Clean room, very comfortable bed and a full breakfast all for a reasonable price.

Staf was very nice. Clean room. Well done hot breakfast. Pet friendly. Though we didn't bring ours, it's good to know. Good prices too.

The room was very nice, bed was amazingly comfortable. Only reason the review is not higher is because the ac seemed to be malfunctioning because it was very warm in the room. Other than that it was good.

Only stayed for the night but had a great stay. Employees were nice rooms were clean and breakfast in the morning. Will stay again if oh the area.

Both the lobby and rooms were really clean and well taken care of. The pool area was also really clean with a nice grass area. They provide breakfast for free and it includes the usual things. Waffles, fake eggs and toast/bagels. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay overnight.

Got the 2 queen suite with a sofa bed. Room was clean and kind of outdated but still nice and big. Slept my family of 6 just fine. Rates are very reasonable for the room size. Didn't have time for pool but it was small. Breakfast was decent nothing spectacular. Staff was friendly.

Pleasantly surprised! Location and price were the best there was. Near the mall, a ton of restaurants and 75. The price beat everyone and the customer service was very friendly. Not perfect but I'd send family there first if they were visiting.

Found this place last minute and was very pleased. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Great location. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again!

We got in very late and they were willing to accommodate me by allowing a later check out time, we didn't use that extra time though. The room smelled great and was clean, which is always amazing. The breakfast was awesome and the staff were just as awesome. We loved it here and would go back again. The only thing we had an issue with, was that the pool was very very dirty and filled with large amounts of bugs (Hence the four stars). The kids couldn't swim. Other than that, great.

People are great here. I love the open feeling. Breakfast is great, staff will go above the norm to help with anything you may need. Stay here if you want a nice laid back hotel!

My wife and I have stayed at this place several times and have always enjoyed it there. There is ample parking thatis wheel chair accessible. The rooms, including the toilets, are clean and have a small microwave and coffee maker. There are also an iron and ironing board. There is always coffee in the lobby. Free breakfast is available in the lobby. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The location is about one half mile west of I75. There are plenty of nearby places to eat and a shopping mall. This place is a good value for the cost. We recommend advance reservations or early check in as it appears to sell out nightly.

Nice but… Room 426, the Honeymoon Suite. Great big suite with plenty of room. However, the coffeemaker was missing. And in the bathroom, the shower had minimal water pressure so it took a long time to shower and rinse. There was also a light out in the bathroom, so it was know of dark. The bed was fine, the King came with only four pillows and they all appeared to be the same type. No choice like you get at other Quality Inn Suites. The room was fairly clean, no obvious spider signs nor dust. However the carpet could use a deep cleaning. I walked around in my white socks and the carpet made the bottoms dirty. Not good. The location is great, on a busy highway not fro from I-75, and there's plenty of restaurants around. We bought good at Yummy Chinese restaurant next door in the Lowe's shopping center. I used my Comfort Choice points to get a free room. Otherwise it would have been $107 plus tax for a King Non smoking room with the AAA discount. I do recommend this place for it's location.

Staff was nice. There were little bugs in our room. The room was for the most part clean, but had a bad oder.

Visiting family. Room was very clean. Beds were comfy. Pillows and covers were soft. Breakfast was okay. Grounds and pool were beautiful. Staff was friendly. Loved the elevator!

Room was a bit older, but quite clean, we had a king bed and a sofa sleeper was also in the med-large room. Tub was a bit worn, but clean. Refrigerator and microwave in the room were fine. Overall a nice place, we'd stay here again. Breakfast was included and was a bit bland like most Free breakfast hotels… only complaint would be the TV seemed too small for the room, only a 32" seemed quite small to view from the sofa or bed. Our rate was 112/night.

The pool is very dirty and dingy. Many leaves on the bottom and she growth. Very disappointed due to this was one of the main reasons I choose this location. I laid out by the pool but used the shower to cool off when I got hot because I wouldn't step foot in the pool. The maintenance man acknowledged that it was disgusting but stated that because they were operating on a skeleton crew there wasn't time to clean the pool. I had to run the A/C on max for 3 days to keep the room comfortable. The toilet runs alot because apparently it's leaking out of the tank slowly so it refills often. The waffle maker doesn't work properly, so 1/4 of your waffle doesn't have a top. The only good thing was the room was clean.

