The suite we reserved was just right for me and my two tween boys. Very nice and updated, nice little kitchenette and fridge, good breakfast provided daily. I wish I had more cooking utensils avaliable to me but overall I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and pool was clean.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable it's like a little apartment almost. You just better get up early If u want breakfast it starts at 6 and ends at 9

The room was great! It had a nice sized sitting/ kitchen area and the bed was nice and firm. Best part was the articulating TV mount that allowed the screen to face both sides of the room. Also pet friendly!

We are visiting several colleges on a family trip. This is your standard roadside hotel, but we were promised a fully renovated hotel. Front lobby is very nice and colorful and the personnel was very friendly at check-in, but upon exiting the elevator to our floor I was very worried. Rightfully so. The dingy dimly lit corridor led us to our “suite. ” The furniture-was circa 1992 and I cannot tell you when main mattress or sofa bed was replaced. My poor kids slept without pillows because we were told they had no more (arrived at 6pm) When my girls made up the sofa bed, the blanket had a gob of hair inside. They opted for sweatpants and hoodies instead of blanket. Let’s just say I did a full inspection for anything questionable on the bed because the whole room was questionable. The desk area and coffee was covered in dust and coffee pot was dirty. The kitchen area was not clean either. Breakfast downstairs ended at 9:00 SHARP, so we missed out on that too after our sleepless night. Could not get out of there fast enough. We obviously have different definitions of the words “newly renovated. ”

We enjoyed our stay — clean facility, friendly staff and a nice breakfast bar every morning. We enjoyed the pool a couple of times too. Economical rates and conveniently located to the ball fields my son played at and the restaurants. I would stay again! Thanks.

I liked the hotel because it maintains the cleanliness of the rooms very well, it also shows that it gives maintenance to equipment and furniture for personal use, I have been able to rest and in the future I think that if I would think about staying again, thank you and please keep the quality of the hotel service.

Nice clean place, swimming pool was heated and great. The place smells good once you walk in the front door and prices were very reasonable.

Room is clean and a good size. Bed is not soft enough. Overall pretty good.

This weekend we were with the Doral soccer team at this hotel.
Some of our 14años guys were alerted after 6:00 in the afternoon for making "childish" in the hallways of the hotel, "nonsense" of boys at that age "automatically took the case of" scolding "and stop" to disturb "but a girl from the hotel staff, He ignored it and also advised the police. This girl, called Crystalina, treated the boys as if they had altered the hotel guests in the wee hours of the morning and calling the police was an exaggerated action.
My complaint is against this person so rude and not attentive.
At no time created a right and cordial environment, on the contrary, did nothing to solve "the problem", directly his quick and wrong solution was to call the police.
Thanks to her, they threw one of our guys out of the hotel for no reason. His only motive was to complain about the "shameful" situation.
There can't be so little qualified people for this kind of work. His unfriendly face and his "few friends" face are damaging to the hotel's image.
Our team will never again "stomp" this Ecco suites!
I wanted to leave in writing the difficult and unpleasant situation with which this person made us spend both parents and children.

Here for baseball tournament. So far the rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is better than average hotel food. Very clean, and the employees are helpful.

Nice overnight stay after getting out of Orlando later than expected. Friendly staff and lovely room for our family of 3.2 double beds, big sofa, big bathroom and a kitchenette. Forgot to check out the pool but fully refreshed in the morning for our Gulf Coast drive. Happy days!

A rather poor quality hotel. The staff were excellent but otherwise, well, it just smells an unpleasant smell. Changed rooms because the 1st room smelled horribly like carpet fresh. 2nd room was ok with two double beds (not queens), no decaf and basic breakfast (no fruit). I wasn't looking for anything fancy but cleanliness and a half decent breakfast while traveling is most important to me. Another couple had a worse room than mine. Would not go back.

My daughter and I stayed over Saturday night as she was competing in a dance competition. The hotel was recommended by other dance moms and I see why. It was close to the R. P. Funding Center where the competition was held. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. After checking in we tried out the heated outdoor pool which was good. The suite included a kitchenette (sink, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher) so we picked up a pizza at Pappa John's and some soda, ice cream, and microwavable popcorn and had a feast. The suite came with a tub and shower combo so we also enjoyed a mom and daughter spa night. The king sized bed came with a pillowtop mattress which was very comfortable. A recent renovation was evident and everything was new and clean. There was an ice machine on the hall which we used with our soda. Unfortunately, we had to be up and out early in the morning so we didn't get to avail ourselves of the complimentary breakfast buffet but we checked it out the night before and it looked like a really good one. Were able to check out early which meant we didn't have to return and we could leave from the competition. Would definitely stay at Ecco Suites Lakeland again.

