Everything was beautiful lovely and quite.

Absolutely horrible experience. The room was $100 a night for a 1 king size bed suite (Room 309). The room was less than clean considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. You can tell that the light switches and door knobs had not been wiped down or sanitized. Stayed for one night. I found 2 roaches in my room. I notified "Patti" the Manager. She was only willing to provide "Best Western Points. " am not a Best Western Rewards member, nor do I want to be. She informed me that it is not her fault and proceeded to blame previous guests for her infestation. She immediately became defensive, irate, and extremely rude. Very unprofessional behavior. I will never stay at a Best Western hotel again and will continue to tell all friends and family about this disgusting experience.

Room was nice, nite time staff is great, but when you are told breakfast is served till ten am and show up at 9:15, that is would still be going on. Hotel person says due to virus that they stop at nine. Well then why does your virus paper work say it goes til ten on weekends. Thank Best Western now I have to spend more money then what we planned because of your laim excuses. Will never stay here again.

We have definitely found our spot to stay in Lake city every time we come here. Loved it the rooms were amazing bed was comfy and pillows were very comfy.

After a long day of driving this was a very nice stop. The staff that greeted us were very polite and helpful. The pool was nice and there were pool towels in the pool area. Beds were comfortable and walls were thick enough you couldn't hear everything in the rooms next door. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of choices including protein for those who can't have a lot of carbs. Price was a little high but considering the service and aminities we received it's was worth paying.

We stopped for an overnight stay. The room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The morning breakfast offering was typical of a moderately priced hotel.

A good very good place to stay. A good gym facility, equally good conference hall, swimming pool facility. Rooms are neat and clean including washrooms. Breakfast options are also good. Location and ambience of place is very good. Staff is very cordial and co-operative. Cleanliness in motel is excellent. Worth staying.

This hotel isn't bad at all. I was worried (a little) since it was chosen by the VA Hospital. They put us up for the night due to our travelling distance and an early morning procedure. The room was clean and not garishly decorated. The hotel is showing signs of it's age but they appear to be working on it, there are in the middle of remodel construction as we speak. Free Wi-Fi, decent free breakfast with waffle maker. Firm beds, soft pillows, extra outlets in convenient places for your chargers. A desk to work at. The TV's are smaller but placed so it can easily be seen from both beds. When my father ended up being admitted after his procedure I had to go find a room for the night as well. I came back here. Got a king room and it had the minifridge, and microwave. They do have a pill, it's indoors, but I didn't use it. The location is right off the interstate, so very convenient for travelers. There are nicer, but more expensive hotels around but even there it'll mostly be lipstick. For a short stay, this one is clean, comfy, and staff is courteous.

Friendly staff everyone greeted me with a warm sincere smile. Room was clean and smell good. Hallways were too, considering the construction. Only two negatives; spa was not heated and the DTV receiver was mounted on the back of dresser which made using the remote difficult. However within few minutes the desk clerk did call up to my room just to make sure things were okay. I was impressed.

It's a good hotel though I believe the quality could be improved by providing heating for the spa at the least. Other than that, it's a very good quality hotel.

Check in was easy and efficient, the first room on the third floor we were given had a terrible, musty odor and felt very humid with a. C on. We asked the front desk agent if we could switch rooms and she moved us to the second floor. This room had just as bad of an odor, if not worse, but we were very tired and didn't want to complain a 2nd time and decided to just stay in the room. It made for an unpleasant stay because of musty odor was so bad. With that said, the room was very clean. I manage an extended stay hotel and look for specific cleanliness concerns whenever I stay at a hotel and our room was impeccably clean. The breakfast was okay, it had a good variety for those guests who are on a limited diet. Overall, I would stay at this brand simply because of the kind service and the clean room for a decent rate — they just need to something about that aweful smell.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. True Southern hospitality. The room was clean and updated. Exercise room and indoor pool and spa were great. We would stay there again.

Last night was a great sleep when we got up to great breakfast and everyone is friendly the beds is bigger than the I sleep on.

They allow pets and have a nice walk area, rooms are very spacious and comfortable, nice breakfast bar and a great location.

When we checked in, the night clerk was unfriendly, we attempted to engage her in conversation to no avail. We went up to our room, great improvement over unfriendly clerk. We were traveling, got there around 130 am, exhausted and we went straight to sleep. I was awakened at 930 by a female (I assume housekeeping) entering our room and saying "helloooo". She saw we were still there and she left, only to return 30 minutes later and knock. We paid 170.00, were told check-out was noon, someone should inform housekeeping of this rule. Over priced, we'll not stay again. Side note, morning clerk: Awesome!

When we arrived at hotel, we actually lost 2 hours. One to time change, another to DST change. As a result, we woke a bit late. Still, breakfast is served until 9:30. So if we arrive at 9:15 and half the stuff is missing, and staff refuses to make more, is that good service? Not for a room we paid 120 for. All she really wanted was a couple eggs. I hope this review was worth the 30 cents they saved that day.

The hotel was fine, friendly staff, clean rooms. I thought it was pricey for what I got. The cable went out, so I called and informed the desk and she said she would have someone check it, but no one came. I would have gave this 5 stars if it hadn't been for the cable problem.

4/5 just because we were only there for about 7 hours to sleep and didn't get the full experience of a stay. The four were very well earned, though. We rolled in around 3:45 AM and the woman at the front desk was very cordial and welcoming. The lobby was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The room smelled wonderful, was clean, well stocked with towels and toiletry items. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soooo soft! I would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stop once off I10 heading south. Nothing special but clean and quiet rooms. Pools also open until 12 and indoors.

