Review of Extended Stay America Suites - Jacksonville - Baymeadows 2*

Zero stars. OMG! I will start off with that first, very bad place, I checked in with a friend, check in time was 3pm, we arrived on time, but room wasnt ready, they stated they were short staff and for us to come back at 6pm and we did, but room still wasnt ready, finally we were able to check in at 6:40pm, walking through the hallways it was very creepy looking, trash on floors, damage walls noticeable up and down the hallways some of the holes was covered with plastic. In the room there wasn't no soap, silverware, coffee pot or anything, had to go to the front desk to ask was given a coffee pot that was dirty and stained, I was going to try hard to make the best of it, and was going to flush water through it and try to clean it, but it didn't even work, the remote control to the TV didnt work, the front desk had to change it out twice before we got a working remote. Holes in the chairs, counter top in kitchen had lots of burn and stains marks, the stove counter top was burn and rusted, the furniture in the living room area the wood tables was broken around the edges, the dresser had two drawers in it and one wouldn't even open, the bathroom shower area you could see stains all in the tile grout, the place had roaches, and I killed to very small spiders as well, I mean I was so grossed out there, its truly no words, that place was so under kept, it looked like a place for the homeless or drug users, the place was just very nasty. I would never, never, never ever stay there again. Nasty.
