Amazing hotel beautiful rooms, in an ideal location right in the middle of the Cuba area. Lovely staff always helpful and friendly 2 blocks from Ocean Drive and beach, would highly recommend this hotel in fact I wish I was there now.

Room was a bit small but nice didn't like I had to take stairs and carry luggage even though bellhop would have I was ready to get in and back out to see the sites parking is pricey but its miami beach you cant pull up to door either so be sure luggage has wheels. Great location though and great and hospitable staff had a cute mini bar (that cost) and room temp was good. Loved the shower. Loved the area.

Currently on the front end of a trip in Miami, then Cuba, and back to Miami. This venue is right in the heart of South Beach. Older Art Deco style hotel on the facade. But, nice rooms. And, gracious staff that are very accommodating…

Charming hotel right in the heart of South Beach. Walk right outside your door to dozens of restaurants and bars. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The staff was professional and courteous. I would look forward to staying here again.

Sooo cute hotel, good location!

Nice location and vibe. Modern and cozy room. Crazy, it was unseasonably chilly and we needed heat in our room… but there was no heat. I don't even think heat was an option as the concept of heat baffled the night staff. They provided a blanket instead. Would visit again.

Excellent atmosphere with dedicated people.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stay. The reality and their pictures are totally different. Their only good points is that it's clean and people are friendly. Except those, I feel upset. The Room is small, and smells musty. Their strongbox are broken, their furnitures are always problematic, even the toilet water tank also problematic too, I have to open the tank and manually wash the toilet. Their shower head can not control the speed of water, I feel stinging when taking the shower, that's fine. The most thing I can't bear is it always noisy, I can't fall asleep and forced to wake up in the morning due to loud sound outside or some machine. Please do think about Hilton or other chain hotels when you make decision. Such a small hotel can not guarantee its quality. My comments is only for people who are searching for quiet and cozy places. If you like to hang out around the street and enjoy night life, it might be the best place for you.

What a beautiful spot. I visited with family for Christmas. It's a destination within a destination! Extremely helpful staff. Very well maintained! Loved the complementary coffees, latte, cappucinos and wine in the upstairs library and relaxing on the balcony!

The place is charming and in a typical Spanish décor. The reception and the people at the hotel are very attentive and dedicated. Really they do everything to make you family. Great location and close to all places of interest. Room of medium size, very very clean and decorated with style. Every time you enter the lobby, you are recognized as a member of the family. It's remarkable! Bravo!

Don’t let the lobby scare you too much, the rooms are actually quite nice. The location is great, close to the beach, and right on the charming Española Way. The surrounding streets are a bit sketchy (lots of strip clubs) so don’t wander too far off the beaten path assuming that’s not your scene. The air freshener they use could use some freshening (the scent is a bit overwhelming) and the staff is mixed. Some are great some are awful. They need to redo the lobby it looks really shabby. Also when we were on our way out we wanted to use the rest room but they said it was in the other building which was locked. They said they would have someone take us too it but after 15 minutes no one had come so we had to leave which was very frustrating.

Great location. In the middle of a large diversity of restaurants and retail shops. Yes it is in the middle of restaurants. Therefore on a Friday and Saturday night expect noise till the very very early hours of the morning. The rest of the week is fine. But that aside, the vibrancy, the charm and character of the hotel and location make up for this small inconvenience. It is only 2 levels and does not have an elevator.

Super recommended hotel, excellent location, rooms and staff! I highlight Victor for his kindness and ability to solve all the problems. No doubt we will be back!

The stay itself was lovely. An attentive staff, clean room, walking distance to the beach. However over a month after my stay the hotel continuously charged my card claiming that the room wasn’t charged. And the knowledge that my card information is just that of a game and an object to charge when bored is unforgivable and inadmissible, no mater the service given.

First off… it's clean, quaint, charming and where I stayed. There was no pool at all… however the beach was nearby. The various coffee offered were excellent and the service was attentive! When I thought I lost an item staff really went out of there way to assist me In the hotel as well as running to my store on ESPANOLA way… We found it! NATURALLY. I would recommend this hotel if you can climb stairs. As there are no elevators… Yes. I would stay here again!

Lovely sweet place in a bustling street. Friendly staff, a bit pricey for what you get.

Very helpful and happy employees. Always a smile on their faces. (Greetings to the lovely lady in the front desk with perfectly applied red lipstick and gorgeous red hair! ). We stayed in a Junior Suite. It was cozy and had everything we needed for our 2-week vacation. Including a fridge and 2 large 50 inch LED TVs. The rooms were cleaned every day and cleaned very well. Everything was dust-free and shiny. The location is good also — only 2 blocks to the beach, many shops and dozens of restaurants around the area. About the negative the only thing I can think of is the noise that comes from the Espanola Way. It lasts up to early morning hours and is loud enough to keep a light-sleeper from falling asleep. I am not a light-sleeper so it didn't disturb me that much. That is possibly because we had a room with a view facing the street. There are very õany other rooms that are further away from Espanola Way. But really that is the only negative point about the place. I will recommend El Paseo to everyone I know who is interested in having a vacation in Miami Beach. Love this place!

