Good hôtel, very well located in Coconut Grove, the swimming pool is very nice to relax after a busy day in Miami. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen. Only negative point is the price of the parking (30$/day) because of the valet.

Very nice hotel. Stayed in a Junior suite which had a Full kitchen and w/d. Rooms very clean. All white with marble floors. Only color was in modern art and the sofa (blues). Can walk to the Fresh Market.

Beautiful property with large and beautiful furnished apartments. Affordable price for the average Miami. Quiet coconut Grove resort, with nearby harbour and many restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient to visit Miami and its surroundings. Available in the room complete kitchen with fridge and microwave, really convenient for long stay. Mandatory parking with Vallet comfortable even if a little expensive! Recommended!

The place looks pretty nice at first glance, but then you start to notice the hairs in the beds and the stains on the curtains and the general lack of hotel-appropriate cleanliness. I'm giving two stars for the comfy bed and their liberality with handing out towels, but they charged over $300 a night for a suite that had a kitchen but no sugar/salt/tea and a floor that made the bottoms of my feet black with filth in seconds. The headboards are the kind that slam into the wall and rattle if you so much as sit on the bed. The walls are paper thin and you can hear carts rattling down the hallway all night. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible and connected about 5% of the time. Oh yeah, and they didn't change any sheets but they did steal our allergy pillow covers and the concierge was utterly unhelpful. We'll have to buy new ones. Bottom line? It's waaaay too expensive for what you get. I would not stay here again.

Very nice hotel with all the amenities I needed. Room, bed and bathroom were super clean. Staff was courteous and helpful with their every move. We felt secure and had so much fun in this Hotel! Would recommend :)

I was just here for an evening corporate event for a few hours. Didn't get to see anything other than the ground floor and the pool deck, but everything was great. The staff took great care of everyone and was very friendly. I didn't try the food but it looked great and I didn't hear any complaints. Bartenders did a wonderful job as well. The location of the hotel is great too. Near to plenty of things to do, eat, etc. I'd check out the rooms if I was in the area again.

Awesome experience while staying at this charming hotel during my business trip. The staff was helpful and welcomed us whole-heartedly. The Rooms were comfortable, clean and air-conditioned and the courteous staff was ready to serve at my welcoming room. Definitely, recommended and would stay again soon.

Nice place to stay for a short time. Situated at the prominent part of Coconut Groove. Can be seen easily from the road. Front facing rooms are exposed to Coconut Grove Club and a park and offers a. Wry beautiful view. Staff is good, polite and helpful. Hotel restaurant offers quality food. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Great hotel the room was surprisingly huge and the hotel overall was not crowded at all. Pool is a decent size restaurant is a little overpriced but not too crazy. The decor cleanliness appearance and smell of the hotel are amazing. It smells like love when you walk in the door. The only thing I didn't like was paying for parking with no other options.

The Mutiny was a good choice for my wedding party. The nicest part is that it was connected to my reception venue (the Womans Club of Coconut Grove). This made it easy for Grandparents to move back and forth between the venue and their hotel rooms. The rooms are spacious and include a kitchen. This made it easier for all the girls as we were getting ready. If you have some extra money to spend somewhere; this is where I would splurge. My Mom got a 2BR suite overlooking the marina. It was amazing.

It is very pretty on the surface at first glance. The lobby was pretty clean and the rooms were quite large. However, at second glance, room really wasn’t very clean, needed fresh paint, and the outlets were loose. It is clear they don’t keep up with maintenance in the rooms. Also, the shower is a big deep tub that is not easy to step in and out with ease. This morning I fell back into the tub, kind ticks me off.

Friendly and efficient staff. Restaurant serves really good food! Rooms set up as mini units — kitchen equipped with full size appliances, pits and pans, utensils etc; laundry and dryer, storage etc.

Very friendly and very secure Hotel right across from the bay in Coconut Grove. Your room key is needed to access the elevators so it does give you a more secure feeling when staying. Staff seem very helpful and friendly and amenities are as expected.

Stayed here during our wedding weekend. We had nothing but positive experiences. Awesome location. Beautiful Bay views, within walking distance to Starbucks, bars and restaurants. Comfy and clean rooms. Room service wasn't the best but staff is super friendly and accommodating. Valet was quick and professional.

The Hotel is very clean. The room is big. Have the kitchen with utensils. Is perfect view to sea.

Great location. Right next to the water. You can wake up and go running along the bay. We had a room with a full kitchen and king bed. Pretty standard room except for the giant walk in closet.

Nice place located in Coconut grove. The Thai restaurant was delicious and the outdoor area with waterfall was beautiful.

It's a very nice place and the people who work here have been exceptionally nice and helpful! No free Wi-Fi, not the room that we booked online! $8 A day for Wi-Fi per device is ridiculous!

I really had a bad time here we were having a family get together and the security officer kept on harassing us as if we were the only people at the pool. It was more as a racist thing than anything the other party was making noise as well and was never talked to about the noise level. We went to our room the police was called and our guest had to leave the security officer was very rude and disrespectful to us. We were not treated equally and we paid our money as well as they did I will not recommended no one to stay here due to the security officer nasty attitude and the fact that he made fasle accusations towards us not please. I really wish I can get my money back because the stay was not worth it…

Hotel lets a loud party with a loud band go on past 11:00, then after they finally shut down the band the party gets louder with drunk people. The party area is outside by the pool where guest rooms are right above, like mine. Midnight and still no sign of quieting. If you get a room that looks down on the pool, be prepared not to sleep.

Beautiful location but staff was hard to come by. Charming place for a wedding. Needs very little decor.

You feel good when you walk into this Hotel. Its a very sharp, plush and comfortable hotel, its updated, spacious, clean, … and very clean (it doesn't smell funny). Service throughout hotel is impeccable… Swing shift Bartender is a little grumpy, but that's OK. Beds and Linens are great quality, Bathroom has space and quality fixtures. The one thing to note: Its not a "View Hotel" but the place makes up for it in everything else!

Great place. Awesome pool. Pull out bed was like sleeping in a salad bowl filled with rebar. 4 stars.

The room quality was not consistent after speaking with other guests. It was more of a condo feel than a hotel feel environment. Room quality varies. All the rooms were designed completely different, some much nicer than others. There were no vending or ice machines. Ice machine in room refrigerator did not work either. The bed was pretty comfortable luckily. The restaurant and pool seemed somewhat nice. Friendly staff!
