The Absolute worst hikton I've ever stayed in. The hotel has been open for a year and the molding of the front receptionist already falling apart. The manager. … so disrespectful… and truly does not care of the need sof their clients … I've been a diamond member for years and never experienced the disrespect that I encountered today.

No luggage carts. Room has bad smell and despite maintenance — air conditioning not working properly.

Stayed here to beat Tampa traffic. No working AC the entire time, we were there for a total of 6 hours used the bathroom twice and the toilets wouldn’t work. Told the manager when we were leaving and it was obvious everything else she was doing was more important than deal with her guests issues, she didn’t even write the room number down so next person in that room gets to enjoy sleeping in a 85 degree room. Would not recommend spending the $200 with taxes to stay at this dump.

1. Room wasn’t ready at 3:00 check in
2. Our floor had dirty linens and trash bags at each room door — at 4:00pm
3. No wash cloths or hand towels
4. Tub drain won’t hold water — showers for everyone! This place is disgusting and I will not return!

Great rooms and friendly staff. I’ve been staying once a week for business for a while now and pleasant experience each time.

Nice hotel but I’m still waiting on my deposit to be returned to my card. Was told it was sent out but my card institution says otherwise. Also, the air in the room didn’t work.

As Hilton Honors members we have stayed at many a Hilton. This is not one we will come back to. Front desk has not been helpful and at times even rude. There is a leak in the lobby that just has a towel thrown on the floor. Maybe you'll get your room serviced (as they proudly tell you when you check in they are now doing), but we found it was hit or miss. Don't look for coffee in the lobby as evidently there is a shortage! No microwaves, the small box refrigerator had to be replaced in one of our rooms as it didn't work… in another room there just wasn't one at all. We rarely leave reviews unless we have received excellent service somewhere and want to show our thanks, but this was a disappointing stay for what is the normal for Hilton.

This is a very old hotel and is showing its age, pool is advertised as heated but it is not or broken, air-conditioning does not cool the hotel, hallways were baking hot and our room would not cool. We changed floors and rooms, same problem. We asked for pool towels and they were promised and not delivered. Swimming pool was ice cold on a 90 degree day and was full of debris from trees and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. We expected more form this level of hotel resort. Sorry can't recommend.

Everything about Ocala Hilton even in these nonsensical times still the best! The excellent restaurant, bar and the pool area, spectacular! Always our first choice traveling from Nashville to Gulf of Florida is Ocala Hilton! Love their suites with guests or not! Having stayed a good 20 times over the years, Ocala Hilton never disappoints!

No clean linens, didn’t do the laundry I had set up to do, evacuated at 7:30. Out of hand towels. Horrible stay.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean and well run. My room was clean, well appointed, and updated. However, the trash cans in the room were the tiniest I have ever seen. They were so small that I will bring some plastic bags for trash with me when I return in October. The hotel was upgrading some part of the electrical system while there. It meant the entire hotel (rooms and amenities) were without power from 8:45 am until 5 pm) on Friday, something they failed to tell me until check in. Overall, it was a pleasurable hotel experience. Great hotel, close to lots of good restaurants and shopping, and right off I-75. I plan to stay here again when I return to Ocala in a few weeks.

Love the outdoor area for my little ones. There's horses in the back, a cute barn. Great for the kids to run around in. Downstairs also had a nice seating area and bar. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows! The pack and plays were ready with sheets when we arrived. I was very pleased.

I've stayed here many times. It is a convenient 4 hours from my home. I like to leave after work, drive to the Hilton and have a nice dinner. Just a nice way to start a journey. This time, different menu. I'm a vegetarian and I use to order their veggie burgers and a green salad. Gone. All meat now. Things chance so, I guess I'll find a new 1st night stop.

As one arrives, they get a view of luxury and class. The decor alone invites the senses further inside. Once inside, a smiling face greets all who enter, as the front desk clerk completes check-in. Walking into one's room, the feeling of relaxation and riches continues, leaving one wanting to come back for more. All in all it was an amazing experience that I hope to repeat in the future.

