I have tried to communicate countless times with you through phone and email, to reschedule a date for cancellation of my flight, it has been impossible, I need you to respond as you are so unserious with your guests.

Very good friendly good price clean rooms and spacious.

I stayed here for one week and it was wonderful.
Nice service, good people, the best location and lot of other free benefits.

I arrived and nobody helped me with my bags or offered to help. The guy at the front desk explained the basics and was not much friendly. When I arrived at my bedroom — remembering i've called before going to make sure the bedroom was ready — the bed was full of different hair types. Woman's blond hair and men's black hair. On the pillow and on the bed. The furniture was not accurate to the pictures, they looked old as so did the air conditioner and the lamps. The windows didn't provide enough darkness to the room. The water couldn't be hot on the shower. I went to the front desk and complained about the hair in the bed and on the pillows. The guy didn't apologize much and said he would send someone to check and suppervise. A woman went after 5 minutes or more. She didn't apologize also, she asked me what was the problem and seemed suspicious of my allegations. Since it was obvious because of the amount of hair, she said she was going to send the housekeeper.
After 5 or 10 minutes the housekeeper arrived. She was speaking Spanish on the phone with some family member and stay on the call for a while. Also didn't apologize. Changed the bed. One of the sheets had a big hole on it, she just put the whole hidden in a way I wouldn't see it. After that I went to see the pool before going out. The pool has not much sun because the buildings are on the way and its located on the first floor. There were no chair available.

Had the worst experience of my life. Walking in all I smell is mold. We then find out we were booked incorrectly, so now we are inconvenienced in sharing a bed with 3 adults. We try to get refunds and work it out but the guy kept walking away as we talked. The elevator is broken, so we have to take the stairs. Someone got sick and they didnt even clean it up. Their "breakfast buffet " is trash. It's in a bum and drug infested neighborhood and the rooms are not only small and not like the pictures but the bathroom is so small only one small person can be I there. The shower is also incredibly small. Also the view is awful of both rooms we had.

3 good features about this hotel: the location, housekeeping and the free beach chairs. Everything else was a joke. The coffee at breakfast is totally horrible and the room didn’t have as much as a coffee maker. The pics on the website are a lie because the hotel looks worst than the pics. The price they charge you to stay here is ridiculous and there are much better hotels for less price in the same area. There’s literally one small ancient chair in the room that you can bearly sit on and there’s no wall art over the bed as shown on the website. I understand the hotel not being up to date or fancy but for that reason the prices should be lower. Make the hotel look like the website. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! You definitely don’t get what you pay for.

SUPER Convenient and extremely cleanly. Loved the staff/ pool/ crisp cable for downtime. I’ll definitely be going back. And its easy on the pockets with parking directly across the street.

The only problem was with the shuttle bus driver on Aug 8/18 at 1:00pm demanding the TIP from us on a very rude way. It is a free hotel feature. The DRIVER was insane and was yelling on us that the ride require the tip. Very bad reflection on the hotel. Hotel staff were amaizing and so professional. Excellent stay.

This place is freaking amazing. I'm not one to give a lot big happy reviews, but this place sure has it earned. Amazing staff. Great spaces. Wow!

Breakfast is very simple and lacks room to sit on, the bathroom is very small, especially the shower, and the air conditioner is a little noisy. It is worth noting that the location that is excellent and the very good attention of the hotel staff, the bed and the room is comfortable and is in good condition.

It has a very good location, you don't need a car, near to the beach, Lincoln Rd, CVS and Walgreens. The room was spacious and clean. The price was a little bit expensive and the staff where rude.

Could be a lot better. Friendly staff. But the cost is expensive, rooms are spacious and liveable. Location is well located, close to the beach and shopping streets the + well located. The — too expensive.

The rooms feel the humidity but it is clean and you are in a very quiet street 5 mn walk from the beach (2 deckchairs and parasols included). I will not spend a week but for 2 or 3 nights has a very correct rate you are 5 minutes by uber or bus from ocean drive and next to Lincoln Road which is a pedestrian street with shops and restaurants.

Good Art Deco hotel with an excellent location right on the South Beach. One block from Lincoln Road and two from the Collins, very close to Ocean standard rooms acceptable. Simple breakfast, pity you don't have a good place to do it, it is done at the entrance of the hotel on the outside, uncomfortable for cold or rainy days and with little place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Beach, parasol and lounge chairs for an additional not very high. Garage to return for U $ S 25 daily.