I would love to start off by saying how beautiful this newly renovated hotel has come along. My first impression as I walked in, was the hotel's eye-catching interior design and their heart-warming staff member ''Amberlee'' at the front desk. She welcomed me with such grace, I appreciated her kindness to the fullest. I will definitely be returning more than often especially because of her out of her way accommodations. Stayed for two nights and it never felt more like a home away from home.

We had an amazing 6 night stay. Very friendly staff, clean room, pool area, lobby and breakfast areas. Loved having a little kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out every night of our trip. Nice warm breakfast with many options. Would definitely stay again. Go Tigers!

Pleasant staff. Throw pillow in room had gross stains. Towels are thin and scratchy as well as toilet paper and tissues. Breakfast was good but only till 9am on weekdays. Economical choice for full kitchen. No musty smells. Updated decor. Heated pool was packed no room for another chaise lounge so couldn't enjoy it.

What an awesome place! The room is a suite with two beds, a couch, desk, refrigerator, StoveTop, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and the kitchenette was fully stocked with with plates, cups and silverware. A fantastic shower in a huge bathroom. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, real bacon, beautiful biscuits, sausage gravy, cereals, made-to-order pancakes, Danish, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more! Ecco Suites also accepts pets for a very reasonable fee. I definitely will be staying there again.

Ecco Suites provides first-class accommodations that include full kitchens which are great for extended vacations and families. The hotel is also convenient to Lakeland's Town Square, local restaurants and convention center.

This hotel had pretty good rates the week I was there. During my stay I was in a pretty spacious king suite. I loved that there was lots of room and a kitchenette included. The shower had great water pressure and the room was relatively soundproof. You could occasionally hear people in the hallways as they were passing by, but not much noise otherwise. I do have some complaints/suggestions: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a stack of cardboard boxes covered by a fitted sheet. The silverware in the suite was pretty gross looking. I just used the plasticware available during breakfast time downstairs instead. The "gym" is just an elliptical, treadmill and stationary bike. Also, in order to use the laundry, you have to go through the gym which was a little weird. They aren't a chain hotel, so make sure you bring all of your needed shower/bathroom items. They have little bottles of shampoo, but no conditioner. Little things like that, which you normally would be able to get.

Excellent Service and location, the rooms have kitchen and they are ample excellent experience.

Stayed here during hurricane Irma and they didn't lose any power, price was great, staff was great and it's pet friendly which was also a plus. Under the circumstances this was a very very pleasant stay. Thank you Ecco Suites.

If I can give this place 10 stars out of five I would! From its Lakeland location right on I-4 between Tampa Bay & Orlando to the staff, ammenities, option of weekly and daily rates, overall cleanliness/appearance and daily breakfast among other things, this place should be a must to consider if on vacation in the area and are flexible with the location, new to the area, in between homes, etc. My 8 night stay was simply the best! Give this place a try; you won't regret it!

I've stayed there twice and enjoy the setup of the rooms. Love that there's a kitchenette if I wanted to prepare a meal. The staff is friendly and very helpful as well as attentive. Loved the location of my first stay. I wasn't thrilled with the second it was too far away from elevator. The rooms were always clean. No pets or smoking allowed and for someone with allergies this is very much appreciated. Would love to stay more often but it's a bit pricey after two days. I would stay again and do recommend.

The management is poor and rude. The grounds are not kept up well, with palm branches blocking sidewalks. They have steel boundaries around all sidewalks that can cut your foot. The shower and sinks take about 30 minutes to get hot water, if you get it at all. If there is any problems they will lie to you and threaten to throw you out. They've been taught scare tactics of management and practice it vigorously. There are many other hotels near by, I will stay at another before coming back here, I suggest to anyone reading this do the same. This hotel is not worth the price they charge. Maid service is almost non existent. They do not care about the comfort or issue's of guests, they'll just tell you to check out and threaten to throw you out. They rooms look nice but the TV reception is poor and they have a severe lack of channels. do not stay here!