We stopped by for breakfast on a whim… decided to wait for brunch and it was AMAZING! Our waiter George was fantastic. He brought us delicious mimosas and had us cracking up right away. The wait for brunch was totally worth it. The spread served was absolutely devine. My favorite was the seafood bisque. This bisque was loaded with fresh seafood and full of flavor. The buffet line was just perfect. We also met Chef Chris and he was wonderful as well. The cherry on top was meeting Freddy (the manager). He came to our table and spoke to us and made us feel beyond welcome. He took us outside where we got the opportunity to go on a horse and buggy ride. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Buddy the Clydesdale was just majestic. This was one of the BEST impromptu dates we've ever had. We will certainly be back!

Pleasant staff with quick check in & help with luggage to rooms! Great room with awesome view. Cold ac and mini fridge! Complimentary ride with Buddy the resident carriage horse♡ clean pool! Comfy bed & flat screen tv. Definitely will stay again!

Rooms are very nice and bed is great. TV viewing is very limited in channels. No breakfast unless you want to pay a high premium. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from outside the hotel. Check-in and out is very easy. Elevators are pretty quick and the pool area is nice to relax in after meetings.

The location is good, it's right off the highway and near plenty of restaurant choices. The food in site is pretty good and I was overall really impressed with this Hilton. It was definitely unexpected and better than quite a few other Hilton's I've experienced. This might become our go to spot when were in Ocala.

Everything is great. Here almost every year for the past 9 years. Seen a lot change and a lot get renovated. Looks great! My big complaint is with the bathrooms. Having an active vent system vs a passive would go a long way in this humid area. Also the fridge in the room is TINY. Dont buy anything bigger than a 4pk…

Brand new look! Must see! I love the new look but personally I think it is to bright. The elegant white walls looks very good but I would have used an accent wall to bring the brightness down a tad. Great service. See Stephan and Stephanie at the bar for some great laughs and consistantly made adult beverages. Kelsey was a nice lively spirit as well for a server. Glad to see they are moving with the times now.

This place absolutely blew me away! I have stayed at Hilton's that cost $500 that aren't as nice as this hotel. The hotel has a classy, upscale feel. The room was spotless and smelled good (no hints of mold or anything, just clean). The food was amazing and I couldn't believe it was locally sourced! The pool was perfect. I didn't expect much due to the price and was just coming up here for a convention in Gainesville but I will bring my family back for a weekend! Such a gem of a find!

Everything was wonderful! We dined at the bar. The staff was exceptional! Jane was an excellent waitress! The food was fresh and delicious. They have signature cocktails that are to die for!

A very nice facility. The renovated rooms and lobby are quite nice. The "tired" look look is gone. I'll be having the Hilton host the lodging for my July 2018 convention. I also meet the chef during my walk-through with the meeting director, Karl. The fresh herb and veggie garden is tremendous. It makes perfect sense — garden-to-table dining.

Noisy Hotel Surrounded by several great roads. Private Club of poor level. Free Parking.

We reserved our room 2 months in advance… got there to find out that someone had to extend their stay. So we had no room to stay in. We were diverted to a nasty microtel that Hilton paid for. We were supposed to get a VIP room with a VIP basket. The next day We got the room we originally reserved and the VIP basket consisted of 2 sparkling waters, two vending machine bags of vending machine trail mix and a sorry for the inconvenience note. What a joke. I been treated better at a best western. Save money and don't let these clowns screw you over. No discount or anything. Customer doesn't come first at Hilton. They don't deserve 1 star in my book.

Beautiful upgrades! Rooms were airy & spacious. Everything was crispy clean and the rooms (& hallways! ) smelled fresh and clean. Very pleased with the whole experience. (I'm a Diamond member. )

The well known saying that you get is not the truth here. Customer service is horrible here. No free breakfast and what you pay an arm and a leg for is dry and burned tasting. Not to mention that I could have gotten better quality ingredients at Dollar Tree! The pool was the main reason that I chose this particular hotel but it was freezing and the jacuzzi was boiling so I couldn't use either! They did offer a complimentary 5 minute horse carriage ride which was very nice, not that we would have known about it if we hadn't started talking to the nice lady with the horse since nobody at the hotel bothered to say anything…

I do not have any complaints about this hotel. As Hilton Hotels go this one is very good. Most are outdated. This one has been refurbished and looks very good. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 because it does not come close to the Hilton Hotel I stayed in off of Broad Street in Nashville Tennessee. You get what you pay for this hotel is worth it.

