I arrived and nobody helped me with my bags or offered to help. The guy at the front desk explained the basics and was not much friendly. When I arrived at my bedroom — remembering i've called before going to make sure the bedroom was ready — the bed was full of different hair types. Woman's blond hair and men's black hair. On the pillow and on the bed. The furniture was not accurate to the pictures, they looked old as so did the air conditioner and the lamps. The windows didn't provide enough darkness to the room. The water couldn't be hot on the shower. I went to the front desk and complained about the hair in the bed and on the pillows. The guy didn't apologize much and said he would send someone to check and suppervise. A woman went after 5 minutes or more. She didn't apologize also, she asked me what was the problem and seemed suspicious of my allegations. Since it was obvious because of the amount of hair, she said she was going to send the housekeeper. After 5 or 10 minutes the housekeeper arrived. She was speaking Spanish on the phone with some family member and stay on the call for a while. Also didn't apologize. Changed the bed. One of the sheets had a big hole on it, she just put the whole hidden in a way I wouldn't see it. After that I went to see the pool before going out. The pool has not much sun because the buildings are on the way and its located on the first floor. There were no chair available. After all that, the cold showers, and feeling super bad for paying 160, 00 dollars form such a bad service and bedroom, I received a call asking me to check out at 11 — even though ive talked about my genius 2 hours bonus that they didn't want to provide — and nobody asked if I needed help with my luggage and nobody even opened the door for me to leave the hotel. I was carrying 2 luggages and 2 bags by myself. I stayed in many hostels in South America and Europe and I've never experienced such rudeness and bad service. I feel completely cheated!
