Great service from start to finish, no complaints other than the view I got this time. With that being said, not all rooms are gonna have perfect views so I won’t hold they against them. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Sparkling clean well appointed room. Bed oh so comfortable. The only problem is I didn’t want to get out of bed. The pool staff were amazing and even help you find chairs. There was a DJ as well as live music. The pool bar was huge with many TVs and there were plenty of tables and chairs as well. The lobby bar had friendly bartenders who provided excellent service. Stephanie is the best bartender!
The most important thing I have to say though is we took a red eye and arrived at the hotel at 7:30am. We expected to just drop our bags and go grab breakfast somewhere. We heard those magic words. Your room is ready! At 7:30 am? Oh yesss! Very grateful after flying all night. Thank you Loews!

Great views and very clean! Staff were amazing. The only issue was my room wasn’t ready but they let me check out at a later time which was nice.

We looked at so many hotels before we decided on Loews-it wasn’t an easy decision. But…. We made the perfect choice! Upon arrival we were upgraded to an ocean front room. The room was on the smaller size but the quality of the bed, pillows and linens made up for it. The hotel food was good-definitely have the breakfast buffet at Preston’s! Beach is private and chairs are abundant-small up charge for the umbrella. The pool is clean and they serve fresh lemon water daily, towel service nice. A bigger pool area would be better so get there early. Overall, a wonderful experience and is directly attributed to the staff and their passion for making a personal connection with guests! And to hear how great the company treats their employees is a testament of the top notch experience! Shout out to Stephanie, Tommy and Wilson-y’all are first class! We will be back! 🏝⭐️

Awesome hotel with incredible beach views. Awesome pool and restaurant/bar. The beat all you can eat brunch I've had in a very long time. Hands down the best pastries I've ever had. The fruit turnovers are incredible! Can't stop thinking about them. Kanny at the front desk went above and beyond for our honeymoon stay. I am in the service industry and she is the gold standard that we shoot for when we train our employees. She is a keeper. Professional, friendly and accommodating. I love this hotel! Keep up the great work… we'll be back very soon.

The hotel itself is awesome as well as its staff. Someone would have to have stayed there and told me another hotel was better than this one and prove it to me. I used to stay at the royal palm when the wife and I would go to Miami but no more, Loews is my spot. The hotel is in walking distance of all the hot places, the beach, food and drinks, the boats, homes, music, beautiful people or even just to hang out is great. I love the city and I will be back. It is sort of expensive it is a tourist place so… but it is worth it, you only live once. We don't go to relax and be to ourselves, we go to have fun and meet people. If you are the quiet and alone type then south beach Miami is not for you. I can't speak enough on how the staffs service is, it is wonderful. I always rent a car because we can hit the store's for shopping, biscayne, the Hard Rock Casino 30 minutes away in Fort Lauderdale are other things we do but thats just us. Well I'm out, but Loews Miami, hope to see you again.

This place was gorgeous. The food was good, the facilities were clean and the staff was very nice, especially Valentina and Christina. They were very attentive and helpful. Shoutout to Reynald also, the nicest guy, full of information. I can’t wait to come back!

Excellent service! We were on the brink of never staying at a Loews again but thanks to Joseph and Christopher, we changed our minds. The location is great! The beach is located directly behind the hotel’s pool area. The restaurant served delicious food and drinks (minus the strawberry mojito). Just moments ago, I got my luggage weighed at the bellhop station before arriving at the airport. Little things like that makes a difference for me.

A great location for vacation! My wife and I stayed there courtesy of her employer. The whole stay was a shining example of great customer service. The international staff was professional, attentive, efficient, and delightful. The front desk, pool side, beach side, wait staff, cleaning crews, spa advisers and bell personnel all worked in concert to provide an exceptional stay.

Amazing service. I mean absolutely amazing hotel. They have treated me and my best friend so much well after a couple of inconveniences. Its clean, tidy, just perfect in my opinion and don't say that often. Thanks Loews for an amazing experience already on my second day.

