Nice clean rooms and 1/2 way to the Keys which is were we were going. Best part was the staff, namely Merideth Boutwell. I left my brand new Gopro on the table while eating a terrific breakfast. I did not realize it until two hours down the road. I called Merideth, and she found it. She went out of her way to get it shipped back to my home address. I cannot thank you enough. If you need a place to stay, definitely stay here and say hey to Merideth.

This Comfort Suites here in Lake City is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel with the 2 star price, 5 star clean, 5 star front desk, and a great location regarding I-10 & I-75. Can not find a single thing to complain about, except no liqueur bar in lobby😩 but they do have beer and wine. 😊
You can not go wrong here. Many thanks to all that make this a very nice family place.

The manager JuJu is very professional and makes all guest feel welcome every time we go. Being on the road 5 days of week it’s important that we find a nice place to rest.

Not a great place to work, u get a board with ur own rooms but when ur done you have to help everyone else who doesn't try as hard to work effectively, they watch TV or on the phone or go have breakfast for an hr then oh wow they are behind, now u are working twice as hard for chump change!

Have friendly staffs specially (Adelle Myers) in the kitchen.

The appearance outside was very inviting. The room was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. We check out a couple of places before we decided to stay here. So glad we did! Very pleased with our choice. Free breakfast was awesome too. I will definitely stay again!.

First time staying at this hotel and it met all my expectations. I use to love staying at only La Quinta Inn & Suites. Now that I have got a taste of Comfort Suites I will definitely be staying again. The room was beyond clean and beyond huge. The bathroom was fit for any king or queen. The breakfast was laid out and well put together. I recommend Comfort Suites to anyone staying in the Lake City area.

Well kept exceptional service and very nice roomy rooms… plus a nice breakfast spread in the morning… check out downtown lake city while there also… Sals Pizza is awesome! There are so many fast food places nearby that you'll be in fast food heaven…

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff. I loved how much room we have for our family of 6. The beds were super comfy and you could smell how fresh the sheets were. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend.

This hotel is ABOVE AVERAGE. Comfort inn suites lake City was astonishing. Rooms are very nice and big. Breakfast was delicious! Staff is very friendly and will take care of your needs.

Let me start of by saying that I’ve never stayed in a Comfort Suites hotel before, while it was my first time, next time we visit Florida, we definitely will stop again. We had no reservation and they still treated us with respect and tried to find us a room. The checking in system was down and therefore, we had to wait a while but eventually they got us all set with a room. We got a rate of $114 on June 2, 2018 for a 2 queen and 1 sofa bed room. The room was very clean and the linens were very comfortable. The lamps aren’t hard to turn on you just click a button. The sofa bed was also very nice. The pool smelled that of too much chlorine but it didn’t irritate eyes. The hot tub is amazing. Elevators were slow at times though. Amazing FREE continental breakfast. On the day I stayed, there was bagels & pastries, fresh fruit, apple & orange juice, cream cheese, cereal, coffee, eggs, sausage and spreads. There may have been so much that I forgot all of it! Amazing Hotel with friendly faces and clean, comfortable, rooms.

My hubby & I stay here a few times a year. It's one of our fave locations because the beds/pillows are just heavenly! Another great night spent here… we'll see you again!

Two years in a row we have stopped here. Both times late checking. Both times we were greeted with a smiling friendly face. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning fills us up for the rest of our journey to universal studios fl. I would stay again and again.

I rarely leave hotel reviews but this place really exceeded expectations. Clean room. Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast and coffee were way above average.

We checked in late two years in a row. Both times we were met by a worker that was smiling and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. They even have pullout a couch in the room so we had plenty of space. In the morning they have breakfast with waffles you can make in original and blueberry, plenty of fruit and other things so you can get a good meal. I Would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Large and clean rooms, and pretty modern furnishings/appliances. Breakfast was decent, definitely recommend this place, especially at its fairly low price point.

Very comfortable and breakfast was great. Even the coffee. Will say some of the amenities are lacking: broken hair dryer, no ice buckets in rooms, tile grout wasn't the best, the handouts for nearby stores was out of date so some phone numbers didn't work. Very nice people and accommodating for extending your stay even if you book through a third party. For the price it's not bad (130$ for a king suite). The internet is 10mbs. The TV had some pixel damage but still watchable.

Excellent Hotel! Karen at the the front desk greeted us with a smile and positive energy at 1:30am. Very helpful and friendly! Beds were ahhhhmazing and the room was spacious and very clean. Wish we were staying more than a few hours… breakfast was a good selection and the area was clean and inviting. We highly recommend this Hotel for overnight or extended stay. Thank you again Karen!

Hotel is very nice, always seems clean (we've stayed several times). Staff was nice as has also been true with my past experiences here. Best price for a double queen room ended up being around $120 a night. It was a fair price but not a great price. At a $105, it would have been five stars. We'll definitely stay again in our travels to Southwest FLA.