The hotel is right off the highway and near several fast food and chain restaurants in walking distance or close enough for a short drive. The hotel itself was nice. The room was a clean and comfortable. There was also ample parking. The staff I encountered were all friendly and provided great service!

Went in for a professional presentation. The staff was courteous and friendly, surroundings were pleasant, decor was nice. It was a very enjoyable time. The banquet and event staff were quite capable and accommodating.

Nicely renovated hotel. You can feed buddy the horse out in the back pastures. Great bar with entertainment. New $25 pet fee though… we travel quite a bit and they didn't used to charge.

Barkeep was very friendly and receptionist was polite. Room was clean and didn't have that "hotel smell" like the air conditioner was musty, it smelled very clean. The water in the showers are soft and the beds are softer. Room service is available and the atmosphere was very quiet.

The marriage ceremonies I have officiated here are fantastic. Bridal couples are expertly guided by their wedding coordinator. They are less stressed because everything is taken care of. I have recommended this venue for weddings and will continue to do so. Great hotel with mostly great staff! We had a lovely stay on the club level till we were checking out. The gracious front desk lady was in the process of checking us out till Rich, the general manager, called her away to talk about the property code. He didn't even have the courtesy to look at us and say excuse me but can I borrow her for a minute? His action said what he was doing was more important. Guests should come first.

Extremely nice people. Pet friendly! Beautiful pet area. Feliz Nice quiet area! The employees go out if their way to make you feel at home. From the managers to the waiters, all class act. I would definitely stay there again.

Came for a baby event. It was very nice and elegant, even though it was crowded. The Hilton is perfect for almost any event. The breakfast and lunch buffet (that didn't come with the event) looked and smelled incredible.

The newly remodeled rooms, lobby, and banquet facility is awesome. And they made a difference! The used furnishings they donated to Habitat for Humanity of Marion County to sell in their ReStore helps them build affordable homes. They are good corporate citizens who invest into the community.

Adequate parking, room was very clean, bed/pillows were amazing. Great view and location. 4 star rating due to front desk staff who were cold and unwelcoming. Also, freezer box of fridge in room was covered in 3 inches of ice making it almost unusable.

The staff and all the employees were so accommodating and made us feel at home. I stayed here during Hurricane Irma and my hubby is and employee. It was amazing how well we were treated. I'd like to thank every person who treated me like family. Best Hotel ever! Try it out you will love it!

Great property with strong management and super friendly staff in the heart of horse country. Easy access to the interstate. The restaurant staff are courteous and prompt. The property is undergoing some upgrades and renovations including the pool area. The neighborhood has all the shopping and eateries you could ever need. They have their own horse out back and the kids loved it.

Arrived late and the staff was attentive and friendly even though they where quite busy. There was ample parking space. Rooms where spacious as usual for Hilton and most importantly very clean. Breakfast was good and a cook was present to cook fresh eggs or pancakes.

Place is very clean and up to date. Staff is friendly and helpful and the whole experience was generally pleasant. One of the better hotels in the area, especially those headed to Gainesville.

Pool area is beautiful. Adult beverage area is nice and relaxing. The food in the restaurant is fresh and flavorful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are routine but clean. Walls are a little thin. Hotel is starting a face lift so that part should improve.

We had a great stay. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Close to I 75 and dozens of restaurants. Concierge was very friendly. We would stay again.

Great room. Had an executive suite, bed, sofa, kitchen area were fine. Outstanding breakfast buffet and restaurant. Staff was great, especially Carl & Teresa in the restaurant. However, they do need bigger trash cans and bathroom lighting really needs improvment.

When I walked into Ocala Hilton, it was very well kept inside. The outside landscaping was well kept, mowed. I asked the receptionist at the desk where to go for the event. He was very friendly and gave me good direction. I was impressed with the room the event was held at. Reminded if a ball room, large chandeliers, bright, clean and we'll kept. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to people holding events in the future.

