microwave but they have free breakfast. Mostly cereal, waffles and of course coffee. The bathroom was a bit dated but clean.

This property worked really well for us. I'm in a wheelchair and our room was just great. The shower curtain was hung too high so had I not had previous experience I wouldn't have known to get my husband to lay towels down to contain the water. It would probably have flowed right out of the bathroom into the room. They provided plenty of fluffy, soft towels so that was no problem. The property was an easy on and off from the highway but we never heard the traffic and it was a beautiful setting with lots of trees and Spanish moss. The staff were all very friendly and checked with us after we checked in to make sure the ADA unit was all we could have hoped for and it was. We would stay here again. I would give this property 5 stars.

We stayed in the executive suite! There were 3 of us enjoying a girls weekend getaway with my 9 lb shih tzu. The room was very spacious, with a king bed in one room and a sleeper sofa in the main room with refrigerator and microwave. There were two TVs and two thermostats, one for each room with a french door separating the living area from the bedroom. The room was clean. The staff was great and they made us feel very welcome including my dog. The grounds and hotel area are beautiful. It also included a very nice breakfast! We enjoyed our stay!

They consider a king bed to sleep 3 so we didn't have enough space when we got there because they said the room could sleep 5… The first room we went to leaked from the ceiling. Moved to a new room with blood on the bottom sheets… Rooms smell. Toilet doesnt flush well. All doors lock leaving just one to enter if you forget the key. Pool was meh. Breakfast was pathetic. Waffles, fruit or cereal. Staff was slow, but nice. Wouldn't ever go back to this one. Love LA Quinta chain but this one left something to be desired.

Clean, Comfortable bed, The property smelled clean and looked well maintained. I will stay there everytime I am in Ocala.

I will be comeing to your Inn Nov 1st for a class till Nov 9 I a iraq and afganistan vet its been a long time since I in a nice hotel I was seior nco in the army I searched and beleive my stay there will be great question do ur Inn have a shuttle that would let me run an arrand since im from panama city and on a gov class I have an important money order to send off.

I went to this hotel for a professional meet and greet meeting within my company. The conference room accommodated our needs, and a staff member was willing to take time out and take a picture of our rather rambunctious group! The hotel appeared very clean, and the pool was inviting. I would recommend family members to stay here if they ever needed a place to stay.

Our room was nice, front desk when we checked in was very nice, she called us when we got to our room to see if the room was alright. Both mornings of our stay they had breakfast available one hour early (we had to be at our soccer matches at the time breakfast normally started). The entire staff was really nice, rooms were clean.

When we arrived to the room the front desk attendant called the room to make sure that everything was good and to ask if we needed anything. Because we traveled for soccer we had an early game the next morning so they opened up the breakfast early.

It's a very nice hotel for sure, however I must say that the staff is quite acomadating. We received a phone call to see if we were pleased with our room. That wasn't the only phone call from them either. The service was outstanding.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice, clean room; had a good overnight stay. Nearby interstate was not a noise problem at all.

I went there for a bridal shower and the staff was very attentive and catered to our needs in the most professional manner… I would definitely suggest it anyone.

The hotel is older but still nice. It is right off the freeway and there is access to a lot of restaurants nearby. They allow pets so sometimes you can hear dogs barking but overall it's not bad.

A lot better than most of the la quintas I've been to.

Standard LA Quinta breakfast, but they keep it stocked and fresh. AC in the rooms keep them nice and cold during the hot months. Stayed 5 or 6 times and has always received a clean room.

'My favorite La Quinta! 'Always clean. 'A'always polite. 'Always willing to help, near the interstate and MANY favored restaurants. ALSO appealing is that La Quinta's liberal pet policy that does not seem to compromise their properties. I don't feel like I am checking into a stinky, dirty dog house! I love to travel with my dog (Great Dane) and I appreciate no bad attitudes and the privilege of not having to stay in a stinky dive! Thank you! thank you! I hope all who travel with pets are courteous about bringing clean pets and cleaning up after them so this courtesy is never discontinued. Pets or no pets, anyone should be pleased to stay here.

Newish rooms are well-designed. Very clean and comfortable.

OK I guess. Nice rooms and outdoor pool. Seemed understaffed as desk clerk was responsible for dining room. Elevator was broken but they found it better to yell "ITS OUT OF ORDER" than post a simple note. Coffee concentrate was nasty.

The coffee was horrible. It was machine coffee. Really machine coffee. And for the rate we should have some kind of cable other than a few channels that were mainly sports and news. I could have stayed at the red roof for less.

Very clean, ive stayed here about 5 time love it.