Don't know how this is rated a 2 star! This is better than the Hampton we stayed in last night. Great location. Easy check in. Clean rooms. Stayed here before so came back on this trip.

Super clean rooms, everything is updated, very comfortable beds, rooms are extra large, great breakfast, checkout is noon, I could keep going with all the perks, but I think you get that we liked it. You could get a cbeaper room near by, but if you do, you'll be missing out on the best in town. One of the manager's (Richard) made us feel like we were special guest, and was very friendly. Helped us at the little store they have as well. We will come here again, when we come back through.

Rooms were clean and great. Staff was so nice and awesome. Stayed for a night and would reccomend it.

This was, hands down, the cleanest hotel we have ever been in. The very large parking lot easily accommodates tractor trailers, motor homes and camping trailers. A gentleman from the hotel was directing the larger vehicles-very efficient. TWO desk clerks-no waiting! We found ALL the staff we came into contact with friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was VERY clean. We found the traffic noise muted, and when using the in-room fan for white noise, it was completely eliminated. There were no disturbing noises from the hall or adjacent rooms, but it was not a weekend. The television was of a sufficient size. Breakfast was standard fare, and and staff kept the area clean and well stocked. A very pleasant stay!

First rate accommodations and staff. We use the boardroom for meetings and have had them provide it for several years. Excellent business rate for room. Guests comment on the cleanliness and attentive staff. 5 stars in Lake City Florida.

Stayed here for 10 nights. Was great and the staff was excellent. I recommend this motel to all.

Arrived very late and was greeted by a friendly staff member who got me and the kids taken care of quickly so we could rest.

My experiences here have always been exceptional and we always stay here when we come back home.

Arrived w/o a reservation. Front desk hooked us up with a discount. Received multiple menus from restaurants that delivered. Room spotless. Shower was to die for. Breakfast plentiful and very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff, fluffy blankets and pillows, very cozy beds. Office space, closets, Wi-Fi. Clean. Late checkout if necessary… if you want to leave. Honestly this place is so nice we stayed another night! The breakfast selection is amazing and delicious. One more thing. They use antimicrobial bedding. I just cannot say enough.

Awesome staff, clean and spacious rooms. Our vehicle broke down on I-75 near Lake City. We checked into our room after midnight and ended up staying two nights while we figured out our car situation. The staff was extremely helpful — — they granted us flex time regarding our checkout and even checked on us throughout our stay. It seemed like the entire staff knew us by name and were aware of our unfortunate situation. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to John and Michael at the front desk, as well as the head maintenance man who brought us extra cups with ice at the pool!

My room 301 was huge, it was a handicapped room. Beds very comfortable and quiet hotel. Didn't have the breakfast. One downer is the Wifi. I travel a lot for business and I can say it's one of the slowest connections I've had in years. Doesn't support VPN connections very well either, VPN frequently had to reconnect. Front desk very friendly, very clean hotel.

I love love this place very clean the breakfast is very good they come in and clean your room every day that you are here I'm all about cleanliness and this hotel gets five stars from me it's all clean all the staff are very nice and sweet and helpful me and my family love the big Suite lots of room for us thanks Comfort suites for taking such good care of me and my family we will be back again:)

Comfort suites was a good experience but the stay was expensive. This was was a very good hotel. Very modern extremely clean rooms and delicious breakfast. Just be sure to wake up early to get the breakfast hot. Exellent service. The price was little steep.

Started in the comfort inn in Lake City, FL on the way to Melbourne Beach. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and very good. Both beds were clean and very comfortable. And the sofa pull out was evidently nice. The provided breakfast was also good.

Wyatt at the front desk provided excellent customer service when there was a problem with the travel site I used to book the room. Room was very attractive and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great location next door to Bob Evans for breakfast if you sleep in and miss the free breakfast provided by the hotel. Will definitely be staying here again.

It's Nice has really nice bedding the bed is really comfortable it's pillow top, it's clean, has great combo like a desk, a sofa that folds into a double bed with a microwave, mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi, free parking, free breakfast I think it's good also the staff was really helpful and good too which is another plus also you get like discounts for showing your card from comfort suites at a couple of restaurants and its quiet when the people next door aren't banging the bed against the wall like for the past two days also I think it would be awesome if there was more choices for breakfast. Also the design and decor for the hotel makes it feel classy. All the lights in the bedroom lite up the room pretty good. But I will definitely come back this place makes me feel safe the door has a double lock on the door so I can sleep knowing I be okay.

Lake City Florida beautiful facility. Clean, large rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet, but the best thing was the staff. So friendly and helpful. Felt like I was staying with friends. Location and staff are 5 stars.

Absolutely beautiful hotel for the price. It's our favorite place to stay on the way to Orlando. Large, comfortable, updated rooms with comfortable beds, includes free breakfast.

Tried to make reservations on phone. Janet at front desk quoted me $150 for 2 queens. I said on line it says $114 and a coupon in the book said $79. She said, if you think you can book it cheaper on line then go for it. Also used all coupons for the night. She was very rude!
