Our stay was Awesome… I have a fear of Elevators, I didn’t want to wait on my husband till he got off work so Jessica at the front desk rode it with me by the end of my stay I was riding it by myselfshe was Awesome I believe she helped me fight that fear… Thank You Jesus and Thank You JessicaI definitely recommend this Hotel.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our large group. We got to stay in their indoor pool a bit longer, than usual. Their meeting room was big enough for us all.

Wonderful facility with top notch service! Conveniently located in Lakeland right off Interstate 4 and close to shopping and restaurants.

We frequent Holiday Inn's fairly often but have never encountered one with staff this welcoming and freindly. The breakfast was great and setup well. They have "happy hour" on Tuesday and Wednesday with free beer/wine, soda or water along with nachos and hot dogs. That is the first HI we've been to with that and the staff are still very kind and make sure everyone is satisfied. We were greeted each time coming or going and asked specifically if there was anything they could do for us. Will certainly stay at this location on future visits to Lakeland. Although they have raised the bar for our expectations at other locations!

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice clean lobby and breakfast area. All staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Good variety of breakfast choices, although I would have liked some strawberry cream cheese.

It sucked, Went to check out in the morning asked if there was coffee no coffee. How about the orange juice no it’s not turned on. The guy comes walking around the corner with no shoes on just unprofessional.

I have been here a little over a week with my family and we love it here! The staff is amazing! The lady that sets up breakfast is the sweetest! The front desk are ALWAYS so friendly and always help me if I have a question. Housekeeping is awesome! I have zero complaints. We travel a lot due to my husband's job. So we should be here for a while and it really makes our stay so much better and comfortable knowing we are around such nice and friendly staff. Thank you for all you do holiday inn staff! U guys rock!

Nice rooms, good amenities, close to a lot of good food option. They have a manager's night where they serve food and beer. The staff were all nice and very ready to accommodate. Will stay here again.

Company I work for stations us at this location when we travel for work. Great service all around with clean and spacious rooms. Nice location with restaurants in walking distance. The complimentary drinks on Tues and Wed is a nice touch as well. Thank you — from me to the staff!

It receives a 4 this time. Last time it was a 5. The room was good, due to the check in and the tone… It wasn't as welcoming as the previous time. So I think it just overall made it a less than experience. The first time rocked, they were friendly, smiling, welcoming. I did go back down and talk with the lady who checked me in and told her that I felt like I should leave due to the way she acted. Her wording should have been a bit different and she was short and harsh in tone. She apologized. It still did not help me feel better about that visit. Had I felt welcomed as before I wanted to check in for another night. I went somewhere else.

No complaints highly recommended. Quiet, and friendly service. Breakfast was by far more excellent than any other site where we have stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

The customer service was awesome and very precessional, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was a 5 Star! Anytime there was a problem, they come to the room in a hurry! Day before checkout they call to see if your stay was going well and if you had any questions! I would recommend this hotel to my friends, family and we will visit again!

Clean location easy access from I4. Lobby area modern. Rooms could use some help. Bathroom in particular. Very poor caulking in tub and old. Bed comfortable, but pillows need update. Breakfast very acceptable, many choices. Staff was 50/50. Check in staff 3:30 on a Saturday (Feb 10) wasn't very easy to work with. Did not put Rewards Club number in system. Check out next day 11am, staff at front desk was much more helpful. Breakfast staff was on top of things. Lots of people for breakfast and everything was filled quickly. Parking was very good. A few chain restaurants in the immediate area, but no local restaurants. Would stay here again if I couldn't find another IHG product near by if in the area.

It was very clean. Staff was great. The room had the ideal temperature upon arrival. Comfortable bed. Nice TV channel selection. Would definitely return.

Stay for my wedding night they upgraded us for free to a Jacuzzi suite everyone was so super nice. The room and everything was very clean. Loved it will definitely stay here again!

Spire Elite member and get put on floor 2 by the elevator even after saving preference on IHG app? They did have USB charging ports in the room, but was the only positive. Barely squeaked out a 3 on this stay.

Very well maintained hotel. Not the most modern Holiday inn Express, but it is in top condition. Staff is excellent. Pantry is by the front desk and well stocked. Convenient location. Would definitely stay there again.

This Holiday Inn Express is great for me today. Shyanne took great care to get me the Handicap/Accessible room on the 1st floor I require for my stay. The place appears clean & comfortable. The room has all I need & will enjoy during my stay. Hope the breakfast goes well.

Did not stay, be careful when you make reservations. Accidentally booked the wrong city and the manager Jessica would not refund my money. She told me l should have read the fine print. Hope she enjoyed my $200.00 dollars. Scratch Holiday Inn off the list for being customer friendly.

Location is great. Just an exit away from shopping and restaurants. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great too. The staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The room was tidy, and had a big bathroom, which I appreciated! Shower was roomy, and there were plenty of towels available. The best part of this hotel was the breakfast. I've been in many hotels and the breakfast is pretty standard. This hotel has several extras that were great. There was a mini fridge fully stocked with yogurt, milks, and hard boiled eggs. On different days we saw sausage and gravy, eggs, even omelets. There was even an automatic pancake maker… which actually made tasty pancakes! On top of the great variety of food, there was always a staff member there, cleaning tables and restocking food. The pool was small, but heated and located in a shady area. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and family, for sure.

Located a few minutes from I-4, this hotel is a hidden gem. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Large breakfast area, outdoor pool, and fast Wi-Fi for overnight or longer stays. We will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

Recently stayed so we could stay centrally located between Legoland and Tampa. Room was clean, staff friendly and courteous. No complaints and highly recommended!

Typical Holiday Inn Express. Comfortable clean and with a good variety for breakfast. It has no note because the room that I play to the I4 to although it was 1/4 mile is escuchana even at night. Nothing to prevent sleep, but someone with the light sleeper can notice it.

Like most HIE: Clean room, friendly staff. Bed is comfortable. Room has fridge and microwave, but could use better lighting. Plenty of parking and 10 minutes from target or the downtown area. 7/11 is nearly next door. Fitness room is decent with bike, treadmill, and elliptical, and bosu ball. Also, some complicated strength machine. No free weights. Heated swimming pool is small but deeper than most. It's covered and surrounded by three walls. Breakfast is the normal carb loaded deal: bagels, biscuits, toast, oatmeal, cereal. Eggs are nearly inedible. There's some meat too, but I never touch it. While the staff was friendly, I had too wait too long for anyone to notice me on both check in and check out. Finally, I should mention there is a residential area behind the hotel, and one night someone was racing their very loud car up and down the street several times 9pm to midnight.

The staff was absolutely wonderful; the rooms were clean; the complimentary breakfast was excellent. We stayed for a week and not once was there a problem with anything. Our two granddaughters learned how to swim in the warm pool! The location is convenient to Doyle Baseball Academy and Orlando or Tampa, but is far enough away to get away from the crowds. We plan to make this an annual event. Keep up the good work!