Cramped for guests-not much privacy — no vent fan in bathroom so shower makes it cloudy — old fashion doors that do not close securely on bathroom making it difficult to sleep if another guest is using it — frankly I travel a lot and I expected much more. The outside is gorgeous. Inside is not so great. Pool fantastic. View great. Air conditioning is great — lobby all good. Rooms leave much to be desired. Small.

Excellent location. Clean. Nice meeting facilities. Helpful staff. Minus one star for the second tower, which had only one small working elevator when I was there (the second elevator was not working), leading to prolonged waits. They switched me to the main tower with no issue, but it was a bit of a hassle for a hotel of this stature.

Bad experience.!
My wife's stay was ruined because of the establishment. On the second day of her trip, she had the sum of 1000 dollars stolen from her suitcase in her room! Hotel officials have promised to investigate. Tjs nothing so far. My wife came home and the stay went badly.

THE place for Fun, Relaxation and Fitness! If you want to stay at a luxurious, picturesque place, with intricate fitness and healthy food options, this is the place for you. I stayed in this hotel for a birthday party and it was an unforgettable experience! My favorite unique features of this Hotel were the gym & pool area. Not only was I able to run on a treadmill and use the available weights, I was also able to enjoy some yoga and dancing in the room conveniently located right next to the gym! I loved how private the little lounge rooms at the pool area were. Me and the girls had a private chat and took a nap peacefully with no worries. We ordered some healthy meals that included fresh fruits, veggies, and ingredients which didn't jeopardize our healthy lifestyles. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was sparkling! Every step we took was like a dream! From the service, to the views, and the beach. It was all worth the spend! I want to stay many times more! ;D.

A clean Hotel is always remodeled which always looks new the exquisite food and very good attention.

I love the Loews in Miami and have been staying here for many years. It is well-run, with large, comfortable and quiet rooms, a beautiful boutique and central location with an easy walk to shops, Lincoln Road, and other hotels. It is beachfront with a large pool and access to its own stretch of beach. Beach chairs are usually included in your room rate (but ask first when you check in). It attracts all age groups: families, couples, angles, girls weekends, etc. It has some of the best room prices on the beach considering it's oceanfront location and amenities.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very nice. Carisimo Breakfast. I always come back!

The hotel is as nice as you would expect. I have a few complaints, but overall it was a great experience. The Internet speeds were slow even with the upgrade. The hot tub jets were too low. The worst of all, you have to go elsewhere for motorcycle parking. I assume that's not much of an issue for most. These are just nit-picks. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. We had a nice relaxing vacation minus the aggressive Miami drivers.

This hotel is great! This is my second time staying here and it was just as amazing as last year. The hotel offers amenities such as two restaurants, a bar, gym, spa, pool and hot tub, as well as beach access with chairs, umbrellas, and water sports. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was ready at noon for a normal 4pm check in! Would definitely stay again in future trips to South Beach.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, great view. They receive shipments but they charge for it. They have beach service with charge to the room, the spa is very nice.

We are staying at this hotel and despite the many expectations reading the reviews we are finding it really bad. Overcrowded hotel with inadequacy of organization. On the beach yesterday to have a water bottle we waited 45 minutes. Although breakfast is included, expect from 30 to 35 minutes each morning. They're just very good at motivating you to ask for the extra. The beach loungers are scomodissimi and you can also pay for the parasol. I had chosen it based on the many reviews but for now it is really disappointing no value for money.

This is a very nice hotel. It's right along South Beach and near restaurants in the area. It's not a far walk to the mall or to the popular areas of South Beach. The view from the rooms facing the beach are great for sunrise, which may be a problem if you're trying to sleep in. They have a little ice cream shop downstairs. The sushi restaurant has a pretty good happy hour. The pool is nice to hang out on the lounge chairs. There's access to cabanas on the beach. Didn't have any problems with the room, the room Wi-Fi, or noise from neighbors. Was a very nice stay. The staff was attentive to my needs and quick to clean.