First of all I got a handicap room an there is absolutely nothing wrong with me. Second this is not a place u would want to stay in south beach ok, the way they describe it an the pictures are not how it really is this hotel is like staying at motel 6 they gave me 2 towels an one rag for 2 guest. U pay for room than they want a $100. Deposit an 26 dollars a night to park. Worst experience every…

The attention is very good and the staff are very helpful. Only that the rest Nuy well I received the packages Q send to the hotel… and what I needed I resolved it would return thanks.

Excellent staff, location is amazing, and remember that in Miami you do shopping, walking, and beach, not much interest the room you're little.

Beds were horrible, worst beds I've ever slept on, terrible matress. We switched room because the first room was smelling bad, the AC was so loud we couldn't use it, the smell from the AC was like it hasn't been cleaned for few years. Eventually both rooms were the same thing. When we ask to switch rooms the hotel receptionist told us we can leave our stuff in the old room and move it when we come back. Coming back to the hotel we discovered the hotel staff moved our belongings on their own, and also lost a swimsuit. We didn't want them to move our belongings and they even didn't ask if its ok to move it. We asked for more towels, and the receptionist told us to come to the reception to take. In any other hotel I have stayed I got the towels to the room. Starting with the fact there were only 3 towels for a room with 4 guests. In both rooms we got we didn't sleep good, because of the old and smelly ac unit and the very bad beds. Cleanness can be greatly improved. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Hotel in itself good. Breakfast is not good. The obligation to purchase beach chairs per day was a little strange.

Pathetic staff, especially the Afro-American lady at the reception. Gave me a run for my hard earned money. A basic water kettle too wasn't available with them, they were telling me to borrow it from the Italian restaurant they had let space to. As in tht is like basic if u claim to be a 3 star hotel or atleast if u charge like one.

Very nice hotel with a central location. Close to everything that there is to know about Miami Beach. A great attention of the people of the place, with good presence and kindness for each order that one does. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was ok. We were originally suppose to stay at greenview a hotel they are affiliated with. Crest — Rooms smelled like musty and mildew. Breakfast was disgusting. The pictures are false advertising. No fridge, extremely over priced. For what we paid with extra fees etc we would've been better off staying elsewhere. I would not recommend either crest or greenview.

It is a modest hotel, small rooms, your best attribute is the location, 150 mts from the beach and 100 meters from Lincoln Road, the breakfast is meager. Good option if you want to spend less.

The location is excellent. The departments are good. The staff speaks English and are very friendly. You do not have place for sitting and smoking and you have to do it on the sidewalk.

Very well located. Close to the Pedestrian. Close to the Beach. In Southbeach. The hotel is a classic hotel but remodeled while keeping the style. We went for work to Miami. We charm. Has a good breakfast buffet included in the room rate. Try the Restaurant's Vegan night. It is very good!

We came late 11.30 pm, and they did not accept our voucher wich did not mention any resort fee. They did not let us have the room until we paid 30, 25 USD per 24 hrs. Not a god behavior of us as customers. Another costumer with that complaint got the answer that the resort fee inkluded free Wi-Fi, shuttle from Miami airport and towels, sunbed and umbrella at the beach. We landed at Fort Launderdale airport, are not interested in the beach (the weather was terrible with strong wind and rain) so the 30 USD a day was a complete robbery. Their breakfast is very low budget with the most simple bread, some with colored flour to look healty. No eggs, yoghurt, just sumple low budget bread and coffe. We can not recommend this hotel with all the false and not honest marketing.

Suites very comfortable and equipped. The cleaning is good. The staff in general is friendly and the breakfast service is good although not very varied.

Great hotel in relation to the price. The rooms are very clean and the location is very good.

The beds we're exceptionally comfortable! Only thing I didn't like was a $30 resort fee which Priceline didn't tell us there was. That was for use of the Wi-Fi and beach chairs. We stayed for one night and didn't check in until after 6 pm and left the next day on a cruise. We didn't use the beach chairs. The hotel felt more like a hostel.

A good price-quality relation. It is very clean and the beds comfortable. The location is excellent!

Excellent location. The attention is friendly and polite. The rooms for 2 with a double bed are a bit small but comfortable. The breakfast is limited but fresh, and the Wi-Fi is not good.