Terrible hotel and worse staff. We entered a truly awful room and immediately knew we needed to leave. Dirty carpets, old, cracked tile in the bathroom and horrible colors that hurt our eyes. But we didn't leave until we had made other arrangements. Apparently if you are in the room for more than 15 minutes — no refund. They had no concern about whether we liked the room or whether we were comfortable, just that they would need to clean the room and therefore we'd have to pay. The Fairfield Inn down the street, where we ended up staying, is great. Don't waste your time or money with this place.

The room was spacious. High ceilings. Bed was wonderful. Very clean. Breakfast was maybe the best, am serve yourself, spread I've ever had.

Not as nice inside as I thought it would be from looking at the exterior. The rooms were decent. They have Direct TV service in each room with HBO. The breakfast room is ridiculously small and it gets very crowded in the morning… which makes the fact that the food isn't very good even more disappointing. The waffles taste like pretzels for some reason. They had ham and eggs too that tasted very blah. 3 out of 5 stars…

Pleasently surprised they room was clean, the room was updated and the price was less than $60 and right down the road was over $120. So thumbs up and Cracker Barrel is with in walking distance. This review is for roadway inn not country inn. Country Inn has construction in their parking lot.

The service was friendly and they serve a good sized breakfast to get your day started. A great place to stop for a night as it's a good balance between price and quality.

Very friendly and accommodating staff amidst the chaos of evacuation from Hurricane Irma. They quickly waived their no pets policy without hesitation. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast got us off to a great start on our second day of driving.

We came here because of the high rating it is a newer place clean pool was not what. I call warm but ok. The big problem is we went to bed and, were fine we got up this morning and both of us had sinus problems. I am a master electrician and did many of jobs. I, looked at the Ac unit and checked the air filter it was plugged solid it is very dirty and full of dust and who, knows what I just can't believe this place does not pay to, keep, the Ac air quality up. If any one has any allergies to any dust mites or any thing like that make sure to, open the front, of the unit there is a door to, check it is not healthy to breath all this bad stuff … I will speak to, the front desk on the way out about this.

Hotel was very clean. Pool was vey nice. The workout room looked nice but there was noticeable funk odor and it wasn't something I was going to suffer with to workout.

Check in was smooth, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean, though needed a paint job and was pretty tacky with a fo marble type look. The bed was OK on the comfort scale. Free Internet was great. Ac was off when we walked into the room but didn't feel stuffy, until we had been in the room a little while and realized the air was off. Breakfast was great, included, fresh (the ladies cooking continuously bring out fresh eggs, bacon, and hash browns), coffee was ok (not my fave). Able to find several spots open to park our u haul aND towed car. Cleaning ladies were also very nice. Checkout was simple.

We stayed one night while travelling to Orlando. The staff was very nice, our room was just fine. The free breakfast was good too. My wife, daughter, and I would recommend staying here. Reasonably priced. Not too far from the freeway at all, some decent restaurants nearby too.

For being such short notice they were very accommodating and friendly. It was super clean, and the free breakfast was more like a buffet than any other place we've ever stayed at before… I would definitely stay there again.

My hubby and I were hot and crabby when we got there to visit a friend who was coming down from up north to meet us half way to central Fl. I've never encountered (in recent memory) a more kind and welcoming staff greet us (a nice German lady) and they kept it up no matter who was on call after that. My only regret was that we could only stay one night. I fell asleep there like it was my own home. Fine breakfast and cookies waiting us too. My hubby's feet were acting up and they took our stuff to the room with us since all the carts were taken. The parking lot was full for a good reason. Kudo's y'all! I will definitely stay again.

We stayed in this hotel for its proximity to Magnolia Fest 2015, and our stay was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. All of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were not just polite, but actually warm and welcoming. When I inquired about student discounts, the lady who checked us in (I forget her name, but it started with an 'S' and was unusual) informed me that there was not a discount for students, but she then found another discount. As a single father, I really appreciated that extra effort. Our room was ready when promised, clean, and quiet. I even made a special request for an east-facing room which I did not really expect to happen on such short notice, but they came through for us. We were greeted with smiles and fresh cookies in the lobby and only had to wait for a minute while another family checked in. My only complaint: We were only able to stay for one night.

Stayed for one night on our way to Orlando Oct 5th. We had stayed here before and loved it, very clean and mostly quiet. The hotel is on a road that runs parallel with the Interstate. Our room was in the front, facing the Interstate. Some road noise but we still get a good night's sleep. Breakfast includes hot food like eggs, sausage/bacon, and other good options for someone who is low carb or diabetic. Several choices of fruit and nice coffee (with a great "bold" coffee). Some local options are a short drive across the Interstate.

I am usually uncomfortable staying in hotels with my children — there is usually that stray hair, that dirt in the corner, the mildew in cracks of the shower. This hotel is a welcome exception — it is very clean! The appointments are all very modern and nice. The air quality in the room is also very good, not the common "heavy hotel air. " This may be attributable to the fact that the window opens, allowing in fresh outdoor air. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and will definitely put this hotel on our "return to" list.

Friendly staff, good food, only complaint is that the beds are very uncomfortable and we spent 5 days here so by the 3rd night we couldn't wait to see our own bed again. For the price I think the beds should be a little better quality.

The room was very good and beds comfortable. Only complaint we had was not being told the truth about the price. I asked for the price with the AAA discount and was told $87.00. Next morning there was an invoice slid under our door for $96.03. When I asked about it, I was told, OH, we never give the price with tax. If I had wanted an estimate, I would have asked for that. Truthfully had I known it was $96.00 we would have kept looking elsewhere. Didn't really fit the budget. Other than that the room was fine.

One of the best Country Inn and Suites we have stayed in and we stay at Country Inn and Suites several times a year. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were super friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice too. Breakfast was OK. And computer access is available for free right in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again. Note: rooms in the back are very quiet.
