Lousy room, all you can hear is the traffic on I75 and the whole place smelled of pickles…
Need better housekeeping too…

Quality Inn has always been our favorite place to stay when we are on trips.

Had a nice room with 2 beds, drove for 12 hrs and just needed to sleep, got right in and fairly cheap price too. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Staff was very friendly.

We arrived at 1am no reservations and the room was large and very clean.

Clean and Comfortable! Arrived very late 2am with no reservation but was able to check-in promptly. The front desk man was very nice and kind. Rooms were very Clean and Comfortable. I really like the fact that the access to the rooms was inside a hallway of the hotel-not accessible from outside. Free Breakfast was delicious! Lots of choices — even waffles, eggs, toast, sausage, bisquits, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, milk and juice! I would stay here again and again!

Overnight management was great! I was really impressed by his attitude and kindness at such late hours. Very clean hotel, comfy rooms.

Very caring staff who went far out of their way to give us s comfortable stay when we went there after evacuating from Hurricane Michael. Room was clean, bed comfy.

Friendly and kids love hug pool. Very nice service.

Hey Future Guest I just stay at this Quality Inn property and was very impressed and satisfied with my visit. I am a elite choice hotel member and have stay at many hotels. I travel alot and usually stay at the comfort Inn or Sleep Inn property and will now reconsider staying at other Quality Inn properties also. The property was clean and was well taking care. The breakfast was plentiful and full of delicious choices and the rooms and rooms services were incredibly emasculate. The super stars on this team were general Manager Pranav, Dennis and mr. Ramesh.

Great place to stay, I've been coming here every year for The last 4 years to our church assembly and once for the voices one singing. I've got brothers, sisters and family that have been staying at this Quality Inn for many of years. The staff is great and vary helpful which makes come back year after year and your stay that much more pleasurable. The breakfast is good and it you want breakfast somewhere else it's just less than a mile away to the nearest restaurant. In my room tonight the curtain was torn and the popcorn ceiling was falling down in the bathroom. I've stayed in two other quality inn’s over the last 2 weeks and this is the bottom of the list.

This place was awesome. We where tired of driving and stopped in here. Prices where good. Clean rooms and front desk was very friendly. Bed was nice and comfy. Wish I could give it more stars.

The people where very nice. My room was across from the ice machine. I was there for the weekend. I would stay there again but not that room. Too much noise.

Convenient off highway I-75 friendly staff☺, large rooms, laundry coin machines, drink dispensers, fitness center, pool & free continental breakfast I was more than happy with;for another option theres a breakfast & lunch "43rd Dinner", mini-mart & a circle K gas station ⛽ all within walking distance.

Nice place cleans Stafford fantastic needs a little more parking I think.

I've stayed here twice while on business in Florida and have yet to be disappointed. I stay at many Quality Inns and would put this one in my top 5. During both stays, the staff has been top notch.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Hotel is upgrading amenities. Rooms have frig microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

I will never go to this hotel again and they still haven't refunded my money.

It's in a great location! They can update the rooms some as far as the carpet and curtains, you can tell they are worn. The continental breakfast was good and I did feel safe.

It was decent. Better than some I have been to.

L9ng drive… Room was clean. Breakfast was GREAT. Waffles.

A very tired hotel in need of an upgrade. The net curtains in our room were in shreds and the AC unit was irritatingly noisy. Hot breakfast items were actually cold and needed to be microwaved and there were no condiments. Who eats eggs without tomato ketchup? Well they do here!

The bed was firm but extremely comfortable and the room was neat and in order. The floor of the shower was a darker shade than the shower walls, which gives an allusion of it not being fully clean, but im unsure if that is merely design flaw. Other than that, the stay was fantastic and everything promised was delivered.

Absolutely disgusting! Dirty, dusty, caked up soap in the shower, smelled like smoke and marijuana. The desk clerk was working both quality and rodeway inn so it took at least 15 minutes just to see someone! When I mentioned the marijuana smell, he said he was congested and couldn't smell, but wouldn't be surprised. Not my first poor experience with choice hotels, so I'm done!