Tasteful. Elegant. First Class. I was recently there for a conference. The hotel was spotless and oozed luxury. And without a doubt, they have the absolute best scrambled eggs and bacon in town. Honestly, I didn't know they could be that good which leaves me wanting to dive in deeper and experience more of what the Lowe's has to offer.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Everything you need in one location. The staff were always polite and very helpful. The only downfall was my husband and I both had trouble sleeping due to the bed being very hard and pillows too soft. I would definitely recommend for everything else.

Elegant place, chick style. Staff very well trained in service. Mixed facilities for holiday spaces or business conventions. Fair price to be in the heart of SOBE. It is usually very crowded but its location is great in the center of the island's move and right at the beginning of the famous commercial Boulevard of Lincon Street, facing the beach a few blocks from the best night clubs in the city.
The rooms are comfortable white lingerie, immaculate bathrooms.

Lovely hotel with excellent customer service and accommodations. Every bit of our experience was top-notch — from the quality of the sheets, towels, and bedding to the room set-up and amenities. There is quick access to the beach and the hotel offers a slough of activities on site, including daily mediation classes on the terrace. You can also use their kayaks, paddle boards, and boogie boards. We had trouble with our shower clogging, but maintenance was tending to the shower within minutes of calling the front desk. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami Beach.

Very good place. The rooms facing the ocean are very good. The pool, attention, beach service and pool. All very good. The only thing, the premium Wi-Fi goes to the jumps. Days and hours well, some very bad ones. Highly recommended. Additional services can be expensive, but it all depends on the budget you have.

Loews Beach was by far the best hotel my husband and I ever stayed in. The first time we came here was back in May of 2016. Let me tell you how amazed we was when we walked in. Everything was clean and the staff is literally awesome! We also came back to Loews in June of 2017. They updated the hotel and it feels like you are just in paradise. Let me tell you guys that June is the most rainy season of the month for south beach. So I recommend going in May but even if it rains it will not last long at all. We will not be coming back this comin summer. But we wish there were more Loews hotel because we love this place so much. We are going to Hawaii this summer but I promise we will always come back to this hotel! Thank you so much Loews staff you guys are so great and we will miss you guys this summer.

What an amazing Hotel this is! Front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating to all of my needs. The bar and restaurant has everything I could ever imagine and some things I never thought I would love. Catching the Sun rise in the morning on the beach behind the hotel but one of the most magical experiences of my vacation.

Did not stay here but seems like a wonder place. The staff and security was helpful and the pool area is well kept and serviced. I would absolutely stay here but I was just passing through for a short visit. There is also easy access to the beach area and beach chairs.

We lucked out booking this hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. We loved being helped by Ricardo both at the pool and at the beach. He was so engaged and interesting to talk to and had excellent restaurant recommendations. We were happy to find ourselves in his section at the beach the following day; we loved him! We ate at Lure one night and were helped by the GM and waited on by Dennis who gave excellent suggestions and were lovely to deal with. The food, though expensive, was excellent and so imaginatively prepared. Would stay here again and will recommend to friends!

Great hotel on the beach. Chic and beautifully held.

Great ambiance; service is not consistent but when it's good it's pretty good. Did not like the up charging on everything: for example, would you like some orange juice and coffee as you sit down for breakfast. That will be $10.50 per person added to your bill if you accept. The kitchen thought it was OK to serve old brown lettece with my salad. That said, the turkey burgers were magnificent and our waitress on the first day deserves a promotion.

The hotel is awesome, I had great time here and I was amazed how the stuff was so nice and helpful. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to all popular places in South Beach… I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great hotel with views on almost any room you might get. Food at the pool and in the restaurant are very good. They even got a great little coffee shop and ice cream place. Would definitely recommend.