Unpleasant environment. Beds girls, casual, walking, cleaning, light bulbs were burnt, unpleasant those who served and poor lighting! Never more would return.

Wonderful hotel, super comfortable, well located, affordable price and wonderful attention of all employees. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend it widely.

Service is amazing. The front desk was willing to go above and beyond for all our needs. They even let us change rooms for a minor convenience.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Short walking distance to everything (beach, shopping, food, etc). The staff is extremely friendly and have been very accommodating. The restaurant downstairs also has awesome food.

Very cozy and in a good area close to a CVS and walgreen. Everything is close to a cafe cubano and pizzeria. Staff is bilingual and friendly.

If your room is not a suite, forget about coffee, tea, kettle or anything. Its just a TV and bed, bathroom + towels. Walls are thin, you can really hear the next room tv. Other than that, the stay is comfortable with friendly staff.

The overall experience was below average. The only positive thing was that it was right by the beach. The plugs for our room didn't plug in properly and the bed sheets were all stained and dirty. At the concierge desk, we were rarely greeted or get a small head nod while he goes back on his phone. You get what you pay for. Convenient in and out location by the tourist hot spot though!

There is no way that this hotel is a 3.5 star hotel. When we got into our room the room was so hot and took an hour or more for the air conditioner to cool the room off. The room was dirty. There were blood stains on the side bed slats. The bathroom is extremely small. The paint is cracking and peeling off all over the room. There were dead bugs stuck to the ceiling. The furniture had stains from water or other drinks. The noise from the street and the hostel next door was amazingly loud. We brought these problems to the manager's attention and he said he couldn't do anything about it on the first night. I understood as the hotel was booked. However, he offered to move us to a new room the next morning and have our luggage moved. We left for the day thinking that everything would be handled by the time we got back. We returned back to the hotel at 3:30 and to our surprise our luggage had been moved to another room that was dirty from the previous occupants. The bed hadn't even been made. Furthermore, when we returned to the hotel Friday evening after dinner several people were sitting outside the front door smoking pot. I most definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Basic, but good price and excellent location for easy access to the convention centre, shopping, amenities and the beach.

The staff was amazing! Small cozy hotel, they have a free shuttle to the airport, they just give you bread and orange juice for breakfast. If you want your room cleaned please tell them otherwise they won't do it and honestly that's better. If you need more towels ask as well. You get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. It's around the corner from the popular tours. The bathroom is small. Very clean, friendly, and quiet!

Hotel not bad, close to the main areas of the Movida and walking you can get to the beach. By the way there is a supermarket very close to the hotel also a liquor store.

Doesn't seem like much from the outside. But on the inside it exceeded my expectations, I had a great time here with absolutely no troubles. I just wish the breakfast had some eggs but that's just me.

Crest Hotel was nice but the price is too high for the quality. We had different room than we booked and I still haven't got any refund of that. I have sent e-mail as they informed me to do but they haven't answer. They make you pay resort fee even if you don't want to get breakfast from hotel and the internet didn't work properly in our room. If poor customer service is something that you are looking for and wan't to pay too much for bad quality, this is your hotel.

Parking it's a big problem.

Booked throw priceline did not send confirmation till 9:30pm, witch we already booked a different hotel, will not refund, worst customer service ever experienced.

Paid a lot for not much. Good things are that was not far from parking garage and beach.

They canceled a reservation made in 4 months in advance. I called and emailed multiple times but they never responded.

The hotel for the most part wasn't bad it was as close to everything! The things I did have a problem with was The shower felt like I was in a box no room to even turn around! The pool was very dirty The guy running the crest cafe is not pleasant at all very rude.

Just a bed. Not much to remember.

Select this to save money while remaining in a very convenient location to reach points of interest on foot or by public transport. Basic rooms and noisy but clean rooms with free Wi-Fi. A double room for two nights $ 280 without breakfast. Comfortable bed. Missing fridge. This hairdryer and climate.

Fair. Paid expensive because of the dates. If it was cheaper would consider good.

This hotel was cute and was a good "budget" option for being a block off collins (2 short blocks off the water). That being said, check in time was supposed to be 2:30 and we didn't get our room until 4, which was a problem because it was a short trip and we wanted to change and head to the beach. When we finally got our room, it was TINY. The shower was such that you couldn't even move and it was just as tough to move around in the bathroom. Our friends who stayed there got a bigger room, so it could just be luck of the draw.