No hot water for 3 days, nothing but excuses. That's a basic that should have been fixed immediately but apparently it's been going on for awhile. Edit/followup. The hotel called me after I checked out and apologized for the lack of hot water. They offered an adjustment on my bill. While I still think not having hot water for such a long time is the fault of ownership, I appreciate their gesture and will try them again when I'm in the area. Changing this review from 1 to 3 stars.

Really clean. Really nice room for a great rate. Better then some of my old one bedroom apartments for sure. Comes fully stocked with everything u could need to make a meal. Refrigerator was a good size. Will be staying again AnD would recommend it.

Food is nice, rooms are not spacious but contain everything you need for a weekly stay. Staff is friendly, helpful and very understanding. It's very clean and seems like everyone here has a great time, be it employees or the guests. The best part is that it's pet-friendly! I didn't know where to turn with my two rambunctious kittens but they accommodated us. Over all, I like Ecco suites and would choose to stay here again.

This extended stay hotel is very nice. The breakfast here is one of the best I've ever had at any hotel. It is very clean and the atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy. It has a very modern look and the decor is nice and mood lifting. I'd recommend this hotel over any other. Although the price is a bit more than other hotels, it is worth it in my opinion. Customer service is also great here. Nice and friendly staff on every encounter.

House burnt down, would only give us discount for 3 days, then would no oner her word. Salvation army, gave us money to find place to stay, now broke and having to probably stay under bridge. There are other hotels out there, just pay deposit for pets and pay less. GOD bless you ever one, in the name of Jesus Christ AMEN.

The rooms and service were great! Very modern and clean, and the kitchenettes are very nice! My main complaint is that there was a huge family party of some kind that took over the hotel pool. When we went to swim and have fun with our small family this big group called the front desk workers to come and tell us to stop splashing in the pool. Maybe not the hotel's fault, but maybe they should enforce the pool capacity at least.

Very clean and unique decor. Not so good breakfast, even if it is free. Great rooms, super comfy beds and couch in the room.

We didn't have hot water for 4 days, got to our room the floor hadn't been vaccumed had no Wi-Fi, was moved to another room as an upgrade for better signal and that room was dirty too hair under the pillows the bathtubs and sink hadn't been cleaned. Smh I was invited back to stay here with complementary certificate because of problems I had last year only for the problems to be worse this year. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

ANY rating above 1 on here is BS & paid for. It is HORRIBLE! The first room was too small to allow the luggage cart in, the second ("executive") room was suitable for 1 adult only, about a third the size of executive suites in other hotels! The "kitchen" is a joke! There's 1 tiny cabinet with shelves about 4" x 8" each, which means NO storage for food & there's no pantry! Forget staying more than a day or so on your own. I've seen way bigger & way better (incl better amenities & food) for less! Save your money! I thought Extended Stay was bad, this was a nightmare! Their "new" bed & "new" sofa were so rock hard that my back went out. Trust me, try a Residence Inn (where I switched to after a 1 day stay) or Hampton Inn or similar. Save your money!

This was the best places to stay at a reasonable price. Very clean and great people that worked there. Pool was being fixed but that's ok. I m coming back here when I'm on vacation again. I will recommend this place to family and friends.

Rooms were nice and clean, hot breakfast in the morning. Nice swimming pool and the employees are very sweet and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice visit. Would highly recommend staying. We went to watch the Detroit Tigers spring training game and it worked out perfect. Close to Marchant Field and Free breakfast!

Service is great. Hotel is spotless. Rooms are tiny but they have a full sized refrigerator and stove top and microwave. Very nice staff great breakfast.

This place is great. The deluxe suite is great. The ladies at the front are very friendly and professional.

Clean safe place. Room was kind of small and I asked then multiple times for extra towels and an extra blanket and I never got it. Called them visited them multiple times and never got it. Would come here again, about 40 min away from Disney Parks.

Management and kitchen staff were horrible and rude. My 9 year old daughter was stung by a wasp out by the pool and they couldn't care less. On one of the days she spilled her drink at breakfast. She got a towel to clean up the mess and they gave her dirty looks. Then we were blamed for other people's kids ditch dong dinging on other peoples doors and they blamed it on ours. Last, we got kicked out for washable blue marker on one of the white towels because they said we damaged their property.