Just regular hotel. Ningún servicio dentro del hotel como piscina, para ir a la playa hay que salir a la calle y caminar, el estacionamiento es también al salir del hotel, los restaurantes afuera en la calle y así todo. La habitación limpia, los empleados súper amables muy educados.

Great location, great customer service from front desk. Cute room, however, room was next to stairwell to upper level rooms, every time someone went in or came out the door slammed, at all hours of day & night… Right outside my room was apparently the congregation site for all the hotel workers & the ice machine. They would chat it up at 07, 08, right outside my door, super irritating. They would also fill up metal ice buckets at alll hours of day & night. The safe didn't work, called, they fixed it, but the next day it started beeping at 7p, battery low… unable to resolve the situation, I was moved to another room @ 10pm, great room but still an inconvince. Left my room to sightsee for 4 hours on day 2, came back & my room had not been touched. Called to have it serviced, apparently there is a door hanger, I did not have one. The maid that finally came hung a towel that was on the counter over the door and took the rest without leaving any replacements. With all of these issues in a 3 night 4 day stay, the only compensation I received was a bottle of wine & some biscotti. I probably would not stay here again unless it was in an upper level room and away from any employee only rooms. Not worth the $400+ (including the $80+ taxes) I paid.

Very nice hotel, modern and clean facilities. Stay included beach towels and beach chair reservations at south beach in walking distance, free 24h coffee and specialties offer. Friendly staff and overall great experience!

The rooms were very clean and service was really lovely. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Having towels and beach chairs was also a really nice plus.

I booked online for 3 people through tripadvisor, the hotel called back and said a day before the trip they cannot accept the price, we accepted the higher price and when we reached miami they said they can only give us a king bed and no extra bed, they dont have any, pathetic customer experince, they offered us to cancel the booking at 9 pm. I dont know how so many people have given good ratings to them. I would suggest never visit them.

Very disappointed. The concierge made no effort to assist me in finding a restaurant. The pool was overcrowded and no available chairs. Service was mediocre at best with leftover cups and trash around pool.

This is exactly what I expected of South Beach. It was cozy, beautiful, comfortable, and a great location. Hotel: It is a boutique hotel and has that feeling. I really enjoyed the balcony on the second level. They have a nice library with a fantastic coffee machine — espresso for my Mr and a latte for me.

Location is ok, rooms are ok. There are no drawers in the room and no elevator. The road in front is being torn up and resurfaced and has caused a major issue to get to the desk with luggage right now and probably for the next month. Incredible food all around you with a short walk to @SENORFROGS. If you are mobile then it could be a good choice for you.

Our stay at this property began badly already in the booking process. I was about to book through supplier but then I had the idea of writing by mail directly to the structure and, seeing me granted a more advantageous rate, I asked to confirm the room directly, then proceeding to cancel the option taken previously. Unfortunately, however, once the option was canceled Mr. Luis, making a lot of confusion, decided to cancel even the reservation confirmed directly with the hotel, arguing that it was a waste of time. I was then back to the starting point. As the hotel impressed me particularly, I decided to proceed equally by confirming the room through my supplier, who, on my request, confirmed to me that on the spot I would not have to pay anything, not even the resort fee. The reception in the hotel was awful! Mr. Israel told us that they were very concerned because the reservation was not welded and they did not know if it would be settled (we felt treated like starving), so we asked for a security deposit of $100 in cash, as my credit card, already widely used, at the hotel did not pass. Same problem also encountered by another pair of Argentine lords (they had booked through the same supplier). Fortunately after a while they made us settle in the room and so immediately warned the supplier of the incident, which Provvededette then to call at the hotel and to resolve the payment issue. Luckily I wasn't mistaken, the room was really pretty!

Far too noisy during night time… and surprisingly even at the early mornings, as room maids and hotel guests tend to slam the doors. Feels more like an overpriced hostel. The bad sleep I had nearly ruined my holiday the next day.

The only thing I can say is that I did not give the room which recerve with 2 weeks in advance that was very annoying for me as I do not like to be with complaints or arguments apart that my daughters Nesecitaban rest after the long biaje but the truth did wrong … They charged Me what I was not supposed to charge Me in order the only thing that dige to the Lord of the reception copper what you say that is even not it was the deal my little daughters were by my side and did not go to be in a separate discussion that Hera already late to look for other reservations in another hotel … Maybe for the Prixima I will make sure it is what I ask and I pay it clear that it will not be in the hotel the walk thanks in some way … Do not play this way with people …