My wife and I spent the night here while traveling with our dog and cat multiple times. The rooms have always been clean and in good working order. We have order room service and were extremely satisfied with the quality of the food. The hotel is conveniently located off I-75 and there are multiple stores and restaurants located nearby. We highly recommended this hotel to anyone passing through with pets and needing a room for the night.

I think its time for the Hiltons to pull their name off the building. Oh boy… My 1st room stunk 409, then my second room 209 had a smell, but nothing bad, but not fresh, closet hanger rod was made from electrical conduit piping, and then I had to ask for toilet paper 3 times, finally a maintenance technician got me one roll. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the building. Yea, no Wi-Fi, lastly the TV had very few free channels, advertisements every 4th row on the channel guide, selling pay per view. Not running back any time soon…

Banquet rooms were nice. Food was beyond sub par. Pork was the only thing decent, the rest was extremely bland or inedible. They didn't even pair things correctly as if the just threw a bunch of items out there that they found laying around in the back of house. Servers didn't look professional, not what you would expect from Hilton of ocala.

Kids Central Casino Royale Vegas event. The event was wonderful, location beautiful, had a great time.

This hotels lobby is stunning, as well as the outside! There is a beautiful piece of property in the back of the hotel which had horses. The room was so clean and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. The staff was super friendly and was fast and efficient. I would recommend the Hilton to anyone staying in the Ocala area!

Nice venue but the AV technology is sorely lacking. The food service is quick, clean, and professional though.

The hotel is obviously an older Hilton breaks hotel as you can see from the outside, however don't let that discourage you. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The executive floor was a nice upgrade, it include some snacks (cheese, crackers, pulled pork sliders and cookies) during the evening, and $5 cocktails. The breakfast there was nice as well, eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage, as well as some cereal, pastries, and fruit. Very nice stay and will stay again.

Horrible. We made a reservation for the concierge floor and preordered extra towels, chocolate covered strawberries, pillows and blankets. NONE of it was there when we got to the room. Concierge room also comes with access to a lounge and complimentary concierge service. Well apparently, it's closed on the weekends. Also, we received four breakfast vouchers which were unusable because they were for different dates! We regret booking here. Worst hotel experience we have ever had as Hilton honors members.

We had an 85th birthday celebration. Family from everywhere and some friends from other parts of Fla. Stayed at the Hilton Hotel and were very pleased with their rooms and other facilities. Other friends were from Ocala, making a total of 58. Many comments were made about " Arthur's Bistro" like " What a lovely place to have a party. "David Lewis was so helpful in selecting a menu and approving our requests for setting up the room. He somehow stayed in the background but saw that all ran smoothly. The food was very good and nicely presented. The servers were very attentive. We would recommend "Arthur's " for any size party. Peggy and Richard Thomas.

I thought it was a great experience. The room was great! It wasn't real fancy, but it had everything that we needed and it was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. All of the people that we came in contact with were so pleasant and willing to help us in any way. We plan to go back every chance we get.

It is pricey because it has not been updated in a while, however I prefer this hotel as number 2 next to Holiday Inn Sky. I love the restaurant and have had countless wonderful experiences. The hotel bar located downstairs is fantastic, and love that they serve apps from the menu too. The rooms and beds are awesome. Staff is always more than accommodating. I like the exec floors for the privacy and the nice cocktails they serve. I'm not much of a drinker at all, but all the nice options add to the fun. They also have their horse and buggy for rides and I've enjoyed patting the horse when I stay. Room service is excellent. I used to stay here every weekend w my ex-husband the 1st year we dated and it's been one of my favorite places, ever since.

Just a wonderful place in the "Heart of Horse Country"! Ihave been coming here for 24 years and the service is great!

Stayed over thanksgiving weekend with the FSU football team. excellent services and management. I tried to check-in before the 3 pm check-in time. room wasn't ready but the manager gave us coupon for 2 free drinks at the bar. bar experience3 ws excellent.

The room we were given was nice except for the black grease on the floor in front of the toilet. I removed it myself, If only I could have removed the bed bugs we wouldn't have had to ask for another room. Room service took more than a half hour for a veggie tray that looked like it cakes from wal-mart deli. Their rates 25 dollars more per night than was quoted. Which I had to refuse. There's no reason you could call this hotel a hilton. Stay out of room 224. Good day.