Wow I was truly suprised how clean and sanatary this place was even though they allow dogs it is spotless the staff is so nice and friendly The rooms are a good size and there is a kitchenette in almost every room we stayed for 1 night but I truly recommend the Creastwood Suites.

I been there last year is neat and nice I like the kitchen and the pool I realy recomend this hotel because you saved alot of Money.

I enjoyed my stay at the Crestwood Suites; for a budget hotel which is also pet friendly. This is about as good as it gets. The room was clean and comfortable; the breakfast was really good. I did not expect the breakfast to be that good. The basenjis liked the food too! The pool was crowded but it looked well maintained. The room came with a full size fridge and a cooktop, so I was able to save a little money on the restaurants. So, I would recommend this hotel. Basenji out.

Had to stay with my husband and 2 children for 2 months while closing on our home. Friendly staff and very clean. The housekeeping service was amazing kept our executive suite fresh daily. I highly recommend them. Plus a huge variety in hot and cold breakfast. (kids loved that) We loved the huge pool area.

Stayed there a year for work. It was always clean, people very friendly, nice decor, nothing fancy but like a home away from home. Best at the price point.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The suite was spacious and well equipped. Only gripe was that the furniture could have been rearranged for better use of space. Very nice shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Hot breakfast was quite good and variety offered was plentiful. We enjoyed our 1 night stay here and would recommend this place.

The bad reviews of this hotel are just that bad reviews I'm sure that the people that gave this place low ratings and bad reviews are just disgruntled ex employee's or competitor name brand hotels from across the way. I stayed here for just one night. I'm a truck driver and for an area that's not so tractor trailer friendly the staff was over the top helpful and made sure I was able to park my truck. The room I had was very reasonable and actually more than I needed, for example refrigerator, stove, microwave, pool, etc. Etc. The grounds were very clean didn't see one price of trash lobby and front desk spot less and my room was perfectly clean. I will come back to this hotel again when I need a room and recommend to anyone.

This place is now called the Crotchwood Sweats. I had stayed here 6mnths. Made friends with the housekeepers, front desk personnel, and even the management. We never had any issues until the hubby decided to leave me but when I had checked I had 3 days that were paid up. Even told Mindy one of the mgrs. I could not get all my stuff in my jeep but due to me having three days paid. I would come back the next day to get my other belongings. Well when the hubby came bk at 630am the next day 12.26.13 he told them he was checking out. So I got a phn call arnd 1000am stating all my belongings was being put in one of the housekeepers SUV and I needed to come down. When I got down there my room had been totally cleaned out SUPPOSEDLY nothing but garbage was found in the room. I called the hubby he said he only got his clothes and left everything else there. The housekeeper Mgr. Margie gave orders to throw everything away and what wasn't was taken to their homes. The housekeepers were so close to me they had my cell# and if they didn't they knew my cell# was in the records at the front desk. Margie took my $100 Bonsai tree telling people if I didn't directly for it when I came back she was taking it home too. So I soon find out that they have kept peoples belongings for 3mnths and they were still being held. But my stuff was thrown away by 1100am. WTF?

Concerning the review below by. Cyndi Scheny. I stayed at Crestwood suits for many many months, I never thought to leave a review because after being there so long I viewed it more as my apartment then a hotel. But after reading the previous review I couldn't just let anything go unsaid. Now I know I cannot speak for every guest that has ever stayed at the Crestwood but I can speak for myself when I say this woman is completely wrong about her opinions of this hotel and its staff. I am not here to bash anyone, but the review below is not only completely appalling and inaccurate but immature as well. Now having been a very long term guest of the Crestwood I became acquainted with the other long term guests and employees, so on and so forth. Its hard not to when they are your neighbors and you call the place your home. Now though I never had a personal relationship or really any type of contact with this woman. I knew who she was. It was impossible not too. She made herself known. It would be an understatement to say that the Crestwood suits demonstrated an act of service by even letting her stay there as long as they did. After all the drama and headache I am sure she caused them. In the passing of this woman in the hallways and the elevator rides was really the only type of contact I had with her, but she had that feeling of a person who you just want to stay away from. She always wanted something. Never had any positive or appropriate thing to say.
