Great stay in the perfect area with the most friendly staff member when we checked in, would definitely come back.

Lovely room very clean and lovely size with everything you need… comfy bed and nice quality linen… I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again … staff very friendly too.

Fabulous little hotel perfect for a couple of days pre — Cruise… The best bit is ANGELO who works on reception he is just fabulous he was so helpful, funny, & extremely kind every hotel should have an Angelo… long may he remain doing what he does best… oh and those breakfast goodies are delicious.

Location is great! Close to everything including the beach. The only downfall is the parking. You have to pay $25+ to park every time you come and go. Other than that this place was amazing.

5 starts for location and cleanliness. 0 starts for: receptionist (called Kiki, who has zero knowledge of what customer service means), “breakfast included” meant coffee and pastries, and very noisy rooms.

Normally this place has the best price for a room I can find in South Beach, it has almost never failed in that light. The rooms are always clean and kept cool. The staff are always friendly and give great recommendations of places to go in the area. No parking is included with this hotel so be prepared to Shell out a few bucks to park somewhere close, there are plenty of lots and garages in the area. The hotel location is in the heart of Espanola Way, stear clear of walking down this street if you can as the hostests from each restaurant on the street will hound the hell out of you. They also have a sister hotel that is a few miles away right on the beach that has a pool you get access to because you are staying with them. If you are heading to the beach anyhow, try to find a nice spot near the sister hotel so you can take a dip in the pool after if you want. All in all each stay at this hotel has been a pleasure and I will most likely always stay here when visiting South Beach.

Overall, for the amount we paid, it was definitely below our expectations. The staff was as expected, but as we were there, they were seen arguing and we generally unprofessional. Also, don't expect a fantastic breakfast, the milk was so sour it was unbearable. Also, the cleaning lady was very far on the strange side… We went up the elevator, and when the door opened, when just stood there until I said excuse me, then she finally moved a little so we could leave the elevator. There were also quite the number of abnormalities with the room, the sink wouldn't drain, balcony door wouldn't close, sjower soaps wouldn't dispense well, etc. All in all, it's worth no more that $200 a night, and if the going rate is more than that, stay away or you will be very disappointed.

It is a good place, with great location, very close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. Also the hotel offers bikes to enjoy the city!

The hotel is a disaster: it has no seats in the room, no indirect lights (only the ones on the ceiling, which make the place look like an interrogation room), it is extremely loud since 8am, and the room service is non existent. Not to speak about what they call “breakfast”, which consists of a toast, period. This “hotel” should be a “bread and breakfast” and charge accordingly. Other customers were complaining too. Don’t expect an AC hotel.

The location of this hotel and the manager Angelo is the highlight of choosing this place Me and my Husband stayed there in jan 2018 for about 6 nights and we loved the atmosphere as it is right opposite the espanola way with amazing ambiance and food option, its only about 8 minutes walk to both ocean drive and the beach. It is right amidst good restaurants and basic amenities shops. And the staff is really friendly and very helpful especially Angelo as I mentioned above and also enrique … we hit few bumps while our stay but there was nothing that we were not given a solution for by the hotel staff!
Overall will definitely recommend …!

A great Hotel near South Beach and Lincoln Road. The Room was very nice and also clean only the Shutters were already a bit desolate. There is no Swimming pool, but the Hotel works with two softer Hotels on South Beach and there is a Swimming pool with Sea Views and also a Gym. The one with the Pool on a large Terrace is called Hotel Victor! Bicycles can be hired free of Charge at the Hotel for 2 Hours. The Hotel is bordered by a Pedestrian Area where there are various Eateries and Bars. Right opposite I drank an expensive But very delicious Mojito. The Reception Team was not very friendly except which was always there in the Evening! I think the Hotel is ideal for a Short Stay in Miami — South Beach!

Getting pretty tired but nice staff and great location in south beach. At this price point you’d get 5 star in some cities but Miami gets you borderline 2.

The location is amazing. The rooms are big but have very thin walls. We could hear people talking in the other room. Wifi is not very good.

What an amazing gem hidden away from the busy streets but so close and convenient to cafes. Located just a cross the walking street that becomes alive at night with ample of choices for food from Spanish Paella, Brazillion, Italian, Mexican and Cuban food. Hotel was clean and beautiful but Angelo was the best front desk with excellent customer service skills.

I first stayed on June 2013 when the hotel reopened and this location its my second house every time I stay in Miami. Service is great, always accommodating our requests. Great location on the center of SoBe with restaurants, shops and walking distance from ocean drive.

Great location, accessible to lots of activities while still being a quiet place. Friendly and accommodating staff, cheaper valet than most of the surrounding hotels (since self parking is not an option). Clean room, comfy bed. Everything was good.

We have stayed there from 28 to 30 may 2016, and we have been under the charm of this hotel. Very well located with restaurants nearby and the beach located not very far to walk to. As for the room, it is very spacious and very well equipped with a decoration magnificent. The only downside is that the wall of the rooms is not very thick : we hear everything. In spite of everything, if we go back to Miami, it will be in this hotel.

Location: walking distance to everything. Bikes available, included in your resort fee. Major restaurant/bar action less than a block away. Interesting watering holes within 5 min walk: Havana 1957 & Repour. Price: I paid $150 on HT, which didn't include the resort fee or taxes. Fitness: gym at sister Hotel Victor was fairly decent. I was able to get most of what I need done. Most of the time it's not busy before 10 am. Airport/transportation: bus runs on Washington and takes you from/to the airport. Fare is $2.65, as of April 2016. Takes about the same amount of time as SuperShuttle but one eighth of the cost. Save your mula and blow it on booze. Room comfort: room was spacious and clean. Big bed and nice TV. That being said, • windows have seen better days • thin walls so you can hear what your neighbors are doing • as other reviewers have noted, floors have tiles, not carpeted. Ask for top floor if you don't like people walking over your head or dragging chairs around. I stayed in room a corner unit. • TV was set on the side wall so it's at an angle. Probably use satellite so the image was rather grainy. • in some rooms, AC blew air directly to the opposing wall, where the headboard was. I got a running nose from all that cold air when I was sleeping. Lastly, the 'free' breakfast was rather thin, leaves more to be desired. The hard boil eggs were slightly under. Overall, a pleasant stay, despite if a few hiccups.

Check in was a great experience — the guy was friendly and made us feel so welcome. The room is big, and the bed massive, but the lack of carpets in the room and hallways means that sound really travels. Bring earplugs if you like sleeping. Breakfast is adequate but by no means lavish. The location is fantastic: Espanola way is a real treat.

Very nice rooms, and great location. Only about 10 min to the beach and to the Mall. Many Restaurants directly in the street and a supermarket is two streets away. If you look at the Breakfast just a little more effort into it would it could be a 5 star. The Breakfast buffet could be in the current scope to save. The staff is always nice and courteous.

Pros: Great location (quiet area but right by the beach and Lincoln Rd), really spacious rooms, nice and homey decor, friendly staff! Cons: walls and ceilings not so soundproof, no bathtub, bathroom lighting is quite dark (but a brighter bulb should fix the problem! )