Architecturally it is very nice, has everything, good design and space, but the attention and service are mediocre, do not think of the tourist and your needs, just in your business and charge everything, everything, to relax and be attended I do not recommend … does not have parking, if they have Service to be worth $41.

Excellent location in relation to the move in the Miami Beach area. The hotel has very good infrastructure, with spacious and functional rooms. The service of beach is not the optimal, reposaderas and towels are courtesy but the rent of the parasols is very high.

This is my first experience at a Loews hotel and I was blown away. The staff was very nice and answered all of my questions. The rooms were well decorated and clean (though a little small). This hotel is right on Collins where everything is happening. Lincoln Road mall is right down the street and so is Ocean Drive. Overall, I had a blast and will definitely come back.

We booked via an internet site and the hotel Loews didn't even accused they were going to be in the works for the duration of our stay in August 2016. They we're told that they couldn't do anything for us. Yet we are good customers but no alternative has been proposed to us. I recommend this hotel that is abusing its customers.

Booked two grand ocean view rooms for my bachelor party. They were spacious enough to accommodate 8 and had fairly good views for the price point. The hotel staff was excellent. Be aware almost everything comes with 20% tip included and valet parking is average in price. As always, Loews delivered on the luxury amenities and accommodations.

If you want to have an amazing experience when visiting Miami, stay at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Not only is it an amazing hotel, great views, awesome service, but it's located in the heart of South Beach. You have restaurants.

Amazing location and amenities. The food options located within the hotel is overpriced at an asinine level, and mediocre at best, but there are plenty of options within walking distance — it's easily avoidable. The pool, spa, Zen room, fitness center, yoga studio and beach access are all top notch. The pool staff is beyond friendly, and hilarious in our experience — I mean, they gave us all kinds of freebies just for being normal, and funny (she made me say that) people. The room is fairly small, especially for the price, but I am in no way disappointed. I do wish the floors were not old, dirty looking carpet; I'm sure they will replace them with wood… please. Don't fail me. I would definitely book another vacation at this resort. It's basically a Vegas style hotel next to a beach. Miami may be my new go-to for a party weekend.

Working in the corporate show world, I get to see the inner workings of many hotels and this one seems to be run pretty well. Its clean and comfortable.

Lowe's Miami Beach hotel is an amazing venue. Upscale ans historic, the decor is gorgeous as well as the staff is excels in their courteous practices. The hotels offers wonderful amenities and is conveniently located a mere few steps from the soft Sands of Miami Beach.

Great valet service. The hotel food is okay, so I recommend going elsewhere on the beach or Lincoln Road for food. Rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The pool is great, but it is a better bet to go to the beach. Overall great hotel.

Mediocre, overpriced hotel with the worst customer service I've ever encountered in their hotel bar / restaurant. Standard room is small and amenities are worth half the price paid at best. They charge you to sit in a chair on their portion of the beach, charge you for an umbrella, may as well charge you for the air you breathe. Everything has a 20% service gratuity charge added in, so there is no incentive for service staff to provide good service. Will never stay here again.

Super sleep! Great beds. Super location. Directly on the beach. Walking that is accessible within a short time art deco district. Certainly not a family hotel. All a little impersonal.

The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, impeccable. But I had a problem I still not able to resolve. I went in June 2015 with my husband we stayed 4 nights, when we went to make the Czech up we pay with credit card nights and there was no consumption. The 2days I go to my credit card statement and see a charge for 7 nights (or is 3_noches mas) which we don't use. We got tired of making claims and still not been able to fix it and I believe to have been in that hotel and have been scammed a shame. I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else and the worst thing is that I do not respond to neither mail nor phone calls.

Lovely hotel for a girls' weekend. Luxurious pool and beach (albeit a bit crowded on the weekend). Great poolside service. Comfy, nice rooms. The area of Collins Ave isn't the nicest though and we had a less than stellar experience at the hotel restaurant, Lure.