Checked in late at night with a reservation after a long day of driving, get to the room to find out that the air conditioning is broken. Great. Ask to get a new room perferably one with ac because we all know that summer Florida heat is unforgiving. Front desk claims that all rooms are taken and that I'm stuck with sweltering hot my room. No refund, no exchanges. Obviously this doesnt sit well with me as I have my two kids and my dog waiting on a room. While I'm walking my dog I see four rooms being cleaned. I go to complain about the unbearable condition I was given and point out the fact that I saw three untaken rooms. Ultimately I got my room switched. Never staying at a 'quality inn' or affiliate ever again. Please don't come here, they'll take your money and lie to you. But hey at least the cleaning staff works hard and is honest.

Best Motel experience in a long time… very friendly staff, surprisingly clean from the lobby to my room, room and breakfast bar both were positioned excellently (a lot of room/space), and the best rate I have gotten along the east coast in years (TKS)

I was there in Feb. For a church Retreat. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast is powdered eggs, chicken sausage, ok biscuits. Only good thing was the Waffles. Not enough waffle irons.

Stayed there over fourth of July weekend. Staff was nice and super helpful. Breakfast was typical; some type of eggs, sausage, and cereals. Enough to get your day started. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't use the pool, but it was enjoyed by many families as far as I could tell. Would recommend.

We want to let all you travelers out there know about the experience we just had at this facility. After checking out the room my family was very concerned with the fact that there was no security. The room was horribly musty and would have set my mom's allergies off. When we informed the front desk manager that we had concerns and did not want to stay we were told that we would be charged full price. This was at 3:30 PM, well before cancellation time of 6:00. My parent's are getting up in years and had booked a handicapped room. It was not only not a ground floor room as promised but the handicapped parking place was a great distance from where we would have entered the elevator to get to the second floor. This room was represented to our travel agency as a 4 star hotel suite, but was a very small room with 1 chair and ottoman. Stay at own risk! I feel that as a effort for customer satisfaction they could have at least reduced the charge as they obviously were going to rerent the room until my dad said if we have to pay we will take the keys.

I love this place. I stood here pregnant and the bed was amazing. The bathroom was very clean and they have cookies at night for about 3 hours. A pregnant woman's joy. Staff is very polite and they have a great Maintenance guy Edgar who will definitely make you laugh, but he is also very helpful… Overall 5 stars can't to go back again this year for vacation.

It's not too bad. It has all the amenities I'm looking for. It's clean! That's also very important. The bed wasn't all that comfortable, compared to what I slept in last night. I think it's priced high, but maybe that's this area. Breakfast surprised me. They have omelettes, Canadian bacon, cereal, croissants, coffee (yeah! ) Orange juice, and hashbrowns. At the last hotel, there was a Walmart so I picked up a couple of bananas and I brought yogurt from home. If you are hungry for lunch or dinner, PDQ is within walking distance! Friendly staff and always good food. :)

The Front Desk Manager is Very Sweet and Helpful. The hotel is 1 of the cleanest most relaxing I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend it.

Don't drink the coffee in the lobby had a shot of mud then water new fresh brew machines the rooms are nice new tv's Wi-Fi was difficult but help line on the brochure to get hooked up took 5 minutes no problem tried to brew coffee in the room suggestion go to the lobby and get milk my creamer was a tablet breakfast 2 stars out of 10

Disappointing! I called and made a reservation on July 11 for an Oct 10 check in. I stressed the importance of a first floor room with a refrigerator. I was assured that this wasn't a problem due to my early reservation. When I checked in on October 10 I was told the only available room was on the 3rd floor. However, there was another guest that had made her reservation on Oct 8. We were checking in at the same time and she was given a first floor room with a refrigerator. Management refused to talk to me and wouldn't explain why I was denied a first floor room.