Upon Check in I was trying to stay for 3 days, I was told that I could only book one day at a time due to the owner having problems with third party lenders over booking the hotel. He told me if I came down in the morning and tell them I needed it another night it would be no problem and plenty rooms would be available. When I went down stairs at 8:00 AM they told me they had no rooms available because they had a part of 48 people coming in. But the day I arrived I tried called 3 hours prior to arrival and was told that they did not take reservations and only accepted walk-ins due to overbooking problems, so if you want to make a reservation make sure you have at least 48 people coming with you! Staff was no help, I understand that ones hands could be tied at that point and there was no management around, but still very aggravating. Rooms were OK, not the best quality inn ive stayed in.

My stay was quite and peaceful as I was was helping tend to an illness in the family and the services the motel offered were great. The motel is one if I had to be back I the area I would defiantly visit again.

I highly recommend the Quality Inn at Williston Road and I75 in Gainesville, FL. During the very stressful evacuation of Florida during Hurricane Irma, they relaxed their no-pet policy so that beloved pets could stay with their families. The staff was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and professional to even the most short-tempered weary traveler. Even though the staff was also without power and unable to return home themselves, they remained calm and nice to everyone staying at the hotel.

Staff was helpful. Rooms smelled like dirty laundry. And the 2nd level hallway was filled with marijuana smoke.

Service was good, however everything about this place screams uncomfortable. From the sketchy behind the gas station location, to the 80s style fake marble in the elevator. When you enter the elevator it is an instant wave of heat? The smell is by far the worst. It smells like people in every room are reheating old Polo Loco leftovers. To complemwnt the smell is wallpaper and floor that look out of the early 90's. Once you enter your room you have a whole other smell that may be from all the years of drugs being smoked in here. They should seriously consider a renovation. I will never stay at this hotel again. Far from Quality. Especially when the prices are the same as brand new hotels right up the street.

We were in Room 104 this is a great hotel for the budget minded consumer. Pros: Free USA Today, Breakfast, Outdoor Pool, Staff was friendly Cons: no hot water only warm we were offered to trade rooms and declined due to being unpacked already. The clerk said that due to being so lightly booked that we should let the water run for a few minutes it didn't work. Paint peeling in shower area. Other than that a pleasant stay.

Staff was very welcoming and nice. Room was a reward night redemption, however, it should have had no bearing on the stay. The hotel looks like it's been somewhat renovated from the outside and the lobby. The room was pretty rough, wallpaper peeling, not sure if the sheets had even been changed (on one of the beds at least). If I had been staying for more than a night and not so tired, I would have asked to switch rooms.

We stopped there last night just wanted to go to bed and watch TV we were very tired from traveling. First the TV didn't work the guy tried to fix it got it some what fixed but we couldn't turn the volume or stations from the remote. That wasn't half of it last night the noise was so loudness you couldn't sleep. The desk clerk said he warned then with calling the police. So we have hardly had any sleep and they still charge us almost 90.00 dollars. I have tried calling a few times today to talk to the manager and they keep on saying he will call me back. Still waiting.

Our daughter was brought to Shands Hospital by ambulance and we followed from 5 hours away. Upon arrival, we needed a place to stay and my husband contacted the Sleep Inn. They had no rooms available but put him in contact with the reservation desk for Quality Inn Hotels. My husband was quoted a price of $85 dollars per night for 4 nights and he made the reservation. He gave his email address but never received the confirmation email. Upon checking in we were told by the clerk that we owed $600 for the four nights. Apparently 11/11 and 11/12/16 were $202.00 a night because the Florida Gators were playing in town. We explained to him that our daughter was in the hospital and that we needed the "hospital rate". He stated that the $600 WAS the hospital rate. We told him we really couldn't afford that and that we would just stay one night. He then informed us that there is a 10 day cancellation policy. So, we were forced into staying the 4 nights for $600 and decided to make the best of it. We stayed in a smoking room because that was the only one available and it smelled horrible. We rushed to Publix and bought candles so that we could breathe through the night. The carpet was NASTY. My husband dampened a paper towel and wiped the carpet. You should have seen how dirty the paper towel was. Two of the four days, our room keys did not work. The clerk had to take them to the hotel next door to resolve the issue both times. That was an extended wait.