The Loews once again went above and beyond our expectations. Their service from the minute we walked through their doors till when we left was exceptional. We always look forward to our yearly stay here for SoBe WFF.

The hotel was very nice, and service was impeccable, even with unusual requests. The pool is nice, and the beach access excellent. My room was well appointed and comfortable. The elevators tend to bog down during busy hours, and there is less sound insulation in the rooms than I expected-conversations are certainly far from private.

Loved this hotel. It's beautiful but relaxed and the pool/beach area are fantastic. One of the little things that made a big difference was that we were sent a text within the first few minutes saying that we could contact them at that number if we needed anything. It was so nice to just pop them a text for an extra pillow etc. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again!

Great service and very well located in miami beach.

The beach was more than I expected, very relaxed, not super crowded. The hotel staff — not too friendly, seemed like they really didn't care. The rooms were also nothing special. For the money I paid, I expected more. The breakfast bar was AWESOME.

Here you can also as a Non-hotel guest on the beautiful terrace in the middle of Miami Beach, eat something, or drink a Cocktail. Watch the Cocktails here have Oversize ;-).

Kinda high for 400 dollars. When they just give you a regular small room with no view. Outside area its great. But not worth 400 if they give you an ugly room.

Hotel ideally placed with great pool and accės to the beach. The service is impeccable. The price of the rooms is accordingly but reasonable in view of the benefits to Miami Beach.

This is usually my hotel of choice. From the art deco design to the music to the spacious layout of the room, I have yet to find a hotel that fits my personality better than this hotel! And what beats the prime location right on the beach. Book early, at least a month out. FYI parking may be a bit expensive, so set aside funds for that.

A little dissapointing. If you book a regular room for 400 bucks (! ) they only give you a suite in the next building. Not the hotel you wanted. Ugly view over the City but nice rooms. Pool is great. Free Coffee on the room but the Internet is awful. (but u can pay for it! ). The way to the beach is less than a half minute. Everything is clean and I feel good and secure. The employees are mostly friendly but there are some People who working there who let u know that they give a Sh! T on you. But on a friendly way. But on the other site u can pay even more money to get a room in the hotel u wanted at first. Fairly. If u want to save a little money. Dont Hand ur car over one of the hotel Boys. They Charge u 45 dollar to Park ur car over the street in the puplic parking building for 16 dollars over night. This is Not ok. (After 45 € they want a tip of course. (give them some dollars for nice asking to park ur car) it really makes me sick. Not because of the money. Because of overprizing everything). Want to tell me something loews. Write an email. I spent three days and nights in this hotel about three weeks ago, and I loved every moment of it. The actual building is a magnificent structure, as well as the ground floor interior. The restaurant is excellent, especially for it's breakfast buffet, which is absolutely to die for. The only drawback at this hotel is it's gym. So small! Not heavily used however when I was there, and I was able to get the workout I wanted. The pool area and other grounds are simply beautiful. Access to the ocean is terrific. I highly recommend this hotel.

I wasn't stay in that hotel I was stay at cadillac courtyard, so I try to find diferent taste of nice food's. So I found local restaurant it is ca CABANA RESTAURANT, so we decide to go for dinner there,. T j e waitress kind of nice, but the total cook 35 minute,. I order steak when come out I even not bite my food the nice waitress asked for compliment,. There was 2 waitress serve us,. But the steak is so yuck taste like cottons,. Event the sweet potatoes,. Only asparagus is good,. My Lord I never go back. Money don't matter but how can top chef cook yucky steak. I hop is better silver dinner better good grace,. I eat cotton the place like palace but the food like trash.

The place is great. Amazing amenities. It has the culture of Miami room have great views and you can certainly tell they're not cheap. However the prices are higher than market rates in my opinion.

Poor care not cleaned the rooms and pool is too small for the entire hotel, and waiters of the malis best beach area looking for other options.

In this area, probably the best hotel, convenient location for those who love walking on foot, all within walking distance.
It is better to settle in the main korruse.
